Week 7 @daycarefriendpickup magma art! 🐸🌧

Decided this week to doodle up some art of @crabsnpersimmons raincoat Sun and Moon designs from their Rain or shine AU! The designs are super cute so I just had to doodle something up for them!

I wonder if they would make some little froggy friends while splashing in puddles, I can sure imagine they'd have fun hopping along with them!

Hey chat!! I know I've been a little radio silent, but it was for pretty good reason. These past two weeks, I was working on my Moon cosplay for Toronto FanExpo, (had a great time btw, even if I only found one singular piece of DCA merch... Thank you to that one glamrock Chica cosplayer who let me know about it <3) which made me pretty busy. Thus, I wasn't able to work on the fic much except planning out ideas and such.

However!! Chapter one is over 5k words in length (BIG accomplishment for me. Around 10k is planned for the first chapter) and chapters like 1-4 pretty well planned out. I ironed out some plot holes in my plans and added in some silly fun foreshadowing, so look out for that :3

Thank you so much for the wait everyone, and I can't wait to share my story with you! I hope you guys will like it, even if I'd say I'm more of an artist than a writer :)

So, uhm... I made some models for the poison prince boys. I don't know what possessed me to do so, but hey! They look pretty good!

(I'm going to use a slightly more polished version of the paragraph I used to originally describe them because I'm hecking tired right now)

Y/n is an ranger or explorer. One day while out exploring a flooded valley, they stumbled upon Sun and Moon. The two claim to be princes of some land that has been flooding for centuries. The very land you are in now. Their subjects were turned into water/semi-aquatic creatures by a curse they caused. Held in their froggy forms by that same curse, they need true love to break them free. So they kidnap y/n and try to make them fall in love so the curse is lifted. But soon they learn that being a toxic piece of shit doesn't really make people like you very much. So they actually attempt to befriend y/n. Over time the three bond, becoming closer. (At some point the curse on their people is lifted, but the princes remain the same. However, they don't mind so much because they have you) I imagine though all of this they flirt with and tease y/n

Some ideas I have for Sun and Moon's personalities:

Sun is actually pretty sweet, but he can be very clingy and controlling. He wants y/n very close so he can protect them, but it comes of as suffocating. He doesn't want things to go spiraling out of control and for people to get hurt in the process, so he tries to take matters into his own hands.

Moon doesn't always show his true self, fearing that he might get hurt by those he is vulnerable with. Unfortunately, to avoid this, he puts on prideful and mean demeanor that hurts everyone else around him. He wishes he could truly open himself up to others, he's just... scared. Though he'll never admit that.

A random tidbit: the frills on Sun's head and the tendril on Moon's are actually a form of gills/feelers like axolotls have. These are very sensitive, and can put the boys in a certain mood if pet or stroked correctly.

FNAF DCA The tree and the frog AU

Sun and Moon are one of the oldest maybe even the oldest spirits of nature, meaning that they are also the most powerful among their kind. Sun and Moon were not brothers but very good friends who share forest and shore, bonded for as long as they've existed, helping one another to take care and protect their lands and everything that lives in there. They remember times when humans foraged and hunted in their domains with spears and arrows

But time's changed. humans slowly deviated from old wasy and start loosing the conection with nature. But that was fine maybe there was a rulebreaker or two but it was fine. They dealt with rulebreakers accordingly and they were more than happy to guide those who wnated to follow the old ways.

Sun and Moon raised many generations, taught them all necessities to survive and be one with nature. They used to be highly respected by humans. But it was getting worse and worse. Humans become greedy, selfish, arrogant, thinking that they can do and take whatever they want.

Moon become more aggresive and less generous and forgiving. For him all humans were the same - corrupted, too much to be helped. He thought that it would be better if all humans were gone. So what if he just wipe them off... Sun and Moon argued a lot about this. Sun agreed that rulebreakers have to be punished but what Moon was doing wasn't about punishing anymore, it was just hatred towards humans. One day they had very serious quarrel over what Moon did so they stopped talking to each other.

The old-time friendship is now broken, will it ever heal? Maybe with a little help things may get better. Only time will tell....

I can imagine either frog prince Sun or Moon bringing a bouquet of those anti-poison flowers to y/n as a subtle way to ask for a kiss.

Weither y/n knows what the flowers are for is up to debate and how dense they are. 😆

That is such a cute/funny idea and I love it!

I decided to make it two different kinds of flowers because Sun and Moon have different types of poison. Here's a close up of the two flowers:
