I've been thinking about this for a while. I could make this canon (?)
PS: Basic here is married, but none of the fanchildren are born yet, and if this idea becomes canon he will still live with Ruby, of course (or maybe Ruby can move in with Basic to the new AU? I have no idea where Ruby lives rn @rubytale-chapter2). I will probably make a "dad Basic" / future Basic design to make things less confusing lol.

I feel like making an Outcode is kinda a right of passage
And if you know me you know I never pass up an opportunity to draw MK
So Eko is the result of a bunch of code getting all jumbled together
Error was attacking an AU, and the FUN value just happened to be 98 at the time. While trying to escape, that universe’s MK ended up crashing into GK, and their code along with the code of several things MK is associated with (echo flowers, the umbrella, Undyne) ended up getting all tangled up.
The code tomfoolery resulted in Eko being booted out of the universe right when Error managed to get a string around them, and the rest of the AU collapsed soon after, making Eko an Outcode.
The string that Error got around them ended up manifesting as their clothing. They themselves can’t control it in any way, but it may lash out if something hits it too hard. The very fact that they have it also enables them to travel freely throughout the multiverse.
Eko is Lawful Neutral. They try not to get involved with any entities that aren’t Neutral, and they avoid any error-ified characters like the plague. They don’t like the Omega timeline since it has a bunch of the aforementioned error-ified characters, but they’re on ok terms with Core!Frisk.

Can you believe this is the first digital ref Codebreaker's gotten since i made them 7 years ago. Insane. Also I ran out of room on the ref to note it but when they get super stressed out their glitches get worse and they get marks on their face and hands like Gaster has.
(For simplicity's sake I'm just going to be referring to them as Codebreaker and by they/them throughout this bio, but Codebreaker and Frisk can be used interchangeably as their name, and while they prefer they/them any other pronoun works just fine too. Also this got really long, you have been warned.)
Codebreaker is an outcode who barely managed to escape their universe as it imploded due to corruption. They're selectively mute, primarily using asl to communicate, though they do carry notebooks in case they have to talk with someone who doesn't know sign. They're dorky, kind, compassionate, a bit of a bleeding heart at times, and of course incredibly determined. Since the death of their universe, they've been plagued with guilt and anxiety. Their's primary motivation and role within the multiverse is to maintain the integrity of corrupt timelines and, worst come to worst, figure out how to safely evacuate the residents before their universes collapse just like Codebreaker's did.
As for how their universe ended... after completing what we know as a true pacifist run, Codebreaker decided to take one last walk through the entire underground to make sure everyone knew the barrier was broken. Though, on their way through Waterfall, something changed - that eerily empty hall they'd passed through before now contained a grey door. Curious as they are, they peeked inside, met face to face with a strange goopy skeleton-looking monster.
Codebreaker gets straight to the introductions - "Hi, I'm Frisk, yes I'm a human please don't fight me, also the barrier is broken" - but what remained of Gaster did not care to listen. He only wished to become whole again by any means necessary. Gaster attacks, aiming to take their soul to save himself. Codebreaker attempts to explain their way out of the battle, but with Gaster not even bothering to read their hands they had no choice but to run. Before they could get away, however, they did take a few hits. By the time they noticed the strange monster had left his mark on their soul, it was already far too late.
The residue of himself Gaster had left on their soul corrupted it, their determination, and by extension their SAVE file, turning their universe into a ticking time bomb. Over the short months before the world collapsed, they learned their corrupt soul granted them the ability to do magic and begged Toriel for lessons.
They eventually confided in Sans about the strange encounter, seeing as they were quite close to the skeleton, viewing him and Papyrus as the brothers they'd never had. That conversation lead them to the dreaded realization that their world was ending slowly and there was nothing that could be done to save it. Codebreaker did their best to reassure their friend, but it's not like there was a happy ending they could promise. This was it.
Sometime between then and their universe's collapse, Sans gave them one of his spare jackets. He didn't make a big deal of it, of course, but seeing as he no longer existed... it became a big deal posthumously.
The implosion of a universe isn't as dramatic as it sounds. There was no flashy explosion, no apocalyptic catastrophe. There was simply the world, and then there wasn't. In the void left behind by their universe's demise, Codebreaker was all that was left. They eventually found something in the darkness; a small, glowing light, so minor it wouldn't have been noticeable if anything else remained in the world.
Reaching for the light, they found themself outside their universe. They weren't sure how they knew that, it just sort of appeared in their brain; they were looking down at what had been their entire life, now just a dark void. And it wasn't just that - the dark, corrupted parts of their soul had completely disappeared, leaving gaps missing in their place. Upon checking themself over, they realized they'd lost 7 max hp from it, too. Small glitchy shapes hovered around them, and though they wouldn't realize it for a while, they'd gained the abilities to teleport and summon gaster blasters. This is also when their scleras turned black, and they started wearing their hair over their eyes to hide them.
Looking around, they were surrounded by other universes, each their own isolated existence, and they were overcome with a burning feeling they were so, so familiar with: determination. Determination to protect these worlds they'd never known of before from what they'd just gone through. Over time, the abyss of their universe calmed into a peaceful white void, where they would take anyone who had to witness their worlds fall apart.

So, let’s begin with Star Papyrus and his bestie Travel Frisk!
So to sum it up, they come from an au where Papyrus is a child, they’re besties. They both die, they get kind of resurrected by a Gaster. Papyrus is a healer and Frisk is a ghost, everyone can see them but they can turn themselves invisible. They travel around the multiverses healing people. Papyrus can heal corruption and glitches if he’s given permission by the person in question, he does this by absorbing their injury (?) which he then traps inside a crystal bottle. Frisk can’t reset, instead they have the travel button that they use for, well, travel. They can’t spend a lot of time in the aus or else they’ll disappear. Papyrus’s attacks deal as much damage as he wants and it heals instantly, he only attacks if necessary. They must always return to their house in the void after some time to avoid disappearing.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I’ve made their stats, they’re dead so they don’t have hp.
Tumblr media
Lastly their house in the void! That’s where they must always return to. (This is how I got the idea for them actually)

Turn on the audio! 📢
I tried animating this silly dialogue thanks to Demirramon generator and then added vocals to it. Lwook at my boy talking! q(≧▽≦q)
Basic belongs to me His cherry pie aka Ruby belongs to @rubytale-chapter2
That code states that if Basic's lips touch Ruby he will blush, but my coding skills are noob level, so that might be wrong lol.

KIRA.PACK – this is my concept from out!code character of the Undertale multiverse. This is a girl who was not born in this universe... But came from another.
Tumblr media
Kira does not belong to any AU, because she is not even part of this multiverse. She came from another one and doesn't tell anyone exactly how it happened, on purpose or by mistake.
Tumblr media
Kira's code is not written in the programming language of UT multiverse. She is, so to speak, a foreign object, and during the transition her code tried to recreate from what was, the likeness of the souls that are in the Undertale. Therefore, Kira still has a soul, but it is neither white nor colored, and, moreover, it is quite fragile, because it is very much distorted. Her soul looks like a gray heart, covered with textures, codes and commands of her home world. Its code is truly unique: for obvious reasons, there is not a single alternative version of it in the multiverse.
Kira's soul does not have a standard state: it did not exist initially, and the recreated code is extremely unstable. It is extremely easy to kill a soul if you catch a fortune. Sometimes you can't even fight with her. There are other violations that can distort the code and the au where Kira is located.
(Looking at Kira's soul, we can assume from which universe she still came)
Tumblr media
Kira lives in the Omega!timeline, but she has one feature: because of a foreign code, the multiverse can "throw" her to any coordinates. In other words, Kira can be transported to a random point in the multiverse at a random moment. In absolutely any. With a probability of 99.9999%... she gets into any AU, finds the nearest door and returns to the Omega!timeline :) Because it's dangerous for her to stay somewhere... For now.
Here is a small ironic sketch of how Kira could get into a Dusttale:
Tumblr media
Interesting facts:
Kira lives in the Omega!timeline and communicates quite well with the Core!Frisk. They, in turn, are interested in Kira as a being she knows nothing about because she came from another multiverse.
In Kira's home world, anyone could create their own world and control it, but this very often led to bad consequences. Therefore, the "Reset" button and the existence of timelines resonate very strongly in it.
Kira has very light blue eyes and brown hair, always tied in a ponytail. She always wears a long blue cloak.
Kira has basic combat and construction skills, so she was able to create a small house in the Omega!timeline. She writes down everything that its inhabitants tell her.
I hope that you like this character! Good luck!

Thought it’d be funny to do the last bit as a video. Also, if you’re wondering why mimic’s face is no loner black and why their mouth is black (no its not a mistake), its part of the lore!
