—Neptune in the Houses part.1—

Neptune in the first house:

It makes you a kind, generous and definitely empathetic person but also your sensitivity is often reached to a higher level than it normally should be. You might have identity crisis at times or are confused about your personality. Its sure to say that there is a dreamy, ethereal, photogenic, stylistic, feminine & soft beauty about you. The biggest problem for people with Neptune in the second house is that despite your deep intuition, you’re blind to financial problems in many areas. Money is not your first focus, and u could easily participate in financially stressful activities such as gambling. You can be selfless, but you can also be overly obsessed with material possessions and money. Neptune in the third house:

You might easily be inspired. You might have the ability to see in the future or you feel like you can read people’s mind. You may want to live near a sea or the ocean. Having natal Neptune in third house can either mean you concentrate very deeply or cannot concentrate at all. These people have a spiritual, confusing or detached relationship with their siblings or their relatives. This placement could indicate that maybe you have a unstable household every day life. You might felt like your inner child isn’t complete or there was something missing in your childhood. If there are harsh aspects w Neptune then you could feel like you lack emotional safety or support from your parents. Its likely that you have a spiritual connection with one or both of ur parents. Maybe you can’t really remember of what ur childhood was like. Some individuals with this placement were adopted, lost their family as a kid or have one missing parent, thats why they often struggle with the past. Neptune in the fifth house:

When it comes to love, you’re kinda like the hopeless romantic. This placement can indicate secret love affairs. You might have unique children in the future. You’re very charismatic and love anything related to drama and entertainment. Having other persona planets in this house means you enjoy being in the spotlight or drama. You’re a great storyteller and might have good acting abilities. You love children and do anything to make them happy, maybe you want to become the perfect parent you always dreamed of having. You love your partner unconditionally, search for a deep full connection but you can be naive in relationships and wear rose-tinted glasses (similar to Neptune in the 7th). Neptune is mostly about idealisation & in this case you might also idealise your partner. If Neptune is bad aspected with several planets then you might suffer from illusion or you can’t see things very clearly. You like watching movies a lot or playing video games related to science/fantasy fiction as a form of escaping your everyday life. You dream of a partner with artistic or musical abilities, someone who is creative or inspires you in general (especially if Juno falls into that house).

Neptune in the sixth house:

This is a more difficult placement because Neptune rules over Pisces and Virgo over the 6th house so its opposition. Meaning that Neptune doesn’t feel good in the 6th which is why you could have difficulty focusing on daily activities or your routine. It could as well be difficult for them to find a job. You might find it hard to find motivation to complete even your daily tasks. You’re an animal lover and at least have a cat or a dog. You’ve came to this earth to heal others and try to protect the world wherever you can. Neptune in the 6th house aren’t such fans of routine, they might rather be spontaneous instead of creating a to do list. Its common for them to be lazy and not clean their room (can’t be angry with u at this one). Maybe you don’t have such a strong immune system & that’s why you often get ill, you might have the rarest allergies. This placement can in worst cases lead to depression since their favourite thing to do is lay in bed all day & do nothing. You’re too busy being stuck in daydreams thats mostly the reason you can’t get your work done. You‘re prone to last minute canceling or “I’ll do it tomorrow”. You might also struggle from insomnia or panic attacks, so meditate daily or get some sleep. If you ever dreamed about getting the perfect body, don’t panic, I know you’re gonna make this. You just need the will to achieve your daily goals. The lesson you have to learn is that you should make sure to take enough care of yourself. It could also be difficult for you to show up at work on time and not too late.

SUN SQUARE/QUINCUNX MOON = Moon doesn't always feel comfortable sharing what they feel, cuz if they do, Sun can react in a way they don't like, so they would rather keep it in at times. Sun can be too dominating, too decided on "leading"/deciding things. Moon will end up with all these feelings of frustrations, bc they keep it in. So at some point = they'll end up starting fights, getting so frustrated that they just CAN'T HOLD IT IN ANYMORE. VENUS CONJUNCT/TRINE SATURN = Venus can depend on Saturn person financially, or on Saturn creating stability for Venus! like Venus living at Saturns house/at Saturns property, or Saturn always being the one “who picks up” Venus/is the one who’s there 4 them etc. Venus always know that they can depend on Saturn. Venus can feel very loved, &cared for by Saturn. Saturn brings a "fatherly" kind of love. They can also be the one who picks Venus up after parties/when Venus goes out & needs 2be picked up. LMFAOO YESS TRUST ME, IVE SEEN THIS AFTER DOING MY OWN RESEARCH ABOUT VICTORIAN RINGS, ITS SO PERFECT!! AND THE FACT THAT ITS GREEN TOO LMAO, prince albert was a possessive slytherin confirmed!!🤪 but yea ill DEFS be incorporating a snake into the final design of cloras ring HAHA. i basically HAVE to...yknow, for period accuracy 🥰

WOO YAY im glad i could inspire you to start writing!!!🙏and i get it, writing fanfic is defs self indulgent and for ourselves first and foremost, but obvs nobody wants to release their work into the void😩 as for how my own fic got popular, one of the main things is defs timing. i published the first chap basically within the first week of the game being out (it came out on the 10th and my chap was on the 18th) so it was there right at the peak/start of the fandom. but i also dont wanna attribute it all to timing BAHHA cuz i think im a pretty good writer and that helps....my fic also didnt get popular right away, but i was consistently posting every single week + eventually started adding art every single week, and was just really dedicated to not only writing but also drawing art for it (which is also obvs another huge factor/probs the biggest factor). ive had so many ppl tell me they started reading my fic bc they saw my art on pinterest or something LOL, and some ppl have even read it fandom-blind bc they were into the seb/clora dynamic??? which is another point actually. i always joke about how i love my cliches and good girl+bad boy dynamics, and that im unashamed about loving them LOL, but also...they're cliches for a reason!!! lots of us eat that shit up!!!😤so i think thats defs another factor, vs if my fic was a bit more niche and avant garde LOL the fandom is also (understandably) a lot slower than it was at the beginning of the year so itll be harder in general, but maybe you could commission art to go with your fanfic? ive seen a lot of other HL fanfic writers do it, and i think it defs helps to draw attention! How would you suggest to learn art? I currently am only able to draw heads not very well but I try and I'm very inspired by your art, do you have any suggestions or tips?

look at ur favs and try to draw like them! when i wanted to start taking art more seriously i was copying frames off cuphead and the sonic mania intro by eye and eventually i made some art friends who i wanted to draw JUST like. and i basically tried to adopt the artstyles that inspired me during whatever era of my life at the time but naturally my own swag shined through and after many years and inspo from so many different things, i draw the way i do now, and am still striving to get better! so what im saying is legit to just look at ur favorite artists and try to do what theyre doing, study ppls styles copy art by eye for practice, try to push yourself to try new stuff. pushing yourself sucks a lot because it can be quite a demotivator when you try to do something cool but you dont see what you quite hoped but thats experience!

wear ur inspirations on ur sleeve! some of my fav artists that have inspired me a lot in the past 2 years are bobobazarra, marcoggers on twitter, vintdoo, dakidavekat, evilsk8r, deppa, mettaflix. and those are only just a few! i could literally go on naming people for hours. dont be afraid to proudly shout abt what or who who inspires ur stuff!

when it comes to hard practice and studies, if youre willing to get into certain techniques u can try looking into ways to break down the body, like boxing out stuff like the torso and pelvis and stuff like that to use as construction. to me when the mood would strike me when i was starting out, doing figure studies and copying poses i found on google was smth id do for like 30 mins to an hour, even if they were terrible it was just fun to draw them and move on to the next. and it was experience! even if it didnt feel like it at the time. like, doing something like copying a buncha hands for fun creates a mental library for ur brain to pick from to help make whatever unique hand youre trying to make for your art. its all experience! so do it when you feel up to it!

and overall just try to have fun, if you find yourself frustrated enough to feel hopeless about art then just try to take a step back and come back later or draw whatever makes you happy. but when youre able to take on challenge and pushing yourself always try to, and try to have fun and keep in mind that what youre doing is gonna shoot your stuff to the stars and that u just gotta keep going. and get pinterest! that shit helps out a fuckton both with creative inspiration and art studies and practicing and tips.

------------------------------------------ also keep in mind everything ive said here is just my personal experience and whats worked for me. everybody works differently with art. something that changed my perspective a lot was meeting one of my favorite artists last year, and asking for advice because i was going through horrible art block and self worth issues. i was going crazy copying peoples art in my sketchbooks trying to figure out what others understood that it felt i couldnt, trying to figure out what was missing. i was super desperate for improvement and it felt like i was improving so slowly compared to others with the same amount of years spent drawing as

i. so when i asked this artist what they did to study stuff, they told me they barely even did studies on anatomy and whatever. which was crazy to me because it felt like they had such a grasp on that kinda thing and stylized it so well. that didnt make me stop studying though but it made me worry about everything way less, because it made me realize you just gotta do what you feel is right and what you feel is truly pushing you, but most importantly have fun doing it. it made me realize art wasnt this rigid ass process where i was breaking rules or not eating enough art veggies. so with that, i accepted myself and i moved forward continuing to push myself but not worrying as much about improvement right away, just have fun and do studies and shit as i went when i wanted to, and give myself a little push to strive for stuff just a bit crazier than what i felt i was capable of.

everyone is different, theres some artists that start from the feet up or start drawing a body from the shoulder its crazy. but its not because its objectively better to do that, its just how they draw. some artists do full sketch constructions for bodies, some artists do everything from eye. im sure theres some that switched from doing everything from eye to wanting to do construction for bodies and stuff, and vice versa. they did what worked for them, but what makes ppl rly improve is simply that they have fun in the process and strive to push themselves, thats the most important thing, or at least thats my perspective on it at this current point in my life.

so do what you feel is right, have fun, try different techniques out, try different stuff that you feel will help you, keep being inspired.

if u were to rewrite fop how would u fix her character?

I’d probably do an episode trying to figure out why she’s so obsessed with being Trixie’s friend (or why she wants to be her so bad) and maybe how she 1st develops a crush on Timmy Turner

Maybe he was nice to her in the past; that sort of thing but now my mind is fairly odd parents a new wish; most likely her and trixie are all grown up and living their young adult lives and who even’s knows if they’re still friends or still talk to each other

My fairy Felicity gets to travel to different times and universes as long as she doesn’t muck around with Time and don’t change time because that’s Father Time’s job so anything involving time you have to go through him (she has his number to call him if time is involved; she doesn’t muck around with time and upset Father Time; it is now a rule many a fairy has to follow you gotta check in with Father Time; mucking around with Veronica star would be mucking with time atm and we cannot do that; but what felicity can do is show recordings of the past by making little moving screen show up and play events like a little flash back; heck she’ll even magic up some movie treats and drinks so while you’re watching it you can snack) also I see her wanting to become Timmy’s assistant to help him deal with all the lawyers paperwork he’s most likely gonna need in @jessadamsdraws the deal au *she’s been working on trying to induce herself to him to work as his assistant being as it seems he needs one (( also she soo wants to get out of fairy world and doesn’t feel like she could handle being a god parent without getting some experience of what earth is like now; she was a human child from Australia from a time when England was sending convicts to Australia then got turned into a fairy so only times she gets to be on earth is to help cats find their forever homes and she wishes to see how humans have change from when she once was one long long LONG ago))

Also did some more sketching of Timmy and one of Hazel those two characters are quite fun to draw and are very interesting for me to try to learn more about them

I would love to know more about the plot idea that inspired your art with Metal Overlord and Sage!

Oh man, I kinda forgot most of it but I'll say what I remember ;u; I don't actually have this one very planned since it was a random idea I had, so if anyone would like to add stuff to it or just draw this Sage, feel free to do so. Also, I have other story ideas that are relatively more well planned I guess, so I can talk about those too if anyone is interested. Might add a small sketch for them like I did here too

This idea is actually more about an evil Sage who was overtaken by a virus, the government's fault for learning about her and wanting to control her probably. I kinda wanted something that was against her own programming or ideals, confusing her so much to the point of breaking or being corrupted.

Not sure what her goal would be. Maybe destroying the world, destroying only the humans or just take control of everything and everyone. Maybe a corrupted way of love that would make her want to shape the world however she thinks it should be.

She's able to take control and overwrite any robot/machine's purpose, all except for Metal (because unconscious sibling bonding or something).

I didn't actually plan on adding Overlord (or Neo) to this, I only wanted to draw him and OvertakenSage because of the cool factor (lol).

As to why he joined her, not sure either. Could be him wanting to stop her, fear of her taking control over him too, or just doing it because of his own goal like waiting for the perfect moment to strike and him being the one with control over everything. Maybe he doesn't even join her and actually joins whoever tries to stop her, idk

I'm also not sure what would happen to Eggman, or what he would do, all I know is Sage would be against him too. If he would be temporary ally to Sonic and friends or just hide on his own, depends on how it sounds more interesting.

The biggest inspirations for this are actually 3 different things: 1, me wanting to make a virus/apocalypse thing because I have fun with that type of stories, kinda like the whole metal virus stuff (I actually have a different story idea with something more similar to that I guess). 2, stories about computer viruses, specially the "I love you" one. And 3, a song that might be based on that, is called "INFeCTIoN" by VocaCircus, really good song, I like it a lot. I guess there's a bit of inspiration from robot apocalypse movies too? I haven't actually watched that many so...

But yeah, that's my "Overtaken AI" au. Again, it's not very well planned because I'm not even sure if I'll actually use this for anything other than drawings and maybe some small scenes about it, I really just wanted to make my own evil Sage design yay

SKULL SHAPE: I was actually surprise by this, i REALLY didnt expect that😳😳😳 is the head shape that unique??? caz i used to see it everywhere- (twitter mostly) actually, there's kinda a reason behind why i choose this shape :) im really bad at drawing skulls, esp when its complicated, so i simplify it as much as possible to avoid an extra hour on the skull alone☠️ (my average time to draw head this style alone is fucking 10-15 minutes, THE HEAD ALONE OMG- just sketching no color NOTHING-)

EXPRESSION/FACES: i never thought ppl will say that too tbh, i thought i draw expression like many other ppl🥹 maybe ppl see Ink as the most expressive tho, since he IS 💖💖💖 when i draw characters, there's nothing behind those expression, i draw them mindlessly and brainless-😭

THE ONE LINE BROW THING: maybe this i can agree lol :)) I've been inspired alot from Japanese and Korean artstyle + itsroxxanex. Sooooo i did that, my friend used to kinda mock me ab it so i change to 2 brows for a while but IDK ONE BROW IS MY THING- it took just less space and i love simple things <3

SHADING: hmmm i dont really know ab this tho 😭😭😭 i think my way of shading is very generic. The only thing i think made my art pop is the highlights. Im kinda obsessed with light so jajdhdjsod I WANT LIGHT EVERYWHERE. Watching too much RossDraws just made me obsessed with color dodge- ...the shadows i just use default brush and mutiply and sometimes at more colors, thats it 🥹💖

JUST YOUR ARTSTYLE!: i dont think i have an artstyle yet 😭 idk i still change my style alot since June and im still growing, i changed my brushes almost every week and overall just utmost chaos. What inspires you as an artist? What do you wish for your art to achieve?

This ask is from a little while ago but I didn't really know how to answer it before *SOBS* I wanted to think on it a little more... I feel like a ton of things inspire me to keep creating, but something really big on that ever-growing list is probably the sense of connection art is able to give different people. Does that make sense?

When it comes to fanart and stuff like that (which I primarily focused on when I started posting art to the internet), I keep drawing and putting myself out there in hopes of reaching people who also enjoy the things I love so we can rave about it together. It makes the experience of enjoying something and creating things that stem from that enjoyment even more fulfilling than it would be if I just kept the stuff I made to myself. It feels really good to spread joy around like that. Sharing and seeing so many people's different interpretations of stories I love and cherish makes me really happy.

I didn't really post my oc drawings online in depth or outside of friend circles before Natalia and all the other ones I have came to be. I didn't really expect people to care about them as much as the fan work I made, but when people did express interest in them it was a really nice surprise. I've gotten so many messages and comments about how little things I add to my characters resonate with people. I've gotten a ton about how Thalia having visible body hair without it being seen as something she's ashamed of by herself and others is uplifting for some, a lot of comments and stuff where people get really excited when it comes to art of Natalia and her body type, and general things about how sweet it is to see my wlw characters be happy with each other. I remember someone also anonymously say that Sadie being the way she is while having that name made them feel good about themself in a weird little loop around way when it comes to their deadname (I don't think I explained it well but if you're the person who told me that and you're reading this u know what I mean). I feel like I might be rambling a bit but I wanted to list some things that I've been told because I still think about them and it fills me with so much happiness that I can't even express it properly. Saying I'm really flattered that people connect with my characters like that would be such an understatement LOL. Every time I get a message like that it really encourages me to keep using them and being proud of my original art and little brain creatures ^_^

It feels really cool to know that people are into them too HAHA when I was younger I used to think to myself "wow wouldn't it be cool if people were attracted to my drawings" and now that it's a reality it feels really cool

It's just really nice to see how much of an influence art can have on people. I'm really happy my little self-indulgent doodles can make other people happy too!!!!!!!

To answer your question yes I do go to different platforms for agere content :3

When I first started out as a regressor I always went to instagram because it's honestly all I knew at the time as a 12-13 year old kid :> I mainly went there to see thise cute lil text post scripts of cgs and their littles and it made me so small!

Buuuut then many years later I made a friend who isn't in the community but said they read fics on Tumblr! And I was like "omg?? Wait??? I never thought of fics on other websites other than wattpad" (which I'll get to later) so! I went onto here maybe 1 or 2 years ago and I started reading! And I saw how a bunch of blogs would post a bunch of other things and just ✨️🎀✨️

Tumblr is definitely my main and holy grail for agere content

I know a lot of people make moodboards and all that stuff as content but I wanted more agere content for everyone! Which inspired me to make more and more fics! (Since I already post other fics on Twitter x]) I love that I post fics and I love that people enjoy them so much it warms my heart so greatly that people enjoy me and my content QwQ🩷

Now, speaking of fics I know it's probably not necessarily on the list BUT

I do go on wattpad for this one mha agere series and it's so so good and I love it it's been with me for like 2 or 3 years and it's EVERYTHING (I'll drop links if anyone asks I promise)

I also love to read the agere fic of a close friend of mine on AO3 too!

As for Instagram, I do still use it and have it!! Although I usually just use it to either look at art or shop for little gear! I am happy to say that at my grown age I have managed to build up a collection and have favorite shops to buy from x) BUT!! My cg and I are starting up our own Instagram profile together soon!! And I'm so excited!! ^^

» AN: Inspired by this art that popped up on my dash today and written with @junk-whunk-punk-artist's blessing. It was supposed to be a spontaneous surprise that @melkors-big-tits might have spoiled a little, but that's alright :P hope y'all enjoy!

It was supposed to be a lazy day, just hanging out and blasting the shittiest metal music they could find to piss off Melkor's annoying brother. And things had been going fine, great even, until the conversation shifted to naughtier topics and Langon asked what he now realised might have been a dumb question. 

Melkor shifted on the couch, turning to face him, one leg crossed over the other. His elbow rested on the back pillow. "You don't know how the prostate works? Seriously?" 

Embarrassed, Langon increased the speed with which he chewed on his bubblegum. 

"I mean, I guess it's a sex thing or whatever, heard Mai talk about it once or twice when he's fucking Tyelpë, but you know..." 

He didn't feel like voicing it, but both he and Melkor were already well aware that, between the two of them, Mairon was usually the one bringing people home. 

"You're missing out," Melkor said.

Langon merely shrugged in response. As far as he was concerned, there was little he could do about it – but the devious glint in the taller man's dark eyes told him that he had other ideas. 

Melkor moved closer to sit directly beside him, their thighs brushing against one another, his arm already snaking around his shoulders. "Do you wanna find out?" 

His deep voice was devilishly, devastatingly alluring, and Langon blushed. He was not so naive as to not realise where this was going, and excitement made his skin prickle. Melkor was rowdy, cool, handsome and unfairly sexy, turning heads even when people despised and ridiculed him, and he was not immune to his charms. 

"U-umm... yeah?" Langon replied sheepishly and was pulled onto his lap without further delay. 

Melkor held out his hand. "You better spit that out first," he said, nodding towards his restlessly chewing jaw. 

Obediently, Langon spat his bubblegum onto his palm and watched him discard it carelessly before bringing his hand back to his mouth. 

"And now spit again. On my fingers." 

"Why?" 

Melkor grinned down at him. "Assuming you're as clueless as you're acting right now, you're gonna need it. Spit, pants down, pull your legs up. Got it?" 

"Y-yeah." 

"Good." 

Langon did as he had been told. His mind had not yet fully grasped that he was about to – partially – undress in front of one of the sexiest punks around, get fingers shoved up his ass and finally find out about one of the many naughty things Mairon got up to all the time. It was as exciting as it was nerve-wracking, but fortunately for him, Melkor seemed to know what he was doing. 

Now exposed and awkwardly balancing on the other man's lap, Langon felt his cheeks flushing bright red when his shirt was pulled up in tandem with a spit-slicked finger dipping between his shivering legs. 

"Relax, pretty boy. It'll feel a bit weird at first, but very good once I show you what your prostate does," Melkor laughed, his voice low and quiet, and leaned down to kiss Langon's cheek. The dark stubble on his chin and jaw brushed against soft skin, eliciting a small gasp. 

Langon wrapped one arm around his neck to steady himself while Melkor took his time massaging his rim and playing with his nipple before pushing inside. His breath quickened and his free hand grasped the nearest thing to hold on to when he was breached, landing on his friend's still-clothed knee. 

"Easy. Almost there," Melkor whispered in his ear, and Langon exhaled, willing his muscles to relax. It wasn't like he had never done anything of this sort before, but the sensation was strange and intense, his body wanting to tense up and push against it until – 

Melkor crooked his finger, causing it to press against a hidden spot inside him, and Langon threw his head back with a moan loud enough to alert the entire house. 

"F-fuck-!" 

It felt good, so good in fact that he began to move his hips to get more of it. Thankfully, Melkor was happy to oblige and pushed his finger in and out of him, rubbing against his rim and his prostate with skillful precision. He took advantage of Langon's exposed neck to pepper it with small bites and kisses and continued to leisurely explore the sensitive areas of his upper body with his free hand. 

Torture and bliss. Langon felt like he was having an epiphany, not just in regards to the euphoric pleasure flooding and drowning his mind, but now he also understood what all the songs and tales were about. He hadn't believed it could feel this good – and he had been so very wrong. 

When he inevitably came all over his shirt, cursing under his breath, Melkor carefully withdrew his hand and pressed one last gentle kiss to his heaving throat. 

"Think you got it now? Or do you need me to explain more?" 

"'m good," was all that Langon managed, closing his eyes to ground himself. "So very good..."

Speaking of my art

✨️I want to share with u some sketches with my new Monster High g3 original character and their story

🌟Meet Min, a child of a mimic (unknown which one)

Pronounce: any, but mostly uses they/them

There are some details in the design, which Min mimicked from mimics from media, bc they don't know who are their parents and what Min is even suppose to be

Before Min mimicked anything for their appearance, they was something grayish with human alike shape. Not cool huh

So, Min took some clothes, front teeth and ears from Glitchtrap and used fur colour as the hair colour (when they played the fnaf vr they got really inspired by mimic from fnaf)

With time, Min find out about mimic in My Little Pony, so they mimicked the horn, a part of an year (so technically just recollected the already existing part of), bow from the tail for the bowtie, eye colour (they didn't make their eyes a crystals, like the mlp mimic, but they are still really sparkly) and parts of the mane colours for some of their hair streaks

As the time went, Min discovered another mimic in media. A DnD mimic. Bc Min didn't had many friends for that time, they didn't played DnD, but read a lot about it. Most commonly used image for the DnD mimic is the "chest" looking one, so Min mimicked sharp teeth to the triangle parts on their clothes, sharp teeth (but Glitchtraps front ones remain), a wooden texture for the arm and made a bag, that looks like a chest mimic

When Min got in Monster high school, they they didn't quietly understand how to start being friends with somebody there.

They decided firstly to just watch what is even going on there. And one time they saw Cleo. Her skin was so shiny and sparky, Min loves sparky things. So they asked Cleo that she is beautiful and if Min can mimic her skin. At first Cleo was confused, but asked what is even "mimic" is and Min mimicked it quickly and showed how does it look. Cleo liked how her skin colour and sparkles lookes on Min, so she said "of course you can keep it like that, i like it"

With time, Min began to be friend with other gouls, like Frankie, Goulia, Clawdeen, Draculaura and Twyla

Min can mimic only appearance, no powers. So unicorn horn has no magic, they have no "glitching" powers and other stuff

Soooo yeah, I made a story about mimicking Cleo's skin bc I want to make an ooak/custom, by using g3 Cleo as a base :)

I was really inspired by mimics in media, u can tell. Especially when i made an art with mlp mimic as fnaf mimic for my mlp-fnaf au. I didn't kinda include the original true form of the fnaf mimic, bc Min would be definitely thinking like "nah, I already was gray, cmoooon. Boriiiiing"

Idk then I will make a custom of my oc, but I already ordered a base and boots, so now I'm waiting for them to arrive

I'm sorry for soooo many text here and if there is any mistakes in grammar. English is nor my first language and it's already 5 am and an air raid alarm (typical for Ukraine😭), my brain is not braining really

And yes, there are some layers to protect my sketches from Ai, idk if it's really working, buuuuut I really hate Ai, so I hope this stuff works against it

persona is not even that "bad" of a thing to be obsessed with. its *extremely* popular, both casually and obsessively. i think your art is great. i actually downloaded all your p2 art because there is not enough of p2 art in general (not to repost of course, fuuuuuck reposters, but to look at it again later even if i dont have wifi). i think your art is worthy of that. but even if it wasnt, its not healthy to bottle yourself up forever. if you want to express yourself, even if its fandom, even if its not something you can show off to non-fans, that matters. you deserve to be able to do that no matter what imo. and if its not safe to express yourself around your 'friends' like that, they suck. being able to complete rendered art like you have is genuinely a feat. ive always wanted to "draw" but ive never been able to get past shitty sketches on paper even when i had ideas. most people dont even try at all, even when they love something a lot. so i think you should be proud your love has "bore fruit" i guess. you can point to your work as the labor of your love. thats something really nice, i think. i hope you dont take any of this the wrong way (im not great at conveying tone) i mean all of this 100% on your side.

Busy with important family events over the next couple of days, and so I thought it would be good to get a day-and-date release for this Debrief on the latest entry in my Sapphic Valley series, "How You Get The Girl." Be sure to read the story before jumping in!

Alright, I'm trusting you. Go ahead and hit that 'Keep Reading' button you scamp.

It only seems appropriate to start this Debrief off by addressing the elephant in the room. I haven't posted anything in over a month, and "By Moonlight" came about a month after its predecessor, the conclusion to "Stone-Cold Lovers."

Work, naturally, has been a major factor.

You can see me talk about that almost two weeks ago in this Tumblr post I made about writing in a coffee shop, which came weeks after I actually started writing during a trip to a friend's house.

Side note:

Just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge my beautiful Haley and Emily keychains. My friend who's responsible for the affairs of one ghostly farmer named Jizzabelle (Gisabelle to the laymen) got them for me! Only appropriate after I commissioned some art of her and Abigail.

Emily was my first Stardew wife, and Haley currently holds the biggest place in my heart. They make a lovely duo!

And I'll avoid any sister-wife jokes

While I've had some other projects like Zine writing to take care of, work and life can't explain the full absence.

The best way I can think to explain things is that:

I had the general writer's block, and

Despite the best intentions and advice of my irl friends and online pals like @alchemicallymoon and @duelbraids, I couldn't force myself to "break" that block by just... Writing something else.

This is entirely the result of my own psychosis. I have a tendency to carefully plot things out and impose a timetable that really doesn't need to exist. When I feel the cause is righteous enough, it's hard to get around that. In this case, I knew I needed to get my poll-winning idea out after dawdling for holidays like Valentine's Day, and then I knew I only wanted to post one more story before jumping on a very special event for my upcoming 30th AO3 post.

Thus, here we are: arbitrarily forcing myself into a spiral of writer's block misery because of a silly promise on Tumblr and my own sense of ordered chaos.

At the very least, this meant it's coming out not long after my AO3 pal InsertACatchyPennameHere also emerged from the woodwork to tell me they're working on something INSPIRED by my four-person friend group farm adaptations.

Much love to them, wherever they may be.

I'll probably start writing more eclectically now that my shoulders are unweighed, but don't expect my next publication to hit until I'm finished working on teasing the big event. All you Pokemon fans better get hype!

And oh how sweet this publication feels. Between my great set of recent ceramics, the figure drawing class I've been attending, and creative writing, I've felt more fulfilled than ever.

This idea began less with any one event as it did a desire to advance the Alexis/Haley relationship, and Haley's characterization in particular. It was always going to end with watercolor painting reference, but 2 Willow Lane was what I really wanted to dig into.

As I see it, a lot of what keeps people invested in Stardew when its comfy vibes becoming routine is the air of mystery in Eric Barone's worldbuilding. Haley and Emily's parents being some world-traveling duo who left their home in the siblings' care for who knows how long (and who knows how many times over their lifetime) really piqued my interest. So much so that the new writing challenge I set for myself in "How You Get The Girl" was crafting a particularly long set of descriptions that emphasize how overwhelming the parents' influence feels — without creating an impenetrable wall of text.

Hopefully I succeeded in that. Let me know!

I tried to include some vaguely real world-adjacent references into that description of the house, as happens with the magical-realism world of Stardew Valley. For example:

The computer sitting next to their bonsai tree is an iMac G3, the kind of old 'futuristic' tech that my dad loves!

A Speedwell refrigerator is based on even more vintage tech, the Mayflower fridge, but named after a different ship ridden by Pilgrims coming to America.

That city that the family visited in an old photograph with a "monument of arching, interlocking steel" is, of course, Paris — with the statue bookends referencing any number of statues in the Louvre.

Haley's FAD magazine could be referencing any number of publications, but Vogue is probably the closest analogue to what I imagine her reading.

Furthermore, I took some notes on describing the home's layout off of my sister's apartment building, and I asked my bestie @trybard for input on what kind of hanging plant should be used in the transitional hallway. Hanging pothos, philodendron, and spider plants were the three options provided, and my response was appropriate:

They know so much about plants.

Go bug them about it.

I drew on other friends' knowledge to help decorate the house. Specifically, I asked one of my witchiest friends what kinds of protective wards someone like Emily would leave around doorways and windows. She had... A lot of reference material.

I picked Hazel given it purportedly "protects against evil; encourages abundance and inspiration." I also picked Amethyst as one of Emily's loved gifts, one that purportedly "absorbs negative energy, promotes harmony."

My witchy friend is the same one who provided the TikTok that I referenced in my advertisement post:

Perhaps the most important thing about 2 Willow Lane was the recurring motif of Barbie's Dream House.

As a surface-level reference, I think the groundwork is clear. Blondie's love of fashion and general queen bee demeanor fits comparisons to Barbie well, and she lives in a big ol' house full of stuff. We all saw Greta Gerwig's Barbie movie last year. It's still in the cultural zeitgeist.

I'm hip with the kids.

Yet, early on I also tried to make it clear that if this is a "dream" house, it's neither Haley's nor Emily's dream. Haley is a Barbie in that stereotypical sense, but also there's much to be mined from the analogy of a sort of powerless doll in an immutable house, constrained by social obligation to her family rather than literal plastic and stickers.

The cold open of Jodi and Sam was meant to stand alone, but in execution I also think drawing Kent's absence into the conversation makes for a more thematically rich comparison to these sisters who appear to have themselves more put together.

My beta reader said this wound up being one of my stronger stories because of how all of that intertwined, which I appreciated given how down on myself I was following the whole writer's block thing.

But also.

Also.

Alexis gets to be horny. She's hitting on lonely MILFs and watching girls shake their asses to the tune of bad reality TV.

We love a buff dommy mommy farm girl in this house.

Haley is probably horny too, she just doesn't realize it yet. For now I think it's fun enough to play into her being coy about building excuses for Alexis to come over, and then getting incensed when Emily barges in on their private time meant to learn more about this farm girl she just can't get out of her head.

Fun fact:

Every story in this series is named after a Taylor Swift song, but I know next-to nothing about her discography. All of them are suggestions by my friend whose house I was at when starting this story — the same one who controls Gardenia on the farm.

While I went with "How You Get The Girl," her alternative suggestion was "The Man."

All that w|w talk aside, I also want to give Sam the loveable idiot a shoutout. Had to do a fair bit of research into how skateboards are constructed for his failed ollie, and I slipped in a reference to shitty old technology that's exclusively for my beta reader to enjoy.

I also tried doing some agricultural research to figure out how the folks at Kevin Farm could have grown cucumbers so there'd be a jar of legitimate pickles... But that was getting too in the weeds.

Decided to just go with pickled artichoke hearts to save everyone a lot of trouble.

And where does "Kevin Farm" come from, you may be asking yourself. Or the fabulous "Kevin's Special" with its definitely not innuendo tagline.
