How about 18 and 27 for whatever otp you feel like talking about :3
I’m gonna try and answer about Alec and Vasche, because I already know the answer for 27 in one context, so I’m again stealing Vasche for this coz I had thoughts! (I hope you don’t mind >.< I’m just making this up based on stuff we've talked about/I’ve seen! I just love them both!)
18. Who gets the window seat?
I’m gonna say in the context of generic travelling rather then cars! I thiiiink it depends on Alec’s mood and if he’s got his blindfold on! He’s not particularly fussed about sitting next to the window when he can’t see out of it properly, BUT if he’s feeling pretty unpeoply I can see Vasche picking up on that and insisting Alec sits tucked away by the window so he doesn’t have to deal with a random people walking or sitting next to him? When he stops wearing the blindfold more he starts really enjoying looking out the window then, though he offers to swap halfway (Again depending on people ness)
27. Who cooks at 2 in the morning?
Vasche! I read he doesn’t sleep through the night well, so it makes the most sense for him to in this context too. I think if he does do that its 50/50 if Alec gets up. He gets pretty tired and just, passes out essentially depending on the day (At least while doing commander stuff, and except the bad nights ;;). But if he wakes up he trails down and just sleepily watches Vasche potter about. Probably also getting in the way and burrowing himself under Vasche’s wings because he just absorbs warmth like a tired gremlin. (While also giving unasked for cooking tips because he likes cooking and will half-asleep back seat cook)

I just wanted to write Alec having just, a happy good time for ages, so I stole @resonatingfern‘s Vasche again. They wrote a think about the pair of them in a tent drying off a while ago and I think this is kind of a parallel maybe! (Also might be kinda of mistake-ridden again I’m bad at rereading as always XD Also a dumb title because I couldn’t think of what to name the file)
Caught in the rain
The weather had been overcast all day and it had only been a matter of time before the sky decided to split in two and begin pouring down. In a matter of minutes Alec and Vasche were soaked. They decided to cut their journey short - there was no point trekking on through such abysmal weather. Alec quite liked being out in the rain but he knew his companion detested having damp, wet clothes.
They made short work of pitching the tent - though it was larger than one he was used to assembling.  He tried to stifle a smile at the sight of Vasche looking dishevelled and grumpy as they worked; he couldn’t help it - the other man very rarely looked anything other than immaculate, and being allowed to see him in such a state was endearing.
As soon as the tent was up the other man had fled inside, grumbling about needing his wings to dry off. Alec paused, shrugged his coat off, and flung it in after him.
“I’ll be inside in a moment!”
He stepped away from the tent and opened his arm and stump wide after pulling the blindfold off and returning his risen creature to the earth. The cold rain pelted down, drenching him completely. Despite the chill that started to spread through his body he grinned. A bubbling happiness spread from his chest and stretched out from the tips of his toes to the top of his head.
The responsibilities that others had placed on him seemed so far away, and the week spent travelling between small villagers and just absorbing the pleasant atmosphere of small markets had been a refreshing change of pace. Today had been even better, simple yes, but still wonderful. They’d mostly been walking, but there had been a general lightness to his actions. Here he was; alive, in the rain, his lover in the tent behind him, and a short break from fixing other people’s problems.
Still grinning, Alec finally pushed his way into the tent. In front of Vasche was the strange “flame-less” fire that he’d “acquired” from a fairly unpleasant Asura. The other man looked up, his wings stretched out like a bird drying off. The heat from the device was pleasant and welcome - already making quick work of Vasche’s wet clothing.
“You look happy-” Vasche’s expression turned from content to mild horror when he saw the grin on Alec’s face. “Oh no. Don’t you dare.”
There was a moment where both men stared at each other, before Alec shook his head violently, long hair whipping around covering the tent in cold rain.
Before Vasche could grumble further, Alec bound over and plonked himself in his lap facing him, beaming widely.
“You, are an incredible menace sometimes, you know that right?” Vasche shuddered in distaste as Alec wrapped his soaked arm around him. He’d only just started drying!
Alec simply nodded, still smiling. Vasche’s damp hair had started to dry, curling slightly in a way that it wouldn’t do otherwise. His large leathery wings and horns made him stand out from other people, but the sharp angles of his face made him stand out even more in Alec’s eyes..
“You’re very pretty.” Alec gently touched Vasche’s face, moving from his cheek to his lips. “Sometimes it’s too much to look at you.”
Vasche was silent for a moment, it was rare for Alec to be so forthcoming.  Quickly replacing his surprised look with a smug grin he nodded. “Of course I’m pretty, I’m an exquisite creature after all.”
Again Alec laughed, resting his forehead against Vasche’s. His sheer confidence was just one of the many things that turned Alec’s original pull to the other man into something else. The strange bond that sat deep in his core was content, it felt warm and happy and he reckoned Vasche could feel it too.
In a surge of his own confidence, bolstered with something else, he moved his head lower, mouth hovering just above the scales on Vasche’s neck.
“So pretty,” He paused further, the bond surging forward with an inky possessiveness he was only vaguely aware of. “And all mine.” Before finally pressing a kiss to the sensitive scales.

Ohh oh either 5 from the bliss section or 6 from the anger!
Uhh so I KNOW this was supposed to be from the Bliss section but it’s more...iunno it’s own thing oops! I also wanna write a short thing for 6 at some point but this was hard enough to write for now!, I couldnt get the words to make the picture in my head oops XD
Kiss me again
Alec’s arms glistened with blood, some of his own mixing with the red that stained his claws. The large sword he carried shifted back into swirling smoke, adding itself to the magic that surrounded his wings. Chest heaving and snarl on his lips, it was only til he felt Vasche yank him down and into a metallic tasting kiss was he truly aware the fight was over.
There were too many teeth and the angle was wrong, but the other man’s hand in his shirt and the back of his neck was comforting, and he felt the growl in the back of his throat turn into a low whine. It was grounding, having someone there that wasn’t scared or repulsed by him, to still kiss him in this shape. Alec pulled back momentarily, eyes focusing on the man in front of him.
Vasche was saying something, but he couldn’t make out the words. He became acutely aware of the pain that racked his body, being contorted and twisted was never easy, and the shift back hurt just as much, if not more. His head was heavy, the horns large and cumbersome causing his head to droop, long hair covering his face.
“-head back and get clean. Being covered in blood won’t do-”
“Kiss me again, please.” Alec’s voice was quiet and desperate, he just needed something, anything, to momentarily distract him.
Vasche moved closer again, brushing the long dark long hair behind Alec’s ears.
“Of course.” His voice low, returning one hand to the back of Alec’s neck he used the other to lift his chin. Although now taller than him, Alec seemed to always find a way to make himself feel so small when he was unhappy. That wouldn’t do, if he couldn’t see how beautiful he was like this, then Vasche would just have to show him. Edit: Reblogging because I tacked a little bit on and I’m happier with it. I think afterwards Vasche and Alec quickly return to wherever they are staying for the night and that’s when Alec forces himself back into “his shape”. He doesn’t really like being this fairly large hulking man with big horns!

So @resonatingfern wrote another super neat and fun thing HERE and while this technically isn’t new art I did wanna make an awfully cheesy bad romance cover (And the artist made Alec too soft and weepy so I added tears, and gave him blue eyes etc coz it’s nothing like him at all). I should have added Vasche’s claw marks to the book cover but I forgot XD
Also have a dumb doodle of Alec looking at the cover properly:

This looks incredibly cheesy but I also didn’t want to draw a proper background so the candle flames are staying XD (And also looks like the cover to an adult novel oops. Sorry Alec, you belong on cheesy over-the-top book covers now)
Either way I love @resonatingfern‘s Vasche and as a character he’s super cool! And getting to draw two fanged men is always fun!

Wintersday Lunch
Kinda made this up as I went along (While watching TV with mum so it might be a bit all over the place, the show we were watching is good so I got distracted quite a bit) I stole @resonatingfern‘s Vasche for this because I wanted to write about Alec preparing a meal and he strikes me as the sort of person to pop into the kitchen to badger him while he does XD I hope everyone’s having a nice time with whatever you are doing too!
Alec busied himself in the small kitchen - moving between stirring the broth and gently frying the last of the vegetables. Although he could hear the laughter and chatter from the adjoining room, he was glad to be tucked away out of sight. It was nice to be back in Divinty’s Reach, and introducing old and new friends had gone better then he’d thought. Casey had gathered several friends that Alec and her had grown up with and he’d brought Kasmeer, Marjory and Vasche with him (Logan, understandably, was busy with his own celebrations, and Taimi and Canach were off doing their own things).
He’d been worried about Vasche, but his travelling companion-turned-lover had been not only accepted but welcomed into Casey’s home, and in turn had been polite (If a bit cold which was to be expected) to the other guests crammed into the small house. Casey had given Alec a knowing look when he’d introduced the two, but saved her teasing for another time.
The constant chatter and joyous mood was lovely, yet overwhelming. No one minded when he excused himself to start their Wintersday Lunch. Alone in the kitchen (well not entirely alone, his little risen rat was perched on a shelf, nibbling on food scraps) he’d removed his blindfold to keep an eye on the food. He’d poke his head through momentarily, dutifully giving them updates on timing, before escaping back to the peaceful solitude of his task.
He was just waiting for the small goose to finish roasting, (the nut roast for those not eating the bird had already finished, and was covered to retain heat) when he nearly jumped out of his skin as he felt an arm snake around his waist. Vasche leant his head on Alec’s shoulder, wings slightly pulled forward, encasing them both.
“You’ve been in here an awfully long time.”
“Meals this fancy take an awfully long time to cook,” Alec smiled and leant back against Vasche, hand still busy finishing all the trimmings “If anyone should be used to waiting for silly over-the-top meals it should be you.”
“They weren’t silly, they were divine, and I never had to wait,” Vasche pressed a light kiss against Alec’s neck before being batted away “There was always food and wine at my beck and call. And warm bodies.” He flashed a toothy grin as he was shooed out of the way as Alec pulled the Goose out of the old stove.
“Sounds wonderful,” With the tray balanced against his hip he nodded at the rest of the food. “Now help me carry all this through and you’ll have my warm body at your beck and call later.” Alec’s own fanged smile matching Vasche’s as he hurried through to the dining room, where a round of cheers greeted him.
Despite everything going on, and everything that happened; right now he allowed himself time to relax and enjoy the evening, surrounded by old and new friends alike.

If you’re up for it, how about “can I sleep in here with you tonight?” ❤️❤️
Ello!! SO I had an idea BUT I couldn't get it to work and I tried a bunch of times but nothing seemed to end up how I wanted oops😅 Have this attempt at a thing anyway and ta for the prompt! XD
Alec was pacing back and forth by the window. The curtains were opened as wide as they could be in an attempt to illuminate the room, yet tonight it seemed the moon would stay hidden behind the dense clouds. His lantern had burnt out not too long before, and he could find no more oil to top it back up.
At the innkeeper’s insistence he’d returned his Risen animal to the earth it had originally come from. Vasche had raised an eyebrow when he’d obliged the request. When the innkeeper had pushed the guestbook across the desk and told him to select what they required, Alec had panicked. Rather than ask his companion for help he simply circled one of the options and scribbled what he thought looked enough like an A on the line.
“Did you mean to book two separate rooms?” Vasche was leading them up the stairs.
“Maybe I did,” Alec huffed in response, face flushing with embarrassment. Then he shook his head. “No, but it’s fine, they’re paid for now.”
Vasche had offered to go and fix the mistake but Alec was stubborn, insisting this was fine. The dragonspawn didn’t look pleased but both were too tired to continue bickering.
That had been a few hours prior. He was fidgeting now, blindfold off and wishing he hadn’t dispelled the creature that had been accompanying him earlier. Its superior sight in low light would have made him feel more at ease. More than that though, he wished he hadn’t kept the two rooms booked out of spite; the darkness set his teeth on edge, made him feel vulnerable and alone, like a scared child.
The only comfort was the strange magic that sat deep in his chest, a tether that grew stronger the more time he spent in the company of Vasche. A tether that now felt like a taut string, waiting to snap unless he returned to his side.
His lip was bleeding. He’d worried away at it, breaking the skin. The coppery taste of blood snapping him from his stupor. It was too much, the darkness was creeping in and he didn’t want to be alone.
Before he could change his mind he left his room and crossed the hall to where he knew his travelling companion was resting. Knocking gently on the door he waited. At least the hall was lit by the soft glow of the oil lamps.
“Yes?” Vasche sounded as if he’d just awoken, and Alec felt even worse at having disturbed him.
He opened the door gently and stepped inside. The man on the bed lifted his head and looked over at Alex. Even with the only light spilling in from the hall Vasche’s form was a welcome sight. His wings, although currently tucked against his back, never failed to take Alec’s breath away.
“Can I sleep in here with you tonight?”
Vasche made a small sound that sounded like agreement, before he shuffled over - the bed was small but he’d made space beside him.
Shutting the door, Alec crossed the room quickly. He climbed in beside the dragonspawn, not realising how cold he’d been just in his breeches and shirt before settling into the warmth of the bed and the person in it. He faced outward, still chewing at his lip.
“It was dark,” The younger man refused to turn around. “And I felt -” He cut himself off before he could mention the weird, dangerous magic swirling in his chest that only felt at ease when he was close to other person. He didn’t want to talk about it much, the idea that Vasche was so intrinsically connected to him was frightening - because if he lost him like Alec had lost so many others, he didn’t know what would be left of himself after.
He felt a heavy arm drape itself across his waist. A wing stretched out, sequestering them both from the outside world.
