Today I watched the Muppets Movie, and while I have some mixed feelings about it, I enjoyed it overall! This scene was definitely a banger. Imagine getting hit at the beginning with a song that fills your heart so much that you have to replay the song again?!

I wanted to pay a small tribute to Rainbow Connection. Hence, I did a painting study of one of the shots from that song which was lowkey difficult because I challenged myself to not sample colours directly from the reference 😭 We pushed through though, and I'm really proud of the outcome!! :D

pls help why is everyone talking about boiling frogs i feel dumb

hi anon 🐸🐸 not dumb!! we're joking about the boiling frog theory which goes like this: if you put a live frog in boiling water, it will immediately jump out, understandably, however if you gradually warm up the water with the frog already in it, it won't realise the danger until it's too late. this is not true btw but it's a common metaphor for people not recognising/reacting to being put in dire situations (like dnp being PHREAKS in love) if they arise bit by bit (from no homo to dropping more and more hints about the nature of their relationship/sex life/whatever tf they're doing at any given moment I guess). it's fun because it only gets more accurate with every new piece of content from dnp :))) <3
