Commander Fox was created for one purpose: to fight for The Republic. He was NOT created to be a glorified senator babysitter and Chancellor Palpatine’s errand boy. So, if he’s a bit surly to the people around him, he feels like it’s justified by the situation he finds himself in. On the upside, being generally unapproachable has the added benefit of keeping people at arm's length, except for a certain little blue senator who just can’t seem to take the hint.

Foxio Week 2023 Day One Six: Behind Enemy Lines Caf

Here is the first (and so far only published) chapter of The Cerulean Palace Incident.

Summary:

Fox is undercover in the lower levels of Coruscant, but the mission is interrupted when a certain young Pantoran senator needs rescuing from the Cerulean Palace nightclub.

(Inspired by a pivotal scene in The Blue Castle by L. M. Montgomery.)

He's undercover so that counts as "Behind Enemy Lines", right.

More chapters are on their way, but sadly not in time for Foxiyo Week. 😔

😅😅 As if I don't have enough unfinished WIPs, I'm plotting the pieces for Whumptober 2023

This is the line-up I came up with, sometimes combining prompts from different days and/or my OC Bingo card and/or my Bad things happens bingo card. Also, I have to wait for the Foxiyo week prompts to be released to see I can combine some with those too. But so far, I have a good idea what to do with half of the prompts, while I need to think about the others. Of course, all the combinations and characters are subjected to changes as I see fit.

Let's see how many of these I actually end up writing.

PS: I wouldn't oppose if anyone prompt me any prompt of the second half for their favorite character 😌

I saw on discord earlier, that you pinged me, sorry for no respond, that's because we live in different time zones and I was sleeping 😅

Well, my only WIPs now, are fics for foxiyo week 2023, I want to do some prompts.

However I have some new ideas/concepts for new works, but I must think more about them, then I'll write!

Anyways:

“Fox? What happened?" Riyo asked in a calm voice as she closed the door behind her and walked closer to him.  The Commander immediately jumped up and put on his helmet, then spoke in a sobbing voice. “Senator Chuchi...do you need any help?”  “No, I just-”  “Then please leave me alone, Senator Chuchi,” he interjected Riyo looked at him, she didn't want to leave him alone. She saw that Commander Fox had a problem and wanted to talk to him about it. Her attention was also drawn to a piece of paper lying on his desk with something written on it.  “Would you like to talk to me? I would like to help you, Fox," Riyo said in a calm and soothing voice  Fox didn't expect this answer from Pantoran woman, he expected that she would leave him alone. After a while he answered her. “Okay, but this has to stay between us, Senator Chuchi, can I trust you?”  Riyo smiled softly and blushed slightly, then said. “Of course Fox! And you don’t have to call me senator, Riyo is enough!”   “Okay...Riyo,” Fox said uncertainly  Riyo then said with a friendly smile. “Fox, could you take off your helmet while we're talking to each other? I'd like to see your face"   "I shouldn't be doing this, and besides..." Fox wanted to say something else, but suddenly he stammered and fell silent.  “We are alone, no one will see us,” said Riyo, who moved closer to him.  Commander Fox felt that he could trust Riyo and so he slowly and gently began to remove his helmet. When he took it off, Riyo saw his face with tears streaming down it.  “My goodness, he's so handsome!” Riyo thought and felt her cheeks blush. Fox's voice brought her out of her thoughts.  "I'm sorry Riyo for seeing me like this..." Fox said in a sad voice and he continued, "I shouldn't cry or show emotion, I'm a man and a soldier created for other purposes," Fox was clearly embarrassed as he said these words and looked down.  Riyo walked closer to him and placed her hand on his shoulder and then said. “Fox, there's nothing wrong with showing emotion, you shouldn't be ashamed of it. Everyone has them and shows them," said Riyo, who gently touched his cheek and wiped his tears. After a while she spoke again in a calm voice. “Why are you crying, Fox?”  The clone looked at the window and the Coruscant skyline for a moment and became lost in thought. A moment later he spoke, "They all hate me, they think I killed Fives on purpose, they think I specifically went after that Togruta Jedi."  “Who hates you?”   "Everyone!" Fox cried again and continued talking. “My brothers, the Jedi, even some senators! I'm the worst clone! I want to end myself! Everyone hates me and no one likes me anyway," Fox now walked over to the window and stood there in silence for a while.

WIP GAME

I'm making a WIP game of my own because 1) I'm bored, 2) I wanna show off my new fic idea, and 3) I wanna see other people's fics!

Rules: you have to write at least 2(!!!) sentences when you get tagged. That's it. Oh, and share them when you're done!!

Screaming cut off Anakin and Obi-Wan's conversation. The men whipped their heads in its general direction before breaking into a sprint. If the green lightning didn't alert them to its location, then the quickly growing mass of clones did.

As the Hero with No Fear and the Negotiator skidded to a halt, the troopers parted, allowing them to assess the green mist and lightning that now twitched around the woman who laid on the ground.

Her clothes were torn and dirty, and blood streaked across her face and hands. However dirty she may have been, her facial tattoos weren't hidden.

Somehow, a Nightsister had gotten on their ship in the midst of hyperspace. Obi-Wan wasn't sure of what was more concerning.
