First Line Challenge

Thanks for the tag @aknightreaderr! I guess we’re doing exactly one line today?

You totally may. It's my first time writing Fives/Ahsoka pairing and I'm excited to try. I never really shipped them but it's never late to start :). I'm making it the modern world met cute on a ski slope AU nobody asked for. I hope you like it!

Fives sighed when he stepped into the warm space of a restaurant. It was freezing outside. Fives was shivering from the cold and so were his brothers who were following closely behind him. Not even their warm jackets and gloves could protect them from the harsh wind that was throwing snow right into their faces.

"I'm not going out there again. Like ever," Boba announced as he removed his helmet. "And I'm telling buir I almost froze to death because of you." He glared at Cody who most certainly wasn't responsible for the weather. Hell he hadn't even intended on taking Boba with them, it was just that buir asked if they could take him along and Cody was enough of an idiot to agree to take their spoiled little brother skiing.

"We'll gladly leave you here," Fox deadpanned. Cody was the oldest one and was technically supposed to be the one watching Boba but their vod'ika decided that Fox was better at skiing than Cody was and decided to stay attached to Fox's hip for the entire day. Fox wasn't thrilled about that. Fives got it, he wouldn't be happy about having to go at a snail's pace watching Boba do the most basic stuff because he was refusing to learn anything new.

"I'll tell buir you're being mean to me!" Boba pouted.

Fives, not wanting to listen to the argument that was about to happen, grabbed Echo and started pulling him away. "We'll find us a table!"

They took their time going through the two rooms with tables that the restaurant offered and were horrified to find no free tables. Fives agreed with Boba that they didn't want to return into the cold anytime soon.

"Look, that table's almost empty. Let's ask if we can join them." Echo nodded towards a random table at Fives' right. Fives followed his gaze and really, there was a table with only one girl sitting there, though there were more jackets on the chairs so someone else might be coming. But it was definitely worth asking. They approached a bit more and... Fives' mouth went dry. Because that was the most gorgeous girl he's ever seen sitting there.

He let Echo drag him to their table as he asked if they had space for a couple more people. Then there was nothing but a smooth voice, a soft smile and the most beautiful blue eyes in the world. And Fives knew in that moment that he was in love.

"I'll get the others," Echo said, gave Fives a wink - why would he do that? - and disappeared in the direction of the entrance, leaving Fives standing there dumbfounded staring at the image of perfection.

"Hey." She started. "I'm Ahsoka."

Fives blinked. He took a good look at her, taking in her braided hair dyed blue and white from up close, looking at her bright eyes again and not failing to notice how nicely her sportswear hugged her figure. Then he blinked again. And remembered she asked a question. "I'm Fives." He smiled awkwardly.

"Fives? Really?"

"Uh... Our dad has a thing for weird names." Fives shrugged. It wasn't unusual for people to be surprised by their names. Fives has gotten used to it.

"Seems like we have that at common." She smiled. She wasn't wrong, Ahsoka wasn't a name Fives has ever heard before but at least it sounded like a name... "My brothers are Anakin and Obi-Wan, they should be returning in a bit."

"Okay?" Fives tried to memorize the names to avoid any future embarrassment just to forget about them as him and Ahsoka started talking about nothing and everything.

"So where are you from?"

"Kamino. It's a small city on the south. It's known for being one of the rainiest cities in the world but that's all." Fives explained. He never quite figured out why Jango Fett thought it a good idea to build their home there of all places. "You?"

"Oh, we live in Coruscant."

"Like the capital?" Of course she meant the capital! How many Coruscants were there? Fives didn't know where his brain had gone the moment he laid his eyes on Ahsoka but he wanted it back.

"There is another Coruscant?" Ahsoka raised a perfect eyebrow.

"I dunno, that's why I'm asking." Fives shrugged and desperately tried to remember some good pick up line. He was good with pick up lines, he always managed to charm every girl he picked. But this one time, the only pick up line coming to his mind was... "I seem to have lost my phone number. Can I have yours?"

"What- No. You got that on one of those 'worst pick up lines' websites, didn't you?" She laughed.

"Seemed funny at the time." Fives used the opportunity and played it off as a bad joke. Better appear as someone who can't even make a joke - already criminally incorrect - than to look like an idiot who didn't even know how to flirt.

"Well, I'll let you know that there's something wrong with my phone. It doesn't have your number in it."

"I'm a 10/10. If I give you my number, we'll be a solid 20 together," Fives returned the terrible pick up line.

"Yeah well it's very hard for me to plan our wedding without your number."

"I bet my number is better than yours."

"So are you gonna give me that number or am I going to have to stalk you?"

"Oh I don't know darling. If you give me your number I promise I'll give you mine right back."

"Are you a notification? 'Cause I can't t wait to see what you'll say next." Force, Ahsoka had almost better supply of cringey pick up lines than Fives did. Almost.

"Do you want to give me your number or do you want me to cry?"

"Cry." Ahsoka grinned at him.

"You're breaking my heart!" Fives exclaimed dramatically, holding a hand to his chest. This was going better than he expected, he might even actually get her number before they part ways...

"You know, if you maybe bought me a drink, I could give you that number." Ahsoka looked up at him, suddenly shy and blushing a bit. So Fives did have a chance.

He left to get Ahsoka her drink. He didn't notice his brothers standing nearby until it was too late.

When Rex is on leave from the frontlines, the two meet again, by chance, or perhaps by fate. Will they rekindle their long, lost love despite the limitations of their rank and station? Or will they obey the expectations of their positions, and allow life's one true love to pass them by?

Fivesoka Creation Day

Officially announcing the first ever Fivesoka event! 💙🧡

Guys, I cannot put into words how excited I am and I’m still amazed at how many people responded to the interest check. You guys are the best! Best birthday present ever. 🥹

When: March 15, 2025

What is the event? An opportunity to create new Fivesoka content for ourselves and the fandom! Create something—fic, art, mood board, whatever you want—and submit it on March 15!

How to submit your creation: Post it here on Tumblr or, if it’s on another website like AO3, post the link. Make sure to tag @everythingfivesoka so I can reblog it and include the tag #fivesokacreationevent

Not sure what to create? I will be taking prompt suggestions over the next few days, which I will then compile and post, to help with the inspiration. That being said, create whatever you want! Create what Fivesoka content you haven’t seen yet, but would like to. Create whatever makes you happy!

There are a few RULES…

1 — Please only create content in which Ahsoka is portrayed as an adult. Whether you want to age her up during TCW or have your setting be after TCW or an AU, up to you!

2 — Aside from that, anything goes, as long as it is Fivesoka-centric. Just make sure to tag sensitive content accordingly. (Smut/NSFW, trigger warnings, character deaths, etc.) If you’re not sure if you should tag something, tag it anyway, just to be safe! Also, please put NSFW content under a cut here on Tumblr.

3 — Creations that will NOT be accepted: AI or plagiarized work. Any creations depicting hate or harassment of any kind. Creations in which either character is underage.

4 — Please be kind and considerate! The Fivesoka community is very small, so let’s support each other as much as possible!

Since many of us are in different parts of the world, the official time for the event will be rather loose. Just try to post on March 15, whenever that is for you! And if you post later, I’ll still reblog. 😊

Ahsoka had never been so exhausted. Day in and day out she and Fives worked tirelessly with Rex and the other clones, fighting to undo the damage the Empire had wrought upon the Galaxy. It was good work. Important work. Possibly the most important work Ahsoka had done in her entire life. But it’s importance to her did not negate the toll it took on her, both physically and mentally.

As she trudged back to the room she shared with Fives on Teth, she nearly collapsed before she even reached the door. With a sigh, she managed to hit the controls with tired, fumbling fingers on the second try, and lumbered into the room.

Even as tired as she was, she couldn’t help the small smile and laugh that was plucked from her chest by the sight that greeted her. Fives was sprawled out on the tiny bed, shoved into the corner of the room. His head was at the foot of the bed (nearly hanging off of it, in fact) and one foot was on her pillow, while the other dangled off the edge of the bed.

Fives twisted his head and cracked open an eye at the sound of her laughter, a wry smile appearing on his lips despite the tiredness that sat upon his brown. Ahsoka could feel a similar exhaustion to her own enveloping him in the Force, and she almost felt bad for waking him. But now that he was awake, she figured she might as well make the best of it.

“Something looks wrong about the way you’re lying in bed, dear,” Ahsoka teased, tapping her finger on her chin. “But I just can’t put my finger on it.”

Fives’ smile transformed into a smirk in an instant, and he raised one hand and folded it behind his head. Ahsoka crossed her arms over her chest and fought the urge to roll her eyes, knowing whatever was going to come out of Fives’ mouth next would be ridiculous. His flirting was never any good when he was exhausted.

“Is that so? I know exactly what’s wrong with this bed,” Fives drawled, his smirk only widening as he withheld the punchline of his quip. Ahsoka raised a brow marking.

“Oh? Please, do tell me,” Ahsoka shot back, her voice dripping with good natured sarcasm as she approached the bed, ensuring she stayed just outside of his reach.

“The only thing wrong with this bed… is that you’re not in it.” Fives smirk had turned to a self-satisfied grin by the time he’d finished speaking. Ahsoka rolled her eyes but laughed despite herself. Still, she couldn’t let such a cheesy line slide without a little further protest, no matter how good sliding into bed with Fives might sound to her exhausted mind and body.

“Well, how could I be in it, when someone’s foot is on my pillow?” She asked, looking pointedly to his foot that still lay on the flat but comfortable pillow she usually used. Fives stared back at her indignantly.

“No, it’s not!” he exclaimed, looking perplexed. Ahsoka rolled her eyes again and made her way to the head of the bed, tugging at the pillow wedged securely beneath his foot.

“Yes,” she said, tugging the pillow roughly once more, yet still unable to free it from his foot. “Yes, it is.”

“Nope,” Fives insisted and then smirked as he patted his chest. “Your pillow is right here.”

For the third time, Ahsoka rolled her eyes, but she couldn’t help the smile that broke out across her lips. With a shake of her head and a breathy giggle, she finally relented, kicking off her shoes and then climbing over Fives’ prone form, wedging herself between him and the wall. She shuffled around on the bed, getting comfortable before snuggling into his side, lying her head on his chest as if he were her pillow, as he’d suggested.

Fives’ arms immediately encircled her, and she giggled as she kicked at his pillow with her bare feet, still baffled by their reversed position on their bed.

“Why?” she mumbled against his chest. Fives shrugged and kissed one of her montrals.

“Does it matter?” he replied, his voice already low and thick with sleep as he caressed her arm and trailed his fingers up and down her spine. Ahsoka smiled sleepily against his chest and snuggled in tighter.

“I guess not,” she murmured in reply, her own eyelids once again feeling heavy with exhaustion, matching the lead in her limbs that seemed to lock her in place against Fives’ side, ensuring she could do nothing but cuddle him and sleep, for the next few hours at least.

Before she knew it the steady beat of her lover’s heart beneath her head and his slow but soothing respirations lulled her into a sweet, gentle sleep beside him.  Her dreams were few, but what images she remembered were exclusively of Fives; they were happy, joyous and delightful. When she later awoke, still encircled in his strong, solid arms, she would swear it was the best sleep she’d had in a long time.

The Fivesoka creation event is coming up on March 15. The main announcement for the event is HERE. As the event approaches, I want to post some prompts to help anyone who might need some inspiration!

Please send in an ask with your prompt suggestions!

Anyone can send suggestions, even if you don’t plan to create something and just want to enjoy the content. Feel free to send prompts based on things you might like to see. Who knows, someone might end up creating just what you were hoping for!

I’ll compile and post the suggestions in a day or two. If I get a whole bunch, I may narrow down the options, in which case, I wouldn’t be using every single suggestion.

I can’t wait to see what you guys come up with! I already have a pretty good idea of what I’m going to write for the event, but who knows, maybe there will be a prompt that takes me in another direction. 👀

Fivesoka Interest Check

Misty wants Fivesoka for her birthday…

Hey, guys! My birthday is in March and for that I would love to see more Fivesoka content in the galaxy!

I’m planning to host a Fivesoka event in March, but I’m deciding what sort of event to host.

**To clarify, this event would consist of content depicting Fives and Ahsoka in a romantic relationship, with Ahsoka being portrayed as an adult.**

I would LOVE it if other people created some Fivesoka content, but I know there may be very few who are interested in doing so. On that note, I’ll be doing one of two events:

1 — If there are a good portion of folks who want to create content, I will host an event on my @everythingfivesoka page with prompts over a single day or weekend.

2 — If not enough people want to create anything or if you’d all just prefer I do the creating, I’ll host an event on my @tealmisthams page. It will be like my previous events, where you can send me prompts and I’ll write Fivesoka oneshots for you!

Please vote on this poll and let me know what you think. Then please REBLOG, if possible. Fivesoka is such a tiny ship and while I don’t expect a huge response, I’d still love to reach as many people as possible.

You totally may. It's my first time writing Fives/Ahsoka pairing and I'm excited to try. I never really shipped them but it's never late to start :). I'm making it the modern world met cute on a ski slope AU nobody asked for. I hope you like it!

Fives sighed when he stepped into the warm space of a restaurant. It was freezing outside. Fives was shivering from the cold and so were his brothers who were following closely behind him. Not even their warm jackets and gloves could protect them from the harsh wind that was throwing snow right into their faces.

"I'm not going out there again. Like ever," Boba announced as he removed his helmet. "And I'm telling buir I almost froze to death because of you." He glared at Cody who most certainly wasn't responsible for the weather. Hell he hadn't even intended on taking Boba with them, it was just that buir asked if they could take him along and Cody was enough of an idiot to agree to take their spoiled little brother skiing.

"We'll gladly leave you here," Fox deadpanned. Cody was the oldest one and was technically supposed to be the one watching Boba but their vod'ika decided that Fox was better at skiing than Cody was and decided to stay attached to Fox's hip for the entire day. Fox wasn't thrilled about that. Fives got it, he wouldn't be happy about having to go at a snail's pace watching Boba do the most basic stuff because he was refusing to learn anything new.

"I'll tell buir you're being mean to me!" Boba pouted.

Fives, not wanting to listen to the argument that was about to happen, grabbed Echo and started pulling him away. "We'll find us a table!"

They took their time going through the two rooms with tables that the restaurant offered and were horrified to find no free tables. Fives agreed with Boba that they didn't want to return into the cold anytime soon.

"Look, that table's almost empty. Let's ask if we can join them." Echo nodded towards a random table at Fives' right. Fives followed his gaze and really, there was a table with only one girl sitting there, though there were more jackets on the chairs so someone else might be coming. But it was definitely worth asking. They approached a bit more and... Fives' mouth went dry. Because that was the most gorgeous girl he's ever seen sitting there.

He let Echo drag him to their table as he asked if they had space for a couple more people. Then there was nothing but a smooth voice, a soft smile and the most beautiful blue eyes in the world. And Fives knew in that moment that he was in love.

"I'll get the others," Echo said, gave Fives a wink - why would he do that? - and disappeared in the direction of the entrance, leaving Fives standing there dumbfounded staring at the image of perfection.

"Hey." She started. "I'm Ahsoka."

Fives blinked. He took a good look at her, taking in her braided hair dyed blue and white from up close, looking at her bright eyes again and not failing to notice how nicely her sportswear hugged her figure. Then he blinked again. And remembered she asked a question. "I'm Fives." He smiled awkwardly.

"Fives? Really?"

"Uh... Our dad has a thing for weird names." Fives shrugged. It wasn't unusual for people to be surprised by their names. Fives has gotten used to it.

"Seems like we have that at common." She smiled. She wasn't wrong, Ahsoka wasn't a name Fives has ever heard before but at least it sounded like a name... "My brothers are Anakin and Obi-Wan, they should be returning in a bit."

"Okay?" Fives tried to memorize the names to avoid any future embarrassment just to forget about them as him and Ahsoka started talking about nothing and everything.

"So where are you from?"

"Kamino. It's a small city on the south. It's known for being one of the rainiest cities in the world but that's all." Fives explained. He never quite figured out why Jango Fett thought it a good idea to build their home there of all places. "You?"

"Oh, we live in Coruscant."

"Like the capital?" Of course she meant the capital! How many Coruscants were there? Fives didn't know where his brain had gone the moment he laid his eyes on Ahsoka but he wanted it back.

"There is another Coruscant?" Ahsoka raised a perfect eyebrow.

"I dunno, that's why I'm asking." Fives shrugged and desperately tried to remember some good pick up line. He was good with pick up lines, he always managed to charm every girl he picked. But this one time, the only pick up line coming to his mind was... "I seem to have lost my phone number. Can I have yours?"

"What- No. You got that on one of those 'worst pick up lines' websites, didn't you?" She laughed.

"Seemed funny at the time." Fives used the opportunity and played it off as a bad joke. Better appear as someone who can't even make a joke - already criminally incorrect - than to look like an idiot who didn't even know how to flirt.

"Well, I'll let you know that there's something wrong with my phone. It doesn't have your number in it."

"I'm a 10/10. If I give you my number, we'll be a solid 20 together," Fives returned the terrible pick up line.

"Yeah well it's very hard for me to plan our wedding without your number."

"I bet my number is better than yours."

"So are you gonna give me that number or am I going to have to stalk you?"

"Oh I don't know darling. If you give me your number I promise I'll give you mine right back."

"Are you a notification? 'Cause I can't t wait to see what you'll say next." Force, Ahsoka had almost better supply of cringey pick up lines than Fives did. Almost.

"Do you want to give me your number or do you want me to cry?"

"Cry." Ahsoka grinned at him.

"You're breaking my heart!" Fives exclaimed dramatically, holding a hand to his chest. This was going better than he expected, he might even actually get her number before they part ways...

"You know, if you maybe bought me a drink, I could give you that number." Ahsoka looked up at him, suddenly shy and blushing a bit. So Fives did have a chance.

He left to get Ahsoka her drink. He didn't notice his brothers standing nearby until it was too late.
