タイトルからフォードがフェラーリを破ったサクセスストーリーを想定しますが違ます💦

純粋に目的に向かって進もうとする人達が大きな組織やシステムの中で翻弄され、どうそれに向き合うかがテーマなんです‼️

これは『組織vs俺たち』、実社会で生きる僕らの映画ですよっ💪

こういうやついる！こういうことある！と感じるシーンがいくつかあります💦特にあの副社長🤬能力や志のある人たちを無視して組織の名の下に非合理的にコントロールする人いますよね😔

それに対して立ち向かったり、うまく回避したりする様に��勇気づけられるものがありました🌟最後は酷すぎてビビる😣

とても丁寧で分かりやすい演出と語り口で、車に詳しくなくても問題なく着いていけるし、感情移入させられます‼️

実際のレース場や車を再現して、走行させて撮影したようで、レースの映像も疾走感があり見応え抜群🚘

周りの期待を超えてライバルを追い越し、本領発揮する主人公たちに胸が熱くなる

組織の中で働いていると、本当にやるべき事が全体の方針や上層部の考えと合わなくて、いろいろと不条理や非合理的なことを味わうことはあります😣

社会人として10年以上経ちますが、この映画が描いたことは身に沁みますね💦

働き出して3〜4年目くらいに見て欲しいです😓
