Day 17, Trauma.

One of the best things about well written stories and shows is you get characters like Stan and Ford that you connect with and get to hold onto. So when you do have those inevitable bad days because of things that were out of your control in your past or maybe your childhood. There always there to help pull you out of your most darkest days. This is what’s great about comfort characters.

Today’s reminder, take your meds, drink water, eat something yummy. Just try your best. It’s enough.
