low key wanna like
set up a queue for posts i like that don’t circulate anymore so that way the recirculate but also i don’t spam but like
i don’t think i’ve ever used a queue before tbh lol
#listen i’ve always been the kind of blogger where you just know what i’m about when i’m about it#but since this is more of a fandom sidespace than my actual blog maybe that’s the better route?#cause there’s a lot of really good fanart and fanfics and analytical pieces that just#don’t get as much love since they got burried by time and i wanna bring them back to the forefront becuase they’re GOOD#and people put their heart and soul and time into them and i want them to be appreciated becuase i love them and they make me happy#but also i’ve hit post limit multiple times becuase if this blog and i’m scared it’ll happen again#cause i think you still hit it with the queue too#and like#i do actually use my main blog a log and the posts come from the same pool#(pro tip for new users btw if your side blogs are connected to your main account all your posts come from a pool that your account gets)#(kind of like a deck of cards that has to be distributed between all players)#ANYWAY it might be the better move for now#i’ll stew on that while i try and get myself out of writers block#cause i’ll need to get the first draft of peghawks2023 done this weekend if i want ot done in time for the 16th#need to figure out how to trick my brain into working#had this problem in school also#the only reason i passed is because most my teachers loved me and wanted me to succeed in spite of my executive dysfunction#and my other two teachers hated me so much (adhd kid with a pension to cause problems) that they passed me#just so they never had to see me again lmao#it’s okay feelings were mutual fuck those guys#(or love those guys for the teachers that adored me)#(hope they’re doing good)#what was i talking about#RIGHT queues and writing#yeah i should go do that okay bye for now!!!

"Chef Mike" (that is to say Microwaves), are generally scorned when it comes to quality food preparation. Microwaves allow for quick and convenient heating and reheating at the expense of proper cooking technique. When an individual goes to a restaurant, they expect the chefs to prepare the food in a way that they themselves could not so easily accomplish. Microwaving frozen mass-produced dishes is not what one expects.
The poster is mocking Olive Garden, a late twentieth, early twenty-first century casual American-Italian restaurant chain. The implication is that all of Olive Garden's menu items are reheated frozen dishes and that there are no chefs preparing the food.
Olive Garden occupies a niche of being one of the cheapest sit down, non-fast food restaurant chains. It is where people with struggling finances can get a relatively fancy meal, or where parents with picky children can go as a 'nice place' that their kids will actually eat at. It serves its niche very well, but is often mocked by people with discerning pallets or those who can afford better.

a friend just tipped me off about Fund a Kitchen in Gaza, a free tool that helps you locate and donate to community kitchens currently serving some of Gaza's most vulnerable!
this lets you choose a region (south, central, north) and see which kitchens operate in that area, then donate to as many as you can.
as a reminder, community kitchens try to buy and cook in bulk, which makes ingredients last longer & sustain more people in the conditions of extreme scarcity that Israel is imposing right now. they are also able to serve people on the ground who may not have the means to reach out online.
so, whether through this tool or not, please do support community kitchens, as well as mutual aid groups that cover additional needs, such as the Sameer Project (meals, tents, cash aid, medical aid) and Dahnoun Mutual Aid (meals, tents, baby supplies, cash aid, winter clothes).

ive been wanting to make smth like this for a little while now and i finally finished it up ^_^ hopefully my tricks are helpful
EDITS: since this post is gaining a lot of traction, i want to highlight some of the suggestions and addendums that other people have made. i'm imperfect, which is why i recommend that you use references of real people along with my simple tips!
as many have pointed out, the yellow in the last diagram should cover the entire body, especially around the stomach area. the only parts of the body that are consistently bare are the palms of the hands and the bottoms of the feet
check out this reblog from @proxykiwi for a diagram of the distribution of hair on the back of the body
the texture of the hair can differ between the head and the body-- much of the time body and beard hair is curlier than the hair on the head
like when drawing head hair, its helpful to break up facial hair into descriptive shapes, and add lines for texture as needed. i tried to communicate that in the images, but i think its also useful to write it out
check out this reblog from @jodjuya for a detailed explanation of how beards tend to grow throughout teen-adult years
thank you to everyone who's suggested and added things! i encourage people to look through the replies and reblogs of this post for more information

Content Planning and Marketing: A Complete Guide to Success
In the digital era, Content Planning and Marketing has become a powerful strategy for businesses aiming to engage with their audience, build trust, and increase conversions. It’s not just about creating content but creating the right content, targeting the right audience, and sharing it at the right time. For businesses looking to make an impact, mastering Content Planning and Marketing is key.
Whether you're a startup or an established brand, an effective Content Planning and Marketing strategy can propel you towards achieving your goals. But it’s not as simple as posting randomly on social media or your blog. Content marketing requires a strategic approach that involves detailed planning, research, execution, and analysis. Let's explore what Content Planning and Marketing entails and how you can leverage it for growth.
Why Content Planning is Crucial
Content planning involves defining your goals, identifying your target audience, choosing the type of content you will create, and determining the platforms you will use. Essentially, content planning is about laying down a roadmap for your content marketing journey. Here's why it matters:
Consistency is Key: With a well-structured content plan, you can ensure that you’re consistently putting out valuable content. Consistency builds trust, keeps your audience engaged, and improves brand recall.
Improved Efficiency: When you plan your content, you save time and resources by streamlining your workflow. Each team member knows what to do, making it easier to avoid redundant tasks.
Strategic Goal Alignment: Content planning enables you to align your content goals with your business objectives, creating a unified approach that drives results.
Enhanced Creativity: Planning your content in advance allows you to come up with more innovative and cohesive ideas rather than creating content on the fly.
The Key Elements of Content Planning and Marketing
Audience Research: Before creating content, understand who your audience is. Look at their demographics, preferences, challenges, and behaviors. Knowing your audience will allow you to create relevant content that resonates.
Content Audit: Conduct a content audit to analyze existing content. Identify which content has performed well and which hasn’t. This will help you understand the type of content that appeals most to your audience.
Define Content Types: Decide the types of content you will produce. Common types include blog posts, infographics, videos, social media posts, podcasts, and email newsletters. Your choice should depend on where your audience is most active and the type of content they enjoy.
Content Calendar: A content calendar is a must-have for Content Planning and Marketing. It helps you organize and schedule your content ahead of time, ensuring that you publish regularly and strategically.
SEO Optimization: Optimize your content with relevant keywords to ensure it ranks well in search engines. Effective Content Planning and Marketing includes understanding what your audience searches for and incorporating those keywords naturally within your content.
Content Distribution Channels: Identify the platforms you’ll use to distribute your content. Common channels include your blog, social media platforms, email marketing, and even guest posts on other websites. A well-planned distribution strategy ensures that your content reaches the maximum number of people.
Analyze and Adjust: Regularly analyze the performance of your content. Check which posts get the most engagement, the highest shares, or lead to the most conversions. Use analytics to tweak your content plan as needed.
Best Practices for Effective Content Planning and Marketing
Start with a Content Strategy: A content strategy is a high-level plan that defines your content objectives, audience, and goals. This will be the foundation of your content planning and will guide all your content creation efforts.
Create Buyer Personas: Buyer personas are representations of your ideal customers. They help you visualize and understand your audience better, allowing you to create content that speaks directly to their needs.
Set SMART Goals: SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) are critical for successful Content Planning and Marketing. Having clear goals will help you measure the success of your efforts.
Leverage Data and Analytics: Track your metrics to see how well your content is performing. Platforms like Google Analytics and social media insights are invaluable for gathering data and gaining insights into what works and what doesn’t.
Repurpose Content: One of the best ways to maximize your content’s reach is by repurposing it. For instance, you can turn a blog post into a video, an infographic, or a social media post. Repurposing allows you to get more mileage out of a single piece of content.
Collaborate with Influencers and Partners: Influencer partnerships can amplify your reach. Collaborating with influencers and other brands can give your content additional exposure to new audiences.
Focus on Storytelling: In Content Planning and Marketing, storytelling is a powerful tool. Stories make content more engaging, memorable, and relatable. When creating content, think about how you can tell a story that will connect emotionally with your audience.
Prioritize Quality Over Quantity: Publishing a high volume of content without quality will dilute your brand value. Instead, focus on creating high-quality content that provides real value to your audience.
Be Flexible: Trends change quickly, so be flexible with your content plan. While a plan is essential, be ready to adapt if a new trend or opportunity arises.
Keep Learning and Experimenting: Content marketing is an ever-evolving field. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and strategies in Content Planning and Marketing. Experiment with different types of content and platforms to see what works best for your brand.
