I am super happy with this. Now, if only I could find someone selling the PC-98 games for less than $5,000,000,000.............

I've recently rewatched Mclarens Unboxed from Abu Dhabi GP 2020 (because apparently i enjoy self harm), so i wanted to hear your thoughts on Lando's and Carlos' race together, maybe some post race feelings?

Ooooof I just rewatched before I went to answer this ask and it still hurts tbh. 0/10 would not recommend watching the farewell video to Ferrari afterward.

I'm sure it was also extremely bittersweet in person as well. On the one hand, you had them getting to celebrate bringing McLaren back up to p3 in the constructors', and on the other hand, you had everyone saying goodbye to Carlos. I think there are a lot of small moments that really build for me (apart from the "fewawi friends" moment from a race prior). Lando looking like he wants to be anywhere else during Carlos' speech in the garage; Carlos saying he's already said everything he needs to Lando, and that they need to keep their relationship private; Lando and Carlos quietly reading the messages the team left for Carlos, etc. They laughed through the helmet swap, but it's clear in the messages they wrote to each other that there's a lot of feelings hiding under the surface.

I think it was incredibly hard for Lando specifically, which partly explains the growing pains he had with Daniel for half of the 2021 season. Really shows how close he and Carlos were (and still are) to each other- especially during covid while they were all cooped up together at the races. I really think it's evident that they and their personal teams forged a bond over those two years that they'll never have with another teammate again.

What do you think of your new Knight Costume?

I've got to say, I liked the blacksmith role, but having a knight costume was something i was really feeling left out on, hey, if we're naming this the "Fearless year of Shadow" what better time to step up, fearlessness radiates, you know. I think it looks awesome!

If only in Sonic's little adventure, I was actually a knight. Blacksmith or Knight, I'm always excited to help out my big bro 😊

I need help from the D&D/Zelda fandom. I don't know how niche that pairing is, but two extremely popular nerd games on The Nerd Site should yield favorable results. Anyway, here goes:

I've made a half-elf Oath of the Ancients Paladin/Monster Slayer Ranger/Circle of the Moon Druid named Mitheero Folkin, based off of the Hero of Time

I put three characters into their backstory: Rakisa Iaorik, a halfling archer; Tura Zoor, an explorative Triton druid; and, finally, Gunarid Aroon, an earth genasi melee combatant.

If you know enough about Ocarina of Time, it won't take long to realize who these characters are based on. That being said, is there a better race to make Gunarid other than an earth genasi?
