Help, I just fell into the Shadowhunter Chronicles trap again bc I heard there was going to be a kitty book and now I've been scrolling the internet for all content for the last few days and I've already begun re-reading the entire TSC again.

#story time #I read them for the fist time a long time ago #Like CC was working on the second book of TDA #And I was like 10 #(years old)#So I started with TMI #And I was OBSESSED #Let me tell you I've read the entire series like 10+ times #Then I sped through TID and TDA #But because I was so young and english is not my first language I was very confused with the inconsistencies in time so I just #Didn't like them as much #Except for Kit and Ty #I loved Kit and Ty with the entirety of my heart #I still do mind you #Then #after like the 100th read of TMI I got bored and moved on #However #This year #7 years later!!#My friends asks for book recommendations #And she reads the sort of stuff I enjoyed when I was younger #So I recommended TMI #And she loved it #And we started talking about it #And I got nostalgic #And thought #Maybe I need to read TID again as I didn't really understand it when I read it the first time #This took me three days #And then I was sad when TID ended #So I thought Will and Jem and Tessa are in TLH

A few days ago I was running on around 3h sleep two days straight and I was scrolling through summaries of MLB fanfics as one does and I read (wrongly) that the problem of the fic was "Hawkmoth isn't gay". But instead of realizing my mistake at once my half-asleep brain just went; "Well, yes that is the real problem isn't it."

Swimming 10x200m freestyle with a designated time is like this:

One random person: *is hurt and has another time*

Another person: *swims 50m less because of unknown reasons*

A third person: *can't keep up with the designated time and just wings it*

Basically everyone: *starting at different times*

Me: What year is it? What lane am I on? How many 200s have I finished?

Does anyone else have a comfort book? And I'm not just talking a comfort character or a comfort book series. But like a specific copy of a certain book that they carry around like a child carries their favorite toy. A book that they can read when something is not right and everything just goes away?

Is it just me who constantly feels ashamed for liking shows with actual people in them? Like I know that if I was a celebrity (and that is a big IF) I would be scared/angry at the people being obsessed with me although they know nothing about me. And I don't want to bring that unto anyone....But their work is so good!!! And I just.......can't help myself......
