It's all really about finding a sport or type of exercise that you enjoy and that doesn't require so much effort bcs of that!!

#for real 🙏#of you dont enjoy your sport #find somethign else!!! there are so much things to choose from #for real!!!#anywya also having like really fun is so important!!#and doing it for yourself!!! nobody has bussiness with you having fun #also nobody cares really bcs you all have to care qbt it yourself and do it yourself so why would anyone do something they dont like?#or have to drag themself to do it! i really dont get that #also also find your sport bcs there are so many thigns that are popular like running and going to the gym qnd power training #but for half of the people there body is not even made for that!!#like ly sister is really good at sports actually she was by the top of our country when she was younger in group dancing #but whzn she had to run for her classes she could amost not made it bcs running is not in her dna (she did make it) she had to #bur she did not enjoy it! so yeah now she does dance classes qnd some other random things and all and she enjoys that much more #so yeah sign that if you dont enjoy your sport or excersise to search something else!!#sports #excercise #excersise
