GOD the call of old man yaoi innit. easy website. ok let's just go over every birdperson moment in the show to Explain the Story

we first meet birdperson in the s1 finale. morty's parents go on a trip and rick has to babysit the kids and by that i mean rick and summer throw a fuckass party and rick invites all kind of fookin creatures including birdperson (the crowd goes wild) at said party pers meets summer's best friend tammy and they. hook up and start dating. tragedy. but what also happens is we have our first hashtag emotional plot twist when it's revealed that rick's stupid fucking wubba lubba dub dub I HATE IT catchphrase is actually a normal phrase in pers' language! that very simply means "i am in great pain please help me". i have so many thoughts and prayers about rick choosing to express something so vulnerable in pers' language. (we will later see him choose to be vulnerable to/for pers so that's just a Thing. ig.) he travels the entire universe he could have easily chosen a language No One of the Few People be keeps around understands but he chose pers' language. some might say he trusts pers enough. batshit already.

anyway both the first and iirc second time we see pers morty's mad w rick and pers has his back and defends him and convinces morty to stick around which is. so polite of him. but something i Also wanna mention early on is that pers and rick met sometime in rick's idk young adulthood while he's out there killing other ricks. they meet at some kind of festival and rick's carrying like alien vape in a backpack and pers takes a hit and they pick up squanchy somewhere too (they're the Main Dudes In The Gang) they have a band. briefly. lmao. but also they're rebels fighting The Federation. rick calls it his star wars phase or smth. ok we'll get back to this era later

now. s2 finale. one of the Best Episodes. pers and tammy are getting married!!!!! [cursed emoji] and rick is SO GRUMPY abt it. he doesn't wanna go but they drag him along and once he's at the ceremony he gets so drunk he's like. almost passed out. rick is Always some level of drunk so for him to be like. going limp fnajfnjat it has to be Astronomical levels right. yet he picks himself back up enough to give a little speech proclaiming birdperson as his best friend and that he'll go along w whatever makes him happy so if pers loves tammy then rick loves tammy too!! and calls it his greatest adventure - opening himself up to others! and immediately after tammy reveals she's an undercover agent of the federation and Shoots Birdperson Dead. and rick cries out his name and goes nooooo. horrid

the federation then pieces pers back together w robot bits and sends him off to kill rick, rick knocks him out but doesn't kill him he just takes him home to fix him up as close to Before as he can but pers has sort of. put himself in a coma bc he Did care abt tammy. and not only did she betray him but now rick has also Killed her so he kinda just wants to rot and die. so. this is also one of my fave episodes. rick has to go in pers' mind and memories and convince him to basically come back to life. this is where we get their whole backstory !! as said they met at a festival and fucked around until rick joined the rebellion. it started as pers helping rick w "his stuff" and rick helping pers w "his stuff" in exchange. i'm realizing i'm making it sound like they were taking turns jerking each other off but what i mean is yea rick helps pers w the federation but pers helps rick w killing other ricks. so basially rick joins the rebellion for pers?? 🤨

culminates in blood ridge which is this big ass battle between federation and rebels and it ends WELL. they WIN. but rick talks abt blood ridge like it was a 9/11 type event so you're like WHY is he sad abt blood ridge. and then we see it. at the end of the battle rick is once again emotionally vulnerable w pers and he shares his Big Secret w him. his portal gun that can take him anywhere in any universe. he asks pers to go w him wherever he wants. i'm reminded of rick initially turning down rick prime's offer bc "it sounds lonely" and. i guess it fucking is. he wanted his best friend w him. he reveals a fundamental part of his mindset he always brings up - that there's countless versions of reality and therefore nothing matters, so pers asks him. if nothing matters why did you help me? and rick tells him. because you matter to me. pers reads this as the Fucking Love Confession That It Fucking Is, and Awkwardly Turns Rick Down As Such. fucking friendzones the fucker. he goes "our relationship,,," and rick doesn't deny nor correct him!! he just goes like OH MY GODDDD DON'T DRAG IT OUT JUST SAY NOOOO

anyway. this trip in pers' mind. rick has teamed up w a younger rick from pers' memories and after seeing blood ridge he's like ok i get why you were so bitter. it wasn't the battle that went bad. why do you wanna save pers then? and our rick goes because you love him. and memory rick goes I don't YOU love him maybe. and our rick is like yea bet are you gonna help or not. and he's so serious and focused bc this is SERIOUS. so once they finally do get to pers and rick tries to convince him to come back to life basically lmao pers is like i'm SORRY i'm not over tammy unfort we can't choose the ones we love HE SAYS THAT TO RICK'S FACE??? and in fact rick gets pissy and goes YEAH NO SHIT WHY DO YOU THINK I'M STILL IN HERE. he reveals pers has a fuckin daughter out there and pers decides to come back to take care of her he thanks rick for not giving up on him but quickly fucks off without his usual politeness bc he's a bit mad at rick anyway. fair

when we see him again in s7 he's having a hard time parenting his rebellious birddaughter but agrees to hanging out w rick and their friends and they seem chill. i hope to see him more next season i genuinely adore him so much. the only people rick is THIS weak for are like. morty obviously summer on some level and his fuckin Daughter. Y Birdperson. the only time he admits to someone that they're special is to beth and pers. not even morty gets to hear it ‼️ we also have like them kissing w tongue in the comics once and a faggy little musical number but those are just Barely canon. what Is canon is that rick is queer which is forever really funny to me. and he goes and has a one sided unrequited situationship w some bird dilf like. who's doing it like him. the you need a high iq to understand rick and morty crowd ain't ready for this

you are more than a capable sorcerer. in fact, you are one of the strongest in the field.

however, like anyone else, there are some moments where things get a little out of hand, and you come back bearing a rather long slash on your left arm.

but since it’s pretty late, you decided you will bother shoko about it in the morning. that is how you’re finally in your home, with satoru nowhere to be found.

you frown lightly at the fact that he is still out there fighting curses, but a part of you feels relieved that you don’t have to explain your situation right now.

the night should pass by smoothly, and you will go to shoko tomorrow: a fool-proof plan!

so you do what you can to sanitize the wound, and cover it until you can get it treated properly. you also take the chance to indulge in your favorite snack as a good job treat.

after finishing your food and tidying up for the day, you’re finally in bed, all-cozied up and avoiding anything touching your wound as much as possible.

a deep breathe in, a deep breathe out, and you slowly drift to sleep.

not much time passes before satoru’s familiar footsteps echo throughout the house.

your husband has an abundance of energy.

but it seemed like today’s missions have drained him a bit more than normal, so he skips eating anything and heads straight to your shared bedroom.

his heart softens, and his muscles relax upon the sight of you tucked in bed. he walks to press a small kiss on your forehead, quickly changing into his pajamas and settling right by your side.

he stretches a bit and turns to spoon you as per usual, eyes closing in contentment.

but you wince, even if adeptly, and it sends alarms ringing through his head.

he jerks up, and his hand is instantly placed on your arm again, softly. there is an ever so faint change in your expression as your eyebrows furrow, and he has never pulled his hand away so fast.

he keeps debating in his head whether to wake you up or not, but he swiftly settles for the former.

he needs to know what happened. so he, regrettably, nudges your sleepy form, “y/n?”

you groan, but, nonetheless, you reply, “…what?”

while satoru often likes to base theatrics around his every move and phrase, but he also knows when to get straight to the point, “did you get hurt on today’s mission?”

you’re no longer half-asleep, and you quickly sit up, eyeing your husband. knowing there is no escape nor denial, you fidget with your fingers and nod slowly.

then you hurriedly utter, “but I was going to see shoko first thing in the morning; I promise!”

he nods slowly, holding your hands in his own. you’re left to look him in the eyes. satoru’s eyes being exposed makes him feel so vulnerable, or at least that’s how he is with you.

you can see every wrinkle, and every crease; you can see what he is thinking about in real time. he has long given up hiding anything from you, and, besides, it feels fresh to just let go.

but right now, as you look into his eyes, you see them swarming with confliction, pain, and worry.

he doesn’t scold you about not going right now because he knows that you will tell him that you either thought it wasn’t a big deal or that you didn’t want to bother shoko with it.

instead, he settles on a hushed whisper of “can I see it?”

you throw him a confused look, “why? I am getting it treated tomorrow anyway,” then you smile, “it’s not going to permanent if that’s what you’re worried about.”

he shakes his head, “it’s not that; I just—“ he takes a deep breath then looks at you pleadingly, “just let me see it.”

perhaps it’s to silence his thoughts and to show him that you’re truly okay, as okay as you can be.

you’re still alive, and that’s what matters, he thinks. nevertheless, he feels the need to see just how serious is the wound anyway.

reluctantly, you slowly take off your jacket to reveal the poorly bandaged gash on your arm.

he looks up at you, asking for permission because even if he needs to see it for his own selfish reasons, he has to put you above anything and everything else.

you nod, giving the free reign to slowly take off the bandages. you can barely hold back any pained noises, but you can’t help the wincing of your body.

satoru’s frown deepens, and with every move, your husband’s heart aches. it goes like that until the wound is finally unveiled.

you feel satoru observing the cut so intently that you look away. satoru curses everything that he can think of, and never has we wanted the ability to heal others more than right now.

he straightens his back, “that’s a deep cut, y’know.”

“I know…”

“you also realize that the wound could’ve hit your chest and inevitably heart, right?”

you huff, “listen, if you’re going to give me a lecture or keep making me feel bad about it then I will have you know—“

“you could’ve died.”

you notice the strain in his voice, so you turn to finally look eyes with him. he looks pained, so hurt, maybe even terrified at the fact that there was a chance that he could’ve lost you.

your expression immediately becomes that of sympathy, “but I didn’t, and dwelling on the fact that I might’ve died will only bother you for no reason,” you hold his hand, “I am here and alive, aren’t I?”

your husband sighs, resting his head on your right shoulder, “you’re hurting my poor little heart whenever you put yourself in danger like that.”

a giggle escapes your lips, and your hands naturally find their way in his hair, fingers gently carding through, “whatever shall we do.”

“if things went my way then you would just stay home looking all pretty like you always do,” he states, and you roll your eyes.

“well, they’re going my way tonight, so—“ the clock strikes twelve, “happy birthday, silly boy.”

his eyes widen and he pulls away to look you in the face. he blinks dumbly then looks at what’s in your hands: a cupcake with a candle.

a wide grin of unbridled joy appears on your husband’s face. his eyes shimmer in the moonlight as he laughs, “I really didn’t expect it this time!”

“you outdid yourself, pretty girl,” he hums, hand caressing your cheek.

“I still have a lot more things for you,” you beam with pride. satoru can’t contain himself anymore, and he pulls you into a loving embrace.

“I love you so much,” he murmurs beside your ear, pressing a light kiss to the side of your neck.

you pat his back, “I love you too, ‘toru,” you laugh, “but you’re pressing on my wound, and I think I am just going to cry and not because of overwhelming love.”

so basically, if you do these things i can guarantee you 100% will lose weight. if you’ve plateaued, if you’re just starting out, if you’re trying to take it slow after relapsing, even if you’re petite and need a metab boost to start loosing lxs again, i’m not saying it’s good to be apart of this community but im along this ride w ya so. here u go.

1. keep your e@ting window as small as possible aka eat to live don’t live to eat (the r3xie motto 🤪). i’m f@sting minimum 16:8 and i try to extend that. but major thing is don’t beat yourself up if you can’t make it 16hrs and be happy the days you can make it longer!! esp if your just starting out.

2. stay low c@l. i’m trying my best to stay under 500 c@l/day. and consume that how it works for you. if five 100 c@l snacks over 8 hrs work best some days that’s ok. if OMAD works best, great! my mom is a dietitian and i promise, eating a little of each food group (dairy, carb ik scary, protein, veg & fruit) will help your metab which in the long run will help you l0se more weight. sometimes just having one protein bar mid day works 4 me. others i need a full meal. fuel your body or you will burn muscle which leads to organ damage.

3. don’t do LONG term fasts. i’d say up to a week with heavy liquids is okay. and not just water, incorporate broths, mio, even sugar free jello is good (if it’s clear typically it’s ok) but long term fasts can lower your metabolism, deplete electrolytes, and sodium, which long term is going to bloat you, keep weight on (or make you gain it back quickly), and overall make you feel like shit (which could lead to hospitalization)

4. don’t eat refined sugar or refined foods. do literally AS MUCH AS YOU CAN to eat sugar free and whole foods. i have a major sweet tooth so i turn to sugar free jello/pudding, sf caramels, halo top ice cream if i REALLY need it. otherwise i do sweet fruits and veggie based substitutions for carbs. i use cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, or there’s these great hearts of palm noodles.

5. eat tons of fiber!! laxatives will help momentarily, consistent fiber will keep your 💩 regular thus keeping your body from holding onto it aka extra lxs. i add unflavored benefiber to a lot of my drinks (the flavored ones have added sugar). i honestly could promise you that fiber will help with shedding !bs.

6. drink as much water as you possibly can. yes you can become over-hydrated so add electrolytes or legit just a lil salt to your water here n there. but your body is going to retain water (!bs), and bloat if you are dehydrated. #1 thing to remember is you are depleting your body of what it wants. finding a way to basically trick it makes it easier and quicker to lose fat.

7. stay distracted! discipline and hunger may hurt now, regret and guilt are going to hurt 50x worse later. a grumbly tummy is not worth it. get some motivational phrases, tactics, distractions, that work for you and RELY ON THEM. water, i use mio in mine when i’m desperate, gum, diet soda, bubbly water, reading, tv, ANYTHING. i have other reblogs with some good motivational tactics. i also look at th!nspø as well as pics of my own body multiple times per day to keep me on track. YOU ARE NOT ALWAYS GOING TO BE MOTIVATED SO YOU MUST BE DISCIPLINED. i repeat that to myself 100000 times a day.

8. incorporate foods/drinks that speed up your metab. coffee, green tea, spicy foods (pepper, cayenne pepper), cinnamon, B12 there’s sooo many. and this goes hand in hand with making sure you’re getting your vitamins. picking up a general multivitamin will help make it so your body doesn’t want to cling onto every last cal it’s fed.

9. exercise if you are mentally & physically able to. i have some other limiting factors which make me unable to go to the gym or get as many steps in as id like. an avg day is 2k-5k steps for me rotting on the couch. i PROMISE like 100% money back guarantee (srry bad joke i swear im not a damn ana coach 🙄) your diet is 1,000,000x more important than any exercise you’re going to get in. exercise will help with toning so i try to get some laying ones done on the couch but dude you burn calories just existing. so if you eat lower than that which is 1k-2k (you can look it up it’s your TDEE) you will lose weight. it may be slightly slower than if you walked 20k steps/day or worked out 5 hrs every day but give it time.

literal str8 up proof of this^^^ is my father. he’s a gym junkie like going every morning at 4am (insanity but not my kind), but was eating a lot, and garbage. high carb and sugar intake. and even though he was working out A TON with a lot of steps/day he was gaining fat. he came to me and i told him str8 up to eat less and stop treating his body like a dumpster. eat healthier. homie is shedding lxs.

Fnaf 1:

mostly the same, but lore stuff is more...fleshed out? easier to understand? things are still vague, we aren't given all answers, but the main pieces are mostly in place at this point. main character(s)/protagonist(s) are different: Andrew Schmidt (Night 1-5) and Michael Afton (Night 6).

Phone Guy has a name and is a character: Alexander Afton. jokes around often with the nightguard, seems anxious and lost in thought often, seems to space out as he's reminded of...past events. dies on Night 4, with a heavy implication that he knows which of the spirits wants him dead so badly, before he's suddenly attacked and the call cuts out. another employee takes his place on Night 5, describing what became of him: he was found in the Backstage area, the top quarter of his head, the right side, bitten nearly clean off. his left eye in open wide in fear. what's more, they found "that old yellow bear thing" sitting nearby with its mouth bloody.

William is, in a way, referenced. while he goes by "Dave Miller" as a fake name, Alex will sometimes accidentally refer to the man as "dad" or "my father/dad." he is also described rather...suspiciously. as though he's hiding something. whenever he is brought up on the call, the newspaper easter eggs are activated. speaking of which:

Newspaper Easter Eggs!! first night - describes the disappearance of two young girls; Naomi Everest and Gabrielle Franklin-Martinez. second night - two more disappearances, this time of two young boys; Baker Fitzgerald and Felix Smith. (familiar last names, huh?) third night - one final disappearance, this time of another young boy; Kelsey Schmidt. however...it's not at a Freddy's, it's at "another local kid's pizza place." (wonder where That is?) fourth night - a newspaper article that appears to have been vandalized, showing a crying child's face drawn over a large portion of the actual article, obscuring many details. what is visible, however, tells us as follows: "Local Preteen Found Murdered Outside of Freddy's: The community was shaken today....the girl, Charlotte Emily....12 years old...appeared to be locked out...birthday party...found by her brother and father, as well as a family friend, Mic...fton.....loss has shocked the public, especially friends of the girl...The Father, [obscured] Emily, devastated, decided to close the pizzeria for the next week...give time to grieve...funeral will be held this weekend..."This is a shock to us all, and we will be doing our best to pick up the pieces and make sure this tragedy will never happen again." -Co-Founder, [obscured] Afton" fifth night - article describes how four of the bodies of the missing children were found, except for Kelsey's. article talks about how the pizzeria will close down in a few months after this, per the decision of the owner. we are told that while the restaurant might reopen someday, but there will be new management...he's passing the responsibilities onto another owner. the tragedies are starting to hit too close to home for him. we are told that the "tragedy" (MCI) took place three years previous to the article, and the article is dated in 1985. sixth night - not a newspaper article, but a paper simply repeating the phrase "YOUR FAULT" (believed to be a manifestation of Michael's guilt). this paper appears after the employee on the phone says "Listen...you haven't had an easy time in over a decade. You've gone through a lot of heartache, and this...horrible tragedy with your brother has probably dug up a lot of that pain for you all over again. We're terribly sorry for your loss, and I hope that things start getting easier for you. Genuinely." there is no newspaper article for the seventh night, as the seventh night isn't canon to this rewrite (there would still be a custom night, but there's no lore; just for the player to fuck around with).

motives given for why the two nightguards are here: Andrew blames himself for a currently unknown event (but is, at this point in the series, implied to be Kelsey's disappearance), and effectively has a death wish/is passively suicidal, probably hoping the animatronics will just kill him and get it over with (basically mentioned by Alex over the phone before his death, saying things along the lines of "L-Listen, I get it still hurts, that you feel like it was your fault, but we were all still kids back then! You were like, what, twelve?" and "T-Those things will kill you if they get in! You need to be careful, okay? ...Why did you go quiet? I, wait...that's...that's not your plan, is it?"). Michael is stated to be there until a replacement for Andrew's shift is found; turns out Andrew got promoted to the dayshift.

Golden Freddy/Fredbear is merely a hallucination, and is not an actual threat (can't kill the player). however, Fredbear will cause hallucinations to worsen in the office as long as he is in there, including causing the cameras to falsely flicker (basically making it appear as though the animatronics have moved when they haven't), so getting rid of him quickly is an important thing. you do this by quickly flipping the camera up and down; not lingering either time. lingering basically resets the process.

hallucinations are basically the same, with the addition of auditory hallucinations ("It's Me", "Save Us", "It Hurts", "I See You", etc) and the False (Camera) Flickers i mentioned earlier

all in all, not much is changed, but lore is slightly more fleshed out and the main pieces are in place, and there's some extra hallucinations.

Fnaf 2:

again, pretty similar to the original game, but with a few extra lore bits added in there. night guards are: Jeremy Fitzgerald (Nights 1-5), Michael Afton (Night 6), and Fritz Smith (Night 7; seventh night IS canon in this game).

Alex is still the Phone Guy, but he sounds...younger. he's more skittish, he stutters more often, and will beat around the bush when talking about rumors of what happened at the pizzeria a few months prior. he seems...more nervous, in general.

hallucinations!! we're bringing those back!! sometimes a missing child's poster will appear in the office, showing a different one depending on the guard that night (Jeremy will have Baker's missing poster show up in the office, Fritz will have Felix's. Michael won't have a missing poster show up; this time it will be the newspaper discussing Charlie's murder). the auditory hallucinations are back, now with extra sounds like "Save Them", "Help Them", and "They're Still Here", now said in a young girl's voice, whereas the others are more ambiguous. False Flickers are back!! sometimes, when the paper pal appears in the office, a missing poster for either Naomi or Kelsey appears.

the minigames are. a bit different now. while a lot of the death minigames stay the same, a few have some extra lore bits thrown in: with "Take Cake To The Children", the child standing in the upper left-hand corner (closest to the door, as we can guess) doesn't seem interested in the cake, having a straight face and never turning red. mid-murder, the boy suddenly seems curious, walking towards the door, as though he heard screaming. as Afton drives away and the boy (very likely Sammy, Charlie's brother) reaches the door, the Puppet (Marionn) jumpscares and the minigame ends. in "Foxy Go Go Go," two of the children stand out, seeming noticeably different; one has what seems to be a bunny headband, and the other has a reddish-orange striped shirt and appears to be frowning. during the second time in the minigame, the boy with the bunny headband is gone, but everything else is the same (not meant to imply that Baker was taken while watching Foxy; just meant to show he was taken before Felix). and during the third time, the boy in the striped shirt is gone, and Foxy starts walking noticeably slower, similarly to Freddy in the Cake Minigame once things start going wrong, before Withered Foxy jumpscares the player (showing that Felix possesses Foxy). "Save Them" and "Give Gifts, Give Life" are basically the same.

LORE MINIGAMES!! second night - you play as Jeremy with his brother, Baker, following close behind. you are told to "Go To The Arcade." upon getting there, Jeremy will stand in front of a game and, presumably, start playing. however, after several seconds of this, Baker will wander away a bit, only to be lured off by O'Hare (Springbonnie). Jeremy does not seem to notice this, and the minigame ends. third night - continuation of the previous night's minigame. Jeremy is now given the task "Find Your Brother." after exploring the building, he comes across the Backstage door before Withered Bonnie jumpscares the player (clearly meant to show that Baker possesses Bonnie), ending the minigame. fifth night - less a minigame and more of a cutscene, showing Jeremy sitting on a curb, presumably outside of Freddy's, crying into his hands as another person, presumably a friend of his (it's Michael, but the game would never explicitly say this), tries comforting him. sixth night - "Save Them" Minigame, but...different. you play as Fredbear, awakening in the Parts & Service room only with the goal "FIND HIM." as the player exits the room and explores, entering one of the Party Rooms shows Freddy lying on the ground, with Afton standing over him. Afton suddenly turns around to see Fredbear, and the text in the corner changes from "FIND HIM" to "FOUND HIM" for a split second before the minigame cuts out. seventh/custom night - you play as Fritz. Fritz is shown outside of a car with the text/task "Find Your Son." Fritz enters the building, entering Pirate Cove, he sees O'Hare leading Felix away. the task now changes: "Follow Them: Get Your Son." however, Fritz is blocked by the children crowding around in the hallways and rooms, and is eventually blocked off completely. the minigame cuts off after this point.

Jeremy is confirmed to be the Bite of '87 victim; mentioned in Night 6's newspaper, which also mentions the restaurant's closure.

everything else is just about the same; again, lore is just slightly more fleshed out during this game.

Fnaf 3:

again, mostly the same, with a few small changes. nightguards: Samuel "Sammy" Emily (Nights 1-5) and Michael Afton (Night 6).

Phone Dude!! we actually get more of him, plus a name: Daniel Scottson. we only get two training tapes during Night 2 and 3; one describing Springlock Suits and how to wear them safely, and another mentioning the suits being taken out of use due to "incidents." not...failures, but incidents. Phone Dude gets more worried throughout the nights, mostly about the new..."attraction." (our boy Springtrap) on Night 6, he basically does the Fnaf 2 thing of "Why are you there?!" Dan seems worried...hasn't Mike heard of the Hare? how...dangerous it is?

"Good Ending" minigames still require the player to "unlock" them, but will take place at the end of the night before the "regular" end-of-night minigames instead of happening right as the correct items are clicked and then resetting the night. the minigames also end showing which child was given cake via the masks the child wears: Mangle's was Felix, BB's was Gabi, Chica was Naomi, Fredbear's was Kelsey, and Shadow Bonnie's was Baker. upon getting to the "Happiest Day" Minigame, it is shown that there are seven children, and only one without a mask standing next to Kelsey. minigame ends as normal with this maskless, unknown child (Cassidy, but this wouldn't be revealed yet in the games) gaining a mask similar to Kelsey's and then ending with the masks falling and the balloons rising like the normal minigame. it is implied that Michael is assisting with these minigames after Sammy completes his shifts.

Regular End-of-Night Minigames: these are a bit different. the animatronics (or, the children possessing them) are lured using the things that lured the children the first time, with Wiliam luring them through the room entrances and exits: Gabi is lured using a cake, Baker sees O'Hare and decides to follow him again, Naomi is lured with what appears to be a dog (but is just a toy that can make noise), Felix is lured by William in a mask (he knew Afton had disguised himself, so he sees someone in a mask almost taunting him and of course decides to investigate). on the fifth night, an unknown child is leading another unknown child (Cassidy and Kelsey respectively) towards the back room where Afton is. the rest of the minigame continues as normal.

at the beginning of Night 6, it is confirmed that Sammy set the place on fire, but probably attempted to make it look like an accidental, electrical fire ("You know what to do, right, Mike?" "Yep. Loud and clear, Sammy." "I've got the matches ready. Keep him distracted, and then run out the door as soon as that clock strikes 6. If this doesn't work...Christ, not sure what to do at that point...*sigh*...Hope you're free now, Charlie...")

Fnaf 4:

quite a bit different, but has the general format of being based off of dreams that someone is having. Protagonist: Michael Afton during some point between 1994-2000. the exact timeline placement isn't clear. perhaps it doesn't need to be; the "nights" are just nightmares that give some idea of what Michael's mental state is like

end-of-night minigames are relatively the same, just with a few differences: we are given names (CC is Cassidy, Michael is the person speaking to us through the Fredbear plush, and Alex is Foxybro), Elizabeth is shown to not be around anymore, with Michael not mentioning much about her besides the information "It's been a year...", the minigame where Cassidy is trapped in the back room has extra dialogue from an unknown character in faint yellow text saying "Shh....I'm here. It's okay.." (this is Kelsey) and has a scene at the end where Michael comes in and and tries to comfort Cassidy while yelling "Alex, what the hell is your problem-?!", etc. smaller things, but y'know. Lore

each night takes place in Michael's nightmares, representing different periods in his life.

first night - represents Michael's childhood post-Cassidy's birth/Mom's death. the closest to original Fnaf 4. animatronics are grotesque and terrifying, resembling the original Fnaf 4 animatronics, and include: The OG 4 (Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy), Fredbear, O'Hare, Harriet (basically Circus Baby, but Hare), Blackjack (basically Lolbit), and Marionn (reminder; the Puppet). gameplay includes running and hiding from the animatronics. while all animatronics seem to terrify him, oddly enough...the animatronics that are Henry's creations (all except for O'Hare, Harriet, and Blackjack) seem to try and "comfort" him in some way ("Come on, Matey! Don't be so scared! A little adventure never hurt anyone!" "Come one, Kiddo! I just wanna give you a cupcake, sweetie! Wouldn't that cheer you up?" "What's the matter, scared of the dark? Come over here, I'll play ya a song, Kid. That'll calm yer nerves a bit, right?" "Do you want a gift? Gifts make people happy, right..?") (Lines are said by Foxy, Chica, Freddy, and Marionn respectively), whereas William's creations mock and taunt him for being scared and running. while not a noticeable detail, it would certainly give some perspective on how Mike viewed Henry and William, if a bit subtly.

second night - a mix of three incidents: Liz's accidental death, Charlie's murder, and the MCI. Michael hides in the building from "O'Hare," in a similar structure to the Ballora Gallery section of Sister Location (if the sounds come close by, hide/stay still). going near animatronics causes them to make noise and move, potentially alerting O'Hare if he's close enough. all of the animatronics seem to be leaking blood or have bloody spots, and Marionn can be activated by approaching the window, where they will jump up at the window and scare Michael from outside, playing "Pop! goes the Weasel." while Michael can approach the Backstage room, there is blood coming from under the door, and Mike seems to shake the closer he gets to the room. he will refuse to enter. there is the constant, faint sound of a young girl screaming in the background. no matter where Michael goes, the sound never gets any louder or any quieter.

third night - Michael is in a dark, abandoned hospital. looking at signs around the place, he seems to specifically be in the ICU. this type of memory seems to effectively come out of nowhere; the only knowledge we have of Michael potentially being in a hospital in the past is the fact that his mother died in childbirth (something i feel the minigames would briefly mention). so...this memory can't be of his mother's death; she wouldn't have been in the ICU. he is chased around by the OG Four, who have empty eyes. the only sounds any of them make are laughter and the phrase "Your Fault." but...Foxy has more lines; "Coward," "People-Pleaser," "Give Him A Kiss!" and, most notably, "Our Fault." there is a specific room that Michael refuses to enter to hide in. when prompted, we are simply greeted with the response: "You don't want to go in there. You're afraid of what you'll see when you open that door."

fourth night - seems to be based around the events of Fnaf 2. there are balloons floating around the building, obscuring any possible threats. Mangle is almost impossible to really hide from; crawling on the ceiling means they can see wherever Michael is, regardless of the balloons, meaning that once they approach, Michael can only really hide under tables to get away from them. sometimes, he sees IVs and hears a heart monitor beeping in the background (Bite of '87 Aftermath; Mike witnessed Jeremy get bitten).

fifth night - this is basically just Fnaf 1 but with Dream Logic and hide and seek. that is all.

sixth night - Michael is trapped in what seems to be a Parts & Service room. there are the sounds of a bustling party, but, more notably, the sounds of a screaming child is in the background. the door to the room suddenly opens after several seconds of this, and all of the sounds stop. the building is dark. Fredbear is up on stage, frozen in time, blood covering his mouth and teeth. he has a spotlight on him and in front of him. the one in front shines on four abandoned masks, the Foxy one bloody, and a bloody Fredbear Plush. Michael approaches Fredbear, the suit seeming to constantly let out the words "Your Fault," and upon picking up the plushie, the room goes dark and silent, and Michael pulls out a flashlight. from this point onwards, the player must find keys to leave the diner while warding off Nightmare, who is almost relentless. exiting the diner completes the night.

Sixth Night Minigame Cutscene: this shows a different minigame from the original game. Cassidy is shown to be in a dimly lit party room. there is a heartbeat monitor in the background. there are other kids around in the background, but Cassidy is shown sitting on the ground up front, with Charlie standing next to him. they start talking, and it sounds like Cassidy wants to help free the souls, with Charlie telling him that he doesn't have to if he thinks it will be difficult. they hear a voice (Alex) apologizing to Cassidy, as well as Michael begging Cass to wake up and not die, and Charlie promises that she and the other children are still Cass' friends, and that she's still there. Cassidy wakes up in the hospital, with his father and siblings there. everyone is overjoyed that he's awake again, but Cass stares at his father, narrowing his eyes at him before the minigame fades.

seventh night - this one isn't a dream...it's a memory. you walk through the woods, brambles cutting up your legs, sounds of nature accidentally scaring you. there aren't any true threats here, just tension as you walk through the woods. you come across a clearing, walking towards a makeshift grave. there are poppy flowers laid on top, and a small stone acting as a gravestone. Michael will sit nearby the grave once you get close enough, and will stare at the grave for several seconds before the screen goes black...and a minigame cutscene starts.

Seventh Night Minigame Cutscene: Cassidy is shown sitting beside the grave, staring down at the Earth. Charlie walks up to him and takes his hand, leading him away through the woods. they are both translucent. as they walk, Charlie looks down at him, saying "Don't worry, Cassy...we'll make him pay-" He cuts her off; "No. I'll make him pay." Charlie goes quiet for a second before saying "Well...in any case..." The screen fades out, showing Fredbear in the Backstage area of Freddy's. Charlie finishes her sentence: "I will put you back together." Fredbear "wakes up" (eyes now have white pupils) and the minigame ends suddenly.

and there's the ending to the game.

Fnaf Sister Location:

hoo boy, this is where the gameplay REALLY changes here. like a LOT. this is practically a different game. Michael is, of course, our protagonist.

takes place in the now abandoned Fredbear's Family Diner: Fredbear and O'Hare (now Springtrap) were moved back to the building after Freddy's closed (the current Fazbear Entertainment CEO just chose to ignore the WHOLE ROTTING CORPSE IN THERE because they've gotten bad at this point).

sort of in the same "format" of OG Sister Location: you have to complete tasks to complete the night.

imagine BUNNYFARM from the Walten Files but Sister Location edition and not a video game.

Family Reunion!! :D (< this is NOT a good thing)

Blackjack is an animatronic fox and is effectively Lolbit. y'know Showbear from The Walten Files? Blackjack is Showbear and Michael is Sophie, to give y'all an idea of the dynamic here.

Blackjack works as Michael's guide throughout the nights, as well as the one who reminds Michael of his past (of which he has repressed HEAVILY. for understandable reasons).

each night ends with a minigame cutscene from Michael's past, typically being the one that BJ tries to help him remember throughout his shift that night.

Night Four is interesting, though: this time, instead of Michael uncovering a memory, it's Cassidy telling him what had happened the night he died: William had strangled him to death in his sleep because...well, to put it one way, he knew too much. Michael and the others had been told that Cassidy had simply died unexpectedly in his sleep.

Night Five is supposed to be Michael's last day. he doesn't know how much more of this he can take, as well as the fact his father's still in the building with him. his final task before quitting is simple: clean up the mess in the Dining Room. put the tables and chairs back. a simple task...were it not for the fact one of the tables (with several chairs stacked on top of it) is basically the one bit of protection from his (now INCREDIBLY unhinged) father. but...it is part of his duties for the night. he literally moves Every Other Chair And Table first. like. He Does Not Want To Potentially Put Himself In Danger Because He Has No Idea What Might Happen If He Unblocks That Door. nobody is giving him advice on what to do here: Cass, Liz, and BJ are being uncharacteristically quiet tonight. he doesn't know what to do. like in the actual Sister Location, there are two endings depending on what Michael does:

Moving The Table And Chairs Back: Michael decides to move the table back, praying for the best. he shakes the whole time, trying to act fast. for a few moments, everything seems fine. Mike laughs; he was just being a bit paranoid, maybe his father wasn't even aware he was here. and then he hears the door open, and the voice of his father coming from behind it. i feel like the ending would cut here, only to pick up in Michael's bathroom. he's breathing quickly, clearly panicked. Jeremy knocks on the door, asking if he's alright, and Mike rolls his sleeve down to reveal a really bad scratch on his arm. (this would be considered the "Real Ending")

Not Doing Anything And Leaving Instead: Michael decides to leave the door to the Back Room blocked, and instead decides to tell his siblings goodbye. he tells them that he'll free them, even if doing so could kill him. with that, he leaves. there is no scene after this point. (this would be considered the "Fake Ending")

there is a sixth night that i can best describe as Playing Hide And Seek With Springtrap. you play as an unnamed employee who was tasked with finishing Michael's work, considering he clearly hasn't, as the table is still against the Back Room door, just slightly moved out of the way (showing that this takes place post-Real Ending). the employee has to hide in the building while accomplishing their goal- moving the table and chairs back -while also Not Dying. at the end, we are gifted a monologue from Michael to his father that is similar to the one from the OG Sister Location (basically saying "Hey Dad, What The Fuck, I'm Gonna Come Back For You," y'know?)

there's the game, basically! Michael doesn't die!! he's alive!! more traumatized now, but alive!!

Fnaf 6/Pizzeria Simulator:

almost identical, really. with a few changes like with the Lore Arcade Games (slightly different due to lore changes: specifically due to Midnight Motorist Shit; it basically got split into two different games, one that fit the Aftons and one that fit the Schmidts). once again: Michael's the protag.

so!! Arcade Games:

Fruity Maze: the same, but less gruesome. during the second go-around of the game, some of the fruit will still appear to be dogs, but the girl in the screen (Naomi) will appear more surprised than sad. same thing happens the third time, and instead of Afton luring the girl away with the promise of taking her to her dead dog, he instead promises to give her a puppy, if she follows him. the game ends.

Security Puppet: the same, but with a small section at the end where two people, one with orange text and another with red (Sammy and Michael), seem to be talking with each other, searching for "her", only to seemingly come across Charlie's body. they both go quiet. the screen goes dark, and text comes across the screen: "...Wait, is that-?" "...Charlie..?" the game ends.

Midnight Motorist: follows Afton. game is the same, just without the implications of Afton being drunk (in the rewrite, Afton was never an alcoholic). he returns home the night after he kills Charlie, where he is confronted by the rest of his family. he seems to be trying to act natural after what happened, and trying to find Michael, who we learn was upset that he couldn't go to Charlie and Sammy's party earlier after William "mysteriously" wouldn't take him or Cassidy, who also seemed disappointed. after finding Mike's bedroom door locked, he seems to get slightly worried; Mike almost never locks his door. he goes to Michael's bedroom window outside, discovering that it's open and that Mike isn't in the room. William simply comments that he knows where his son has probably gone, and the game ends.

Bear Race: this is basically the other half of the Midnight Motorist, but showing a drunk, potentially physically abusive parent; this follows Mr. Schmidt, Andrew and Kelsey's father. the "normal section" of the game has you playing as a blonde-colored Freddy (not Fredbear; looks closer to a pixelated version of Fnaf 1 Golden Freddy, but paler) racing against two other Freddys for several laps through the woods...until your character reaches a cabin. the minigame suddenly shifts; you're now a man with light blonde hair, moving slowly through a small, almost empty house. a woman sits nearby on a couch. approaching her gives you the following dialogue, labeled "New Girlfriend," where she says: "Ya gonna yell at him again? The kid's been having a bad day, and I'm sure you telling him that he should be dead ain't gonna help." you then move to the back of the house, coming to a closed door. this is where the "drunk parent yelling at their kid's bedroom door" section of the minigame occurs. Mr. Schmidt eventually kicks the door open, entering the room, where it is revealed that Andrew isn't in the room and that the bedroom window is open. furious, he heads back to the other room, where he demands an answer. there, his girlfriend admits that Andrew went to go stay with "that Afton kid again" (Michael) and might be back at some point. she sighs, telling him "You know it's been hard for him, especially since...look, it might be hard for you, but imagine how hard it is for him." this places this specific incident post-MCI, where Kelsey, Andrew's younger brother, had been murdered, hence this unnamed event that Andrew would be "taking really hard." the game ends after this point. (this also has some fun food for thought: Andrew is unknowingly staying under the same roof as the man who killed his brother, and thus effectively ruined his life :))

everything else is relatively the same...except for the ending.

there's a final cutscene after Henry's speech, and after he gives Mike a match to light and then drop. Michael attempts to beg Henry to come with him, to keep living. they can leave his father to burn, and they can live out the rest of their lives In Peace...but Henry says no. it started with him and William, and it will END with him and William. Michael, not able to convince him, runs. Henry and William are left in the building, and what happens next is unknown, at least from Michael's perspective.

aaand there's the ending! we get another cutscene afterwards. Michael comes to a small grave on the hill; Cassidy now has a proper grave, next to Charlie's. Michael talks to them both, talking about how they're both at peace now. he talks about how things have been getting better for him, for everyone else. he tells Cassidy that he loves him, and that maybe, just maybe, he can finally sleep well for once...

...until we see Fredbear in the dark, "waking up." and there's the ending. (leads into UCN)

UCN literally doesn't change besides possibly adding some fun death minigames in there, but i haven't thought to deep into those yet.

BOI it's taking me a while and it's thanks to some great minds digging around with me, but I have been able to compile a few bits of information about KRS's og world timeline. Below the cut because this will be a bit long!

So: what information I have been able to find with regards to Kim Rok Soo's original world and its timeline

First off, KRS and CJS are 20 when monsters start appearing:

This is the first memory we get of the world after the monsters appear.

We also know KRS (and CJS) worked at the company with LSH for 15 years

And that KRS was 36 when his soul was swapped into Cale's body

Which means there is a one-year gap between the monsters showing up and KRS joining the company under LSH, alongside CJS.

We know LSH has "a few years" before he is at the height of his abilities - a vague amount, but noteworthy that it is not "a couple years," so it has to be more than 2 at least. That is shown when Choi Han and Cale are in the God of Despair's test on Earth 2, faced with the alternate reality LSH:

And we also know CJS lives to at least the age of 25:

Meaning there are at least 5 years between the start of the monster appearances and CJS/LSH's deaths.

Now, as for the unranked monsters, unfortunately I don't have much information as to which one it is that CJS and LSH die to. We only get this one phrase that I have found so far:

He could foresee the appearance of the second strongest monster ever seen.

Since I don't know Korean, I can't double-check the source to see what the intended meaning of this phrase is. We know KRS witnessed up through the 6th unranked monster on Earth. So, "second strongest ever seen" could be indicating the 5th unranked monster. However, it could also be interpreted as "the second (in sequence) of the unranked monsters, which are the strongest ones to appear". That is, the 2nd unranked monster.

If we go with the first interpretation, that would imply the world had seen unranked monsters 1-5 while CJS and LSH were alive. If we assume ~5 years (as CJS might have been 25 at his death), that would be a pace of one unranked monster per year. That would also imply only one more ever appeared after that, for the next 11 years, before KRS was transported to the other world.

If we go with the second interpretation, that means it was ~5 years after the first unranked monster before the second appeared. Then four more appeared after that, spaced over the course of 11 years.

That said, it might be that CJS and KRS were older than 25 when CJS and LSH died. This, of course, would change our undertanding of the timeline as a whole.

If there was a concrete mention of how old KRS was when he became team leader, that would solve the issue. It would also be nice to know which (2nd or 5th) unranked monster they died to, but as far as I have seen, that information has not been shared.

Darnold and Bubby are standing along the edge of the coolant tank, figuring out their next move as Gordon speaks to Benrey somewhere beside them: "Ye-apparently this is something we have to do. There's no other exit." Tommy surfaces from the water and swims back to haul himself out of the tank onto the platform next to Darnold while Bubby decides to take a dive. Darnold offers a hand to help Tommy up, but Tommy doesn't see it as he picks himself up. "Darnold, I found-" Tommy begins, clapping his hands excitedly as he looks out over the tank, "I found a good, this is a good place for Sasha. Look!"

Tommy spreads his arms out to the wide expanse of water in the tank before them: "There's so much water in here! It's as wet as the Mississippi in, uh, April. She'll be really happy here!" Darnold, however, looks hesitant: "Mm…I'm not sure…" "It's very safe down there," Tommy reassures him, taking off his propeller cap and tapping the water out of it, "The OSHA guidelines dictate that there's only, there can only be one Ichthyosaur per coolant system, and I've already- I took care of it, so-" "Guh! Oh god, what is that??" Darnold exclaims suddenly, finger pointed towards the tank. A huge shape emerges from the depths, revealing its spiney back and fish-like tail before diving back under.

Tommy pulls out a shark tranquiliser gun - a crossbow armed with a tranquiliser dart - and fires it at the retreating Ichthysosaur before it is fully out of sight. Darnold immediately throws a hand over Sasha's face, the Gubb still in her makeshift sling, to prevent her from seeing it when the hit lands. The curious little Gubb peeks her head out from behind his hand regardless to take a look. "…That's one too many Ichthyosaurs. I don't think they read the manual at all," Tommy says disappointedly, putting his propeller cap back on. He then continues: "It's all okay now, Darnold. We can let her go free, and-" Darnold still looks unconvinced: "I…I dunno. This still doesn't feel like the right place."

Helpfully, Tommy goes: "Oh! But it checks all your boxes, Darnold! The water is, is clean and free of…of dangerous creatures. She'll have a lot of swimming space, and- oh, oh!" Tommy claps his hands together in realisation, smiling, "And the environment's not irradiated, we're in the Auxiliary Tank! Oh! This is-" "Tommy, what-" Darnold cuts in, but he realises he doesn't quite know how go about asking his question. "Yeah?" Tommy asks. "What…happens…" Darnold tries again to phrase his questions. He pets Sasha in an attempt to concentrate. "What would happen if I didn't stick by the manual?" Tommy gives him a questioning look: "The manual?" "I- I know Black Mesa has a strict code on a lot of things…" Darnold says carefully. "The, uh, alien-handling…what leaves the facility, to name a few…"

"You've worked with HR though, haven't you?" Darnold asks, glancing up nervously at Tommy. The taller man looks away, scratching at his jaw. Darnold presses on, hopeful: "So you would know? What happens to…Could…Would it be possible to take Sash-" Tommy's eyes flicker upwards, attention shifted in an instant. He senses something.

"We should go, Darnold," Tommy says. "We're- we don't wanna get left behind." Darnold sighs. It seems his question won't be answered anytime soon. "…you're right," he relents, defeated, "Let's go, Sasha…" Sasha's attention is seemingly fixed on something towards the doorway as Darnold turns and dives into the tank after the rest of the Science Team. Tommy watches him go, lingering behind for a moment.

He looks up to where Sasha had been looking, to the reason he'd evaded Darnold's question. In the doorway is a tall, angular silhouette of a man in a suit, the unnaturally bright light behind him casting his face in shadows, save for an eye that stares sternly back at Tommy.

Would there need to be “seeding” or “pre-warning” (I’m sorry I’m not sure how to phrase it) of anything relating to that stunt coming to an end? I might be missing the point entirely, but surely it coming out of the blue would be appropriate? the Aussie press are being very unpleasant- and there was me thinking that’s the job of the UK tabloids! Heya!! Hmm… I think there would be, just to make it look less like a stunt? Ya know? And a lot of the GP have probably forgotten about it, they need to remind them and then give the shock headline. If they’d ended it with a paternity test a few months after the kid had been born, I think it could’ve come more out of the blue. But it’s been like 8 years, and we’re the only ones who really have kept up to date with it and believe it’s a stunt. So I mean, let’s have a go at writing some paternity test headlines and compare:

“Wrong Direction: Tomlinson, 32, posts shock announcement that he is in fact not the father of 8 year old son, F”

^ this would be a huge shock right???? Like… the gp would be questioning why the hell it’s taken this long, and why it’s all of a sudden been announced mid tour without any photos of him looking sad or annoyed or frustrated. I sure as hell would be DEVASTATED if that was me, ya know? I loved my “little lad” for 8 years, and all of a sudden, I’m actually not even a biological parent of him? I’d probably cancel my shows. I would be distraught.

However, if you had some pre warning, or seeding as it’s called, it might be a little easier to digest. Let’s have a look at a couple of headlines that could align over a number of weeks that gives Louis consistent PR, and align with the narrative.

“Testy Tomlinson: Louis Tomlinson, of former boy band One Direction, looks annoyed at fans as he lands in Sydney airport.” (Week 1)

“He’s No Harry Styles: Louis Tomlinson looks frustrated on stage, putting on a mediocre performance while he sits down and lets the fans sing for him, in a string of disappointing shows for Australian fans” (Week 3)

“Battle of the Band Member: Tomlinson, of former boy band One Direction, supposedly goes through custody battle of 8 year old child F, while B demands more money. Sources say the case has been going on for weeks, and Tomlinson will take a paternity test as per B’s request” (Week 6)

“Tomlinson in Trouble?: Louis Tomlinson partied hard last night, with leaked video of ex One Direction superstar under the influence of more than just alcohol” (Week 9)

“The Kid is Not My Son: Tomlinson, 32, makes shock announcement that F, 8, is in fact NOT his son. Sources say that ex-fling, B J, lied to the superstar around the time of conception, and used him for fame and fortune” (Week 12)

^ now, the above scenario doesn’t leave much room for Louis to come out, without leaking the stunts, unless he says he’s Bi or him and Harry have never been together prior, when the announcement that they are together happens. SO if they go down the track of not leaking any stunts as of right now, further seeding happens.

“Where Do Broken Hearts Go?: Louis Tomlinson, 32, leans on old friend and former bandmate Harry Styles, 30, after news breaks that he’s not the biological father of son F, as pair share a drink together in an LA club” (Week 15)

^ so this narrative actually shows Harry and Louis reuniting, and works well to move them forward as friends first. And after that, well there are multiple avenues they can take to come out, but the above is what fits the narrative the best, in my opinion. It also gets chatter about a reunion happening, linking the One D boys back together.

Also, the reason I’ve chosen those amount of weeks between articles, is because usually a successful ongoing PR stunt, or PR in general (I’ve worked on album launches etc, which are usually seeded and then hyped up at a typical 3 months before release), keeps his name in the headlines and has a story that people wanna know the ending to.

Also, the headlines are just examples and I never said I was any good at writing headlines hahahaha. Hope this helps with context on why I believe it’ll be a seeded and ongoing process!

So. New Myriad Celestia Trailer, this time with a preview of the Annihilation Gang and their plans for Penacony!

TL;DR: Duke Inferno is trying to sow chaos in the name of Destruction on the planet and seems to be a single father of four. The video is an introduction to the antagonists for our next Trailblaze Missions; no surprises here.

Nevermind that. I wanna talk about new info.! I'll do this in parts, because there's a lot to talk we can discuss.

1. Setting the Scenes

The trailer is titled "A Night of Ever-Flame: Scene 33", with the numbered scene being reminiscent of "The Jepella Rebellion: Scene 47". If you read the descriptions, the similarities only continue.

Scene 47. Interior. Jepella Palace - SUNSET. Destruction. The woman smiled and looked toward the judges' seats, welcoming their verdict...

第33场。 内景。永火官邸——夜。毁灭。 炽热的火焰说道：「美梦燃烧了我的花朵，我的死亡。」

Scene 33. Interior. Ever-Flame Mansion - NIGHT. Destruction. The BLAZING INFERNO speaks: "The sweetest dreams have burned my flowers and brought my demise."

(The similarities are more prevalent in the CN text, where both scenes are titled in quotations, and even the description text is written in the same format. I reformatted the EN text to highlight these similarities.)

From the Jepella Rebellion video, we could've assumed these scenes were ordered in a way such that each "scene" meant another one of Elio's scripts/missions for the Stellaron Hunters. We can base this off of the wording used:

"Sounds like a page out of the Jepella Brotherhoods' playbook..."

"A total of 46 criminal cases!" + the Jepella Rebellion = 47

However, if we were to think like that, it would indicate that Scene 33 took place prior to the events of Scene 47, which... could be the case? The invitations to Penacony were prepared quite a while in advance, even before our destination alteration to deal with the stellaron crisis on the Luofu (from IPC Broadcast #1 and a chat with Himeko). We don't have enough information to discern when the Jepella Rebellion happened per say, besides taking place prior to the events of Penacony as well given that it's brought up in Crown of the Mundane and Divine, which should occur before the Charmony kicks off.

I'm a bit skeptical of that train of thought since we don't see anything from the Stellaron Hunters in Scene 33, and they would have an incredibly short window of time to jump from Scene 33 to 47 while still making it to Penacony; you'd have to make a bunch of assumptions about the timeline to assume some kind of chronological order. That's not to say this wasn't in Elio's script. I'm not too sure what to make of the timeline here or if the numbers even matter, honestly...

We'll know more by the time the next numbered scene is out, I guess.

2. Whose fighting who?

"Children of the flame... this marks your rite of passage."

Duke Inferno picks different paths for his children, which gives us an idea of roughly how the conflict will be set up.

He drops more details in the CN version that didn't get translated over, but I imagine it was difficult for the VAs to say it all given (1) the short timeframe they were working with and (2) the Chinese language having a knack for condensing a lot of information in a few short phrases. I've included that below.

"Akash, I lit a fire in your eyes and showed you music of the strings. Serenade the celebration and hush the Harmony into muted awe."

Akash is described as his most emotional/sensitive child, and is told to use a four-stringed instrument for his part (so his cello?).

"Dubra, I set your form alight and taught you mastery of the blade. Temper it with sulfur, maim the Elation, and let the performer's blood and tears pour into the abyss."

He calls Dubra his wisest child, and says 冥河 in place of abyss, which... interesting choice, given that it means River Styx. You know, the one from Greek myths.

"Caterina, I kindled a flame in your heart and granted you blood of fire. Use your wrath to shatter the Preservation's sanctum and melt their gold to create a statue of our savior."

Caterina is left as his bravest child, and told, more directly, to "chisel open the treasury of Preservation" (凿开 -> chisel, 府库 -> treasury/government repository).

"Constance, at last... my most ambitious and exceptional child. There is nothing more to teach you. Just remember... without Penacony's midnight hour, strip away all they hold dear, and leave naught but the Rememberance's tomb."

The verb used for Constance's part is 枯萎 which means to wither. Personally, I think withering away fits the general imagery better, but that's just me.

The factions we know of (sans the Annihilation Gang) who will be present at Penacony, and their paths, are as follows:

The IPC (Preservation)

Astral Express (Trailblaze)

Intelligentsia Guild (Erudition)

Garden of Recollection (Remembrance)

Masked Fools (Elation)

So the lineup seems to be:

Akash VS various members of The Family

Dubra VS Masked Fools (Sparkle)

Caterina VS the IPC (Aventurine)

Constance VS Garden of Recollection (Black Swan)

This leaves the Stellaron Hunters, the Express Crew, the Intelligentsia Guild, and the Galaxy Rangers caught up in the fray.

I expect the Express Crew and Acheron will be working to fight against the Annihilation Gang and help protect Penacony, since that's a very Astral Express and Galaxy Ranger thing to do.

Dr. Ratio, while invited as a member of the Intelligentsia Guild, shares a connection to Aventurine via the IPC, so he might be with him during this mess. Or he could be challenging Duke Inferno directly after the whole Phase Flame problem he dealt with on Herta Space Station (maybe there's a grudge there?).

The Stellaron Hunters may working independently to collect the Stellaron on Penacony. That's just what they do. They could also run into conflict with Acheron and Aventurine by virtue of their infamous criminal status, but at worst, I don't anticipate a fight between them with the Annihilation Gang — or at least, not in purpose. They helped the Ever-Flame Mansion rise in power after the fall of the Jepella Brotherhood, so I don't see why Duke Inferno would want to go after them.

But who knows? In the end, all will unveil in time.

3. Destruction as Devotion

The official social media accounts for HSR posted art of each character shortly after they were introduced in the video. With this, we now have titles to ascribe to them, and we can compare them to the characters they'll be facing off.

Already, we can see some parallels.

Akash and Robin both tie into music, instrumental vs vocal, together creating song and harmony. His title as "The Tuner" seems to imply a sort of control over the music (since tuning in instruments is for manipulating the pitch produced). For Akash's part in the video, we see an eye surrounded by rotating rings, with the eye sort of submerged in blue flame. It's reminiscent of an angel (insert biblically accurate angel meme here) like Robin and Sunday do, with their halos and wings.

Dubra clearly references the myth of Eris, goddess of discord; the fight over Eris' golden apple led to the Trojan War and overall destruction of Troy. Maybe Dubra is responsible for kickstarting the main conflict in Penacony? The apple reveals a skeletal-like structure, which could be a metaphor for Penacony as a whole. Dreams are not reality, and escapism can only go so far... It's an interesting comparison with the Elation, especially the Masked Fools, since both would be willing participants in sowing discord. The Masked Fools are motivated by shits and giggles instead. There's likely a more direct comparison to be made, but we don't know enough about Sparkle to comment there. It leaves the question of who plays the roles of Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite, or even Paris. No clue what "The Scribe" means here.

Caterina's part zooms out on a bunch of spinning gears to show what might be a safe door (though it definitely hides some kind of treasure). It seems to be burning away, though the door stays shut regardless. What's inside? Who knows. The secrets to the IPC, perhaps? It's definitely something related to the IPC, though; they're the only ones with enough baggage on this planet (besides the cult-like Family themselves) to be hiding away. She doesn't parallel Aventurine directly, from what it seems far. I saw someone point out that she looks more like she parallels an IPC guard, which I can see. She's "The Shacklebound", which might be a reference to her past? (And given Aventurine has the word "slave" branded on him, maybe they were both shacklebound once.)

Constance has the most interesting visual part; it's an ever-blooming, ever-wilting dahlia, caught in a blue-purple flame. It's a flower that can't exist in reality. Likewise, Black Swan was drip marketed with her art showing her holding a blue rose. These flowers can be produced, but they don't grow naturally like that. Additionally, their colors contrast each other, light vs dark.

Fun fact! Dahlia flowers symbolize betrayal. She's also the only character from the Annihilation Gang without a golden frame...

With Duke Inferno, there's a re-occurring goat motif. Besides the obvious (his head), his cane is shaped like a skull with one horn. There's what looks to be a goat sacrifice early in the video, "as an offering" to Nanook... though if Nanook assumes the role of "god", I don't think he'd appreciate the offering all that much.

There's a halo-ring around the offering, too, that reminds me of Sunday and Robin...

Rapid fire tidbits, too lazy to expand on them now (may do so as an edit to this post):

Saw someone mention that they each have different colors associated with them all for fire! I don't think it means anything that deep, but fun to point out.

The ten-legged... not-spider... thing.

Duke Inferno's burning flower. The flower feels important. I don't know what it means. Is it meant to be Penacony? Him? Not sure.

References to Penacony outright: every time Duke Inferno says "dream". Also, the pocket-watch with shattered glass and a burning hour hand should be a plot reference, so time-fuckery shenanigans will be happening. Hm. But the second hand still works, so Penacony will come out fine.

Warning: This exhaustive list will hold your hand and treat you as someone who remembers next to nothing about the game. There is a focus on explaining writing decisions of events / character actions / story beats and worldbuilding.

The silo-building materials are based on the listed resource requirements in-game. However, I kept the build time vague because I assume two days of completion is pushing it for one person to do alone.

The Mountain Road family heads to the Stardrop Saloon every Friday as part of their “family night,” referencing the part of Robin, Demetrius, and Sebastian’s schedule where they can be found at the Saloon during that day all year. Maru on the other hand is never actually seen in the Saloon, at most hanging out with Penny (who has an aversion to alcohol) on the bench outside, but I needed to characterize the family a certain way, and thus.

Robin mentions Maru liking the cauliflowers Reza once brought based on her canon giftable Likes.

Demetrius’ mushroom cave project with Reza is referencing one of the two options available in-game to customize the small cave found in the farm.

Reza is tasked with taking care of the Community Center by submitting bundles as per the game, where the Community Center and consequently the “Rat Problem” quest is unlocked from Spring 5th onwards. All sequences involving the Junimos and Rasmodius are based on related cutscenes and quests.

While opening the door to the Community Center, Reza mutters, “In the name of Yoba,” referencing the Arabic phrase, “Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.” I’m very loosely basing the faith in Yoba off some customs of the Abrahamic religions I’m familiar with, while still trying to maintain that earthly primordial feel / aesthetic the game already sets up. I myself was raised in an interfaith Muslim-Balinese Hindu household (though my actual alignment might get me in trouble lol (for legal reasons this is a joke and I didn’t mean anything blasphemous)), and would often hear the use of “Bismillah” from Muslim family members whenever they are about to do something that requires strength, patience, or courage.

Haley forgetting Reza’s name is based on one of her regular Winter dialogue, then Two-Hearts and Four-Hearts Events — instances where she doesn’t recall the farmer’s name very well.

Alex talking about the beach and wishing there were more girls in town are taken from one of his regular Spring dialogue.

Lewis saying that Reza can expect to receive something from “the Fund” is a reference to a type of repeatable mail in the game sent by Lewis that includes 500G of money from the Stardew Valley Agricultural Fund.

The Stardew Valley Tribune doing a story on Reza’s farm is based on the in-game event / mail achieved after earning 27,000G. 

Alex’s dismissive “What, you wanna talk to me? I’m busy,” is taken from one of his regular Spring dialogue. 

Alex not remembering Reza’s name and trying to guess it is based on one of his regular Fall dialogues where he tries guessing the farmer’s name with other names that start with the same letter. 

Alex deciding against asking Reza to play catch is referencing a question he’d ask the player on a Wednesday. I think it’s asked in Spring, but I might be wrong. Alex’s excuse saying he was too sore to play is also based on his answer dialogue for when the player agrees to play. 

As per the game, Alex visits Haley every Wednesday afternoon if the player has less than 6 hearts with both of them. 

Reza’s mother and sister called him excitedly about the Tribune article in similar fashion to the mail the farmer receives from their mother / father after earning 32,000G. 

The attendance of everybody else at the Saloon is based on the Saloon attendees in the game during Friday nights, with the exception of Maru, as stated earlier. 

Clint keeping his attention on Emily references his canon feelings for her, as portrayed in his odd-year Flower Dance dialogue, odd-year Festival of Ice dialogue, “Clint’s Attempt” quest, and his Three-Hearts and Six-Hearts Events.

Once again, Reza’s branch of faith in Yoba traditionally prohibiting the consumption of alcohol is roughly based on the Islamic law on the matter. In my experience, I do know a number of Muslims who drink it themselves, including my own mother who does socially. I don’t mean to encourage devouts to do it, I’m just portraying things that do happen in real life. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ At the end of the day, humanity will always have free will. 

Reza points out that Leah wears plaid despite my drawings of her depicting otherwise as it is one of the headcanons I have on her style, I just get lazy over drawing non-default / non-canon outfits. My illustrations aren’t meant to be more accurate than the text. 

Alex’s pants compliment and bikini question towards Leah references one of his regular Summer dialogue reserved for female players. I think it makes sense for Leah to be the one experiencing it in the narrative seeing as just like the player character, she once held the role of a newcomer, and could be subject to Alex’s attempts at starting conversations.

Alex can be found at Dusty’s dog pen that evening, referencing his afternoon schedule for most of the year.

HELLO!!!! before we get into the rest of it i just want to say how much i appreciate you showing up every single year, and that goes doubly so now when i've been more mia than not 😭

unfortunately i wasn't able to see niall on tour (the downsides of living in buttfuck nowhere 😔), but rand and gwen sent me some really lovely videos when they went to the MSG shows so i almost feel like i DID see him.

and you remembered the cake too omg!! you're right, you pour condensed milk and caramel over it, then top with whipped cream. it's SO fucking good. this year tho, i decided to get an oreo blizzard ice cream cake from dairy queen and it was fucking delicious.

anyways onto the questions:

i don't exactly know how to phrase this as 'something i learned' but i feel like my biggest takeaway from the past year is that i finally feel like at the big ol' age of 31 going on 32 i'm like....coming into myself? figuring out who i am and what i like and how i want to spend my time and who i want to surround myself with and all of that. so maybe the thing i've learned is that what everybody says about your 30s being the time when you REALLY get to enjoy life as a fully realized human is actually true.

this isn't a cop out i swear, but i....don't think i have a regret from the past year? at least not anything major that really stands out rn? there's maybe a fleeting thought every once in a while that i wish i could've gotten to this part of my life where i really do feel so happy and fulfilled sooner, but i don't know that it's necessarily a regret because ultimately isn't it the journey that makes us who we are...

oh god, i really am just gonna be repeating myself from the past however many fucking years but GENUINELY it's ok to not have everything figured out!!! the day will come when it starts falling into place and up until that point it kinda fucking sucks but that's ok!!!! again, it's all just part of the journey 💕

Jonah ran as fast as his legs could manage. He needed to get there now. Before she heard about it herself. An explanation he really needed to give before all hell broke loose. He loved his best friend, more than he really should, but she really couldn’t keep a secret for the life of her, however he had insinuated something before his brain had caught up. Just down this hallway and to the left. 

Once he got inside he first went over to the romance section, quickly scanning the shelves for his target. And there on the third highest shelf, almost entirely to the right it stood. Witcha gonna do. 

He grabbed it and hurried over to his questionable but recent favorite spot, which is where he found her. Sitting on one the blue cushions nestled into the corner of the whale section she looked up from her phone. A slightly confused look on her face. 

“What are you doing here? Don’t you finish early on wednesdays?” 

“Yeah, well, I am going home. After this, that is. I don’t live that far away actually. It’s just like a twenty minute walk- and I’m rambling sorry. Here.” She laughed at his antics and he felt his heart beat ever so slightly faster, not that he was paying attention to it of course. He gave her the book and watched her eyes light up. A smile spreading across her face as she grabbed the book. 

“Gosh, I’ve been looking for this for months! Wasn’t it rented out all month?” She asked, a certain warmth in her excitement only she possessed. 

“Beats me.” He shrugged, deciding not to mention that he had placed a hold on it for this very specific purpose. She’d reacted just how he’d hoped. However, he reminded himself, he needed to talk to the redhead. 

“Listen Mills, I need a favor.” 

Her face changed into one of intrigue as she placed her book in her bag. “Who’d you kill?” 

“No one!” 

“Hah, you should’ve seen your face Joe! Priceless.” She laughed as she stood up. “But seriously, what do you need?” Jonah sighed as he thought of the best way to phrase things. 

“Becky’s wondering why I go here all the time, which I suspect yours are too? Well, she might, maybe, perhaps think that i per chance might have a tiny crush on a secret girl in the library now and she won’t leave me alone about it.” He spilled. Emilia’s eyes widened. 

“Gee, alright. Ehm. Is- Is it true?” She asked, her cheeks beginning to flush. “Because, look Joe, you’re a great guy and all but you know-” 

“Oh, nonononono. I don’t like you. Not that there’s anything wrong with you of course, I-” He sighed. “What I’m trying to say is; do you maybe wanna fake date me so that she’ll leave me alone about it?” 

She thought for a second. 

“What’s in it for me?” 

“Your friends won’t wonder why you leave all the time, you get a free date, and no one will wonder if you like Leigh or not.” Jonah explained. 

“Does people think I like them? I mean I do, how could I not, but that’s a secret.” Emilia felt her chest tighten and her breathing rush. 

“No. Or, I don’t know. I thought so… But I’m not everyone else.” He rubbing his hand nervously on his neck. 

“Also, fake dating? We’re not living in a romcom Joe. No one’s gonna believe that, and how do I know this is not just you wanting to somehow end up with us liking each other?”  

“We won’t.” 

“That’s some famous last words you got there Jonah McQuinton.” She deadpanned. 

“Yeah, ok. Fair enough. But hey, what’s the worst thing that could happen if we actually started liking each other?” Jonah asked with hope in his eyes. He didn’t know what he’d do if she didn’t agree. Perhaps, he’d simply, just, tell Becky the truth. 

“Even more heartbreaking one-sided pining? It’s already hard enough for me to be around Leigh all the time. I don’t want the library to be a similar warzone.” 

“Look, let’s make a deal. If we do fall in love with one another, we have a code word. Let’s say… Whales. But if it’s one-sided, we have an agreement that the one with the broken heart has the claim of the whale section. The other can only come over if it’s strictly necessary, which to be frank we both know is close to impossible to happen. What do ya say Mills?” 

Emilia thought about it for a few seconds. He did have a point, and the plan seemed pretty fail-proof, although…

“No miscommunication. I hate that trope.” 

“As you wish.” 

“Alright, I’m down, we need some ground rules though.” 

“Of course, how do you feel about kissing?” 

“I don’t want to kiss on the mouth unless it’s necessary, but the cheek and stuff is fine.” 

“Noted. No sex, of course. I don’t think we should do more than hugging but cuddling can be ok at times?” 

“Agreed on both. The basic, ‘no telling others it’s fake’ is also a must.” 

Jonah nodded his head in agreement. 

“Alright, give me your phone.” He reluctantly got his phone up. “C’mon Joe, I’m not dangerous.” 

“That’s debatable, but sure.” He laughed as he unlocked his phone. 

Emilia then proceeded to put her number in his phone before adding a cringy photo of herself that she air-dropped to him. She then went over to him and took a cute photo of them making faces to set as his background image. 

“There ya go, do the same to mine.” 

“Love muffin?” He asked as he checked his new contact. 

“It’s adorable, boyfriend.” She smiled evilly towards him, clearly enjoying the teasing he’d endure from all of this. He then proceeded to do the same thing but he took a picture of him kissing her cheek for her background picture, effectively making her blush. 

The bell rang just as they finished their shenanigans and she headed off to class. Blowing a quick kiss followed by sticking out her tongue at him as she left.

Yeah, I probably should update my about page (or honestly just remove it altogether, it’s really old).

I’m gonna try to respond to as many of your points as possible, but I wanna preface this by saying that I’m not trying to be accusatory or hostile at all. I know tone doesn’t come across well over text so I wanted to get that out of the way.

First off, yeah, sorry, I got confused. I thought I’d clicked on the reblog from the blog that made the comment, so I was mostly responding as though it was to the commenter. I’d blame tumblr’s ui for being confusing, but it’s honestly my fault for not double checking. I do appreciate you replying to me though because whatever you might think of me I am trying to be open to these conversations.

I think it’s extremely fair to bring up race here. I brought up gender identity for the same reason, because the history and policies that affect us on those levels are deeply important to these conversations. As a white person, you’re right in that I’m not impacted by this history on the same level that black and indigenous people are, and I agree that white liberals have been seriously dropping the ball (which I admit is a fairly light phrase for such a deeply systemic issue). In fact, a lot of white liberals have been taking some extremely concerning stances on the Palestinian genocide, especially given the fact that it’s been going on since long before October 7th.

I didn’t say anything about voting independent or republican specifically because I did read your tags, and I don’t think voting independent is the same as voting republican for the same reason I don’t think voting democrat is the same as voting republican. However, I’ve also never seen any substantial evidence that voting for a third party in the general election will yield substantive results. I believe in voting for an ideal in the primaries and voting for strategy in the general, in part because conservatives don’t seem to have the same problem with voting as we do. At least in Florida, conservatives are really big on voting and they vote red. That gives them a huge boost in numbers, which is in part what has led to our state having an absolutely awful Governor for the past two terms. And actually the voting initiative to get people to the polls has led to us finally getting the minimum wage in our state raised from $8 to $15. Which I also admit, you can make those changes regardless of who you vote for, so this isn’t directed at you or anyone else who is voting, but per the original post, we do have to vote, if only for the amendments and representatives that have a more immediate impact on our lives.

Also, I don’t like Nacy Pelosi either. Personally I really like Elizabeth Warren, who’s actively trying to put pressure on Biden to stop arming Israel and call for a ceasefire, but that’s splitting hairs and I know that’s not your main point.

I actually do have a Palestinian-American classmate right now. I haven’t tried to talk to her about this stuff directly because I don’t want to stress her out, since I know the shit happening now can’t be easy to deal with, but she’s talked a lot in class and I’ve been listening to what she’s had to say. Granted, right now we’ve been talking about postcolonial studies, so I’m actually not sure what her position on voting is yet. I also know I have to look more into that because I’ve been seeing a lot of posts talking about Palestinians and not a lot of posts by Palestinians so I need to take some time to seek those out.

Honestly, I don’t know when the right time is going to be. I can hope it’s when we get our shit together with a couple more terms and get in some actually impactful candidates, but I’m worried things are going to get worse before they get better. I know I’m incredibly privileged that I’m white and I don’t have to personally worry about these issues, but I do worry for my friends who aren’t, and I do worry about the rising transphobia and ableism and the other ways fascism is gaining more power.

I have looked at the ship and I don’t like it either, but it’s leagues better than the one that actively wants me dead. And I also think we can criticize things without removing nuance. We can acknowledge that democrats are part of a long running colonial and imperialist power and that a lot of its policies and positions are still heavily entrenched in those problems and also acknowledge that at least the people (in large) are making efforts to do better.

I do wish we had better options. I’m mostly just scared of what will happen if another republican gets into office right now, especially with what I’ve seen them do with power at the state level. That’s why I started off with the personal angle, because that’s my stake in it. I don’t see a way to avoid that on a federal scale while also not voting for whoever gets the primary vote.

That said, if you have more information on large-scale efforts to get an independent vote on the board, could you link me them? I’d at least be interested in reading about it.

To say Abbie expected this wouldn’t be, like, a lie, per se, but she certainly didn’t not expect it either. As soon as the word “witch” was thrown around when discussing the thrall, she was prepared to have to field some accusations because wasn’t that just everyone’s favorite hobby? Witch hunting? Honestly, it’s like they wanted to win awards for predictability or something. However, she didn’t expect some of the voices that chime in. She’d thought some, at least, would have more faith in her.

Pushing herself up into a proper sitting position, she wiggles into sitting criss-cross apple sauce on the ground. This debate, it seems, is important enough to her that she stops braiding while she speaks. Abbie shoots a grateful smile at Nora before turning back to everyone else with a questioning look on her face, her head cocked to one side like a particularly curious puppy.

“Wow, wow, you guys are fast to turn on people, huh? I guess this shoulda been expected from how you ripped into Malyce earlier…”

She takes a moment to let out a bright laugh.

“Seriously, ouchie! I’m kinda hurt…I mean, I can understand being mad and stuff--who wouldn’t be?--but wow! You’re a real jerk, y’know that, Hibiki? Sooo, I guess I’ll start with you, yeah? Since you covered a lot of points that’re just, well, c’mon.”

Her elbow rests on her knee, and she sets her chin into the palm of her hand, her eyes boring into him like a challenge.

“I dunno, even if it is me and that is what happened, are you really gonna sit there and make light of the deaths of 576 people just to have a ‘gotcha!’ moment? To feel like you’ve won? I guess I shouldn’t expect any better from you, huh? 

You’re the one with a twisted sense of love, after all. You only regretted your actions against your family when it was obviously pointed out to you--when it was too late to do anything. You didn’t stop to consider your actions’ effects on them until they were already well and gone. I think you’re kinda having a pot and kettle moment. Maybe someone else should try their hand at that argument!”

Abbie claps her hands together once and smiles at him brightly.

“Just ‘cuz I’m the only witch out in the open doesn’t mean there aren’t others around. Malyce was magical, too, wasn’t he? But no one here knew that until just now. So, how about you do something those witch hunters you wanna drag into the conversation didn’t do and dig a little deeper than the surface.”

Her attention leaves him, and she goes back to resting her chin in the palm of her hand, her eyes drifting down to watch her free hand making patterns in the dirt.

“‘Sides, Nora’s right. I hate fire. Why don’t you ask Niko or someone about demons and their inclination towards fire. I mean, Hibiki’s immune to it, right? It’s just likely that demons are fine with fire. I couldn’t be around it without freaking out, so are you really gonna say that I’ve got 300 years of hanging about in the flames of Hell without breaking into pieces? Sheesh, you guys have faith in me.”

Looking over at Kyousuke, her expression falls for a moment before it perks right back up into its typical smile.

“I did say that. And I am glad about it. But I bet Niko would say the same. And Eri. That they’re glad they found you. Max, Saya, all of your other friends…Me caring for you isn’t really a compelling argument when ‘I’m happy I found you’ is just sorta a common phrase, you know? Loads of people would say it and do say it.”

With a puff of air, she blows some of her hair out of her face and pouts towards Saya.

“Garf’s part of your argument? Really? If I had a choice over all of the locations in this place, why would I put an amphitheater in at all? There are just as many places in this camp that I don’t like as there are places I do like. Not your best point. As for ‘clutching at my pearls’, I doubt I’m the oooooonly one here who doesn’t like that sort of humor or those kinds of comments. I’ll give you that I have that opinion, but it’s not like it’s exclusive only to me either.”

After a quick rundown of all that’s been said to her, she nods her head.
