5 Minute Vegan Pancakes
"A cinch to make and tastes wonderful, if you like the taste of Baking Powder. My skeptical parents couldn't believe these were vegan. Try with white and whole wheat flour. Excellent with some maple syrup. I'm pretty sure I stumbled across this one on vegweb.com"
directions:
Set out all your ingredients.
Set a stove element with a pan to medium heat.
Combine the 4 dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder -- two Tablespoons, not two Teaspoons as some have suggested, salt) in a bowl.
Add the soy milk and vegetable oil to your mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Now the pan should be ready for your batter, so spoon one pancakes' worth of the mixture into the pan.
Flip [carefully] when you see bubbles in the middle of the pancake, or if the edges are looking stiffened.
Repeat until the batter is gone, and try not to eat them all while you're cooking them.
ingredient:
1cup flour (whichever kind you prefer)
1tablespoon sugar (I used organic cane sugar)
2tablespoons baking powder
1⁄8teaspoon salt
1cup soymilk
2tablespoons vegetable oil

Is it healthy to eat avocado toast every day?
Eating avocado toast every day can be a healthy choice for most people, as long as it’s part of a balanced diet. Here are some benefits and considerations:
Advantages:Avocados are rich in minerals (including potassium and magnesium), healthy fats (such vitamins E, K, and C), and vitamins.
Heart Health: Avocados' monounsaturated fats can lower harmful cholesterol and promote heart health.
Fiber: Dietary fiber, such as avocado toast, can aid in weight management and promote digestive health.
Antioxidants: Avocados are a great source of antioxidants that can help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress.
Versatile: To increase the nutritious content of your avocado toast, you may top it with a range of ingredients, including veggies, seeds, and lean meats.
2. Considerations:Caloric Intake: Eating a lot of avocados might lead to an excessive calorie intake if they are not balanced with other foods because they are high in calories.
Bread Choice: The kind of bread you pick will also affect how healthful your avocado toast turns out. If you want more nutrients and fiber, go for whole-grain or multigrain bread.
Variety: If you only eat avocado toast, you may not be getting enough other important nutrients. A diverse range of foods should be a part of your diet.
Allergies/Intolerances: Take into account substitutes if you have any allergies or intolerances to ingredients in avocado toast, such as gluten or certain toppings.
Overall, if you enjoy avocado toast and incorporate it into a varied and balanced diet, it can be a nutritious and satisfying meal choice.

7 tips for healthy eating
Tumblr media
1. Base your meals on higher fiber starchy carbohydrates.
Starchy carbohydrates should make up just over a third of the food you eat. They include potatoes, bread, rice, pasta and cereals.
2. Eat lots of fruit and veg.
It's recommended that you eat at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit and veg every day. They can be fresh, frozen, canned, dried or juiced.
3. Eat more fish, including a portion of oily fish.
Fish is a good source of protein and contains many vitamins and minerals.
Aim to eat at least 2 portions of fish a week, including at least 1 portion of oily fish.
4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar
You need some fat in your diet, but it's important to pay attention to the amount and type of fat you're eating.
5. Eat less salt: no more than 6g a day for adults.
Even if you do not add salt to your food, you may still be eating too much. About three-quarters of the salt you eat is already in the food when you buy it, such as breakfast cereals, soups, breads and sauces.
6. Get active and be a healthy weight.
As well as eating healthily, regular exercise may help reduce your risk of getting serious health conditions. It's also important for your overall health and wellbeing.
7. Do not skip breakfast.
Some people skip breakfast because they think it'll help them lose weight.
