Start the day with the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ One thing I noticed about drinking honey water after fajr is that it gives me really good energy, whereas when I drink it I am prone to feeling tired and going back to bed. - REMEMBER the Sunnahs of drinking: - • sit down • say 'Bismillah' • use your right hand • look at the water before drinking • drink in 3 gulps • after you finish say 'Al hamdulillaah' - Ibn Qayyim رحمه الله said: - "The Prophet ﷺ had the best methods, the most honourable soul and the best guidance in every matter. It was narrated from Muhammad bin Jubair bin Mut'im that his father said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stood up in Khaif in Mina, and said: "May Allah make his face shine, the man who hears my words and conveys them. It may be that the bearer of knowledge does not understand it, and it may be that he takes it to one who will understand it more than he does.
