make a playlist of music connected to your source that helps you feel calm and safe

Find some comfort VODs of your source and create a Youtube playlist of them.

Have some comfort food when you can that reminds you of fond things. Be that pizzeria type food or something else.

get some comforting stimtoys/fidget toys. try to find ones that remind you of yourself or of your source! things like bright colours, clicky gears, or whatever helps you feel calm!

get some soft lighting for your livingspace (maybe things like FNAF themed lamps or other lighting that reminds you of source)

get something like a FNAF colouring book to do when you need some calm grounding time
