When is someone gonna make a whole ass character analysis video for FMA03 Wrath and how he’s the best anime original character ever

I’m not joking if someone doesn’t I will because I genuinely think he is one of the most interesting characters in the series from start to end and goes through major, major changes from his first introduction to CoS, and also I’d just like to talk to whoever @ funimation decided to have 03 Wrath’s VA voice Truth in FMAB in almost the same manner, because the parallels there go beyond coincidence (both come from the gate, both “steal” Ed’s limbs after he loses them post-human transmutation, probably more but idk)

The basic idea behind the au is what if Edward wasn’t transported to the other side of the gate after reviving Al. With his brother not being missing/dead, I wanted to imagine the sort of other “protagonist-y” outfit Al would wear instead of his conqueror of Shamballa fit. Besides that, I think the general plotline would be Ed and Al visiting old locations to try and get Al’s memories back as well as tie up any other loose ends from the series.

ep 38-42 of fma 03 has very obvious budget and time issues to the point of silliness at times and yet it might be one of the strongest and thematically focused span of anime episodes ive seen since fucking utena

I had a vision that Wrath would look cool in Ed's black getup so here's Wrath casually stealing Ed's stuff while staying with the Rockbells for automail rehab

I'm the opposite. I want my favorite characters to die. I want them to go through such heartbreak that they completely shut down. I want them to go through such horrendous things.

Just so I can go "awe look at that silly guy :3" and then it's just the most tragic character you've ever seen.

That and I want to fucking bawl my eyes out when they do die/go through shit
