my Leon headcanons because i love him and think about him about him constantly, so enjoy my hcs about this man <3

some are silly and random, some are romantic.

-he's such a SWEETHEART.

-omg. he's a sweetie. i can't with this man. he makes me smile and giggle every time i see him. he's such a himbo you guys.

-he speaks italian, english and spanish. since he is from Italy (or rather, his parents are), he's known the language since birth. then learned english when he got to kindergarten.

-i don't think his english or spanish are the best though since they're not his first. he'll sometimes be forget some english words when talking to somebody, so he replaces them with italian ones and his coworks are just like "what???" 🤨

-has definitely said "wow there partner" or "wow there cowboy" when somebody pisses him off.

-he likes both women and men. he has no preference either. i see him as either bi or pan, probably more pan leaning since that's what i am.

-he's literally such a good boyfriend, i can't. even if you too aren't dating and are just friends, he's so sweet. i would gladly given him a kiss on the cheek if i could.

-if you we're to get your period, he'll buy you pads and tampons. if you get cramps, he'll sit on the ground or lay in bed with you and rub your back. he'll go "i'm so sorry baby." :(

-his favorite colors (and color pallet) are blue and black. the blue is meant to represent stylishness.

-he's so dog coded. like just full on golden retriever energy.

-however as his mental heath declines, he'll stop doing it, and his acne will either stay the same or get as bad as it was in teenager.

-also Krauser is HIGHLY against facial hair and forced Leon to shave it. but after he dies, leon stops giving a shit.

I haven’t watched all of it, but I have seen season one, so I at least know this character now and I will try my best with this. I will admit Fluttershy is one of my favorites, but my favorite is Applejack!

-You were a minor forest goddess, one that many knew of but not many spoke to, mainly because you were painfully shy, preferring the company of your animals to the company of others.

-There were a few that you would converse with on a regular basis, like Brunnhilde and the other Valkyries, and Zerofuku liked to come and visit you, mainly because you felt calm and safe for him to be around.

-You were very peaceful and preferred to talk things out rather than fighting, you hated violence with a passion and the thought of it always scared you.

-Many of the other gods and the human warriors respected this, not fighting in the forest you called home. Many of them were like Zerofuku, using your quiet and peaceful forest as a place to relax and enjoy a quiet place.

-That’s where you met (Love), after he was told to go and relax somewhere quiet and Brunnhilde suggested your forest. He had never met you before, but he had heard of you from others, how you were a gentle and kind goddess.

-When he saw you in the distance, surrounded by baby bunnies, he went to approach, to greet you as this was your domain. He wasn’t prepared, however, when he stepped on a branch, it sent not only the bunnies, but you as well, scrambling away in fear.

-This led to him unintentionally scaring you even more as he went after you, trying to tell you that he meant no harm. All you saw was this unknown man chasing after you, telling you to stop, which of course scared you more.

-It was about twenty minutes later when he finally ‘caught’ you, finding you up a tall tree, looking terrified of him, but he spoke up to you, “Thank you for stopping. I wanted to speak to you, my name is (Love).”

-It took a few tries for him to hear your name, as you were very soft spoken, but once he heard your name, he smiled, seeing that you looked a bit nervous, “Y/N? That’s a pretty name!”

-He threw you off, taking a seat below the tree you were in, and talked to you about your forest, commenting on the different wildlife he had seen, relaxing with you. It wasn’t like his (lab/office/training grounds), it was quiet but refreshing.

-You knew that this was a powerful man, in his own way, as you did know him, but it was a little strange to see him being so calm, just talking to you about your forest and the creatures in your forest.

-You remained in your tree, but you sat up on the branch, looking down at him and you did talk to him, your voice soft and gentle, almost a little hesitant, but he was happy that you were speaking with him.

-(Love) became a frequent visitor to your forest, and you grew used to him being around, not hiding in trees and sitting a little closer when he would speak with you.

-You enjoyed his company as he was respectful to you, never trying to demand anything of you, like going somewhere else with him, and he wasn’t violent or cruel to your animals.

-(Love) grew to enjoy your company as well, seeing what a kind and gentle person you were after you opened a bit more to him, growing more comfortable with him.

-(Love) was surprised by you one day, after he fell asleep after a rough couple of days dealing with his own issues, when he woke up to his head on your lap, humming quietly as you put flowers in his hair, letting him relax.

-You were so kind and gentle and when you realized he was awake you turned bright red, freezing as you squeaked, panicking as you thought he was going to be mad, but he surprised you by taking the flower you were holding in your hand and putting it behind your ear, smiling softly up at you.

-You covered your face with your hands, unable to handle the romantic gesture, but remained still and silent as (Love) enjoyed the quiet moment with you, trying not to laugh at you. You were so cute.

I mean he does that a lot but this, this is not fair. But Despite Wukong Not taking you seriously at all You are still kind and respectful to him. Always greeting him with a good morning or a how are you Or have a good day even as you pet whatever random forest animal You find or has come to you. I guess your manners won him over a little bit but he still doesn't think too much of you until one day The Monk got kidnapped by some demons again and Wukong Went Save him with you following him pursued as to offer support for Hurt. And hurt the heat was it was That your boyfriend got hurt but Almost named a poor squirrel that Got caught in the cross fire and that's when you snapped

Everybody watched beat the ass of every demon that disrespected you and your friend. After a while, you walked past the dead bodies of the demons who kidnapped the monk and released him. You then reached your bloody hand towards the baby squirrel. That was caught in the crossfire. It was shaking and fear, but since that, you were no threat. You picked it up and whispered towards it as you were finally coming back to your original self. You turn to apologize to the Wukong to apologize for your outburst, but something was different about him. He was blushing. He was drooling a little bit, and there were deep red hearts in his eyes. As he stared at you with a dark expression. You were worried that you may have scared him. But with the way he was purring now. I think you did the exact opposite as he pulled you by your shirt. Your uncontrolled fury had flipped a switch in his brain. And now he wants in on whatever you got.

(HIB Wukong) I feel he'll like your personality. You are a lot more patient than he is, that's for sure. And his Grouch moments don't seem to put you off. If anything, it motivates you to see what would make him feel better about the situations. So I guess he'll appreciate that. They also appreciate how you show Liuer how to be respectful and gentle to animals? And how you care very much for nature as well , and even provide for injured or Sick animals Until one day some stray demands were Hunting for animals and harassing the villagers When one of them almost hurt Silly Girl and a Butterfly That's when you snapped entirely you quickly grab silly girl and put her next to Liuer Before going absolutely insane on those demons.

Everybody's jaw dropped as they watched. You lay ways to all those demons that attacked the children and the animal. You finally calm down the second demons. Decided to run away from you, and you went back to your shy, soft-spoken self. As you apologize to everyone for your outburst. But everybody seemed to be cheering and impressed by your unusual. There was even a little mini party as a thanks for helping. When everybody went home,that's Wukong.Approach you. And then he was making a bunch of very steamy promises as he pulled you towards Cave.

(Netflix Wukong) OMG You guys have the cutest relationship with anybody what he has ever seen. It is so adorable that people wanna throw up and be envious of what you guys have. You guys took forever to give a hug to the other with out Blushing on both ends. Don't even get me started on the First Kiss. It is so painfully cute. Your kindness was a big advantage on winning him over and a listening ear for him when he's having a bad day, and do you appreciate when you offer cuddles to distress. You were always there to offer him comfortand he appreciates that , but one day, you actually got to see the cause of his discomfort. Some demons Invaders were not taking him seriously at all. In fact, they were bullying him. Engranted, he was fighting more, but You yourself can hear his Stone Heart breaking from a bunch of miles from Here. And that's when you lost it

You had no problem striking the fear of God into those demons. I think some of them might be dead. But everybody saw what you can clearly do when provoked and enraged. The demons quickly retreat at knowing better than to try and stay and fight you. And everybody in the village stood there in shock before breaking out into a cheer's, and that's when you snapped out of it and turned back into your shy. Cherry soft spoken self Quickly apologizing for the outbursts to both the villagers. When you got back from the town square, you were ready to apologize to Wukong about your uncontrollable anger. Until he looked at you strangely. There was a blush on his face and hearts in his eyes ,He had never seen you like that before, How savaged how unhinged how, How sexy. He wants a taste of that rage in your body, and he's gonna get it now.

Yes it’s open!! 😁 and ooh another mlp request, been a while since I had the last and first mlp request so this is nice! 😁 I’m not going to genderbend their pets as I don’t see the purpose to do it since it won’t change anything for the request, I might with spike but honestly depends on how I feel when I would get to elusive (rarity).

Dusk shine is usually busy with researching many things from history, spells, and many other things, all to make sure to that he and his friends can save equastria from the many evil creatures that come up often.

Thankfully he has a lovely marefriend (is that the term mlp would use? I think it is) to help him out on his many research. That marefriend is you, a lovely (s/n) (species/name) that he met when he had first arrived in ponyville specifically after the battle with dark horse knight.

You also makes him take breaks and of course he appreciates that you care about him but he sometimes wants to stay up and do more research.

That usually backfires as you use a very special weapon against him to go rest and sleep; your baby doll eyes. Always effective when it comes to him. (lol pokemon reference)

Dusk shine and you always go on cute dates which are always being planned by bubble berry (pinkie pie); you two never asked for bubble berry to do it but you both couldn’t say no, dusk shine cause he can’t get a world in, and you because you thought it was so sweet that you went with it and so did dusk shine after he was convinced to let bubble berry do at least some of your dates.

Elusive:

You were the marefriend to elusive. You help him with his dresses; which he sometimes lets you keep the original if you show any interest in the design.

You help him take care of opal as well as sweetie bell who is his little sister. You knew him since you both were fillies and became a couple after some time into your adulthood (I believe that the main six are all adults).

Whenever he sees you taking care of sweetie bell when he’s busy with a new design or doing some chores he can’t help but fawn over the two of you as he would think you’re a great mother if the two of you decided to settle down and have a filly or two.

He brings you everywhere whenever he has a fashion show or goes to any event or ball he attends for his next design line.

Elusive loves to plan both of your dates and it’s always exquisite and breathtaking each and every one of them but he absolutely loves it when you plan dates as they’re usually simple but beautiful nonetheless.

Butterscotch:

Butterscotch and you both are sweet and understanding though usually you’re the one who is bold when someone takes advantage of that which butterscotch admires you for.

He does get bold when he wants to be which you love as you tend to worry for him since he’s so shy and quiet and many pony’s would try and take advantage of that so you’re happy that he’s at least trying to be bolder even if you’re alright being the one having to be bold all the time.

You and butterscotch always volunteer to take care any animals; which was how you two met, though with a little help with angel.

Angel helped butterscotch try and confess to you many times but it always was foiled and failed. One time did the attempt worked though butterscotch couldn’t say anything and only stuttered.

You understood what he was having trouble speaking about and confessed that you also liked butterscotch which lead to him freezing and then faint; you took him to his home and nursed him back to waking up. You always have picnic dates though sometimes you do something else that’s nature themed like animal bingo or watching animals.

Something about when daddy brushes my hair, it’s the sweetest most comforting thing. It makes me feel so cared for and cherished. I want him to help me get ready and pick out my little hair bows and cute clippies, gently placing my bows in while petting my hair and then giving me a forehead kiss. Handing me a mirror and calling me his pretty babydoll as I get all excited over how cute my hair looks in pigtails and ribbons, it makes me feel so little and sweet. Daughter of Discord Rewritten Chapter 1: Big News

The best part about waking up each morning was seeing her sleeping beside him. He stared lovingly at her tiny figure breathing delicately. He reached out his eagle claw to stroke her silky pink mane.

Had they really been married for four years already? It was hard enough for him to believe that they had gotten married in the first place, that after eons of loneliness, he had fallen in love with the most beautiful mare in the world, and she returned his love. Seeing her each morning reminded him that he had not dreamt it.

She stirred in her sleep and slowly rolled over to face him. Her adorable teal eyes fluttered open.

"Good morning," he whispered.

She looked up at him and smiled. "Good morning. What time is it?"

He checked the wiggly-handed clock on the wall. "Oh, about a quarter past nine."

"Oh, I should go feed the animals."

She flipped onto her back and attempted to rise, but he stopped her by pulling her closer to his body.

"I'm sure they can wait," he said lowly.

"Discord…"

"Alright, if you insist." He snapped his fingers. "Done! Now you have plenty of time!"

He tightened his grip on her. She shook her head.

"Discord, I'm going to have to get up eventually. I have to meet the girls at the spa this afternoon."

"Yes, but in the meantime…"

"Do we have to go through this every morning?"

"Can I help it if I want to spend as much time with you as possible? Can I help it if I love you?"

"No, I suppose not."

"Besides, you were rather sleepy last night. You deserve a break."

She sighed in defeat. "Alright, but just a little longer."

As he kissed his beloved wife, Discord concluded that life could not get better than this.

10:30pm

"So how's the married life, Fluttershy?" Rarity asked as the spa ladies placed two ice cold cucumbers over her eyes.

Pinkie Pie let out a cheerful cry as she did a cannonball into the herbal bath, landing in between Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, but as they flinched, bracing for the impact of cold water, nothing came. Her splash was merely a droplet.

"Yeah!" the pink pony chimed, popping up from the water. "What's it like being the Lord of Chaos' wife?"

The yellow pegasus blushed. "It's wonderful. Things have been going great between us."

"So the romance hasn't faded yet?" Rainbow inquired.

"Oh, not at all! Discord makes every day memorable. Last night, he took me to see some fireflies. Oh, it was magnificent!"

"Aw, that's so sweet!" Pinkie Pie swooned.

"But seriously, you guys don't get bored of married life?" Rainbow pressed on.

"Rainbow, you're married to rarity and Applejack. You're a wonderbolt. You have ADHD. Everything gets boring to you!" Twilight laughed while getting a hooficure.

Rainbow Dash shrugged and giggled. "Ya got me there!"

"and let me tell ya, a moment's peace is worth a million bits with a three-year-old filly runnin amok."

Rarity and Rainbow nuzzled her from both sides. "Darling, I wouldn't want it any other way!"

Twilight blinked nonchalantly and said "I don't think I'll ever really find some pony to settle down with."

"somepony will come along!" Pinkie cried.

Twilight kept reading as she snickered, "I'd hope not. I don't really like that sort of thing." She went back to reading her story, War of the Worlds.

"my question is, what's going on with spike?" Fluttershy questioned. Twilight finally looked up from her book.

"The little guy's getting older," she said, as her hooves are being polished. "I'm pony terms, I'd say he's about 10 now, not a baby."

"And he's not getting the greeds?" Rarity questioned, her face mushed around by a cold gua sha.

"not to my knowledge, he's been extra careful about that. Besides, he loves giving gifts and whatnot. I wonder who taught him that..." Twilight smirked as she leaned towards a beaming Rarity.

Suddenly, Fluttershy grew very hungry. "Hey girls, can we get some lunch after this?"

Everyone agreed and as soon as their treatment was finished, the six friends went to the café. After the waiter had brought their food, Fluttershy made a surprising request:

"Do you have any pickles?"

He raised an eyebrow. She had ordered a plate of peaches and dairy-free cream and a glass of grapefruit juice.

"We do, madam," he said, "but won't pickles ruin the dish?"

"wait, like-fried pickles?" Pinkie asked, gasping with excitement. "Bring some for me too!"

The waiter shrugged, smiled, and returned a few minutes later with a full pickle, and some fried. Fluttershy snacked on the pickle with the meal, as her friends looked at her bewildered.

"Uh, Fluttershy?" Rainbow Dash said.

"Fluttershy, are you okay?" Twilight inquired.

"I don't know, it just works. It's a good combo if you think about it..." Fluttershy explained.

"But all at once?" Pinkie Pie asked. "It's too early to get our food freak on!"

"I'm telling you, that's what I'm hungry for."

Pinkie slapped a hoof to her forehead. "What WAS I thinking? It's never too early! Hey waiter, can I get some spaghetti, caramel, hot sauce, and catfish?"

Their friends cringed as they began to scarf down these strange combinations.

"Fluttershy!" Rarity exclaimed. "Table manners, please!"

The yellow pegasus shook her head, shocked at how she was behaving. Then she wiped her mouth with a blush.

"I'm sorry, girls. I don't know what came over me. I've been feeling strange today."

"No kidding," Rainbow said, staring at what was left of her recipe.

"So other than your peculiar appetite," Twilight said, "how else have you been feeling strange?"

"Well," Fluttershy pondered. "When I got out of bed this morning, I had a terrible cramp and I almost fainted on my way over here."

"Have you been sleeping alright?"

"Yes. Actually, more than usual." She yawned. "For instance…"

"Fluttershy, wake up!"

Her eyes snapped open. "Huh?"

The cowgirl began wiping her face again. "You sure you've been sleeping enough?"

"More than enough. I fell asleep at six last night and woke up at nine this morning."

"Maybe you're overworked?"

"I don't see how. Discord's been feeding the animals every morning for five days straight. I'm anything but overworked."

Rarity suddenly put both hooves to her mouth in astonishment. Her eyes were huge as she asked Fluttershy slowly.

"have you... dreamt of fish in the last few days?"

Fluttershy tilted her head to the side before answering with a befuddled yes.

Rarity exploded in a fit of giggles and exclamations, how proud she was and how fun this will be.

"Maybe we should take you to the doctor," Twilight suggested, confused at Rarity's reaction. "We should see what this is all about.

Rarity spoke with not a hint of uncertainty:

"I know, without a shadow of a doubt, exactly what is happening!"

Discord sat vacant in the living room, pony-watching through the windows of his "creativity studio." There, he did whatever he wanted, without rule or regulations. It was an affront to all forms of science. He created a castle around himself, brutalist and imposing. From his throne, he watched as a stumpy stallion walked through the gates, past his guards, and towards his feet. The gates flung open again to reveal Fluttershy, his queen, before she was sat by his side.

"Discord, I have exciting…" Fluttershy trailed off when she saw the artificial visitor. "Oh, I did not know you had business. I suppose it can wait…"

"Nonsense!" the draconequus said, waving his paw. "Come here, sir."

Discord ran his finger under her chin. "I'll be with you in a moment." He turned back to the stallion. "So let me get this straight. Your village was attacked by parasprites."

"Yes," the stallion nodded.

"So what do you want me to do about it?"

"Discord," Fluttershy warned.

"It's a simple question," her husband said innocently

"All our crops were devoured," the stallion explained, "and we have no food to last the winter! Seeds yes, but they won't grow in time..."

Discord hummed. "It is no concern of mine whether or not your family has... What was it again?"

"uh... Food?"

"HA! You should've thought of that before you became a peasant!"

Fluttershy crossed her hooves. "Discord!"

His face became silly as he gave the fake pony a pretend Barrel of artificial food."

"Yeah, yeah. You can send me a gift basket if you want."

Once the door was shut, the draconequus snaked his arm around his wife.

"y'know, ever since I've met you, I don't like playing dictator. Not that you've ruined it, but rather I don't want to be cruel anymore."

He pressed his lips against hers before she could say anything. She took a moment to kiss him back and was wrapped up in the moment.

"I hope you didn't miss me too much while I was away."

"I counted every second until you came home..."

The couple kissed once more before Fluttershy remembered what she needed to tell him. She pulled away begrudgingly.

"Actually, honey, there's something I need to talk to you about."

He chuckled. "Why would you want to talk when there are so many more interesting things we could do?"

"It's important!"

He sat down next to her. "Oh, alright. What is it you want to talk about, my angel?"

She laid her hoof on her tummy. "See, I went to the doctor's today…"

Discord gasped. "The doctor's?!" He touched her forehead. "Are you ill?! Is it serious?! How many months do you have left to live?!"

She laughed. "Discord, I'm not…"

"Oh, the most epic and lamentable tragedy! What worth is surviving every day without the light of my life!"

"But I'm not…"

"So what is it? Prion disease? Lynks disease? Tuberculosis? ZOMBIE INFECTION?"

"Pregnancy."

"Oh my gosh, it's worse than I thought!" He paused. "Wait-Run that by me again?"

She shook her head and then looked up at him with a bright smile.

"I'm having a baby."

Discord blinked. "What?"

"I'm already two months along."

"B-but…you…me…us…baby?"

She nodded. "You're going to be a father."

He stared at her for a moment and then scooped her in his arms.

"Oh, honey, this is wonderful!"

Fluttershy laughed. "I knew you'd be excited!"

"Excited? I'm thrilled! I was beginning to think it would be biologically impossible for us to have a baby! But then again, with love, anything's possible!"

As he hugged her, a strange thought occurred to him.

"What's it going to look like?"

Fluttershy shrugged. "Does it matter?"

"But…what if it looks like…me?"

"I don't care. I'll love our baby no matter what it looks like, and you will too!"

He smiled brighter than ten thousand suns as she embraced him again. She's right, he thought. Though he loves this foal, as does she, the world might be more complicated for them...

When I first did this, I kept adding random headcanons instead of summarizing it.. I think I'll make some hc posts for these characters soon

Day 1 — A character you hc as a regressor:

Twilight Sparkle

Of course I have to start off with someone from my favorite piece of media to ever exist. Twilight Sparkle is a very busy pony, lot's of tasks to do every day. One with her being a princess, and two her need to organize every task and make countless lists.

She really really deserves a break from all those things, and regressing would be a nice way for her to end the day when she can.

Day 2 — A character you hc as a caregiver:

Kankri Vantas

This one seems kind of unlikely I know. I feel like realistically yes he might be kind of bad at being a caregiver. But I'd love him as one nonetheless. This is more of a comfort thing because I really like his character.

I feel like he's the most likely to warm up to this kind of thing out of all the dancestors. He would make a decent cg, trying to make sure your needs are always met.

Day 3 — A ship you hc as regressor x caregiver:

Fluttercord (Fluttershy x Discord)

They're just so sweet and I know Discord would do everything he can to make her feel safe. (While also making it fun and chaotic when Fluttershy feels up to it) I can see how much Discord cares for Fluttershy. I can't see him being judgemental of her regression or needs while regressed.

Day 4 — A character you hc as a sitter:

Aphmau

Aphmau would be an AMAZING sitter. She's so kind and understanding of all her friends, she knows everyone, and she loves to take care of kids already. She's perfect for the job, and I know she would have so much fun being a sitter for the people she loves.

Especially considering that one episode of MyStreet (season 3) where Zane turns into a baby because of a potion. She was so happy to take care of him and I know she would be for all of her friends.

Day 5 — A character you hc as a flip:

Scraps

I don't know why this is one of the characters I got so drawn to when first playing dw, but I definitely see her as a flip. She's really good with kids already, especially in terms of keeping them entertained with crafts and activities. I think she really enjoys taking care of Goob when he's regressed, as well as regressing with him.

As much as she enjoys arts and crafts already, I think when regressed she loves it even more. If that's even possible. I think Goob would help take care of her too when he can. But I also really like the idea of Tisha and Poppy acting as cgs for her

Day 6 — An "unfitting" character (A villian, someone from horror, etc) that you hc as a regressor:

Newton

He's really just a kid who wants attention and spotlight. He wants a place in the world (or Planet) I think regression would really help him after all of the doom he unleashed on the world. I really like that he's a redeemed villian, it leaves opportunity for a lot.

Like yeah that guy DID kind of unleash three evil titans on an unsuspecting planet, sucking all the life and creativity out of it so he can feel some sense of power and attention. But all he needed was a good coping mechanism. Who knew!

Day 7 — An "unfitting" character (A villian, someone from horror, etc) that you hc as a caregiver:

Edolon Vryche

I think he would be really good at finding time for you, and making sure you feel comfortable and safe during that time. He'd make sure that it goes uninterrupted and peace is held.

Day 8 — An obscure character that you hc as a regressor:

Animal

Yes yes yes yes 100000% a regressor. Especially with his anger management I think it can help him alot. Yes yes.

Day 9 — An obscure character that you hc as a caregiver:

Juliet Starling

BEST MOST FUN CG EVER are you kidding me. She's so nice and always has some cool stuff to do with you. She's definitely very fun about stuff and is always talking about her boyfriend Nick. She would invite him over to hang out with you guys.

Day 10 — A fictional world that you would love to regress in:

Equestria (From My Little Pony)

I know realistically yes very dangerous universe to be in but I DON'T CARE!! I love mlp, regressing here would be a dream. Someone asks me who my cgs are and I show them the whole My Little Pony fim cast behind me.

Who were your favorite characters from G3/G4 mlp and why?

G3:

Wisteria - i love a good garden horse who's also a big socialist and hates the idea of being royalty cos she misses being with her friends

Minty - the goofiest lovable horse in the entire franchise that always delivered G3's most iconic moments (you broke santa? scene comes to mind) and its offensive she was never brought back for G4

Pinkie Pie - I honestly prefer this version over G4 Pinkie, cos seeing a level-headed, snarky yet still upbeat Pinkie, its a lot more fun and interesting to see than a wacky, emotionally unstable mess that is G4 Pinkie

Kimono - I really wish she was in G3 a lot more, cos the idea of a village hermit pony (not because she hates everyone but because shes very introverted) who occasionly helps the ponies with problems or give advice or just be someone to confide in is a great idea

Lily Lightly - her special about learning to love your weird wonderful self is such an important, sweet lesson cos even grown ass adults struggle to embrace being cringe. And her horn glowing makes her passion for lights that much more interesting cos its like she's sharing her love of lights to make everyone glow like she does. What a pioneer, she invented electric lights for these horses

Rarity - I love how much of a rambunctious little goober Rarity is, especially for a princess in training. Like she doesnt care that she never fell off a waterfall, she immediately wants to do it again. She loves to rollerskate, play around in the mud and wants to play with a caterpillar rather than study, like a real kid would do. But she does actually take her princess lessons seriously and grows into a more responsible person, without losing her fun-loving self.

Scootaloo - out of all the G3 ponies, Scoots stands out for being a little ankle biter but has a good heart. She can be selfish, impulsive and stubborn, again G3 really knows how to write kid characters

Sweetie Belle - the epitome of no thoughts, head empty and I love her for it. She's so baby and happy, that telling a white lie is a foreign concept to her

Cheerilee - I like her more neurotic and shy version than her teacher counterpart in G4, I also like that her dynamic with Scootaloo isnt toxic, unlike a lot of sibling relationships in media, the two are not only similar in age but also share the same stubbornness, but the two are quick to apologise to each other and its clear they still love each other, despite their differences.

Rainbow Dash - I LOVE DIVA DASH SO MUCH. WHY THE FUCK DID BRONIES COMPLAIN ABOUT HER OVER THE YEARS? SHE'S HILARIOUS?!

G4:

Twilight Sparkle - as much as I hate how much she became a vector for the writers spewing friendship, I love how Twilight became a great protagonist growing from an asocial student to the princess of friendship, being the straight mare to everyone's antics. Although her perfectionism and fanaticism have become flanderised over the years

Fluttershy - talk about a glow up, she went from an insufferable uwu wallflower to an introverted, yet snarky and self-confident pony who has retained all her lessons of self-assertion and yet still being the sweet, shy horse we all know. Also shy quiet characters having dry wit and has calm indignation when something ticks them off is just peak character writing

Rarity - this horse made me love ultra feminine characters, i remember hating Rarity when I started watching cos I knew she would be just the stereotypical diva bitch character that reminded me of all the girls i had to deal with in school at the time (me having insecurities about my femininty didnt help), but damn i couldnt be more wrong, cos she's a wonderfully sassy yet kind and passionate character. Her love of fashion and creating is infectious and while her friends are wildly different to her, she tries her best to make something she knows they will all like and isnt afraid to get her hooves dirty to help others

Discord - the most uniquely designed and characterised character. As someone who starts off a chaotically evil villain to a chaotic good reformed ally cos the shy horse reached out to him, its no surprise he became so popular in both the show and fandom. And to this day, his redemption is the most well-executed example ive seen cos of how tentative it was. I love how incredibly devoted he is to Fluttershy and will kill anyone who harms her. I just wish he had more scenes with the rest of the mane 6, I would've loved more Pinkie and Discord pulling pranks together.

Maud Pie - you will never find another pony in the entirety of MLP like Maud. Stoic, blunt and very literal in her choice of words, expressionless yet becomes instantly emotional and caring when her loved ones are hurt or in danger. Like whoever wrote her, I love you cos she's the most refreshing character ive seen. I love characters who look like eternally on autopilot yet will spring into action like a bat out of hell if the people they love are hurt.

Sunset Shimmer - The fact Sunset Shimmer didnt become a protagonist in her own right in Equestria Girls cos WE HAVE TO HAVE A TWILIGHT in every MLP G4 universe is a crying shame. She was saved from being a boring high school girl villain obsessed with power and thats it to a strong-willed, passionate, devoted friend who will fight tooth and nail to make her friends happy. I love how EQG reforms a bully without forcing Sunset to lose her edge and fiery temper cos that was always the biggest problem kids shows fall into when redeeming bullies. That scene were Sunset yells at Sci-Twi for unintentionally causing a lot of damage to Canterlot High and putting her friends in danger was palpable.

Princess Cadance - one of the most level headed characters in the show and honestly does a much better job at being a mentor to Twilight than Celestia. Also her relationship with Shining Armor is peak power couple. I love how despite being more powerful than he is, Cadance never treats him as someone beneath her. She's just great and I hate teenage me for calling her a bland Barbie horse.

Trixie - Trixie is the prime example of designated bitch cos the show tries desperately hard to make her look like a villain when all she did was put on a magic show and boast about her magic. Even when she gets redeemed, she was treated with more scorn and derision than DISCORD (who did a lot worse than Trixie) and becomes friends with a pony who one time SOLD HER HOUSE WITHOUT HER PERMISSION TO A RANDO JUST BECAUSE THEY HAD AN ARGUMENT THAT THE WAGON WAS TOO SMALL FOR BOTH OF THEM TO SLEEP IN. JESUS this show treated her like shit. its a damn shame cos Trixie's self-confidence and sarcasm made her a delight and underneath all her theatrics, she really does care for people and that wouldve been interesting to discuss if the show didnt constantly harp on her being arrogant COS HOW DARE SHE

Spike - Ive really grown to like Spike looking back, while Twilight has become more erractic and insane as time went on, Spike has become the straight man. I love how unphased he is about liking traditionally girly things and is comfortable with being a dragon who likes pony things. Of course bronies lambasted him for being selfish and mean or impulsive at times, cos how dare a kid character acts like a kid. I also like how overly excited he is about wanting to help others, from Twilight to Applejack to Rarity. I just really wish the writers dropped the whole crush he had on Rarity, cos the show got REALLY WEIRD with it.

Sunburst - what a delightfully nerdy horse. From hyperfixating on ancient pony lore and artifacts to being precise about a right answer percentage in a town trivia contest, he's hilarious and way too good of a character to be saddled with Starlight Glimmer of all people. He shouldve been Trixie's best friend if we're being honest.
