#dream discusses bsd 🖋️#dream doodles 🖋️#cheez dtiys#this took between 6-8 hours. I don't know the exact time since I wasn't really keeping track#anyways this would've come out quicker if I hadn't put it off for a few days but I really needed to take a break since it got frustrating#the bg and skeleton were already done but I was really stuck on what to do with chuuya and I even scrapped the original pose I had for him#it was too difficult given my current skill set. but I can see how i've improved since my last major piece (aka my own dtiys)#but yeah. also disregard his gloves I literally forgot that and I didn't want to detail his actual hands so. gloves it was. yeah.#for my sake just pretend that he either forgot or just activated corruption suddenly so then he'll rip them off anyways#still drew his hat blowing away amidst the flurry of feathers though#oh also this is 16 chuuya. 22 chuuya's hair PAINS me to draw so I went the gay little ponytail route#design notes include making his coat have fur to reference how he was based off of a bearded vulture#also his wings were very fun to draw. I used an actual picture of a bearded vulture as reference too#I got a little lazy with the ram skeleton but the skull has the most amount of effort put into it#I considered adding remnants of flesh still sticking to the bones themselves but bearded vultures primarily eat bones/bone marrow anyways#also technically I used this dtiys as a way to test out my art program's filters with the blurring of said ram skeleton. really adds depth#CEO of nonsensical backgrounds. that's a forest I just also got lazy with it. not the main focus of the drawing#I do like the backlighting and the corruption marks though. very proud of how that turned out. this whole thing was experimental#not sure if i'll hate this piece eventually but I'm proud of it at the moment so reblogs are greatly appreciated#dtiys#dtiys entry#bsd#bungo stray dogs#bungou stray dogs#bsd chuuya#bsd fanart#bungou stray dogs fanart#bungou stray dogs chuuya#bungo stray dogs fanart#bungo stray dogs chuuya

as someone who normally reads a script over on the tv writing site every day while eating breakfast like it's the morning paper, but who didn't have time today because i'm trying to meet a deadline on my own script that i've been slow to work on due to an assortment of fire related stress as a resident of los angeles this week........ i am experiencing some severe fomo over these new spn script drops
#waaaaaa i want to read them now ;-;#but i'd have to speed read to get through a whole one while i pause work for lunch#and i prefer to take my time#also i don't think i'm allowed to call myself an angeleno yet#i've been living here five years and i think i have to hit a decade before that's allowed#hence using the awkward descriptor of ''resident of los angeles''#also if anyone is worried -- we're in a little pocket of the county that has remained safe thus far#so we're fine though we've had go-bags ready all week just in case#but i know multiple people who've lost their homes#thankfully they all evacuated in time but the loss is devastating#and i've been glued to the watch duty app any time i haven't been writing (read: attempting to write)#constantly checking against google maps whenever it looked like something was getting close to people i know#it's genuinely horrible and i don't think anyone here has slept much this week#one thing we *are* dealing with directly at our place is the hazardous air quality. it smells absolutely toxic & is full of ash#enough that it looks like flurries of snow in the air#luckily i never stopped masking so wear an n95 whenever i've had to go outside#cass says things

there is something so. intensely frustrating about feeling incapable of showing up for people the way that they want you to
#i wish people understood that it's so hard to be present in their lives and that closeness for me isnt about frequency of contact#but how open we feel during that contact#my brain is such a difficult place to live in it is so loud and so busy all the time#24 hours a day is a constant monologue and argument with myself for everything and it means that i just dont have the capacity to talk to#others most of the time#and like. i know this is so unreasonable. obviously we have to be present in the lives of people that care for us#but it just feels like every day i have to like. get on a stage and perform to every person in my life that cares about me so i can meet the#criteria of being a Good Friend or Good Girlfriend or Good Fan Artist or Good Mutual or Good Server Member#i feel like it is such a blessing to be seen by others as someone to expect things from#but as more people have started to love me it feels like i have to 'go out and perform' more and more and i am very exhausted#i wish i was someone that was easy to love and care for in the way that i am. and i dont mean that self deprecatingly it's just#i know im very hard to care about and love. because i disappear all the time and come back in a big flurry as soon as i get the energy back#and im just feeling it a Lot More lately because im starting to think this isnt going to be a short term thing i have to do before i start#feeling comfortable with a person#this is going to be my whole life#if i get married im going to have to 'go out and perform' and be a good wife and be affectionate and happy and not closed into my own brain#for days#if im going to make friends with colleagues I'll have to go out when they invite me and have to reply ro their texts and i cant just go#silent for weeks while i try to negotiate with my thoughts and then reappear once i make the slightest breakthrough#im very tired and sad. i want companionship but i feel like the kind of person i am is not fair for people who would be my companion#vent post#♡alizeh talks♡
