Hi Rainbowsky!

Can you tell me what we actually know about XZ Studio? I’ve read that the financing has come from XZ’s father, or a producer he worked with in the past. How big is it and what are they actually tasked with doing? Is it in fact partially staffed by his old friends from uni?

And also- huge thank you for all of your thoughtful and insightful posts. This fandom has brought a lot of joy into my life at a time it was needed. And you’ve been an integral part of that. Be well!

There isn't a lot of verified/verifiable information about XZ Studios out there, and a lot of info/rumors fall into the 'none of our business' category for me. I feel like if GG wanted us to know the details of these things, he'd share them publicly.

The financial background of his studio, who he employs, what their role is in his career - all of these things are private, and pursuing such information (at least to me) would be a violation of his privacy and potentially put his employees at risk.

To me anyone working in the background is off-limits unless they're someone who publicizes their connection to GG and DD, and/or unless their career relies on publicity and recognition (choreographers, photographers, makeup artists, stylists, etc.).

There are a lot of rumors about XZ Studios and I think it's important that we all remember that they're just rumors. Even if they sound convincing and 'very GG', we can't know for sure so we should treat them as unverified rumors.

If you go Thailand, don't miss the John Gray Sea canoe tour! They take you to different islands on the Phang Nga Bay.  Towards the end of the afternoon they provide flowers so that you can create your own (absolutely adorable) Krathong. 💕

It's made with a base of banana tree trunk and leaves (super helpful to pack your friend rice lunch too 😉), flowers, candles and incense sticks. I added 2 fake birds on mine 🐦.

At the end comes the heart-breaking but amazing part: you put it in the water and let it float away. It's a way for Thai people to wash-away any misfortune and ask for forgiveness 🙏

Yes, you abandon your own creation 💔 haha.
