Volgens de Wielersite was de Fransman Florian Rousseau (foto) in 1993 de eerste wereldkampioen op de kilometer met staande start. Dat kan ik bijna niet geloven. Alleszins was hij in 1992 al wereldkampioen geworden op die afstand bij de juniors en dan stel ik vast dat deze titel al sinds 1977 (de Oost-Duitser Rainer Hönisch) werd toegekend. Bovendien was er in 1906 al een Olympische kampioen over…

The Europe's oldest Café was opened on 29 December 1720 by Floriano Francesconi and was called "Alla Venezia Trionfante" (To Triumphant Venice), although the clientele later renamed it "Caffè Florian" in honour of its owner.

While the finest wines and coffees from the Orient, Malaysia, Cyprus and Greece were served, history was unfolding outside. Its windows witnessed the splendour and fall of the Serenissima Republic of Venice and the secret conspiracies against French and then Austrian rule. It is divided into small rooms connected by a corridor and has a huge terrace on St. Mark's Square for sunny days. The rooms are decorated in different styles;

El Café más antiguo de Europa fue inaugurado el 29 de diciembre de 1720 por Floriano Francesconi y se llamaba “Alla Venezia Trionfante” (A la triunfante Venecia), aunque la clientela posteriormente lo rebautizó como “Caffè Florian” en honor a su dueño.

Mientras se servían los mejores vinos y cafés de Oriente, Malasia, Chipre y Grecia, la historia se desarrollaba afuera. Sus ventanas presenciaron el esplendor y la caída de la República Serenissima de Venecia y las conspiraciones secretas contra el dominio francés y luego el austriaco. Se encuentra distribuido en pequeñas salas unidas todos ellas, por un corredor y además, tiene una enorme terraza en la plaza San Marcos para los días soleados. Il Caffè più antico d'Europa fu aperto il 29 dicembre 1720 da Floriano Francesconi e si chiamava "Alla Venezia Trionfante", anche se poi la clientela lo ribattezzò "Caffè Florian" in onore del suo proprietario.

Mentre venivano serviti i migliori vini e caffè provenienti dall'Oriente, dalla Malesia, da Cipro e dalla Grecia, all'esterno si svolgeva la storia: le sue finestre sono state testimoni dello splendore e della caduta della Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia e delle cospirazioni segrete contro il dominio francese e poi austriaco. È diviso in piccole sale collegate da un corridoio e dispone di un'enorme terrazza su Piazza San Marco per le giornate di sole. Le sale sono arredate in stili diversi.

Cafe Chris, Amsterdam

Location:  Bloemstraat 42, 1015 TB Amsterdam, Netherlands Cafe Chris is the oldest establishment in Amsterdam, founded in 1624 in the Jordaan district. Due to its dark interior, it is also called “Brown Cafe”. Once upon a time, workers who were building the Westerkerk bell tower came here for wages. The cafe still has old floorboards, backlit windows, and dark wood paneling.

Gran Caffe Quadri, Venice

Cafe Tomaselli, Salzburg

The establishment gained popularity due to the fact that both men and women could visit it - in those years this was very rare. Over time, the cafe began to be called Florian - in honor of the owner Floriani Francesconi. In 1760, the sales point for Venice's first newspaper, Gazzetta Veneta, was opened here. At different times, the cafe was visited by Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Johann Goethe, Charles Dickens, George Byron, Giacomo Casanova, Ernest Hemingway and others. Today, Caffe Florian offers more than 30 varieties of coffee drinks, many desserts, salads and light snacks.

Antico Caffe Greco, Rome

Caffè Al Bicerin, Turin

El Fishawy, Cairo

Location: El-Gamaleya, El Gamaliya, Cairo Governorate, Egypt El Fishawy Café is hidden in the heart of Khan Al Khalili Souk. Its doors opened to visitors in 1773. The first owner of the establishment served Turkish coffee to his friends after sunset. There were more and more people wanting to enjoy a cup of aromatic drink and discuss city news. And then the owner bought buildings nearby, added even more items and hookah to the menu. The current owners of El Fishawy, heirs of the founder, are trying to preserve the traditions and atmosphere of the establishment.

Cafe Tortoni, Buenos Aires, 1858

Location: Av. de Mayo 825, C1084 Buenos Aires, Argentina Cafe Tortoni is considered the oldest in Argentina. It was opened by an emigrant from France in 1858 and named after the café of the same name in Paris. It is worth noting that the first premises of Cafe Tortoni were located on Avenida Rivadavia. The cafe moved to its current location in 1880. The owners have maintained the same style of the establishment throughout all the years of its existence. There is a tango room, as well as tables for playing billiards, dominoes and dice. Café Gerbeaud, Budapest

Gran Caffè Gambrinus, Naples, Italy

The establishment was founded by Vincenzo Apuzzo in 1860 - his dream was to create the best cafe in Italy. The next owner was Mario Vacca in 1889. Their paintings and sculptures adorn Caffè Gambrinus to this day. Cafe de la Paix, Paris

Aux termes de son article 30-1 :  » Sous réserve des dispositions de l’article 26, l’usage de ressources radioélectriques pour la diffusion de tout service de télévision par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique est autorisé par l’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique dans les conditions prévues au présent article / I. – L’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique définit des catégories de services et lance un appel aux candidatures dont la zone géographique équivaut à l’ensemble du territoire métropolitain pour les services à vocation nationale. (…) Celle-ci fixe le délai dans lequel les candidatures doivent être déposées (…). / II. – (…) A l’issue du délai prévu au premier alinéa du I, l’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique arrête la liste des candidats dont le dossier est recevable. / III. – L’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique procède à une audition publique des candidats. / Elle accorde les autorisations d’usage de la ressource radioélectrique en appréciant l’intérêt de chaque projet pour le public au regard des impératifs prioritaires que sont la sauvegarde du pluralisme des courants d’expression socio-culturels, la diversité des opérateurs et la nécessité d’éviter les abus de position dominante ainsi que les pratiques entravant le libre exercice de la concurrence et des critères mentionnés aux articles 29 et 30 ainsi que des engagements du candidat en matière de couverture du territoire, de production et de diffusion d’œuvres audiovisuelles et cinématographiques françaises et européennes. Elle tient également compte de la cohérence des propositions formulées par les candidats en matière de regroupement technique et commercial avec d’autres services et en matière de choix des distributeurs de services, ainsi que de la nécessité d’offrir des services répondant aux attentes d’un large public et de nature à encourager un développement rapide de la télévision numérique de terre. Aux termes de l’article 32 de la même loi :  » Les autorisations prévues à la présente section sont publiées au Journal officiel de la République française avec les obligations dont elles sont assorties. / Les refus d’autorisation sont motivés et sont notifiés aux candidats dans un délai d’un mois après la publication prévue à l’alinéa précédent. Il ressort des pièces du dossier que, par une décision du 28 février 2024, l’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom) a, sur le fondement de l’article 30-1 de la loi du 30 septembre 1986 cité ci-dessus, lancé un appel à candidatures pour l’attribution de quinze autorisations d’usage des ressources radioélectriques pour la diffusion de services de télévision par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique (TNT). Après avoir déclaré recevables 25 candidatures, dont une a fait l’objet d’un désistement, l’Arcom a, par un communiqué de presse du 24 juillet 2024, annoncé avoir  » présélectionné, à titre de mesure préparatoire « , parmi les candidatures déclarées recevables, quinze projets pour lesquels elle a indiqué qu’elle allait négocier des conventions avec les éditeurs concernés,  » condition indispensable à la délivrance d’une autorisation d’usage de la ressource radioélectrique sur la TNT, d’une durée maximale de dix ans « . Les sociétés Le Média, C8 et NRJ 12 et autre demandent l’annulation pour excès de pouvoir de la liste contenue dans ce communiqué de presse en tant qu’elle révèlerait la décision de l’Arcom d’écarter leurs propres candidatures. Ces requêtes étant dirigées contre le même communiqué de presse, il y a lieu de les joindre pour statuer par une seule décision. 3. Il résulte des dispositions citées au point 1 que, dans la procédure d’attribution des autorisations d’usage des ressources radioélectriques pour la diffusion de services de TNT, il incombe à l’Arcom, après s’être prononcée sur la recevabilité des candidatures reçues, de poursuivre l’instruction des dossiers déclarés recevables. Afin d’être en mesure d’apprécier l’intérêt respectif des différents projets qui lui sont présentés, l’Arcom est tenue de statuer sur l’ensemble de ces candidatures et de décider à l’issue de cette instruction de leur acceptation ou de leur rejet au cours d’une même séance. Il est, par suite, loisible à l’Arcom de rendre publique au cours de cette instruction, dans un souci de bonne gestion administrative, une liste de candidats avec lesquels elle s’apprête à engager la négociation de la convention prévue par l’article 28 de la loi du 30 septembre 1986, dès lors qu’il ne saurait s’agir pour elle de statuer définitivement, dès ce stade, sur le rejet de certaines candidatures. Il lui demeure ainsi toujours possible, après la publication d’une telle liste, de mettre fin aux négociations engagées avec l’un des candidats  » présélectionnés  » ou de les entamer avec un autre candidat n’y figurant pas. Si les sociétés requérantes soutiennent qu’une telle liste est de nature à emporter des conséquences économiques importantes pour les candidats selon qu’ils y figurent ou non, elle n’en constitue pas moins une mesure préparatoire non détachable des décisions d’attribution des autorisations en cause et par elle-même insusceptible d’être déférée au juge de l’excès de pouvoir. Les candidats qui seront définitivement écartés à l’issue de la procédure pourront en revanche, au même titre que toute personne disposant d’un intérêt suffisant pour ce faire, contester devant ce juge, y compris par la voie du référé, les autorisations délivrées ainsi que les rejets opposés à leurs propres candidatures, qui leur seront notifiés avec les motifs de ce rejet en application des dispositions de l’article 32 de la loi du 30 septembre 1986 précitées. 4. Par suite, les conclusions des sociétés Le Média, C8 et NRJ 12 et autre tendant à l’annulation de la décision de l’Arcom qui serait révélée par le communiqué de presse du 24 juillet 2024 sont irrecevables. Leurs requêtes ne peuvent donc qu’être rejetées, y compris leurs conclusions à fin d’injonction et celles présentées au titre de l’article L. 761-1 du code de justice administrative. 5. Il y a lieu, dans les circonstances de l’espèce, de mettre à la charge des sociétés Le Média, C8 et NRJ 12 et autre des sommes de 3 000 euros chacune à verser à l’Arcom au titre de l’article L. 761-1 du code de justice administrative. Il n’y a, en revanche, pas lieu, dans les circonstances de l’espèce, de faire droit aux conclusions présentées par la société Ouest-France TV et autre au titre des mêmes dispositions. Article 2 : La société Le Média et la société C8 verseront chacune à l’Arcom une somme de 3 000 euros au titre de l’article L. 761-1 du code de justice administrative. Giovanni Doppio, ein venezianischer Barbier, fälschte 1733 mithilfe eines, bei einen Rasierunfall zu Tode gekommenen Kunden, einem Leintuch und einem feuchten Keller das Leichentuch Christi, das als Turiner Grabtuch zur weltberühmten Reliquie wurde. Hans Doppler allerdings ist in einer Krise. Während sein Großvater noch mit gefälschten Entnazifizierungspapieren zur Größe der Bundesrepublik beitrug und sein Vater die Lebensläufe bayerischer Politiker bereinigte, verdealt er nur noch gefälschte Impfausweise und positive Sozialprognosen für Serientäter. Doch der Stachel sitzt noch tiefer. Hans Doppler hat sich fatalerweise in eine hochmoralische und ironiefreie Klimaaktivistin verliebt. Und so wie Serienkiller gerne für den Tierschutz spenden, der Teufel manchmal wehmütig an seine Zeit als Erzengel denkt und jeder Diktator seine Lieblingsstute ausstopft, so überfällt den Dauerlügner in der letzten Zeit immer häufiger eine berufsschädigende Sehnsucht nach Wahrhaftigkeit. Und ist es nicht Zeit an die Altersversorgung denken, seinen freiberuflichen Status aufgeben und seine Fähigkeiten öffentlichen Institutionen zu Verfügung stellen? [Rezension] Die Weisheit der Trottellumme – Florian Werner

Klappentext: Was wir von Tieren lernen können Können Ohrenquallen uns den Aufbau des Universums erklären? Was wissen Trottellummen über Kierkegaards Sprung in den Glauben? Bringt uns das Känguru Jean-Jacques Rousseau näher? Und besteht die Tapferkeit der Löwenmännchen womöglich darin, dass sie so viel schlafen? In einunddreißig so lehrreichen wie komischen philosophischen Betrachtungen geht Florian Werner der Frage nach, was wir von Tieren lernen können. Die erstaunliche Erkenntnis: Schaf, Kamel und Axolotl wissen weitaus mehr über Fragen der Moral, der Gesellschaft, der Politik und des guten Lebens, als wir uns träumen lassen. Wenn wir die Menschen verstehen wollen, müssen wir die Tiere fragen. Rezension: Es wird ja mal wieder Zeit, dass ich hier im Blog wieder philosophisch werde. Nach „Oh, diese Philosophen“ von Helme Heine und letztens ein Buch über Karl Marx, der ja auch ein Philosoph war, geht es nun philosophisch um Tiere. Und was für Tiere! Es wurden solche ausgewählt, die ich nicht gerade in so einem Buch erwartet hätte. Da ist schon im Titel die Trottellumme, dann kommen noch Nacktmull und Axolotl, um nur ein paar zu nennen.  Schon mal von denen gehört? Während ich das Buch gelesen habe ich manchen davon erzählt und da hörte ich öfter: „Was, wie heißt das Tier?“. Wie man zu diesen Tieren teilweise Philosophen zuordnet, und dies auch noch logisch erklärt, ist für mich ganz großes Kino. Was wir von den Tieren lernen können, bringt Florian Werner dem geneigten Leser dann auch noch nahe. Es sind wirklich außergewöhnliche Dinge, die der Autor einem da präsentiert. Selbst bei Schnecken, bringt er Eigenschaften an die Oberfläche, die ich so nie gesehen habe, und zeigt damit, was wir uns wirklich mal von den Tieren abschauen können. Nimmt man z.B. mal das Dickhornschaf, wo das Horn immer weiter wächst, aber wohl bei einer gewissen Länge aufhört zu wachsen, so dass das Dickhornschaf nicht geschossen werden darf. Dies bringt der Autor dann philosophisch in Einklang. Es ist nun nicht ein Buch, welches zum abschalten einlädt. Besonders die Sicht eines Hähnchens ist schon sehr interessant und im ersten Moment lustig. Es hat aber auch Punkte die nachwirken und zum Nachdenken anregen. Was man nicht vergessen sollte, sind die Illustrationen von Andreas Töpfer, die das ganze wirklich noch ein wenig auflockern. Ich war beeindruckt, dass der Künstler es immer wieder schafft, die Essenz aus dem Kapitel in eine Zeichnung zu bringen. Wenn man sich darauf einlässt, ist es ein gelungenes Buch, das einem verschiedene Blickwinkel anbietet und zum Nachdenken anregt. Man darf aber nicht erwarten, dass es ein Naturbuch ist, auch wenn die Tiere wichtig sind. Alles wird immer philosophisch betrachtet und uns mancher Philosoph auf tierische Art und Weise nähergebracht.  Alleine solche Ansätze sind es doch wert, dass man dieses Buch kauft und auch liest.
