Today ... I want to show my #flawedbeauty ACNE/PIMPLES This has lasted longer than any friendship ....let’s skip the long story 📍Of course I’ve spent half of my earnings trying to look “presentable”. Acne comes and goes, it gets really worse sometimes but people are quick to remind me how “scruffy” I look. People forget the tip you are offering and start a debate about your skin. It is appalling to watch. The truth is that every skin type isn’t perfect and we all have our flaws. This isn’t an excuse to bully strangers because they don’t look “conventionally” beautiful. It’s a funny little porcelain vase. Thrown on the wheel like a tea pot spout as an experiment, too see how small an opening I could throw. It got knocked over at one point during the drying process, chipping the base and rim, but I smoothed it out a bit and glazed it anyway. I hope that someday it gets to hold small wildflower bouquets. It just seems right to me. This vase has survived a bit, it’s hardy and quirky, and I hope someday someone else loves it like I do.
