This creamy garlic butter chicken is a rich and flavorful dish that's great for a special dinner or having people over. When you mix garlic, butter, cream, and Parmesan cheese together, you get a rich sauce that goes great with tender chicken breasts.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. For about 6 to 8 minutes on each side, cook the chicken breasts until they are golden brown on both sides and no longer pink in the middle. Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside. Over medium heat, melt the butter in the same pan. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. Add the chicken broth and scrape the pan's bottom to get rid of any browned bits. Bring to a low boil. You can add thyme, oregano, paprika, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese and mix them in. For about two to three minutes, let the sauce simmer and get a little thicker. Add the chicken breasts back to the pan and cover them with sauce. Add two to three more minutes of cooking, until the chicken is fully heated and the sauce has thickened. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley. Put it on the table hot with your favorite side dishes.

Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 8 oz mushrooms, sliced. 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown. Stir in spiralized zucchinis and cook for another 2-3 minutes until zucchinis are tender. Pour in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the creamy mushroom zucchini sauce. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Ingredients: 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger, grated. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp oyster sauce. 1 tsp sesame oil. 1 tsp rice vinegar. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional. 2 green onions, sliced. Sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Put the green beans in boiling water for two to three minutes and then move them to ice water to stop the cooking. Dry with a towel. Put oil from the vegetable pan or wok on medium-high heat. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic. Saut for one to two minutes, until the smell is nice. Blanch the green beans and add them to the wok. Stir-fry for three to four minutes, until the beans start to blister and turn bright green. Put soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Mix them together. Add the sauce to the green beans and toss to cover them all. Stir-fry the green beans for another two to three minutes, or until the sauce thickens and covers them. Add sliced green onions and sesame seeds to the top after taking it off the heat. Serve right away and enjoy!

These Adobo Strip Steak Tacos are bursting with flavor from the marinated and grilled strip steak. Topped with fresh veggies, sour cream, and salsa, they're perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb strip steak, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 8 small tortillas. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Sour cream and salsa for topping.
Instructions: To make the marinade, put soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Make sure the thinly sliced strip steak is well covered with the marinade before adding it. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Set the grill or pan on medium-high heat. The marinated strip steak should be cooked for two to three minutes on each side, or until it's done the way you like it. Take the steak off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, cut it into thin strips. You can warm the tortillas up in a dry pan or the microwave for 30 seconds. Put together your tacos by putting a lot of sliced steak on each tortilla. Put chopped fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and shreds of lettuce on top of the steak. Put some salsa and sour cream on top of each taco. Adobo Strip Steak Tacos are ready to eat right away.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup diced bell pepper. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1 tsp cumin powder. 1 tsp chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 large flour tortillas. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup diced tomato. 1/4 cup sour cream. Salsa for serving.
Instructions: Slice the onion and bell pepper and add them to a bowl. Add the chopped cilantro and mix them in. Add the cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Four burger patties should be made from the mixture. Get a grill or grill pan hot, but not too hot. To get the burger patties to the doneness you like, grill them for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. As the food is almost done cooking, put a flour tortilla on the grill and cover one half of it with shredded cheddar cheese. Put the tortilla on the grill and melt the cheese on it. Take the tortilla off the grill and put a burger patty that has been cooked on one side of it. Add more cheddar cheese shreds, diced tomato, lettuce shreds, and sour cream to the top of the burger patty. To make a quesadilla-style burger, fold the tortilla in half and place it over the burger patten. Do it again with the rest of the tortillas and burger patties. Sauce for the Quesadilla Burgers should be on the side. Have fun with your tasty fusion burger!
