I love how the Maasverse has so many artists in it & interwoven into the story of it:

The way art saves Feyre’s soul, holds her heart, helps her work through the horrors of her world; the way color (or lack thereof) is so heavily shown through her point of view & the way she describes scenes.🎨🥹🥰💘

Celaena’s love of music & connection to it in memory👌🥹😭👏 (the scene where the great “Assassin of Adarlan” is moved to tears by song & the first to standing ovation at the orchestra/opera).

Nesta showing emotion & a thousand words she cannot say through dancing; for once being visibly free & happy (so very powerful it becomes a key plot point💃🏼🤩👯‍♀️).

(Yes they are color coded to make things simpler, and Captain Underpants's text will always be bold) (Also Flaming Ink is the same as George, and Polar Painter is the same as Harold. Those are just their superhero personas.) ✨

⏲️This takes place around a year after the movie, and in that time frame Mr. Krupp knows and now accepts the fact that he is Captain Underpants, they have all fought multiple monsters, and the relationships between them are closer! I will incorporate some things from the show into the au as well, but not everything, as not only are they not the same timeline, I also haven't watched the show yet.⏲️

🔊I will occasionally posts things that doesn't have any asks, which just simply means that when the event happened, you guys were just not able to reach them during that time! (During the night, talking with another character, ect.) It means that it was meant to happen and that it couldn't have been prevented by any of you!🔊

🧪Main premise of the au currently: George and Harold have accidentally fallen into unknown chemicals, and it's seems to be taking some strange effects on their body's, including giving them new powers that they could only ever dream of. Though we still don't know why all of their comics come to life...🧪

Description

Puvis de Chavannes’s muted palette and flat, decorative forms had an important influence on French symbolism in the late 1880s and 1890s. This is a version of La Vigilance (Vigilance) which was one of four decorative panels commissioned by the writer and sculptor Claude Vignon, alias Noémie Cadiot, for her house at 148 rue de la Tour in Paris. The mural scheme featured four allegorical figures intended to represent the principal elements of artistic creation: Vigilance, Meditation, History and Fantasy. The flame, which Vigilance holds aloft against a new dawn, symbolises the moment of artistic inspiration.
