In my Favorite Books list I recommend Finding Ultra by Rich Roll.  I give this book and Rich’s podcast a ton of credit for helping me change my life with a whole-food plant based diet.  Rich’s story is awesome and I can totally related to all of it, because he and I have had many parallels:  Successful careers, health scare, and ultimately competing in ultra-endurance sports.  I’m not comparing myself to Rich, but he is definitely a huge inspiration of mine.

As you may be able to tell, I’m a huge fan of podcasts, and anytime Rich tells his story, I like to listen.

Norway. We had such an amazing time in this beautiful country, just like last time! So many landscapes, waterfalls and special moments! I’ll definitely share a few of them in the coming period.
