Status: good

I had a really solid day today. I woke up, had some porridge for breakfast - I think I put a little too much milk in it though so it was a slightly more runny than I would’ve liked but hey it was still pretty good. 

The sun was out and I managed to find a free seat on the bus. For the first time in forever, I had studied before class and didn’t feel clueless hahaha. I found out I had test in my afternoon session but some quick study during the hour break and I passed wooo! 

I did think about her but it didn’t hurt me as much. I felt good today, not heavy, not sad - just solid and good. Thank you so much (I don’t know who I’m thanking - God? The Earth? Myself?) 

Anyhow, I had a good day and I’m super grateful for it. I know that I’m gonna have downs but man was it good to just have a nice day.

San Diego Zoo!!!!! This has been on my life bucket list for YEARS!!!! It was a great experience!! This 100 acre park is surrounded by the city of San Diego!! This is the largest zoo I have ever been too! I loved how when you walked around the park, the environment/landscape changed to fit the need/setting of the animals/region you were about to see! They have over 4,000 animals/species and a crazy amount of beautiful plants and flowers!! Some of the plants looked like they came out of a Dr. Seuss book! I had the best day roaming around, drinking wine, and learning about all kinds of wonderful animals!!! I thought going to the zoo by myself would not be all that fun but I had the best time! I got the day plus pass so I got to take some tours, ride the skytram, and see a 4-D movie! I know I sound so geeky and childish but HEY! I went to the zoo today-you are supposed to be a child! Plus it doesn't hurt that no matter what-you learn something at the zoo haha
