He was thrilled at this display of trust. And he was going to relish every second of it. He rembered to fetch a comb and as he returned, first he started to carefully removing any tangles. He admired their softness, the way it flowed over his fingers like the finest silk.

As he finally started braiding her hair, his fingertips sometims grazed gently the skin of her neck and nape. "I must admit that my son's fairytale about the fairy fighting the spiders was rather accurate. It seems that you inspire him just as much as I'm trying to myself," he spoke softly.

Thranduil sighed, sensing a shift in Valya's mood. My king...it cought him of guard how these two words shot hotly through him. He had to reign himself.

He watched her struggling with the wine that started getting to her. He pursed his lips. Perhaps even a few sips were too much? He took away her goblet and reached for a pitcher with raspberry juice that was there for little prince and took another goblet, pouring the juice in it instead.

"You barely had a half of a cup, Valya. Try this instead for a moment, it will help to deal with dizziness. May I help you?" Thranduil gestured to her hair.

"Noooo," Legolas whined. "Not even if you get to hear the very first bedtime story from this valiant lady?" Thranduil grinned, his eyes gleaming. Legolas pouted. "Alright, I get it." "Off with you to bed then!"

"Oh, your first time?" Thranduil raised his brow at that. He didn't know what he expected, but it certainly wasn't this. "All the more the reason to try it, at least I hope," he chuckled. He was pleased by Valya's delighted agreement. Legolas beamed up and hopped down from his chair. He ran to fetch his work. Soon he was back with a little journal. First fairytale was about greedy fox and racoon that oversmarted it. The other was about family of fireflies, helping a cursed fawn. Of course there was also a story about evil spiders and warrior fairy in blue, chasing them away from the grove she protected. the picture of her, slicing the webs with shiny blade surprised Thranduil with it's similarity to Valya. @valyabrethil

They couldn’t do it tbh. Had they had to, they would have moved the train to hit one person.

Specifications of their musical gear. They can talk about it for hours. Also, when Jan infodumps about some math bullshit no one understands. Same goes to Nace when he infodumps about Pokémon lore.
