Welcome to Fall Sunday in the Chill Valicer Save, on the Chill Valicer Honeymoon! AKA the One Nice Day that the trio GOT on said honeymoon. Obviously they needed to make the most of that, so I planned a nice outing to one of the public beaches in Sulani --

But first, they had to wait for it to be, you know, actual DAYTIME. XD Can't enjoy the sunshine if the sun isn't up! And so, while they waited out the super-early morning clouds:

-->Alice got on breakfast, making some nice buttered crumpets for herself and Victor! Yes, buttered crumpets -- I wasn't sure what would be a good "islandy" breakfast, so instead I leaned more into them being English. :p She then moved back to using her travel easel to do a little more surreal painting, though she didn't get a giant payout for that particular work, boo. :p Come on, Alice, more $12K masterpieces please!

-->Smiler headed back to the fishing spot to see what they could catch -- mostly driftwood, to my annoyance, but they did snag an invasive perch from the waters (thus prompting the weird "glowing green leaf over their face" picture you see above XD) and, eventually, a gorgeous swordfish! :D AND all this fishing actually got them to level 10 of the Fishing skill, meaning they finally completed their Angling Ace aspiration! Now fishing is even more relaxing for them, as well as useful for making plasma packs. :p

-->And Victor did a quick illustrative painting on his sketchpad (which turned out to be a masterpiece, if not as profitable as some of Alice's are), before grabbing some breakfast --

And starting a new puzzle! Because why not? He chose to do a "dragon blossom" puzzle -- and once Smiler had gotten their big catch stowed away in the fridge, and Alice had finished her latest painting, his two partners joined him! They had a lovely time puzzling together, chatting and chilling, and the final puzzle product was -- not exactly what I was expecting, but still pretty. :) I think I've created a very pro-puzzle family here!

By this point, the sun was finally starting to come out, so I got the trio on the beach to enjoy some early rays and do a little more beachcombing. This time, Victor and Smiler had a lot more luck -- Victor grabbed a scallop shell and a sea urchin shell, while Smiler got an abalone shell and another Eyes Of Sulani treasure! Alice came up short on her first attempt, but a second sort through the sand gave her a small conch shell, nice. So now they had some souvenirs to take home, yay. :) I then had Alice let out a somber howl (gotta keep the Fury low when out in public!) before having everyone change into more beach-appropriate clothing and get in a little relaxation on their provided beach towels...

The final destination on Heather’s bucket list was Sulani. It was a place she had been to once before but never really gotten to know. She knew her Dad had grown up there in a hippy island community, that he had resented it and moved away. She had always wanted to know more about this place that looked so tropical and picturesque in all the pictures - surely it couldn’t be as bad as her Dad made it out to be.

Indeed upon arriving Heather realised her Dad was surely wrong. This place was a paradise. An island haven of beautiful beaches and oceans. These days it was less hippy commune than it was in the 70s, and more tourists and spring break beach parties. But that didn’t stop Heather from exploring it at her own pace. She would snorkel in the reefs and JetSki across the foreshore, feeling the salty spray in her hair. She would purchase food out of little beach shacks - barbqeued fish, sweet tropical fruits and Kalua pork - and eat it on the beach.

Heather made contact with her cousins while in Sulani and spent time with them too. She got to know her cousin Siouxie well and the two would often go to the beach in the late afternoon to sunbathe and swim.

Siouxie showed Heather the fun side of Sulani. She helped her find a job bartending at one of the many beach shacks that lined the foreshore, and every night Heather would sling cocktails before clocking off and partying with the rest of the backpackers and college students that came through.

And every now and then someone new would catch Heather’s eye, and those little sparks she loved would begin to fly. She couldn’t help herself but fall head over heels for every girl that reciprocated her affection.

eleina is definitely trying to get dodo's attention and now she's telling him about how a crab bitten her while she was searching for food for THE HOUSEHOLD, because she CARES; and then - and let me add - a very smart move - she invited dodo for some physical exercise ;)

hassan NEEDS TO EAT, NOW! and yeah, at this point, paradise is soooooo stinky not even polite robin can stand it 😶🤭 and, guys, thea is already sharing private jokes with sebastian (even though seb not always gets thea's sense of humour 😋).

eleina has been working on the garden, and succeeding!! thea is making her first try at the woodbench and robin and hassan were sent fishing... huh? robin? there's no emily monster in sulani, dude! 😂😂😂

dodo has found a good listener in eleina, who can hear his monologues about physical balance for... hours?? bless you, girl! 🤭 sebastian keeps determined on finding that pirate treasure he heard of! and OH MY GOD! PARADISE FOUND THE WATERFALL!!! 🚿🚿

eleina is getting really upset for being the third wheel between these two bromance!!

hassan, made it! he caught a fish and now he is grilling it! well done, bro!

i think dodo is embarrassed for being so stinky in front of his two romantic interests (robin is stinky too, don't you worry, dodo!! hehe!). guess robin wants pizza... no food delivery on the island, i am afraid!

and proper food is finally ready and paradise approves! by proper food i mean grilled fish 🐟🐟🐟

Olive: Guys, come on...I can’t say. I mean I shouldn’t. You know I’m private- ok, listen up. Here’s how I secured the bag, girls.

Olive: So, I met her through work-

Amir: Which is what exactly?

Olive: Finance, girl. Anyway, she said she wanted to shower me with money and gifts because I deserve it. Finally, someone with some sense! And she really is something with her gifts.

Olive: It’s always something different. Always things I like. Always my favorite color. Always with a big price tag. Always with a promise for more.

Olive: And when we’re not taking trips, which we take alot of them, she has this penthouse in Uptown and she’ll cook like a freaking million dollar chef. I never have to lift a finger.

Olive: And she’s not just generous to me. She spoils my Kia too.

Orion: So who is this lady?

Olive: Aht aht. Not too much. Gotta have something for myself, right?

Amir: And you ain’t givin’ up no sugar?

Olive: ....I mean, a little peck on the lips here and there as a thank you but that’s it.

Selene: I think we both knew something was off at first. I got signed by different sponsor, so we weren’t traveling together anymore.

Selene: We kept pushing back the wedding date. Always promising to make more time after the season to start planning. But that day never came. So I kept focusing on the waves.

Selene: I start touring and my sponsor had me join a surf club a couple hours away from Sulani. That’s where I met Paulina.

Selene: They called her the Best of the West. She’s a beast on the board. Real cocky. Competitive. Total asshole. I guess all the things I like in a rival. Kinda reminded me of how good things use to be- surfing with Zoe.

[Paulina: Make sure you clean my towels real good, new girl. I’ll pick them up tonight.]

Selene: And I guess...that wasn’t the only thing I liked about her.

Orion: Selene, please tell me you didn’t....

Selene: Everything was a blur after that..

Selene: Someone from the team saw Paulina come into my room and they told Zoey... took me like, a month to admit what I did and she kicked me out. Wedding’s off. We broke up. I’m a piece of shit...

Selene: Wasn’t even worth it. Nothing was worth hurting her like that...

7 Sins Legacy - generation 4 (pride)

The calendar showed that it was Supriya's birthday, so I planned a birthday party for her with her cousins, Rohan's side of the family, and Edgar (her aunt Mia had passed away recently, and Amina and Cedia were in Sulani and couldn't make it that day). My game crashed three times while I tried to change the guests' outfits in MCCC, so finally I gave up and let them wear whatever they were wearing when they arrived at the party. I had also changed some MCCC settings so that sims can age up while being pregnant, but it didn't work because Supriya couldn't blow out the candles on her birthday cake. I then decided to use this party to announce Supriya's pregnancy instead. I also noticed Indira looking at Nicolas a lot and decided to have Supriya talk her up to Nicolas to help Indira out.

Sims In Bloom: Generation 2 Pt. 44 (A Nephew and a Wedding!)

Making the most of a rainy autumn, Heather travelled to Henford to meet River and Cassandra's son, Michael, before he was even a week old.

She marvelled at her tiny nephew while he slept. "It's incredible, Riv! That's your kid!"

"He's pretty amazing, isn't he? I can't believe he's finally here."

Heather had arrived with first-time grandmother, Bella Goth, who always looked incredible. Even now that her jet black hair had faded to grey, she dressed like she could stop traffic everywhere she went.

"He has my brother's chin," she said, glancing wistfully upon her grandson as he woke from his nap. Baby Michael had been named for Bella's brother, who died in a motorcycle crash at the age of 32.

Bella was delighted to meet her grandson, but memories of her older brother still made her sad. He’d been gone for over twenty years, but he was her big brother - the only person she regretted leaving behind in Sunset Valley when she and Mortimer got married.

Cass cradled her new son. "I know how much you miss him. I wanted to honour his memory, and when he was born, we thought he looked like a Michael. Are you upset?"

Bella pushed forth a smile. "No, my goodness. My brother would have been thrilled to know his name lives on." Cass carefully studied her mother's face. "I know Michael's death triggered the depression that led to my disappearance, but I'm a stronger person now. I want to see my grandson grow up, and I have plenty to keep my mind busy. Diego keeps talking about taking a trip, and your brother's wedding is next month."

"Maybe Alexander and Lydia will give you more grandkids soon," Heather suggested sweetly as she cuddled Michael in her arms.

"You know she doesn't even want a wedding?" Bella smiled. "I told Lydia there was no chance my son would elope at Brindleton Town Hall, but she doesn't want seating, because she doesn't want an audience. She doesn't want a wedding dress, and doesn't want Alexander in a tux. The guests will be more dressed up than they are!"

"If it's what she wants, won't it still be beautiful?" Cass saw the world in such a romantic way.

"She wants an altar made of palm leaves! In our mansion! The aesthetic has me gasping! But she says the only part of the wedding she's actually looking forward to is her honeymoon in Sulani. All she cares about is marrying Alexander, not showing off for a bunch of guests she doesn't know."

"I think that's sweet," said Cassandra.

"A part of me was mortified! But a bigger part of me wishes I'd had the guts to stand up to Mortimer's parents when I was thrown into the deep end of the society scene as his photogenic new bride all those years ago. I really like her."

Heather and her siblings were all invited to the big day – a simple and phoned in ceremony (by the Watcher!) at the Goth family mansion in Brindleton Bay.

(I just wanted to make sure they didn't break up or something so I rushed it, quick and dirty. They're a side-side household at the moment even though I've tentatively plotted some of their future in my notes, but sometimes I just want to play and not do all this set up. And I'll shamelessly try to excuse it with storytelling every time.)

Surprisingly, no one complained about sitting on the floor for the ceremony. And even though it was raining, Heather chatted with Holly outside in their boho-style dresses.

"That colour looks great on you," Holly said, eyeing the purple dress Heather had chosen from the shop with almost no thought.

"Thanks, but I don't know where I might have a chance to wear something like this again." (The game picked it at random but I like how the colour nods to Gen 3)

"Maybe you should wear it with Conrad somewhere."

"We're not really a dressy couple," she said. "All my clothes get covered in whatever Ash gets his hands in then wipes on my shirt. If he wasn't at his dad's this weekend, I'm sure the dress would already have at least three stains."

Holly laughed, shaking her head. "You're so unflirty, sis. I don't know how you have the hottest man on the planet practically begging to move in with you."

"I'm taking him home to Henford soon. I really want him to meet everyone, but I'm so worried it won't go well."

"Why wouldn't it go well? Didn't you say he wanted to come with you today but couldn't get away from work?"

"I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop, that's all."

"What, like he's secretly working for the Landgraabs in some elaborate scheme to steal your code for your next mobile app?" She laughed at the thought, but Heather would be lying if she said the possibility had never crossed her mind, even once, in the months since she'd known him.

"I think it's more that if it doesn't go well, it would hurt too much."

"Then don't overthink it. You know no matter what, you'll always have us."

As hard as it was to take Holly's advice, Heather spent the next few weeks focused on her clinic to keep her mind off her relationship fears. ->

I may have gone a little overboard 😅 To be honest this tag came around at just the right time! I'd just gotten a new song association and have been working on schoolwork so much that I really needed to do something creative 😆

Originally these were all going to be in similar editing styles (more like Corey's) but somewhere along the way that stopped because I had different ideas that I really wanted to do. Also I cheated a little and a few got more than one song... 🤫

COREY ALTMAN

"Holiday" - Green Day:

This song being here is random song association at its finest. The trail pretty much goes "Holiday" by Green Day > Surf's Up > Beach Vibes > Sulani > Globetrotter Challenge > Corey Song. If that makes sense... 😂 Pretty much, you can blame the Sulani round of the Globetrotter Challenge for it, plus the fact that I feel like it's the type of song/genre Corey would use in his own music.

"Catch Me If You Can" - Set It Off:

Now, it would be a crime to talk about songs and Corey without a song by Set It Off. Corey was created when I was listening to their songs a lot, and it definitely rubbed off on him. From his aesthetic to the songs I imagine him playing, a lot of it came from Set It Off. Even his name was derived from the band's lead singer (although changed from Cody to Corey because that's the route my mind took with it idk). So, this song in particular specifically reminds me of Corey for... Honestly probably obvious reasons 😆 "Catch Me If You Can" was pretty much the theme of his Globetrotter Challenge, where he was constantly moving on the run from the law. A line I really like though for him is the part that says, "I only feel at home when I'm on the run," because I feel like that leads into the deeper aspects of Corey. He really isn't at home anywhere, he's always on the move, even when he's not evading capture anymore. There's a certain non-permanence to everything he does. Something funny about the image itself is that it originally wasn't going to be edited to look like the back cover of a CD. When I took the picture of Corey with the guitar I kind of thought "this looks like the back cover of a CD" and when editing I just needed a way to fill the space at the bottom and it turned into a CD back cover edit 🤣 It actually kind of fits though since both of these songs are the sound I associate with Corey's own music so it worked out in the end.

LIZZY ALTMAN

"Unopened Windows" - Set It Off:

So this one is the context behind this post lol. It's been like two years since I started working on this plotline I have to finish it eventually 😆 Anyway, Lizzy's been teased in many tag games so far, but without a name or much information (note: and this name's not final I'm not sure yet). Here you can probably guess based on the song choice how her story goes 😅 Going back to the epilogue of the Globetrotter Challenge, we see that something is going on, and it leads to Lizzy and her dad being separated. So, the entire song lyrically I really felt spoke to them and their situation (more in a future gameplay 😉). Bonus points for it being a Set It Off song, who I associate with Corey, and thought music could have been something that they bonded over and enjoyed together. I have a few things to say about the image itself because it was a struggle but I looooove how it turned out! It turned out essentially how I imagined it with Lizzy playing guitar in the foreground with a sort of memory of her time with her dad in the background. I probably had about five or six different poses that I put in the background because I couldn't decide which one I liked the best 😆 This was the last image I had to work on out of the four, and I was having trouble with how I wanted the song title to look. While I was browsing for overlays and stuff I came across a lot of cutout style poems and ended up adding in some of the lyrics because I thought it would help explain the concept behind the image. In the end this one is one of my favorites which is unbelievable considering how much I thought it was not going to turn out like I imagined 🥰

"Little Chaos" - Orla Gartland:

In a wonderfully serendipitous coincidence, this was the song association I was very into when getting tagged, and was already planning what became this edit! I rarely have song associations for sims/sims stories (despite how many ended up coming together here) so that's why I'll never get over how well timed this all was (thanks again elderwisp!!) On to the song, it has to do with my upcoming gameplay story centered around the For Rent game pack, and starring the pictured sim (who doesn't have a name yet sorry! 😅). She's going through a bit of a tough time where she's very lost and I thought the lines, "And it's a good day for a meltdown. All my thoughts getting too loud," fit really where she's at, especially at the start. Plus, the vibes are perfect. The image itself was inspired by the song's MV and one part in particular, but it looks a lot different now (I was limited by the poses I could find because I refuse to sit down and learn to make my own yet). I liked this idea of the torn pages framing the image, especially because it plays into the plot, which sees the main character do a lot of journaling throughout the story. So, the lined paper had to do with that, and it doubled as being good for making the letters stand out, which I wanted to be big and misaligned to be more "chaotic," though I think that could have been done more/better. Aaaaand the background is a picture of Tomarang, where the story takes place. To be honest this will probably be the cover image once I finalize a name and get started on playing it 😉

GHOST COWBOY

"Ferryman" - Schafer James and Will Wood:

I've actually been having a lot of fun with this character since initially creating him back before the Horse Ranch pack came out (more on him coming out in a few days for the outlaw challenge 😉). So this song.... The entire concept of our ghost cowboy is that he, being somewhat half dead and half alive, winds up being a good source of convincing "unwilling souls" to cross over, and works with the character Death to do so in exchange for finding out why he's not entirely dead. I'll explain it better another time, but I also really love this song and just thought that the concept of the ferryman and the ghost cowboy as ferriers of the dead.

"Toss A Coin To Your Witcher (Epic Version)" - Samuel Kim and Black Gryph0n:

Liiiiisten... My family made me watch three seasons of The Witcher I had to get something out of it 😆 I joke a lot that this character gives off Geralt vibes but honestly they are definitely super similar just based on their overall aesthetic and horse companions. I wanted to be special though and chose this epic cover instead of the original... Just for fun 😁 There were some cool piano covers too that almost made the cut. This is probably a good place to talk about the actual image (yay!). I hope the visibility on it isn't too bad because it ended up waaaay more cluttered than I originally intended, plus the mist effect definitely makes it harder to see the characters. I made his (also unnamed) horse a little more transparent to try and give off this ghostly see through effect so I hope that comes through. The font isn't the kind of "wild west wanted sign" font that I wanted, but I think it's close enough lol.

Though Allan looks worried at times. He probably misses Del Sol Valley and the Plumbob Studios? It's kind of odd for him not to be working day and night. He worries that his star is starting to fade. He may be able to live without alcohol, but not without his fame.

Now, after three days spent on the shores of Sulani, the deep woods of Granite Falls and the hidden royal baths of Selvadorada, the honeymoon has come to a twirling and dipping end with two lovers about to embark on a journey through simulated life, together, as one.

But what awaits their return? Jayce has only just begun his career as a professor of music at UBrite and Hope is deep into a client situation that will require her full attention. Upon leaving the wedding and watching her son embody her late husband, will Mercy finally have what she needs to kick out the dead weight? What kind of toll has blessing his daughter's marriage and trusting her in the hands of Jayce, taken on Darren? How is Indya adapting to Jerriah? Did Jerri and her partner have court yet? Have DJ and Amaya figured out the right position? And I wonder what the two member A/V club at Copperdale High has been up to...

Heather wasn't ready to leave Sulani any time soon. She was enjoying whiling her days away in the ocean and her nights away working and partying.

But when she next visited the internet cafe in town she found a new email from her brother.

Hey Sis

I know you aren't coming back anytime soon, but I have some big news... Kelly and I are getting married at the end of the month!

I know it's happing pretty fast but we're dead serious about this. And also, look don't tell Mom or Dad, but Kelly is pregnant. Bit of an oops but it'll be okay! So yeah gotta get this wedding done before anyone finds out.

I'd really like you to be here and come to the wedding. It would mean the world to us both. You know you're my favourite family member! And Mom and Dad are paying for a big reception so it should be fun (looks like I've finally done something they can brag about to their friends hey?)

Heather was annoyed with her brother - how could he be so irresponsible and careless to get someone pregnant? But she realised she was mostly annoyed that she needed to return home. She wasn't ready just yet, but her duty to be there with her brother to watch him marry the person he loved weighed on her. Especially as she knew she had caused the end of his last serious relationship.

And so Heather returned home to San Sequoia. The place hadn't changed since she had left, but the mark of time passing could be seen on her beloved mother, who seemed much greyer and frailer as she wrapped her daughter in a big hug. It felt good to be home, in her parents arms again.

Dustin hugged Heather as soon as she walked in the door. He was so glad she had come home. It had been so long, and yet she was still his little sister. He introduced her to Kelly - who had known Heather in high school, though never really spoken to her or given her the time of day - and Heather was gracious and friendly.

Heather went upstairs to her childhood bedroom - unchanged since she had left for college so many years ago - and realised she was finally home. It was time to put down her pack and do something with her life.

For me, it's definitely Samuel and Freya - but neither of them realise until much later.

Beware major story spoilers and some spice below!

When they start out, Freya is completely inexperienced and has some severe hangups about sex in general. This makes Samuel treat her like she's fragile, and he never tries to push or expand her boundaries, keeping things very vanilla.

Even later in their relationship, things are still somewhat boring and routine, and it doesn't help that they have two small children who take all their time and energy. And even though Freya actual starts to wish for more excitement and passion, she's still too mired in shame to ask Samuel for it.

Their marriage keeps deteriorating, and reaches a point where they rarely even share the same bed. In Freya's mind, they're on the brink of divorce, which may help explain what she does next.

When Freya decides to sleep with Charlie, she's finally giving up. She's giving up on her ideas of the perfect marriage, on being the perfect wife, she's just throwing her whole life in the trash. But she's also letting go of some of her conservative attitudes and finally admitting to herself that sometimes she would actually like to just get railed and told what to do 🙈

Obviously, Samuel is not impressed with her actions and they divorce. And Freya finally goes to therapy and figures out her issues, eventually realising that she never properly loved Samuel to begin with, she just wanted the picture perfect family.

She's healing - and then she falls in love with her ex-husband.

Awkward.

When Freya and Samuel get back together, Freya asks him to stop holding back on her, and he can finally let go as well. Everything is better for both of them this time, but the final piece of the puzzle is still missing and doesn't happen until their vacation in Sulani.

Samuel has a surprisingly strong response to Freya jokingly calling him sir, and it's implied that this is a kink they'll continue to explore further, now that they're able to be open and honest about their desires.

We're now focusing on their daughter Julia, but I promise that behind the scenes, Samuel and Freya are very happy in their Dom/sub second marriage these days ❤️🔥

Melsie’s Sims 4 World Map

Many months ago (well before Growing Together came out) I teased a world map I was working on... but never actually ended up posting the finished product. I’ve FINALLY polished it, and even added where I thought San Sequoia might be located. 

I thought I’d share it with you guys and explain a bit how my map will end up influencing my gameplay.

Here we have a full map view with all of the different continents. Every grid square is 20 miles (32km).

Under the cut there will be a grid-less option too, as well as a written list of all the worlds in each continent. Feel free to use either map for your own gameplay or if you want to incorporate it in your challenge rules! Just make sure to give me credit and maybe link my Simblr! I use Kuttoe’s Home Regions mod and have configured the settings so that NPC sims can only show up in worlds that are located within their specific continent. Clearly some worlds will be a lot more populated than others, but I think it’ll still be a very interesting way to play!  

For my current legacy challenge (Vega Legacy) my active sims will have no specific rule as to where they can travel, but I will try to keep the traveling to a minimum: once a day if they stay on the same continent, and once a week for worlds that are on different continents. 

I previously intended for sims to pay 100 simoleons per grid square traveled (200 simoleons if it’s an ocean square) and will probably still do that eventually... once my legacy founder has funds to spare. 

I’m also providing a grid-less option for those of you that prefer a sleeker look and don’t care about the specific distance between places.

We're back for another edition of SimDonia Style Through the Years! You may have remembered a post I did not too long ago which showed how SimDonia style has evolved throughout history. Well, we're diving back in for a part 2 where explore more looks and the lore around them!

Before the Revolution

As mentioned in the last post, women had to wear modest clothing. Fully covered, long dresses, with their hair up, no matter the class due to Bella Goths desire to be best dressed in the land. SimDonians (at the time called Pendites) did not have access to the outside world, so even though modern fashions/technology/etc. were becoming prevelant, Pendites were intentionally kept in the dark.

The biggest fashion difference between classes is the working class didn't get access to the nice fabrics that the wealthy classes did. Working women tended to their families, gardens, homes and often had jobs doing the same for the wealthy women. Wealthy women lived lives of leisure as their husbands had jobs in government or other high powered roles.

During the Revolution

The best way to rebel for women was to wear shorter lengthed and sleeved dresses or even wear their hair down. Some would go as far as to practice Jacoban openly (which was banned) as seen in Look #4. You could spot if a wealthy woman was supportive of the revolution the same way. Though, many found ways to play both sides by wearing off the shoulder sleeve dresses that could quickly be brought up or down depending on their company.

During the revolution, working women supported their husbands who were fighting but some fought themselves, as well. Wealthy women also tried to support their high powered husbands and keep their help away from the revolution as they didn't want status quo to change. Many were stuck between wanting to keep the hostility away from them and wanting to keep their money and power.

After the Revolution

Once the war was over, wealth became better distributed as the new government tried to build a better society by the people for the people. Nations started embracing Pendites (Now officially known as SimDonians) and rejoicing from the end of threat of war from the power hungry Goths. It was a new day in terms of both society and fashion.

Working women finally had access to fine fabrics and colors. Many working women especially those with husbands in the war, moved up in terms of wealth and were able to find better jobs in the new society or saw higher pay for their old jobs. Depending on which side their husbands were on in the war, some wealthy classes fled after the death of the Goths while others on the right side were able to hold on or even gain more wealth and even power. In terms of fashion, women felt the need to differentiate themselves by dressing more lavishly than the working class.

The Experimental Phase

Over the years, the government was establishing itself, borders were opening, and modern society has began making its way to SimDonia. More and more people were prospering, getting an education, being paid fairly for their work. During this phase, people were finally free to travel and explore other countries, especially to get an education.

What we saw happen was styles from all over the simverse get brought back to SimDonia especially from more advanced societies like Simerica (Look #2,3, and 7), Komorebi (Look #1 part of 4, 6), Sulani (Look #4), and Kiwa Bonde (Look #8). While seemingly harmless in practice, looking back it was clear SimDonians were appropriating these styles which eventually blended into the modern fashion we see today.

Present Day

Today, SimDonia has caught up to modern societies at a fast pace thanks to establishing a government passionate about being progressive and effective, plus other nations coming together to assist the newly formed nation securing foreign bonds.

In terms of fashion, SimDonia is a melting pot of different cultures, trends, and styles. The difference in class is harder to spot through dress with styles reaching both and varying based on personal style instead. SimDonia is currently on its way to become a fashion capital of the simverse as new designers and the fashion industry continues to grow.
