I will keep it short, since time is of essence here and it would be better to act now than later:
On November 6 2024, Suad ( @suad-khaled ) updated her gofundme and wrote that she has not been able to provide her newborn son with either milk or baby formula. The blockage imposed by the occupation has resulted in high inflation rates, and Suad has not been able to buy anything nourishing for a long time. As of now baby Khaled is having to drink rice water as a substitute.
Every basic necessity for childcare has shot up in price ( a pack of diapers can cost as high as $50 USD). This is impossible to afford, and children are falling ill, when families are having to make do with cheap and expired products. Khaled suffered from diarrhea last month after drinking cheap baby formula.
Another important thing is that Khaled needs regular medical attention. He is suffering from painful chest infections due to breathing in toxic debris dust and asbestos that is now present in the air of Gaza Strip after more than year of incessant bombing by the occupation forces. Khaled, who is only five months old needs daily nebulizing sesssions and other medicines which are expensive.
Suad is trying her very best to save her child but tumblr keeps shadowbanning her and thus makes it difficult to reach out to people on here for help. So please follow Suad on her blog and pay attention to her posts. Things have been especially difficult for her, often with no donations coming in for days. Everything costs tenfold now and Suad writes: I am, trying to give my child some small sense of security in the midst of chaos. I can’t help but wonder, is $20 too much to ask to keep him alive?  For a child who’s already suffering from malnutrition, a small donation could mean the difference between life and death...
So please boost and donate. Currently at $36,271 USD. Please get Suad to $37k.

"Since it was first identified in 1983, HIV has infected more than 85 million people and caused some 40 million deaths worldwide.
While medication known as pre-exposure prophylaxis, or PrEP, can significantly reduce the risk of getting HIV, it has to be taken every day to be effective. A vaccine to provide lasting protection has eluded researchers for decades. Now, there may finally be a viable strategy for making one.
An experimental vaccine developed at Duke University triggered an elusive type of broadly neutralizing antibody in a small group of people enrolled in a 2019 clinical trial. The findings were published today [May 17, 2024] in the scientific journal Cell.
“This is one of the most pivotal studies in the HIV vaccine field to date,” says Glenda Gray, an HIV expert and the president and CEO of the South African Medical Research Council, who was not involved in the study.
A few years ago, a team from Scripps Research and the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) showed that it was possible to stimulate the precursor cells needed to make these rare antibodies in people. The Duke study goes a step further to generate these antibodies, albeit at low levels.
“This is a scientific feat and gives the field great hope that one can construct an HIV vaccine regimen that directs the immune response along a path that is required for protection,” Gray says.
-via WIRED, May 17, 2024. Article continues below.
Vaccines work by training the immune system to recognize a virus or other pathogen. They introduce something that looks like the virus—a piece of it, for example, or a weakened version of it—and by doing so, spur the body’s B cells into producing protective antibodies against it. Those antibodies stick around so that when a person later encounters the real virus, the immune system remembers and is poised to attack.
While researchers were able to produce Covid-19 vaccines in a matter of months, creating a vaccine against HIV has proven much more challenging. The problem is the unique nature of the virus. HIV mutates rapidly, meaning it can quickly outmaneuver immune defenses. It also integrates into the human genome within a few days of exposure, hiding out from the immune system.
“Parts of the virus look like our own cells, and we don’t like to make antibodies against our own selves,” says Barton Haynes, director of the Duke Human Vaccine Institute and one of the authors on the paper.
The particular antibodies that researchers are interested in are known as broadly neutralizing antibodies, which can recognize and block different versions of the virus. Because of HIV’s shape-shifting nature, there are two main types of HIV and each has several strains. An effective vaccine will need to target many of them.
Some HIV-infected individuals generate broadly neutralizing antibodies, although it often takes years of living with HIV to do so, Haynes says. Even then, people don’t make enough of them to fight off the virus. These special antibodies are made by unusual B cells that are loaded with mutations they’ve acquired over time in reaction to the virus changing inside the body. “These are weird antibodies,” Haynes says. “The body doesn’t make them easily.”
Haynes and his colleagues aimed to speed up that process in healthy, HIV-negative people. Their vaccine uses synthetic molecules that mimic a part of HIV’s outer coat, or envelope, called the membrane proximal external region. This area remains stable even as the virus mutates. Antibodies against this region can block many circulating strains of HIV.
The trial enrolled 20 healthy participants who were HIV-negative. Of those, 15 people received two of four planned doses of the investigational vaccine, and five received three doses. The trial was halted when one participant experienced an allergic reaction that was not life-threatening. The team found that the reaction was likely due to an additive in the vaccine, which they plan to remove in future testing.
Still, they found that two doses of the vaccine were enough to induce low levels of broadly neutralizing antibodies within a few weeks. Notably, B cells seemed to remain in a state of development to allow them to continue acquiring mutations, so they could evolve along with the virus. Researchers tested the antibodies on HIV samples in the lab and found that they were able to neutralize between 15 and 35 percent of them.
Jeffrey Laurence, a scientific consultant at the Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR) and a professor of medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College, says the findings represent a step forward, but that challenges remain. “It outlines a path for vaccine development, but there’s a lot of work that needs to be done,” he says.
For one, he says, a vaccine would need to generate antibody levels that are significantly higher and able to neutralize with greater efficacy. He also says a one-dose vaccine would be ideal. “If you’re ever going to have a vaccine that’s helpful to the world, you’re going to need one dose,” he says.
Targeting more regions of the virus envelope could produce a more robust response. Haynes says the next step is designing a vaccine with at least three components, all aimed at distinct regions of the virus. The goal is to guide the B cells to become much stronger neutralizers, Haynes says. “We’re going to move forward and build on what we have learned.”

Trumpism’s healthcare fracture-lines
Tumblr media
If you'd like an essay-formatted version of this post to read or share, here's a link to it on pluralistic.net, my surveillance-free, ad-free, tracker-free blog:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/12/20/clinical-trial-by-ordeal/#spoiled-his-brand-new-rattle
Tumblr media
There was never any question as to whether Trump would implement Project 2025, the 900-page brick of terrifying and unhinged policy prescriptions edited by the Heritage Foundation. He would not implement it, because he could not implement it. No one could. It's impossible.
This isn't a statement about constitutional limits on executive authority or the realpolitik of getting bizarre and stupid policies past judges or through a hair-thin Congressional majority. This is a statement about the incoherence of Project 2025 itself. You probably haven't read it. Few have. Realistically, few people are going to read a 900-page group work of neofeudalist fanfic shit out by the most esoteric Fedsoc weirdos the world has ever seen.
But one person who did read Project 2025 was the leftist historian Rick Perlstein, who was the first person to really dig into what a fucking mess that thing is:
https://pluralistic.net/2024/07/14/fracture-lines/#disassembly-manual
Perlstein's excellent analysis doesn't claim that Project 2025's authors aren't sincere in their intentions to wreak great harm upon the nation and its people; rather, his point is that Project 2025 is filled with contradictory, mutually exclusive proposals written by people who fundamentally disagree with one another, and who each have enough power within the Trump coalition that all of thier proposals have to be included in a document like this:
https://prospect.org/politics/2024-07-10-project-2025-republican-presidencies-tradition/
Project 2025 isn't just a guide to the masturbatory fantasies of the worst people in American politics – far more importantly, it is a detailed map of the fracture lines in the GOP coalition, the places where it is liable to split and shatter. This is an important point if you want to do more about Trumpism than run around feeling miserable and scared. If you want to fight, Project 2025 is a guide to the weak spots where an attack will do the most damage.
Perlstein's insight continues to be borne out as the Trump regime makes ready to take power. In a new story for KFF News, Stephanie Armour and Julie Rovner describe the irreconcilable differences among Trump's picks for the country's top public health authorities:
https://kffhealthnews.org/news/article/trump-rfk-kennedy-health-hhs-fda-cdc-vaccines-covid-weldon/
The brain-worm-infected-elephant in the room is, of course, RFK Jr, who has been announced as Trump's head of Health and Human Services. RFK Jr is a notorious antivaxer, chairman of Children’s Health Defense, a notorious anti-vaccine group. Kennedy's view is shared by Trump's chosen CDC boss, Dave Weldon, a physician who has repeated the dangerous lie that vaccinations cause autism. Mehmet "Dr Oz" Oz, the TV "physician" Trump wants to put in charge of Medicare/Medicaid, calls vaccines "oversold" and advocates for treating covid with hydroxychloroquine, another thoroughly debunked hoax:
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/health/2024/12/17/hydroxychloroquine-study-covid-19-retracted-trump/77051671007/
However, other top Trump public health picks emphatically support vaccines. Marty Makary is Trump's choice for FDA commissioner; he's a Johns Hopkins trained surgeon who says vaccines "save lives" (but he peddles the lethal, unscientific hoax that childhood vaccines should be "spread out"). Jay Bhattacharya, the economist/MD whom Trump wants to put in charge of the NIH, supports vaccines (he is also one of the country's leading proponents of the eugenicist idea of accepting the mass death of elderly, sick and disabled people rather than imposing quarantines during epidemics). Then there's Janette Nesheiwat, whom Trump has asked to serve as the nation's surgeon general; she calls vaccines "a gift from God."
Like "Bidenism," Trumpism is a fragile coalition of people who thoroughly and irreconcilably disagree with one another. During the Biden administration, this resulted in self-inflicted injuries like appointing the brilliant trustbuster Lina Khan to run the FTC, but also appointing the pro-monopoly corporate lawyer Jacqueline Scott Corley to a lifetime seat as a federal judge, from which perch she ruled against Khan's no-brainer suit to block the Microsoft-Activision merger:
https://www.thebignewsletter.com/p/judge-rules-for-microsoft-mergers
The Trump coalition is even broader than the Biden coalition. That's how he won the 2024 election. But that also means that Trumpism is more fractious and off-balance, and hence will be easier to disrupt, because it is riven by people in senior positions who hate one another and are actively working for each others' political demise.
The Trump coalition is a coalition of *cranks*. I'm using "crank" here in a technical, non-pejorative sense. I am a crank, after all. A crank is someone who is overwhelmingly passionate about a single issue, whose uncrossable bright lines are not broadly shared. Cranks can be right or they can be wrong, but we're hard to be in coalition with, because we are uncompromisingly passionate about things that other people largely don't even notice, let alone care about. You can be a crank whose single issue is eliminating water fluoridation, even though this is very, very stupid and dangerous:
https://yourlocalepidemiologist.substack.com/p/the-fluoride-debate
Or you can be a crank about digital rights, a subject that, for decades, was viewed as by turns either unserious or as a sneaky way of shilling for Big Tech (thankfully, that's changing):
https://pluralistic.net/2024/06/18/greetings-fellow-pirates/#arrrrrrrrrr
Cranks make hard coalition partners. Trump's cranks are cranked up about different things - vaccines, culture war trans panics, eugenics - and are total normies about other things. The eugenicist MD/economist who wants to "let 'er rip" rather than engage in nonpharmaceutical pandemic interventions is gonna be horrified by total abortion bans and antivax. These cranks are on a collision course with one another.
This is on prominent display in these public health appointments, and we're very likely about to get a test of the cohesiveness and capability of the second Trump administration, thanks to bird flu. Now that bird flu has infected humans in multiple US states, there is every chance that we will have to confront a public health emergency in the coming weeks. If that happens, the Trump public health divisions over masking, quarantine and (especially) vaccines (Kennedy called the covid vaccine the "deadliest" ever made, without any evidence) will become the most important issue in the country, under constant and pitiless scrutiny, and criticism.
Trump's public health shambles is by no means unique. The lesson of Project 2025 is that the entire Trump project is one factional squabble away from collapse at all times.

At a Glance ~Researchers found that current COVID-19 vaccines fail to generate mature and durable antibody-producing cells in the bone marrow. ~The findings could help explain why protection tends to decline over time. ~Better understanding of long-term immune responses could lead to improved vaccines that provide enduring protection.
Some vaccines offer long-lasting protection. For instance, the tetanus vaccine provides protection for at least 10 years. With other vaccines, protection may begin to decline within a few months. To provide enduring immunity, a vaccine must elicit production of long-lived plasma cells, a type of immune cell that matures over time in the bone marrow and can rapidly trigger production of disease-fighting antibodies.
The mRNA vaccines developed for the SARS-CoV-2 virus have proven effective at preventing severe COVID-19 and reducing hospitalizations. These vaccines trigger production of antibodies that home in on the virus’s spike protein. But protective antibodies can begin to fade as soon as three months later and lead to breakthrough infections. Researchers have been puzzled by this waning protection, since SARS-CoV-2-specific immune cells can often be found in the bone marrow.
To better understand why protection against SARS-CoV-2 dwindles months after vaccination, a research team led by Dr. F. Eun-Hyung Lee of Emory University took a closer look at immune cells in the bone marrow of 19 healthy adults. Participants ranged in age from 20 to 65. All had previously received between two and five doses of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. Samples of their bone marrow were evaluated within 33 months after receiving their initial COVID-19 vaccine shot.
The participants had also received an influenza vaccine within a year of giving their bone marrow samples. And all had previously received tetanus shots and boosters. Their responses to these previous vaccines were used for comparison.
The researchers used a cell-sorting technique called flow cytometry to separate each participant’s bone marrow immune cells into different groupings. These included short-lived antibody-secreting cells and long-lived plasma cells that confer lasting protection. Results appeared in Nature Medicine on September 27, 2024.
The scientists found that they could readily detect long-lived plasma cells that target tetanus and influenza. In contrast, while shorter-lived antibody-secreting cells specific to SARS-CoV-2 were abundant, long-lived ones were mostly absent. Even among five participants who had recent SARS-CoV-2 infections and vaccinations, long-lived plasma cells against the virus were scarce in the bone marrow samples.
The findings hint that newly created antibody-secreting cells against SARS-CoV-2 are unable to become fully mature and long-lasting once they reach and settle into the bone marrow. In contrast, vaccines against tetanus and influenza prompt antibody-producing cells to mature within bone marrow and become long-lived plasma cells. Future studies will need to investigate how to generate long-lived plasma cells against SARS-CoV-2.
“The holy grail of vaccine researchers is the generation of long-lived plasma cells,” Lee says. “Our findings demonstrate that current SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines do not provide such long-lasting protection within bone marrow. Further research is needed to determine if updated vaccines, new delivery schedules, or other factors might provide such protection.”

It's been a minute since I've watched all the Resident Evil movies, so some stuff might not be super accurate. Just roll with it my lovelies.

SFW
Tumblr media
• You are really Weskers one and only true weakness, and he is both terrified, and enraged by the thought of someone exploiting that fact.
• So obviously he is very tempted to inject you with the virus. But he's worried that it might not bond with your genetics like his.
• So he runs like a million different tests, without your knowledge, to find out if it would undoubtedly bond with your genes.
• When he comes to the conclusion that it will in fact bond with your genes, he feels as if a weight is lifted off his chest...
• Now he's just got to figure out how to convince you to take it.
• If push comes to shove... He might just inject you against your will.
• If that's the case, he will do whatever it takes to earn your forgiveness, and make you understand that this was for the best.
• Wesker would burn a thousand world's to protect you okay. He'd abandon everything he's worked for, if it meant keeping you safe. You are his world, and his one and only.
• He would die for you if he had to, and he will fight to his very last breath to get back to you.
• You literally can have the world on a silver platter. If you want it, simply ask and it's yours.
• Money, power, jewelry, clothes, his attention, hell you simply want food? Weskers gonna pull out all the stops, and make you an amazing dinner.
• Can't bring yourself to ask for what you want, and you'd rather leave hints? No worries Wesker can read you like an open book, consider it yours already love.
• On that note. Wesker is an amazing cook, like seriously good. You'd think he took culinary classes before he got into working for Umbrella. In reality it's just a natural skill he was practically born with.
• He makes cooking complex meals look easy, and to him it is easy, second nature really. And he'd be lying if he said he didn't enjoy cooking for you, doing anything that makes you happy, makes him happy in return.
• You're also the only person that can get him to open up and talk more. Something's he won't tell you about from his past, but those things he claims are better left in the past.
• Wesker loves reading to you, but he also loves listening to you read to him as well. And when you both wanna read your own books, curling up and spending the evening together reading quietly is perfect to.
Tumblr media
• You make him so unlike himself at times. Sometimes even he wonders how you have such an effect on him. Not that he's complaining, he loves it in fact, it goes to show how special you really are.
• If you ever want to just go and get out of the infamous bunker, simply exploring what's left of the outside world. Wesker will let you, he knows you can look after yourself.
• But is he back at the bunker pacing back and forth like crazy? Yeah he totally is... For about 20-25 minutes before he decides he can't handle not knowing, and he goes after you.
• However he won't let you know he's there, he'll simply shadow you unless you really need him. He just needs to be certain you're okay, infected or not he still worries.
• He definitely teaches you how to fight. Hand to hand combat of course, but along with teaching you how to use just about any weapon he can get his hands on... Which is a lot.
• He'll teach you how to drive if you never learned, how to operate a helicopter, small plane, and even a fucking tank just in case.
• Don't know how to swim? No worries love, Wesker will take however long necessary to teach you. Don't have great endurance? He's got you covered.
• He's actually a very good teacher. He pushes you, but he never pushes you to far. He's fair. And he's driven to help you, become an even more amazing you. He's very patient, and very encouraging.
• Wesker loves everything about you. Anything you consider a flaw, he considers incredible. His praise is through the roof. He practically worships the very ground you walk on.
• As stated before Wesker can read you like an open book. So whenever you're scared, he's there to comfort you. Or if you're stressed, he's happy to draw you a warm bath.
• Maybe you're just tired? You know the kinda tired no amount of sleep can fix. Well he's there for you, holding you, letting you rest, and assuring you that he loves you.
• Despite how incredible he is, and how mush pride he has. Sometimes he can't help but feel a bit insecure at times. Are you afraid of his eyes? Of him perhaps? Will you grow bored of him and leave? Is he worthy of you?
• It's rare that these thoughts occur, let alone bother him. But sometimes late at night, while holding you in his arms, he can't help but wonder.
• He pushes those thoughts away, and the following morning you always manage to unknowingly, reassure him that he has nothing to worry about.
Tumblr media
• Arguments with Wesker are pretty seldom. When it does happen, typically it's you hollering at him, and him sitting there silently waiting for you to calm down.
• He has raised his voice to you once, but it was brief, and he apologized almost immediately. The only reason he raised his voice, was because he was worried when you did something extremely reckless.
• Wesker is extremely patient, and understanding with you. He knows sometimes you're not quite yourself, whether it's because you're tired, you're hurting, or simply overwhelmed with something.
• If something is bothering you, but you don't want to talk about it. He'll quietly scoop you up into his arms, take you to bed or nearest couch, and simply lay down with you atop him. Petting your hair and simply letting you relax.
• He's seen you cry many times, and he's never once thought poorly of you for it. He knows you've been through a lot, and adapting to this new world isn't easy for you.
• You've seen him cry once. There was an accident while exploring the outside world, and Wesker thought he'd lost you, that he'd failed you, and you'd paid the ultimate price.
• Even as he looked up at you from his position on his knees, tears continued to roll silently down his pale cheeks. You were alive and well, but he was so close to losing you.
• You held him in your arms, and simply let him get it all out in silence. His strong frame, typically as unfazed as a brick wall, shaking as his heart wretched in his chest.
• He'd never known pain like that before, and he was grateful you didn't think any less of him for it. Hell it brought you both closer together, and strengthened your bond in ways he had never considered before.
• Wesker encourages every one of your hobbies, even if it's something he doesn't quite see the appeal of. It makes you happy, and that's good enough for him. He'll find you supplies whenever he leaves the bunker, and really anything he thinks you might like.
• The beginning of your relationship was odd. Before you started dating, Wesker would follow you around like a grumpy cat. Acting like you mean nothing to him, but always insisting on being near you.
• Actually there are a lot of reasons you could compare Wesker to a cat. And if you ever tell him that he denies it admittedly, all the while practically purring as you toy with his hair absentmindedly.
• He'll literally be staring at you without his sunglasses, and his slit pupils are now wide and round. And the moment his attention is drawn elsewhere they shift back into thin slits.
• Wesker has a secret sweet tooth, and again if he's called out on it, he'll deny it to hell and back. Even if he has a sweet in his hand, or even his mouth. You can't prove anything!
• Will definitely steal food from you just to tease you, a playful smile on his face the entire time. Actually he steals all sorts of stuff from you just to taunt you, and he absolutely loves it when you chase after him trying to get it back.
• Will he use his power to speed away? Possibly. But he honestly enjoys letting you think you can really catch him.
• Aka he enjoys playing cat and mouse, but you never know who's the cat, and who's the mouse until the cat gives chase.
• All in all he loves you with every fiber of his being, and he would follow you anywhere, and do anything for you. It doesn't matter what you might say or do at times, you are his everything.
NSFW
Tumblr media
• Oh and before you ask, yes the cat and mouse play, is something that occurs in the bedroom. And again it varies on who's the cat and mouse depending on yours and his mood.
• Wesker enjoys all sorts of role playing. Acting like he's the STARS Captain, that needs to do whatever it takes to get you to confess to a crime. Being the good doctor who must cure your mysterious illness.
• And even acting as if the virus has altered his mind, and made him into a mindless sex crazed beast. He especially enjoys this one, because it plays into his breeding kink.
• This man wants to breed you so so bad. It's partly a side effect of the virus, but he's always had an interest in it long before he injected himself. Now with you as his love, he feels as if he needs to breed.
• Rough sex, slow sex, quickies, you name it he wants it. His sex drive is high now that you're together, but he is very patient if you don't want sex as much as him.
• Wesker is incredibly romantic, and he loves spoiling you. He's a giver through and through. So that being said if he could live the rest of his life, with his face buried between your thighs he would.
• Oral is a must anyhow. Wesker is big, he's well aware of this fact, and he doesn't want to hurt you. So he'll spend at least a half hour between your legs just prepping you.
• And boy does he know what he's doing. You often loose count of how many orgasms he pulls from you.
• From base to tip he is roughly 7.9 inches long, and 2.1 inches wide. The tip is very prominent, and he is surprisingly uncircumcised. His cock also leans a little to the left when hard.
• His cock is a pale as the rest of his body, but when he's hard the head gets very pink. He has two very prominent veins that feel absolutely divine.
• Wesker loves cockwarming so much, sometimes he insists on sleeping with his cock still buried in your heat. But his favorite time is when you're sitting together reading.
• He's such a tease when you're cockwarming. Giving the occasional thrust just to hear you whine needily. He will pump load after load into you, and keep you plugged up with his dick, even if you are sensitive.
• Aftercare King GOD! He will massage your sore muscles, clean you up, run you a soothing bath, bring you a snack and plenty of water or maybe some soothing tea. He'll whisper sweet nothing's into your ear, praise you, and remind you of how much he truly loves you.
• You just wanna cuddle afterwards? Perfect it'll give it time for his seed to work its way deeper. Want a bath or shower immediately after? That's okay too, he'll change the sheets while you do so, then join you once he's done.
Tumblr media
• You can always tell when he's horny, not only by the way he'll paw at you, or the evident bulge in his pants. But also because his eyes glow exceptionally bright, and the slits of his eyes are wide.
• He sounds like a beast as he nuzzles into you, growling and purring as he tries to coax you into helping him out.
• That being said Wesker is very vocal. He moans, growls, purrs, and spews praise the entire time. He isn't super loud about it, as he prefers to have his face buried in your neck, but sometimes he will get a bit loud. Typically that's when he's really needy.
• When he's extra needy, he whimpers so much. It's so fucking hot when you get him all worked up like that. Making him weak and needy, whimpering and begging you for his release. It's divine, and makes you feel so very powerful.
• He loves loves loves making you loud as fuck. His goal is to make your voice horse by the time he's done. Especially if others might be around. He needs them to know who you belong to, and ensure no one is dumb enough to try anything.
• Wesker takes so much pleasure in fucking you dumb. And when you get cock drunk, he's so fucking proud. He will make an absolute mess out of you, and then praise you for being so good for him.
• There are very few things he isn't willing to try with you. He isn't willing to share you with anyone... With the exception of a clone of himself... He will fuck you roughly, but he doesn't take it to far considering his strength, and the amount of damage he can inflict with little effort.
• He does enjoy bondage, both for you and himself. And yeah he could break out of his binds very easily, but why would he, he's enjoying you taking control, and using him for your pleasure. His favorite technique of binding you is with a straitjacket, and it plays into some of his favorite role playing stories.
• Wesker will fuck you anywhere at any given time, seriously he has no shame, just ask and he is yours. That's not to say he won't kill anyone for interrupting or catching you. Your pussy is for his eyes only.
• While he loves pumping you full of his cum, he will never pass up an opportunity to cum on your tits. Especially if you beg for it so sweetly, I mean he loves fucking your tits anyhow. So if you want him to paint your breasts with his cum, who is he to deny you?
• But if you don't ask him to cover you in his cum, or cum in your mouth. Wesker is gonna stuff you with his cock and finish in your warm cunt. Even if he only gets the tip in before he starts to unload, as long as he's inside your heat he's satisfied.
• That isn't to say he won't make you eat his cum. His favorite way of doing that, is to cum inside your pussy, finger you until you cum, and make you suck on his sopping fingers. Sometimes with his gloves on, because he knows you love the leather.
• If you're together before being locked up in the bunker, Wesker is not above letting you suck his cock at his desk. In STARS or Umbrella, he is yours to do with as you please. And if he can return the favor while you're at work, he's more than happy to.
Tumblr media
• Wesker also loves seeing you wearing his clothes so much, that it often gets him all hot and bothered, and he's on you real quick like.
• When you inevitably fall pregnant, Wesker is the first to know. He knows before you know. He could sense the changes to your body, and eventually he could hear the extra heartbeat.
• But he'll wait for you to figure it out, and come to him. And like a good lover, he'll act surprised by the news, because he knows it'll make you happy.
• He praises every change your body goes through, some of which he seriously adores. Like how your hips widen a bit, and your breasts swell with milk for the babe.
• He will pamper you 1,000% more than he already did, waking you up most days with his tongue buried in your sweet pussy. And when your breasts grow heavy and sore, he's there to relieve the pain.
• Lactation kink unlocked!
• Initially it started with him massaging your sore breasts, but as he watched milk bead from your tender nipple, he instinctively licked it clean.
• You moaned, he growled. And within seconds your nipple was in his hot greedy mouth. Wesker groaned at the taste of your milk, tweaking your other nipple until it began leaking.
• He played with the milk for a moment before swapping breasts. Back and forth he went until he was satisfied, and the pressure in your breasts had subsidied.
• He kissed you hungrily afterwards, letting you taste your own milk. Before kissing his way down your body until he reached your sex, eating you out as if he were starved.
• Wesker fucking loves pregnancy sex. He loves holding your swollen belly as he makes slow sensual love to you. He loves how extra responsive you are, and how extra sensitive your body is.
• He is very attentive and will help you in the shower or bath, and when your all cleaned up, he can't help himself and he will finger you to climax.
• And when it gets to hard to shave yourself, Wesker is happy to lend a helping hand. Which unsurprisingly ends with him licking your pussy.
• Forgot to mention it before, but Wesker enjoys eating pussy very messily. It's so obscene the sounds he makes as he licks and slurps at your sex, growling and moaning as he dose so.
• The sounds are so obscene you often find yourself blushing like crazy. Even though you tend to suck his cock all noisily as well, something he takes great pleasure in of course.
• Wesker loves having you ride his face, when you're pregnant and when you're not. Don't worry you can't hurt him, so grind away. He'll keep a firm unrelenting hold of your hips, so you don't gotta worry about falling or anything like that.
• Once your child is born, Wesker is eager to get you pregnant again, after you've healed up of course. Although if you would rather wait a while, he'll comply to your request.
• So he'll cum on your belly, on your tits, your butt, your back, or down your throat. Wherever you want really. But he will beg you to let him breed you again, eventually. He can't help it, he needs to breed you.
• If you downright refuse, then he's gonna get you into anal if you aren't already. So he can atleast cum in your ass if you won't let him cum in your pussy anymore. But again he will still try to convince you at some point to let him cum in your pussy again.
• He needs it, don't be mean.

EDIT: CRISIS AVERTED, THANK YOU!
Interracial US family w/ disabled autistic dad and toddler needs to get to the US for medical treatment
Tumblr media
(New post because the old one was getting LONG with the updates. Details are under the "read more" to save your dash, with updates in the notes.)
TL;DR: If I'm going to live long enough to watch our daughter grow up, we need to get back to the US and get set up in a disability-friendly place where I can use my medical benefits.
Although I was already disabled (autism, adhd, and spine, joint, and head injuries), my health was stable--until four bouts of COVID left me immunocompromised, and utterly destroyed my health (including damage to my heart, blood clots that damaged one eye, neurological and joint issues, etc.), and although we started off fine, we've been hammered with one crisis after another, both medical and financial, that no one could have predicted.
Until we have enough to get back to the US, a chunk of whatever comes in has to go towards medical care that can't be put off, so the sooner we can reach critical mass on that, the better.
If you can help, or reblog, or share the links on other platforms, we'd be grateful!
The "Donate to Little or None" Paypal donation link takes the lowest fees, I think. (Kept the same link from when we were fighting to get our daughter's birth certificate fixed so we could get her citizenship affirmed.)
Then there's Ko-Fi:
And my little sister started a GoFundMe for us!
EDIT: The donation links above still work, but I removed the GoFundMe link.
IF YOU WANT ALL THE DETAILS SEE THE "READ MORE."
(There's more in my "rob gets medical" tag if you want a blow by blow account of how we got to this point over the past few years, but this is the gist.)
HOW IT STARTED:
I moved to the Philippines six years ago, after the deaths of my adult sons, in part to make my disability payments stretch further. Shortly afterwards, I was joined by my now-wife @thesurestthing (also from the US) for what was supposed to be a visit, but which turned into a permanent arrangement.
After I got a contract to license an old story for a mobile game (which tripled our income*), we found out we were having a baby, which was fine, because despite my disabilities (autism, adhd, two spine injuries, traumatic brain injury, a herniated esophagus, joint issues, etc.), my health was stable, and thanks to the contract, we were fine financially as well.
HOW IT STARTED GOING DOWNHILL:
Zoey's pregnancy was complicated, requiring two hospitalizations, and our daughter's birth was complicated, too--requiring a C-Section--which tripled our hospital bill. A few weeks after our daughter was born, the aforementioned contract was canceled without warning. THEN, when we tried to register our daughter's birth with the US embassy, we discovered an error on her birth certificate that left her stateless, and which took nearly two years, all our savings, and a fundraiser (thank you, generous people!) to resolve. Combined with medical expenses, that left us in a lot of debt.
A brief summary of went else wrong (leaving a lot out for brevity's sake):
I got COVID three four times during all this, became immunocompromised, and developed a slew of other medical issues (heart damage, eye damage and temporary facial paralysis from blood clots, persistent infections, a worsening of my joint issues, neurological issues, etc.) as a result of Long Covid.
I've had to be hospitalized a couple of times, undergo surgery, and was on an oxygen machine twice--once for an entire month, while I was bedridden. As of 24 January, 2024, I'm still recovering from my fourth bout of covid, which started at the beginning of October 2023.
There's a lot more, but you get the idea. COVID has completely wrecked my health, including tearing up my immune system.
And yes, I'm as fully vaxxed against COVID as one can be in the Philippines, with all available boosters, but again--I'm immunocompromised, plus they don't have the vax for the newest variant here yet. Zoey is vaxxed, also, and as a result, her bout with covid was extremely mild. El isn't vaxxed yet because they won't give the covid vaccine to kids under five here, but she's been able to share Zoey's antibodies from breast-feeding--which is apparently a thing.
The only way we can see for me to stay alive long enough to watch Eleanor grow up is to get back to where I can use my Medicare and VA benefits**.
WHY SO MUCH MONEY?
First, while we're still here, we need to pay for whatever medical care can't be put off. Plus, since I'm now immunocompromised, we have to get LOTS of vaccinations before we have to spend 24 hours or so in crowded planes and airports.
Second, we're going to be arriving with only what we can carry with us on the plane, and we'll need to get into a place near a VA hospital that I can easily get around in while I'm recovering from surgeries and getting various treatments. We'll need to pick up some secondhand household goods, and some kind of used transportation (because, you know, it's the US, where you kind of need a vehicle to get around).
We'll also need enough on top of my and El's disability payments to get by for a couple of months while Zoey looks for work. And all this is while we're still paying off the debt from the stuff I mentioned above.
So we're figuring that unless we catch some very lucky breaks, it'll probably cost between 20K and 36K altogether.
(We can't simply stay with friends when we get back, because literally every single close friend we have in the US with extra room and who lives close to a VA hospital has cats--to which I have a severe anaphylactic reaction. As in my entire respiratory system shuts down, and I have to be rushed to the ER to keep from dying; this has happened more than once. The only way I can be around cats is if I'm on immunosuppressants, and my immune system is ALREADY compromised, so I CAN'T do that.)
So again, if you can kick in, or reblog, or post our crowdfunding links (or the link to this post) on whatever other platforms you use, we'd appreciate it.
(*When I told social security about it, they said I could keep getting disability, too, because licensing IP rights didn't count as work income, and since it was a Moldavian company, it also fell under a special tax clause for getting paid by a foreign company while living overseas, so no taxes on it, either. )
(**VA benefits--I was a cold warrior in 1980s Germany. It was less than forty years after WWII, there was a lot of sabre-rattling--some of it nuclear--and we were there as a deterrent to prevent in Germany the kind of thing that's happening in Ukraine right now. Disclaimer because I'm tired of people accusing me of "invading" folks in the early 1980s when I was a dumb, heavily propagandized pre-Internet kid fixing generators in Europe. I wouldn't join today even if I could.)

Though the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has stopped counting Covid-19 cases, according to wastewater data—which emerged early on as an accurate tracker of the ebbs and flows of the virus—we are currently in one of the biggest surges of the pandemic, amid the spread of a new variant, JN-1, as the virus keeps mutating. More than three-quarters of U.S. hospital beds are currently in use due to Covid hospitalizations. Uptake of the most recent booster shot, which should help to protect against the new variant and lower the risk of severe cases and the odds of getting long Covid, hovers around 19 percent. Meanwhile, the most recent White House response to a question about whether they had any guidance for hospitals, some of which have brought back mitigation protocols in response to the most recent Covid spike, came courtesy of press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre: “Hospitals, communities, states, they have to make their own decisions. That’s not something we get involved in,” she replied, appearing exasperated. “We are in possibly the second-biggest surge of the pandemic if you look at wastewater levels,” said Dr. Monica Verduzco-Gutierrez, who runs a long-Covid clinic at the University of Texas, San Antonio, and has had ongoing Covid symptoms since August 2022. “There is no urgency to this. No news. No discussion in Congress. There is no education.”
[...]
Since the Biden administration declared the end of the national emergency in May, Americans across the political spectrum have largely followed the example set by the government and entirely disposed of any level of Covid precautions. Liberal and left-wing outlets have participated in the normalizing of Covid too, dismissing or even ostracizing people who still take precautions as if they are tin-hat conspiracy theorists. “We can’t be in lockdown forever,” has become a common refrain, as if wearing a mask on the subway constitutes “lockdown.” In September, Biden himself participated in the spread of this kind of harmful disinformation when he declared the pandemic “over” on 60 Minutes. “If you notice, no one’s wearing masks,” he said. “Everybody seems to be in pretty good shape.” This is, essentially, governing via “vibes”—so much for “following the science.”
[...]
The consequences of discarding all Covid precautions are becoming clearer, as more people get repeated infections and long-term symptoms, amid an alarming spike in heart problems among healthy young people. People are getting sick more often not due to the myth of “immunity debt,” which posits that the lack of exposure to other people during lockdown has made people less able to fight off infections (three years later), but because Covid weakens the immune system. Each time someone contracts Covid, the odds of long-term complications increase.

babe wake up new whumpay prompts dropped. like last year, im posting early for more time to prepare
Welcome to Whumpay 2024! Up above you will see the basic prompt list and down below the cut you will see it written out in a list, as well as three mini challenges (and by extension, the extreme edition)
Rules are the same as usual
You only have to use one (Or two, if you’re doing the extreme edition.) prompt a day! But you’re welcome to use multiple if you want to, and it still counts for both.
I know the description of the blog says it’s a writing event, but if you want to draw or make other kinds of content, that’s cool too.
Have fun, tag content warnings (such as noncon, graphic violence, etc) and try not to be crushed by the mortifying ordeal of posting your writing.
This is a pretty chill event so you can start posting whenever but I’ll be reblogging posts made to the #Whumpay2024 tag throughout May. For real this time.
These all also apply to these three special mini challenges, consisting of a 7 day, a 10 day, and a 14 day prompt list.

After the Fight - a Gladiator II fanfiction
Fandom: Gladiator II Characters: Lucius, Ravi Prompt: this was written for day 1 of @whumpcember 2024, prompt: Broken Bones. Word count: 2379 Warnings: contains descriptions of broken bones, injuries and (painful) wound treatment.
Tumblr media
Ravi saw it immediately in the way Lucius stepped out of the arena. Apart from the usual cuts and bruises from another life or death fight, there visibly was something more going on.  It was in the way Lucius held his left arm and clutched it protectively close to his body, refusing to move his hand in any way or form. All in all, Ravi concluded, this didn’t promise much good.
Ravi waited until things had mostly quieted down again in the catacombs of the Colosseum, before he approached Lucius’ cell. Lucius sat on the chair by the little desk, with his back to the cell’s door, hunched over and visibly uncomfortable.
"Can I come in?" Ravi knew he didn’t have to ask, but he respected Lucius too much to just barge in. Lucius half-looked over his shoulder, but made no attempt to get up or even move at all. "You don’t have to ask." Ravi unlocked the cell door and stepped inside, dragging a second chair in with him. He set the chair down beside the desk, opposite Lucius.
Lucius silently watched as Ravi sat down. Both men stared at each other for a short while.  Ravi couldn’t help but notice how dejected Lucius looked. The look in those blue eyes was full of pain and misery. He sat hunched over, his posture lacking any of the usual confidence and power. He might have won the fight out in the arena today, but it had clearly taken a lot out of him.
"Show me." Ravi spoke softly, friendly. He didn’t even need to ask if there was an injury or whether Lucius was in pain, because that much was already written all over Lucius’ face. Lucius slowly held out his left hand to Ravi. A grimace of pain accompanied his every move. Ravi whistled softly through his teeth at the sight in front of him. The injury was instantly clear. Lucius’ hand was swollen, with two fairly deep lacerations and dark bruising to the back of it.
"Pretty, huh?" Lucius mumbled defeatedly. "It's a nasty injury, I agree." Ravi looked up. "But nothing I can’t help with. Although…" "It will hurt." Lucius finished the sentence before Ravi could. "Yes." Ravi nodded. "Sure." Lucius scoffed sarcastically. "I really don’t mind more of that."
Ravi felt sorry for Lucius. He would never willingly hurt him, but these wounds needed treatment. Infection always was a big risk, and Ravi would do everything in his power to prevent that happening to Lucius.
"I need to get some things to treat this." Ravi disappeared momentarily from the cell. Lucius took a deep breath and slowly let it go. This injury was a nasty one, surely one of the most painful ones he’d ever sustained. He rested his face in his uninjured hand, closing his eyes. For a moment, he just focused on the ache of his bruises, the sting of the many cuts, and the excruciating throbbing of his injured hand.
"Are you alright?" Lucius startled from Ravi suddenly placing a gentle hand on his shoulder. He hadn’t even heard Ravi come back in, carrying an armful of supplies. "Yeah." Lucius nodded wearily. "But I’m… in a lot of pain." "And I’m going to have to hurt you some more," Ravi said apologetically, "but I promise you it will make it better in the end." Lucius sighed defeatedly. "I’m hoping for that."
Ravi motioned for Lucius to give him his injured hand again. Lucius obliged, but visibly trembled as Ravi took his hand. His breath caught high in his chest in anticipation of the fresh pain he knew was coming.  "Try to relax," Ravi said softly. Another shiver ran through Lucius. "I can’t."
Ravi carefully moved Lucius’ hand to rest flat on the tabletop of the little desk. He inched closer to have a good look, before gently pressing and feeling different parts of Lucius’ hand and fingers. Lucius squeezed his eyes shut and did his best to keep his breathing level, as even the slightest and gentlest touch from Ravi caused him such pain that it left him seeing black spots. "Can you feel this?" Ravi softly squeezed Lucius’ forefinger. "Unfortunately I can." Lucius answered through gritted teeth.
Ravi sat back in his chair. "Take a breath for a moment." He could see Lucius was struggling with the pain, and the last thing he wanted was him to pass out from it. Lucius blew out a shaky breath. "Was that it?" "No, not even close," Ravi answered, "I can confirm that you broke your hand, though. Which means that I need to try and set the bones, and those lacerations need cleaning and a few stitches."
Deep down, Lucius had already known he’d broken at least one bone in his hand. He had heard it happen out in the arena, but he still had had a little hope that Ravi would come to a different conclusion. Now that he had actual confirmation, Lucius groaned under his breath. This was going to hurt… even more.
"Take this." Ravi handed Lucius some Devil’s Breath. Lucius hesitated. He didn’t like how the Devil’s Breath made his mind foggy, but the amount of extra pain treating his injuries would cause made it very tempting. Ravi watched him silently, simply raising one eyebrow at Lucius’ hesitation. Finally, Lucius accepted the Devil’s Breath and took a deep inhale of the stuff.
Ravi gently took Lucius’ hand in his. "Ready?" "No." Lucius tensed up at the mere thought of what Ravi was about to do. "But get it over with. Quickly, please." Lucius closed his eyes. He tried to focus on the effect the Devil’s Breath had on him, but nothing could fully numb the pain he knew was coming.
Ravi’s fingers glided gently over Lucius’ hand at first, but even that made Lucius tremble with pain. "Deep breath." Ravi lingered on a spot somewhere in the middle of the back of Lucius’ hand. Lucius inhaled another lungful of Devil’s Breath. It was as if Ravi had been waiting for that moment. In sync with Lucius’ inhale, Ravi pressed down two fingers hard on exactly the spot which hurt Lucius most.
Even the Devil’s Breath did nothing to mask this kind of pain. Lucius screamed out, doubling over and trembling with the most excruciating pain he’d ever felt. He had sustained plenty of injuries in his life, both minor and major, but nothing had ever hurt him like this. The world swam around Lucius. He had trouble keeping his whimpered breaths level, and he honestly believed he would pass out right then and there.
"Stay with me." Ravi’s voice was calm, as he gently let his hand rest on Lucius’ back.  "I’m trying…" Lucius’ voice trembled. "I’m trying…" "I know," Ravi soothed, "deep breaths, deep breaths. You’re doing good." "That hurt," Lucius gasped in between panted breaths.  "I hate to tell you that I’ll have to do that one more time." Ravi sounded genuinely sorry.  Lucius groaned, but he, too, knew it had to be done. "Go ahead." He dipped his head once to give his permission. Ravi gave Lucius a soft pat of encouragement on his back. "I’ll make it quick."
Ravi placed two fingers on the same spot on the back of Lucius’ hand. He pressed down gently at first, but steadily increased the force of the pressure. Lucius groaned and whimpered loudly, shaking all over in pain. He did his best to keep it together, but he couldn’t take much more.
"Stop, please, stop…" Lucius finally whimpered. It was just too much. "Almost…" Ravi kept his composure and didn’t stop the treatment. "Because… that’s it!" He pressed down even more firmly on the back of Lucius’ hand, until a nauseating cracking sound could be heard.
Lucius fully screamed out now, doubling over in pain once more. His vision swam around him as he swayed in his chair. "Easy." Ravi steadied Lucius by quickly grabbing him by the shoulders. "Breathe." Lucius took a few trembling breaths, before sitting a little more upright again. "Ow…" He mumbled sarcastically. Ravi chuckled wryly. "Sorry." Lucius blinked slowly. "That wasn’t all, was it?" His voice sounded weary, exhausted.  Ravi shook his head. "But the worst is over. I need to clean those cuts." He motioned to two fairly deep lacerations on Lucius’ hand. "And put in a few stitches." "Alright." Lucius’ breaths were still rather heavy and uneven as the pain was still hard to deal with.
Ravi rummaged around through his supplies, until he found the flask he was looking for. "Vinegar." He announced as he pulled the cork out of the flask. Lucius smiled softly. "I know that stuff by now."
Ravi poured a generous amount of vinegar over Lucius’ hand. Lucius had been prepared for it, because he knew how it stung on open wounds, and this was nothing compared to the pain of Ravi setting his broken bones just now. Lucius winced nonetheless, face screwed up in discomfort.
Ravi gently dabbed at the wounds with a cloth to make sure they were properly clean. Lucius watched him silently. All his energy was spent, and he felt like he could collapse at any moment with exhaustion. "Just a little longer." Ravi spoke without looking up. He felt Lucius’ energy draining. "I know." Lucius mumbled wearily.
Lucius followed Ravi’s every move as he measured out the thread for the stitches. "I still don’t understand why you’re helping me," Lucius mumbled suddenly. He liked Ravi, trusted him with his life by now, but he couldn’t wrap his head around why Ravi willingly chose to keep working around gladiators after gaining his own freedom.  Ravi glanced at Lucius over the needle he was attempting to pull a thread through. Lucius stared back, eyes becoming slightly unfocused with his exhaustion and the effects of the Devil’s Breath.
"I got out." Ravi answered after a full minute of thought over his answer. "I’ve been through a lot, seen a lot, but I got my freedom. I want to give others that same possibility, too. And if I can make sure that they don’t die of their injuries first, then that’s what I have to do." Lucius pondered over that answer. He felt like it was the first time that Ravi truthfully answered that question to anyone. "But why take an interest in me?" Ravi chuckled. "Because there is a lot you’re not telling me, I can feel that. Maybe I’m intrigued, maybe I’m crazy for it, but I genuinely feel there’s a destiny you have to fulfill."
The truth lingered on Lucius’ lips. He wanted nothing more than to tell Ravi everything, but he couldn’t. It was too dangerous, not only for himself, but surely for Ravi, too. And Lucius would not take the risk of endangering Ravi’s safety. "You’re right in more ways than you know," Lucius finally said. Ravi smiled crookedly. "I thought so."
Ravi held up the needle and thread. "Sorry to hurt you one more time." Lucius groaned in pain once again as Ravi set the first of the stitches. It hurt, but somehow this pain was bearable to him. He had had plenty of stitches done by Ravi by now, so he might have just gotten used to it.  Lucius watched Ravi work. "Thank you for helping me," he said softly after a while of silence.  Ravi shrugged. "My pleasure."
Lucius winced painfully as Ravi bit through the thread after applying the last of the stitches. "I’ll just put a splint on your hand, and then we’re all done," Ravi announced, "you should get some sleep." Lucius yawned. After the bones of his broken hand had been set it hurt less, but his hand still throbbed painfully. The Devil’s Breath took the sharpest edges off, but the pain had worn him out completely. The foresight of getting some sleep was a real blessing to him.
Ravi took two small pieces of wood, which he gently placed against the back and palm of Lucius’ hand, securing them in place by wrapping a bandage around the hand and wrist. "Not too painful?" Ravi asked. "Everything is painful right now," Lucius mumbled. Ravi slowly shook his head. "I’m afraid there’s nothing more I can do about that." "That’s alright." Lucius slowly stood up from his chair. Immediately he swayed dangerously on his feet. Ravi was quick to jump up, too, and steady Lucius to make sure he wouldn’t go crashing to the floor.
Ravi guided Lucius the few steps it took to the bed, and gently helped him lie down. "Take it easy, you’re alright." Ravi soothed. "Get some sleep." Lucius lay down on his back, pulling the blanket over himself with his good hand. He was so worn out and exhausted, from both the fight in the arena and the pain of his injuries, and he felt like he could sleep for ages.
"If you need anything, I’ll be right outside." Ravi gathered up his supplies and made to leave. "Ravi?" Lucius stopped his friend from walking away. "Yes?" Ravi turned back. Lucius hesitated to ask the question. "Will you… will you watch over me as I sleep?" Ravi didn’t answer immediately, but finally nodded his head. "Of course. Just let me get my book." Lucius hummed softly and closed his eyes. Sleep was dragging at him already, and the thought that Ravi would stay with him soothed him.
"Asleep already?" Ravi returned to the cell with a book in his hand, and sat down in the chair again. "Almost," Lucius mumbled barely audible without even opening his eyes. "Don’t fight it," Ravi said softly, "just give in to it. You need the sleep."
Lucius willed all the pain and aches to the back of his mind. Instead, he tried to focus on the comforting things around him: the occasional soft rustle of Ravi’s robes, the sound of a page turning, and the feeling of the blanket covering him warmly.  The calm energy Ravi oozed from just sitting by his bedside, reading a book, wore off on Lucius. He felt himself slip into the arms of sleep more and more, until, finally, he gave into it.
Lucius slept, and with Ravi watching over him, he knew he was completely safe.
