That awkward moment when you crush someone's hopes and dreams. I express in the cage what I have experienced in my life. Someone needed to pay for how I feel, I am not a violent person but I am comfortable making violent decisions and someone needed to feel what I feel. The lady throwing away her decency was not my focus, my focus was the coward beneath my feet and the champion of nothing left shamed in my shadow. I loved every second of it. The hate the resentment the aggression the muti the disappointment. Teaching coaching and mentoring is the transmission of emotional DNA between two people. It is when you pass your culture, intention, learning experiences to someone else and in turn they leave you with the same. You pass that on to a good person and both leave better. Symbiotic. The flip side is when you pass your emotional DNA to a bad person they impart with you toxic emotional DNA that leaves you exhausted insecure whilst enriching themselves. Slowly getting sick. Parasitic. You learn from each experience, evolve and heal over time to pass on a stronger emotional gene to the next symbiotic relationship. Nurturing flourishing.
