it's actually, genuinely, honestly hilarious that in a fandom where popular ships include characters who are biologically related, characters with a 10+ year age gap who met when one was a teenager or even a child, and characters who have tried to kill each other, people hate on a friends-to-lovers ship with a <2 year age gap where the characters have a deep emotional bond and plenty of romantic subtext, because "they're siblings". my brother in the force they are literally not.

You know what? I’ve decided I actually really like Melanie Magnus Archives when I’m thinking about her canon wretched personality and not the fandom’s girlbossification of her. She’s an interesting character and a fucked up person.

For the people who'd actually really like to know, as best I can tell this would have to be a baby caribbean reef octopus - and for the jokesters talking about it killing the person holding it, I know the blue-ring octopus is the only thing you get results for if you just google "blue octopus", but this is obviously not that, and like the vast majority of octopi the caribbean reef octopus is utterly harmless to humans.
