anyway- I have a cute story when I drew this-- I went very "extra" when I did this one- and I think my back would make a noise if I move or smth-- 👁️👄👁️✨

gudao/angra mainyu ship manifesto/essay because I’ve finally lost my mind

think about it like this: angra mainyu is all the world’s evils, a scapegoat for a village’s misfortune. he never wanted this, and yet it became a core part of his identity. his remaining sense of ego is a miracle, even if it’s been fundamentally changed by their curses, even if “his” true name has been removed from existence.

and yet in fha, he lives in the skin of someone who is loved, someone surrounded by friends who care for his well-being. prepared meals, romantic sunsets, summer time fun. and it changes him. he sacrifices this endless loop of false joy so that the living could continue on. he lets go of the one chance at happiness available to all the world’s evil.

ritsuka is the last master of humanity. he is a mage of little talent, save his abilities as a master and his connections to his servants. over and over again, he’s forced to destroy countless doomed worlds, in hopes of restoring his own. how is he meant to be a hero? how could he possibly feel like this is the right thing to do?

I think they would have a lot to discuss as these figures chosen by forces out of their control to be grand representatives: angra mainyu, as the bearer of the world’s sons, and ritsuka, as the bearer of the hopes of humanity. because neither of them perfectly fit those roles, no matter what they feel or what other people expect of them.

I think gudao would see angra mainyu as one of the few servants he can connect with. I have a headcanon that in general, ritsuka still struggles with juggling the different power levels and personalities of all these larger than life heroes, even into the lostbelts. (don’t even get me started on the possible body dysmorphia/low self esteem you might get when you’re surrounded by hundreds of people summoned in the prime of their life…) in comparison, angra mainyu is Just Some Guy who happens to be really good at killing humans. angra mainyu might be one of the few people besides mash that gudao would be able to talk to on a normal level, because hey, they’re both just two dudes, right? what’s better than this??? just guys bein dudes…

with angra mainyu’s history, I think he would be a surprising pillar of support for gudao during his journey. he reminds ritsuka that he is still just a human, perfectly flawed, despite what chaldea considers him, and despite how his actions in the lostbelts make him feel. he delivers this, of course, in his own foul mouthed way, with jabs at when ritsuka tries to pretend like he believes that everything he’s doing is right and just in the name of PHH, but ritsuka learns to read between the lines, especially when angra comes knocking with the dinner ritsuka forgot to get that night.

(i also think they would be very cute together. i need to see them tease each other, I need to see ritsuka catch angra in the middle of an awful prank. I need angra to try so hard and fail at making something for ritsuka because he thought it would be quicker to bake some cookies for 1 second at 3000 degrees Celsius or smth. im sorry im sick in the head about them.)

The Pumpkin Menace-Fate X Reader

A little something I made to celebrate the season. I'm thinking of making one for Tsukihime.

Medusa (Rider) Tries to carve her sisters, fails spectacularly, proceeds to turn the Pumpkin into puree after bemoaning her lack of skill and how it would be much easier if she had small, dainty hands and apologizes for the waste with a bit of pumpkin guts still on her face.

Medusa (Gorgon) Tries extremely hard to carve a design onto the largest one you could find but still comparatively small pumpkin, almost succeeds but applies slightly too much pressure and splatters the pumpkin all over the place, she proceeds to glare at the remains of the pumpkin as if that would force it back together.

Artoria Saber Has no idea what she is doing, tries to make a simple lion design, it ends up as some sort of lopsided monstrosity. Saber is mortified and wants to hurl the entire thing into the garbage, but is unable to because you gave her the pumpkin and because you like her mess of a pumpkin, saying that it was “Derpy in a cute way”.

Artoria Saber Alter Takes extreme joy in the gutting process. She also has no idea what she is doing, and still tries to make the complicated design to impress you. She fails in a manner befitting an episode of Looney Toons or the Three Stooges.

Ishtar She puts one finger into the guts and proceeds to vaporize the pumpkin with a scream and tears in her eyes. She forces you to give her a bubble bath as she complains about all things slimy.

Ereshkigal Has a lot of fun during the gutting process but then her knife got stuck during the carving process, this led to her accidentally smashing the pumpkin to pieces followed by her curling into a ball and sobbing.

Rin Tohsaka She is in immense mental pain during the gutting process but pushes through it to garner praise from you for her jaw dropping design. Halfway through the process she obliterates the poor Pumpkin with a Gandr.

Sakura Matou She claims she knows little about the process of carving the pumpkin, but gets a very pretty if somewhat concerning smile on her face during the gutting process. All in all, it turns out pretty okay, even if the anguished face on the pumpkin is a strange choice.

the human order is so detestable i love it. it practically deems its 'saviors' as foreign elements that cant enter and imposes upon them ordeals to understand classes outside of the normal seven seats because of 'misusage' and because chaldea does not understand how these weapons work. the Avenger class are a class closer to a Beast and are naturally against the human order if it means achieving their retribution intertwined so tightly within their existence. its a class with enough threat that they needed to be left behind or they needed to cut themselves off in order for chaldea to no longer be foreign elements... its an impossible class where trust is the hardest thing to gain for these existences who are synonymous with bloody cries and howls of anger. and to gain an Avenger's trust, fires comparable to Evils of Humanity and to gain an Avenger's love, dangerous and cursed familiars never meant to be summoned at all costs...even when they leave, it should mean Fujimaru Ritsuka themself should permanently be banned from entering past that wall. because the entire Avenger class stands only by 'Fujimaru Ritsuka''s side. not to chaldea, not to anyone else but to one person and one person alone. and isn't that something? a collective class ITSELF is fond of an individual whose circumstances mirror each other. people against the world. dogged by misfortune, loved ones slipping away from their grasp, pinned with crimes not their own....Fujimaru Ritsuka should doubly have stricter requirements in completing the ordeal calls than the rest of chaldea combined.
