Brave of Neil Gaiman to create the tv adaptation of two of his books (Good Omens & The Sandman).

With two insanely good-looking actors in each show (Michael Sheen & David Tennant, Tom Sturridge & Ferdinand Kingsley (feat Queen Vivienne)).

Who previously played characters in the same film/series without their characters ever meeting (Sheen/Tennant in Bright Young Things, Sturridge/Kingsley in Hollow Crown).

To then years later be playing characters (Aziraphale & Crowley/ Dream & Hob) who somehow manage to be meeting constantly over an extended period of time.

This reminds me, two weeks left until I'm going to my first concert of the year!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳

#yep franz ferdinand time is very soon. i'm excited. i'm going in like completely spoiler free btw #no idea what to expect other than i know it's going to be good. i hope they play michael #this is going to be such a concerty year it's quite incredible. something 2022 me wouldn't have even dared dream about #can you believe it. 3 sparks shows and 2 other shows on the way #might also go to another show in december so that would mean 6 shows in total this year #all that's needed now is another tmbg show to add to these that'd make it all perfect #and it's been less than a YEAR since i went to my first concert by the way. yeah march 2024. a good time #and we somehow didn't realise at first that the date it'd fall on was easter saturday?? holy saturday or whatever you call it #so yep that was how we celebrated easter last year. at a judas priest concert (my dad is a big fan of metal lol.) it was a great time #i remember that when we were driving back home and talking about the concert my parents were talking abt the vocalist #like 'wow this guy is 70-something and he still has the energy to sing AND walk all around the stage'#to which i responded with 'if you all saw what russell mael gets up to during sparks shows you would lose your minds'#so that will happen soon enough also. yay. time to internalize this. literally only 4 months left already WHAT #goosepost

lol has anybody ever read this yet or just the first couple chapters? i like having books like these just to collect tbh, and sometimes for reference! got a nice lil library with all the classics for visitors to peruse: Rules for Radicals, Tibak Rising, Blackshirts and Red, Mutual Aid: A Factor in Human Evolution, Noli Me Tangere, Zapantera Negra lmao etc

i know, some a these "suck" but again, they're pretty good for reference and they make the house look great! besides, you could always just use them as lil props and move 'em 'round n take secret picture messages, make all kindsa statements n'at lmao, na'mean!?
