Chapter Three: November

November 1st 1976

Dear diary,

As mentioned I had a tutoring session with Potter. Today we discussed Felix Felics or differently known as Liquid Luck. It is one of the hardest potions to brew. You need extraordinary levels of patience and skill.

You know Potter isn't as much of an arrogant prick as I thought. Which came as a shocking surprise. Perhaps I was too quick and wrongful on my judgment.

Perhaps my prejudice came because he was one of Sirius's friends and me and Sirius aren't on the best terms. Perhaps I thought because Sirius was one of the most annoying and arrogant people to walk the earth people who could handle him were just like Sirius. But Remus and Potter proved me wrong and I'm glad they did.

November 7th 1976

Dear diary,

Barty finally told me he likes Evan. About damn time! You know how long I've been waiting to hear these words?TWO MONTHS! He started his confession like this: "Reg I have something important to tell you." I was reading and I looked up at him because he sounded really nervous and serious. He then continued : " I have a crush on Evan".

I really wanted to say something sarcastic but since this is important to Barty I restrained myself. I asked him for how long. He replied with two months. So my time evaluation was correct. Good to know.

He then asked me "Do you think he feels the same?". To be completely truthful with you I don't know. But that isn't what I told Barty. What I told Barty was: " There might be a possibility but I'm not completely sure. You should just wait and see what happens." Stable advice.

He nodded and then asked: " Are in the mood for an adventure?" I left my book down and said :" Well I really have nothing else to do, so why not?"We got Dorcas, Pandora, Evan and then went to the Black Lake to mess with the giant squid. It was fun!

Dear diary,

I had another tutoring session with Potter. Shockingly we had fun! He did an amazing impression of Mr. Bins teaching and I almost died laughing. I have never laughed this much on my life! He had everything on point! Even now when I'm writing this I am reminded of the impression and I'm silently laughing.

Lupin has great reading taste. We met at the library today and we just hung out picking books to read. He picked for me the Greek myth of "Orpheus and Eurydice" while I picked while I picked out for him "Anna Keranina" by Dostovyesky.

Dear diary,

I have been so busy. We have an upcoming Quidditch match on the 30th and we've been training A LOT. It's Hufflepuf versus Slytherin. Yesterday was Ravenclaw versus Gryffindor and the Lions won so I'm determined to train our team hard so we win. I cannot leave my dignity in the metaphorical battle field.

November 30th 1976

Dear diary,

The match went great because we won again! The Slytherin team won't participate in any matches for a few months. Because the other teams have to compete. I studied with Dorcas today for a Defense against the dark arts quiz. Hopefully it will be easy because so far Defense against the dark arts has been.

So chapter Three is done!!! I was so motivated and inspired by everyone's kind words and I cannot be thankful enough!! Thank you everyone who has is reading my silly little fic!! Thank you for the incredible words!! U have no idea how much they mean! I love you all sm❤️

Now onto the fic itself : This chapter features Black Brothers angst, Rose killer, Starchaser and Compassionate Regulus bc I happened to be a compassionate Regulus believer.

Even tho I do believe Regulus is the type of mom friend who would follow the skittles around with pots and pans I still think he's compassionate and those things can co exist together. I have figured out how I want the fic to end and I have decided that this fic won't be canon compliant but it will be angsty.

SAINT GREGORY THE DIALOGIST, POPE OF ROME (604)

Saint Gregory the Dialogist, Pope of Rome, was born in Rome around the year 540. His grandfather was Pope Felix, and his mother Sylvia (November 4) and aunts Tarsilla and Emiliana were also numbered among the saints by the Roman Church. Having received a most excellent secular education, he attained high government positions.

Leading a God-pleasing life, he yearned for monasticism with all his soul. After the death of his father, Saint Gregory used his inheritance to establish six monasteries. At Rome he founded a monastery dedicated to the holy Apostle Andrew the First-Called, where he received monastic tonsure. Later, on a commission of Pope Pelagius II, Saint Gregory lived for a while in Constantinople. There he wrote his Commentary on the Book of Job.

After the death of Pope Pelagius, Saint Gregory was chosen to the Roman See. For seven months he would not consent to accept this service, considering himself unworthy. He finally accepted consecration only after the persistent entreaties of the clergy and flock.

Wisely leading the Church, Saint Gregory worked tirelessly in propagating the Word of God. Saint Gregory compiled the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts in the Latin language, which before him was known only in the verbal tradition. Affirmed by the Sixth Ecumenical Council, this liturgical service was accepted by all the Orthodox Church.

He zealously struggled against the Donatist heresy; he also converted the inhabitants of Brittany, pagans and Goths, who had been adhering to the Arian heresy, to the True Faith.

Saint Gregory has left behind numerous written works. After the appearance of his book, DIALOGUES CONCERNING THE LIFE AND MIRACLES OF THE ITALIAN FATHERS (DIALOGI DE VITA ET MIRACULIS PATRUM ITALIORUM), the saint was called “Dialogus.” His PASTORAL RULE (or LIBER REGULAE PASTORALIS) was well-known. In this work, Saint Gregory describes the model of the true pastor. His letters (848), dealing with moral guidance, have also survived.

Saint Gregory headed the Church for thirteen years, ministering to all the needs of his flock. He was characterized by an extraordinary love of poverty, for which he was granted a vision of the Lord Himself.

As he is known, Pope Saint Gregory the Great died in the year 604, and his relics rest in the cathedral of the holy Apostle Peter in the Vatican.

VENERABLE SYMEON, THE NEW THEOLOGIAN (1022)

Saint Simeon the New Theologian was born in the year 949 in the city of Galatea (Paphlagonia), and he was educated at Constantinople. His father prepared him for a career at court, and for a certain while the youth occupied a high position at the imperial court. When he was fourteen, he met the renowned Elder Simeon the Pious at the Studion Monastery, who would be a major influence in his spiritual development. He remained in the world for several years preparing himself for the monastic life under the Elder’s guidance, and finally entered the monastery at the age of twenty-seven.

Saint Simeon the Pious recommended to the young man the writings of Saint Mark the Ascetic (March 5) and other spiritual writers. He read these books attentively and tried to put into practice what he read. Three points made by Saint Mark in his work “On the Spiritual Law” (see Vol. I of the English Philokalia) particularly impressed him. First, you should listen to your conscience and do what it tells you if you wish your soul to be healed (Philokalia, p. 115). Second, only by fulfilling the commandments can one obtain the activity of the Holy Spirit. Thirdly, one who prays only with the body and without spiritual knowledge is like the blind man who cried out, “Son of David, have mercy upon me” (Luke 18:38) (Philokalia, p. 111). When the blind man received his sight, however, he called Christ the Son of God (John 9:38).

Saint Simeon was wounded with a love for spiritual beauty, and tried to acquire it. In addition to the Rule given him by his Elder, his conscience told him to add a few more Psalms and prostrations, and to repeat constantly, “Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy upon me.” Naturally, he heeded his conscience.

During the day, he cared for the needs of people living in the palace of Patricius. At night, his prayers grew longer and he remained praying until midnight. Once, as he was praying in this way, a most brilliant divine radiance descended upon him and filled the room. He saw nothing but light all around him, and he was not even aware of the ground beneath his feet.

It seemed to him that he himself became light. Then his mind rose upward to the heavens, and he saw a second light brighter than the light which surrounded him. Then, on the edge of this second light, he seemed to see Saint Simeon the Pious, who had given him Saint Mark the Ascetic to read.

Seven years after this vision, Saint Simeon entered the monastery. There he increased his fasting and vigilance, and learned to renounce his own will.

The Enemy of our salvation stirred up the brethren of the monastery against Saint Simeon, who was indifferent to the praises or reproaches of others. Because of the increased discontent in the monastery, Saint Simeon was sent to the Monastery of Saint Mamas in Constantinople.

There he was tonsured into the monastic schema, and increased his spiritual struggles. He attained to a high spiritual level, and increased his knowledge of spiritual things through reading the Holy Scriptures and the writings of the Fathers, as well as in conversation with holy Elders.

Around the year 980, Saint Simeon was made igumen of the monastery of Saint Mamas and continued in this office for twenty-five years. He repaired and restored the monastery, which had suffered from neglect, and also brought order to the life of the monks.

The strict monastic discipline, for which Saint Simeon strove, led to great dissatisfaction among the brethren. Once, after Liturgy, some of the monks attacked him and nearly killed him. When the Patriarch of Constantinople expelled them from the monastery and wanted to hand them over to the civil authorities, Saint Simeon asked that they be treated with leniency and be permitted to live in the world.

About the year 1005, Saint Simeon resigned his position as igumen in favor of Arsenius, while he himself settled near the monastery in peace. There he composed his theological works, portions of which appear in the Philokalia.

The chief theme of his works is the hidden activity of spiritual perfection, and the struggle against the passions and sinful thoughts. He wrote instructions for monks: “Theological and Practical Chapters,” “A Treatise on the Three Methods of Prayer,” (in Vol. IV of the English Philokalia) and “A Treatise on Faith.” Moreover, Saint Simeon was an outstanding church poet. He also wrote “Hymns of Divine Love,” about seventy poems filled with profound prayerful meditations.

The sublime teachings of Saint Simeon about the mysteries of mental prayer and spiritual struggle have earned him the title “the New Theologian.” These teachings were not the invention of Saint Simeon, but they had merely been forgotten over time.

Some of these teachings seemed unacceptable and strange to his contemporaries. This led to conflict with Constantinople’s church authorities, and Saint Simeon was banished from the city. He withdrew across the Bosphorus and settled in the ancient monastery of Saint Makrina.

The saint peacefully fell asleep in the Lord in the year 1021. During his life he received the gift of working miracles. Numerous miracles also took place after his death; one of them was the miraculous discovery of his icon.

His Life was written by his cell-attendant and disciple, Saint Nicetas Stethatos.

Since March 12 falls during Great Lent, Saint Simeon’s Feast is transferred to October 12.

Breve biografia

Felix Cooper Foster è nato il 29 luglio 2019 a New York dall'unione tra Calvin Foster ed Emma Flynn, entrambi di origini irlandesi discedenti dei romani che non avevano conquistato mai Irlanda ma fatto commercio e visite ai celtici.

Durante l'adolescenza, Felix si picchiò con altri adolescenti essendo un bullo e di avere un carattere violento nella scuola superiore di New York e si laurea ottenendo il diploma di lettere all'età di 18 anni.

Nel 2022, all'età di 19 si iscrive all'università di New York per ottenere la laurea di professore.

Il 7 gennaio 2023, Felix ottiene il diploma da professore iniziando a lavorare come insegnante presso la scuola media di New York e si iscrive al partito conservatore repubblicano GOP.

Nello stesso periodo, Felix inizia a fare affari con gli israeliani americani che supportano il partito israeliano conservatore del Likud in modo per punire i palestinesi che da anni hanno continuamente fallito di avere uno stato palestinese indipendente e perché non gli piace la cultura araba che la considera retrograda rispetto agli israeliani ebrei.

L'8 gennaio, Felix incontra l'israeliano venuto brevemente a New York per una visita, Jacopo Levi con il quale strinse amicizia e decise di aiutare l'ala destra israeliana e inizia una relazione con la cugina di Jacopo Levi: Margherita Sforno finendo di avere un figlio: Felix Aaron Sforno.

Il 22 gennaio, Felix continua a sviluppare le sue tendenze estremiste e criminali al punto di aderire nel gruppo supremacista bianco Proud Boys essendo insoddisfatto nella sua vita ma ancora come militante inattivo continuando tuttavia a trattare Jacopo Levi come un alleato da sfruttare essendo un sionista che ha posizioni di estrema destra sugli arabi sebbene mai usato ancora la violenza.

Nello stesso periodo, Felix invia una lettera a Saadi Gheddafi,figlio del defunto Muammar Gheddafi come tentativo di comprare risorse libiche sebbene Saadi nutre il sospetto che Felix potrebbe essere un neo colonialista ma accettò la sua offerta.

Il 23 gennaio, Felix viene indagato dal FBI per aver rubato documenti classificati e collaborato con Richard Stuard, per evitare di essere arrestato in qualsiasi momento e di finire in causa fuggendo quindi a Tunisi in Tunisia facendo perdere le sue tracce, una volta fuggito a Tunisi in Tunisia entra in contatto con la diaspora europea di italiani,francesi e maltesi.

Il 24 gennaio, chiude definitivamente i suoi rapporti con suo padre dopo che quest'ultimo ha iniziato a supportare il FBI e abbandona il partito repubblicano GOP non abitando più negli Stati Uniti iniziando a lavorare come giornalista, nello stesso periodo ottiene protezione dal leader e rivoluzionario della Tunisia, Marwan Ibn Youssef che aveva rovesciato il precedente governo tunisino all'inizio del 2023 e quest'ultimo apprezzò molto sia il modo in cui si comporta Felix in Tunisia che non intende rovesciare nulla e il suo carattere violento, sempre nello stesso periodo Felix iniziò a imparare e parlare le due lingue francese e italiano.

Il 25 gennaio, Felix ottiene l'approvazione di fondare un suo partito che coinvolge la minoranza europea in Tunisia a patto che non lo usa per scopi di separismo e separisti: Socialist party da parte del governo tunisino del suo alleato Marwan Ibn Youssef.

Nello stesso giorno, Felix perde la cittadinanza statunitense che viene revocata dal presidente statunitense James Sawyer e ottiene la cittadinanza tunisina grazie al suo alleato Marwan Ibn Youssef, Felix si fidanza con una tunisina bianca di origini italiane Giulia Costa dopo un colpo di fulmine che li ha attratti.

Il 26 gennaio, Felix ripudia l'ideologia dei Proud Boys per motivi che non abita più negli Stati Uniti preferendo invece di rimanere dipendente dal suo alleato Marwan Ibn Youssef che è infatti da sempre un musulmano sunnita moderato e poco religioso.

Nello stesso giorno,Felix viene reclutato nell'esercito tunisino sia per scopi militari e sia perché conoscendo bene l'italiano può aiutare a tradurre.

Il 29 gennaio, Felix si sposa con il matrimonio civile con la sua fidanzata Giulia Costa essendo poco credente ed ebbe due gemelli maschi: Cesare Foster e Andrea Foster.

Nello stesso giorno, Felix organizzò un organizzazione paramilitare che fece marcia su Tripoli mettendo sotto minacce e ricatti l'anziano presidente libico Fayez el-Badri, quest'ultimo temendo una guerra civile diversa dalle altre e pensando che Felix potesse aiutare nell'ordine,legge e in funzione anti Stato Islamico decise di concedergli la cittadinanza libica e renderlo governatore delle città libiche in precedenza romane: Cirene,Apollonia, Leptis Magna,Oea,Sabratha,Arsinoe,Berenice,Barce,Ptolemais,Mersa Matruh,Antipyrgon e Ghirza a patto che riesce a gestire sia comunità musulmane e cristiane copte.

Essendo stufo di essere molestato e vessato dalla sua ex fidanzata Margherita Sforno che era diventata una pazza ossessionata che non accettava che la loro relazione era finita da moltissimo tempo, Felix tramite le forze armate fece catturare Margherita Sforno insieme al suo figlio non riconosciuto Felix Sforno in Tunisia dal suo alleato Marwan Ibn Youssef dove rimangono segretati in un edificio senza speranze di uscita e per tutta la vita.

Felix, cambiò il nome del suo partito Socialist party in Fasci di combattimento.

Il 30 gennaio, si riconcilia con il suo ex alleato sionista, Jacopo Levi accettando di assisterlo nel sionismo e contro Iran se necessario senza essere scoperto dal suo alleato antisionista Marwan Ibn Youssef e dal presidente libico antisionista Fayez el-Badri.

Il 2 febbraio, Felix fa riforme economiche,sociali e militari nelle città libiche musulmane in precedenza romane, ingannò il pubblico dicendo che non vuole riportare indietro il colonialismo ma vuole proteggere l'Islam e infine viene sparato da un attentatore dello Stato Islamico venendo ferito al naso ma sopravvive all'attentato.

Il 5 febbraio, Felix tramite l'esercito libico fece catturare le città libiche Sirte e Benghazi riuscendo a catturare i capi militari dello Stato Islamico come Samir al-Khalifani,Haitham al-Badri e Yassin al-Badri e divenne governatore anche delle città Sirte e Benghazi dove impone il colonialismo,la sua ideologia e lingua italiana.

Nello stesso giorno, Felix in uno zoo libico adotta un cucciolo di leone che lo chiamò Marte e lo visita nella gabbia sempre grazie allo proprietario dello zoo.

Ricevete in seguito una richiesta da parte del suo alleato Marwan Ibn Youssef di consegnare gli ebrei libici ma Felix rispose che non esistono ebrei libici perché uccisi o espulsi molti anni prima che arrivasse lui da parte di Benito Mussolini e poi Muammar Gheddafi quindi rifiutò la richiesta.

Il 7 febbraio, Felix Foster fece uccidere tramite lo squadrismo Tommaso Colombo perché non accettava le sue critiche costruttive e aveva paura di perdere il potere.

L'8 febbraio, Felix Foster attraverso l'esercito libico fece annettere l'Egitto ma per non rischiare di perdere come territorio il Sinai continuò a collaborare con l'ala destra israeliana almeno sulla sicurezza ma anche su restringere le attività di Hamas e questo funzionò facilmente essendo un ammiratore del sionismo.

Il 9 febbraio, Felix stringe alleanza con Amir Menashe proveniente dalla Libia ma quest'ultimo rimane diffidente verso di lui e nello stesso giorno Felix fece consegnare gli ultimi 3 ebrei egiziani come aveva richiesto il suo alleato Marwan Ibn Youssef che vennero gettati in prigione da qualche parte in Algeria.

Il 10 febbraio, Felix si ammala di ulcera doudenale e finisce nuovamente in ospedale.

L'11 febbraio, Felix rifiuta la richiesta di fermare al momento i maltrattamenti contro il detenuto Haitham al-Badri e invita in Libia a Cirene la sorella del suo alleato Jacopo Levi, Paola Levi con la quale inizia ad avere una relazione amorosa con lei dopo aver scritto una sua biografia e dopo aver scoperto che è una sua ammiratrice.

Il 12 febbraio, Felix rimase sconvolto per essere stato invaso da colui che considerava un suo alleato cioè Marwan e anche se quest'ultimo è stato rimosso dal potere decise di non riconoscere le indipendenze dell'Algeria,Marocco e della Tunisia temendo che sarà il prossimo ad essere rovesciato.

Nello stesso giorno, Felix termina la sua relazione amorosa con Paola Levi perché odia darle ragione su Marwan Ibn Youssef, nomina il libico di origini italiane, Michele Romano come suo possibile successore e fa conoscenza con un'altra delle sue ammiratrici: Esmeralda Messina rimanendo attratto da lei essendo molto più giovane di lui con la quale inizia una relazione amorosa.

Il 13 febbraio, al seguito alle ribellioni libiche di Muhammad al-Husseini ed egiziane di Hakim Nader venne rimosso dal presidente libico Fayez el-Badri come governatore e venne arrestato e imprigionato nella prigione di Abu Salim ma Felix iniziò a pianificare come fuggire.

Nello stesso giorno, Felix riuscì a fuggire grazie a una guardia corrotta riuscendo fuggire nella città di Homs dove fondò una repubblica indipendente da quella di Fayez el-Badri ma venne catturato dai ribelli libici insieme alla sua amante Esmeralda Messina dove vennero entrambi picchiati,stuprati e uccisi, in seguito alla caduta del suo regime il suo cadavere viene trasferito nel cimitero di Cirene su richiesta di sua moglie Giulia Costa e il suo partito Fasci di combattimento venne bannato dalla Libia a causa dei suoi danni di aver ucciso le sue opposizioni,sfrattato gli indigeni libici per dare case ai libici bianchi di origini italiane e causato il neo colonialismo.

Il 20 febbraio, Felix insieme alla sua amante Esmeralda Messina ritorna in vita grazie un patto con Dio dove deve evitare di entrare in contatto con Marwan Ibn Youssef,Tariq Pacha e possibilmente con Adolf Hitler se ritorna in vita per evitare di essere influenzato da loro e fare nuovamente una brutta fine.

Felix si trasferisce a Tripoli e si pente anche degli sbagli che aveva fatto a causa dell'influenza negativa di Marwan Ibn Youssef, con il presidente libico Muhammad al-Husseini gli fu permesso di ripristinare il suo partito Fasci di combattimento sotto il nome Partito Nazionale Fascista ma con i limiti simili a quelli di Michele Romano con il quale forma un alleanza con il suo partito Movimento nazionale sociale e fa un regalo alle sue donne di San Valentino anche se in ritardo.

Nello stesso giorno, Felix nello zoo adotta un cucciolo di leonessa che la chiama Italia dopo che è morto il suo leone anziano Marte.

Felix fece riconciliazione anche con la sua amante ebrea di nazionalità israeliana Paola Levi che alla fine lo ama e potrebbe aiutarlo nuovamente.

Michele Romano (27 giugno 1980) è un politico,giornalista libico di origini italiane, fondatore del partito Movimento nazionale sociale e ministro della cultura ed ex militare.

Breve biografia

Michele Romano nasce il 27 giugno 1980 a Benghazi in una famiglia libica che ha sempre rifiutato l'identità araba, di origini napoletane e di religione cattolica romana discedente dai colonialisti italiani che aveva portato Benito Mussolini in Libia.

Nel 2000, Michele iniziò a lavorare come giornalista e insegnante fino al 2022 sempre nella città di Benghazi.

Michele ebbe due figli maschio e femmina soltanto nel 2005,un anno dopo dal matrimonio con Giorgia Grieco nel 2004.

Nel 2023, Michele continuò a lavorare come giornalista e si unisce al partito Fasci di combattimento di Felix Foster e venne reclutato come militare dove inizia a servire nelle campagne militari in Libia e in Egitto con successo militare aiutando Felix nel neo colonialismo, nel neo fascismo e collaborò anche di deportare Margherita Sforno in Tunisia dove venne uccisa da Marwan Ibn Youssef e Paola Levi in Israele quando Felix interrompe la relazione con quest'ultima.

Michele riuscì in seguito a fuggire e sopravvivere anche con la morte di Felix Foster ucciso dai ribelli libici di Muhammad al-Husseini in modo brutale insieme alla sua amante Esmeralda Messina.

Il 20 febbraio, Michele fu felice che Felix Foster è ritornato in vita e fece alleare il suo partito Movimento nazionale sociale con il partito di Felix Foster, Partito Nazionale Fascista.

Il 7 marzo, Michele viene sconvolto dal fatto che Felix Foster è stato ferito da un attentatore dello Stato Islamico e viene nominato come ministro della cultura dal presidente libico Muhammad al-Husseini sostituinendo il precedente ministro.
