hiya the last Fryc Gąsienica and Witkacy post made me wonder, do u have any specific voice claims for them :0?

Fryc would definitely sound like Wander in the Polish dub of Wander Over Yonder ^_^

(somewhat related fun fact: the guy who voices Wander in the Polish version (Jacek Bończyk) also voices Shaggy in probably every version of Scooby Doo :-] )

As for Witkacy, my initial headcanon was a Polish text to speech voice from this site (Jan), but I also feel like he could totally be voiced by an actual person if it was someone like Dariusz Odija, Grzegorz Pawlak or some other Polish actor who has a deep voice and is mostly known for playing villains or tough guys.

So yeah, not 100% sure about his voice yet.

couple days ago i had a dream where there was a mandala graggle simpson like hoax where DC had an extra character that's supposed to be the identical cousin of oz and never made it into any media due to his similarities to oz in design.

I’m a bit nervous to ask these, but being aware that nearly everyone loves talking about their little guys, especially when asked, helps me on my quest

What was Fryc’s relationship with his co-workers like? Did he like them, care for them, have friends among them?

Did Witkacy have anyone he worked with?

And lastly, what was their meeting like? Was there any fear or mistrust from either party, or did they hit it off relatively quickly?

OOOOOHHH MY GOD ANON THANK YOU FOR THE LORE-DUMPING OPPORTUNITY!!!!!

I must admit that I haven't designed any of Fryc's old coworkers yet, so I can't get too specific and describe his relationship with every single employee... but he definitely liked them and managed to form a pretty close bond with at least a few of them! He has that happy-go-lucky extroverted cartoon protagonist personality, so he gets attached to people VERY quickly. He definitely missed his human friends every time they left (the same way dogs always miss their owner when they go to work)

Witkacy usually worked alone, but they regularly sent someone to the bunker for an inspection to make sure everything was okay and check if Witkacy needed any repairs. Overall, he got to see a human every now and then, but never for too long.

Ohhh their meeting. I'll have to draw a comic for that someday...

Neither of them had any experience with other robots, let alone ones drastically different from themselves. It was a bit like seeing an alien, biblically accurate angel or some other entity beyond comprehension.

From Witkacy's perspective, it wasn't really scary, just a bit overwhelming at first. He had never seen anyone or anything as colorful as Fryc and had no idea it was possible for a robot to be as expressive as a human (or maybe even more!). He was fascinated, wanting to analyse his every move (even though he was a bit overestimulated)

Fryc was definitely scared at first but he tried VERY HARD to be cool about it and as soon as he realised that Witkacy was just some guy on all levels except physical, he loosened up a bit. I hinted at this in that one comic I made, but for some time, Fryc was fully convinced that Witkacy was just wearing a mask on top of his actual face and his voice was either distorted by it OR he was very good at keeping his cool and hiding emotions. He was very curious about what he could possibly be hiding under there, but knew it would be a bit rude to ask right away...

This was kinda long, but I hope you enjoyed it ^_^

what music artists do you think charas from Wirtul@ndia would listen to? :3

OOOh such a fun question!!!

Master would probably switch between listening to Polish music from the 70s-90s, Talking Heads, They might be giants, David Bowie, Electric Light Orchestra and so many other bands that it would take up half of this post. But would probably also slip in some classical music and scores from various musicals.

Kula Smakula would listen to Kraftwerk because I feel like Kraftwerk is THE robot music. When I try to imagine what music made by robots for other robots would be like, my first thought is Kraftwerk (plus "Mechanical man" by Devo, so throw that one in as well). I think she'd also be a Maanam enjoyer :-] Might even listen to some funky tunes from Marek Biliński :-]

Bajtek would listen to The Cure I think (I may be biased because I imagined an animation of him missing Smakula while listening to "Boys don't cry" BUT SHHH!). Also Tmbg (like his father) and Devo. Plus would 100% listen to Weird Al. Maybe even Franek Kimono... OH and he'd totally listen to the background music from early seasons of Spongebob.

Bitek would be a bit pretentious and claim he ONLY listens to classical music, but in reality he is not immune to picking up other parts of his father's music taste. I don't know why but I feel like he'd listen to The Beatles and Weezer. Maybe also Sting?

Colonel and Dzikik are both ancient so they probably refuse to listen to any music made after the 1950s.

I think it goes without saying that Jake and his pirate crew would listen almost exclusively to Polish sea shanties. Unlike Colonel and Dzikik, they are very open to different music recommendations, though.

Fishbone would probably listen to thrash metal (or should I say... TRASH metal in his case? Badum-tss) and breakcore. Applecore wouldn't mind listening to these genres, but would secretly prefer slightly less chaotic music and borrow things from Colonel and Dzikik's collection of oldies.

Everyone would assume that Pati's music taste is 100% whimsical girly activities with ABBA, The Chordettes, Kate Bush or Wanda i Banda but she would also listen to slightly "edgier" stuff. Possibly Los Trabantos, Kult, Radiohead or Depeche Mode.

Szpileczka probably doesn't have his own music taste yet, so he'd most likely end up listening to the same music as Bajtek, considering how much Szpileczka looks up to and hangs out with him.

Might update this if I get more ideas, but that's it for now :-]

would Fryc and Witkacy be friends with FNAF 1 and FNAF 2 animatronics?

I'm gonna be real with you guys, I don't really know that much about fnaf other than the bare minimum so I can't give a detailed analysis... but Fryc would at least try to befriend them, with Witkacy tagging along in case he has to get his bestie out of trouble. But I don't know enough fnaf lore to say for sure whether they would succeed or not.
