Out of sudden the previous humanization of Bill Cipher reminded me of the evil snowman Arktos from my favorite childhood animated series “Tabaluga”.

I’ve always had a special place in my heart for Arktos, he’s pretty much charismatic and funny villain, I would also add that his voice in Russian localization - dubbed by my favorite voice actor Oleg Kutsenko - is something I dearly love. ⛄️

Every time I see @bilumiart's profile pic, I get flashbacks to watching Tabaluga Tivi on KiKa. As a kid, I had NO IDEA what they were saying since back then I couldn't understand German. I only watched this show for 'Arktos Super Spiel', no idea why I was so obsessed with it, probably had a crush on him, but anyway I think Drakken wouldn't like Arktos very much... Hope you like this doodle.
