Which families would like more members, and what FCs would be recommended?

mary queen of scots' mother & uncles would be a fabulous edition, and would be worthwhile allies to the young queen and the french royal family (amy bailey, bradley james, david dawson, david oakes, jaime olias, joe alwyn, laura carmichael)

bridget & henry parr's father, the marquess of northampton would surely be loved by our their writers! (damien lewis, nikolaj coster-waldau, viggo mortensen)

jane & richard boleyn's patriach & rest of the family! they are, without a doubt, the most powerful family beside the crown and can really be the most influential if you play your cards right! george boleyn (james frain, linus roache, toby stephens) to rival the influence of the percys, alongside the countess of essex & her husband (kylie bunbury, antonia thomas, ruby barker, aaron cobham, bay gbadamosi, corey mlychreest). mary carey (essie davis, claire forlani, alexandra moen) the sister to anne boleyn herself!

charles butler (the earl of ormind & our current lord of misrule)'s family would be a wonderful way to begin to flesh out a previously untouched family. his wife (claire foy, annabel scholey, jodie turner-smith) and the rest of his brothers & sisters (though bare in mind that the countess of ossory is from the howard family, and so would be a white fc) (habiba ummi mohammed, lashana lynch, ebonee noel, ali nuhu, gendry white, paapa essiedu, stephanie levi-john)

the dudleys (both of leicester & warwick) have close ties with the royal court as of december 1559, though we have a few we would love to see more to take advantage of the prestige that comes with the earl's close council with the princess elizabeth (hulya avsar, beren saat, berk cankat, burak ozvicit, tolga saritas)

and finally the percy dukes & duchesses of the family! we have been blessed to have the three percy siblings who have created their own fair share of drama. clearly, they are on track to stir the most ambition not seen since the ascension of the boleyn family! (joanne whalley, james frain, lucy lawless, richard pepper, ion gruffudd, rachel weisz, rosamund pike, kit harington, lea seydoux, michiel huisman, olly rix, rafaelle cohen)

naomi is gujarati indian and white so i'll be providing both indian and white fcs for each parent, but please remember she is mixed and you should pick an indian fc for one of her parents.

mother: zenobia shroff: 1965. indian-american. shefali shah : 1973. Mangalorean / Gujarati Indian. neena gupta : 1959. Indian. indira varma: 1973. indian, swiss & italian.

andie macdowell: 1958. white. joanne whalley: 1961. white (english, irish & german) eve best: 1971. white (english).

father: naveen andrews : 1969. indian & british. iain glenn: 1961. white (scottish). anthony head: 1954. white (english). grant show: 1962. white. gary oldman: 1958. white (english & irish).

just based off what i've been able to find i feel like your best bet is picking an indian fc for the mom and a white fc for the dad. if these don't suit your needs @olderfcs has a lot of good fcs (although given i've been using them as a resource for this you'll probably find a lot of these). brown hair and brown eyes are dominant traits so as long as one parent has one or both, the likelihood of their child having one or both are pretty strong.

OF COURSE, WE'D BE THRILLED TO HAVE A BELLATRIX! technically, she'd be in her early eighties here, but i'm willing to allow her to be aged down a bit to allow for a wider range of usable face claims. i'm more lenient with face claims when it comes to older characters anyways because of the lack of resources. here are some face claims who match courtney eaton and could play someone in their 70s or 80s: jessica lange, michelle yeoh, kristin scott thomas, meryl streep, ming na wen, joanne whalley, susanna thompson, michelle pfeiffer, linda hamilton, lesley manville, helen mirren, and judi dench. hope that helps!

Princess Helaena, mother of a queen AU: Upon the death of her father, Viserys I Targaryen, her older half-sister, Rhaenyra, was crowned Rhaenyra I Targaryen. Her mother forced her to go to Oldtown with the Greens and her brothers, where they planned a coup against the queen to put her brother-husband, Aegon on the iron throne.

This rebellion was put down by Daemon Targaryen and Corlys Velaryon, who brought an offer of peace with the alliance between his daughter, Jaehaera and Prince Aegon, the youngest. In addition, they were granted the island of dragon rock and a large pension to have a luxurious lifestyle, something that her husband accepted without thinking, despite the protests of his mother Alicent.

Helaena was almost secluded in the lighthouse, while her daughter Jaehaera was sent to King’s Landing to make the engagement official. For 4 years Helaena visited her daughter with her brothers, but she felt alone in Oldtown since her husband was involved in pleasures and lovers with the pension they were given, and her resentful mother always demanded her presence and her of his grandchildren.

In 135 A. C., the queen widow Alicent died of puerperal fever, her death affecting Helaena and her siblings. Knowing that her sweet sister was very lonely and sad, Rhaenyra decided to bring her to court with her children so that they could be by the side of Princess Jaehaera.

For the next several years, Helaena stayed with her children and stayed away from politics, focusing on sewing, riding her dragon dreamfyre, at court events. She was by the side of her daughter Jaehaera when she became pregnant and gave birth to her first child, Aenar in 149 A. C.

The years passed quietly with her children and grandchildren who were reaching the world. Until in the year 156 A.C. her son, Jaehaerys died in a hunting accident, when she was pierced by an arrow in the eye.

The death of her son devastated her greatly, making her very ill. The princess spent a whole year in bed. Her husband, Aegon came from Lys to see how she was despite the time apart and his infidelities, having a good reunion sharing the pain of losing her eldest son. For the next several months Aegon stayed by his wife’s side until one morning from 157 A. C. Helaena never woke up again, dying two days before her 48th birthday. That same year her son Maelor had an illegitimate daughter with a maid of honor from Jaehaera and named her “Helena” in honor of her late mother.
