What do you think of Sports? Do they look ridiculous or are they actually interesting. What’s your favourite sport?

Sports! Here's one I can answer! I used to be a fair Cube player back in the day... and, like Dot, shooting was always a skill I was good at.

Kite boarding. I'm teaching Bumblebee and Hot Rod. It's kind of like wind boarding, only with a kite instead of a boat's sail.

While also standing in front of dead bodies.#While I'm here - Let's clear something up: WWX does a *lot* of torturing and killing in this scene.#If JC is to be credited for any tortures let it be known he did that right alongside WWX. They get co-torture credits here.#Your favourite character is responsible for several horrible tortures and murders.#Was it justified? Honestly I don't think so. I think it very much needs to be over-the-top-violent to show how WWX has changed.#It was excessive force to satiate his need for revenge. WWX is consistently demonstrating how he feels justified in his actions #Up until now they have been for relatively noble causes. allow me to pitch what i, as a sports fiction writer, find to be a wholly underrated and underexplored genre of whump: sports whump

like. think about it. sports injuries can be devastating and gruesome. cultures of pushing through it and ignoring the pain and often re-injuring yourself much worse. Team Dynamics. the rivalries and alliances built into it. the potential for either whumper-free whump (accidents, stress injuries, bad falls, etc) AND whumpers that can exist in it (what if the whumper was a coach or a teammate or a rival? even a parent if it's school athletics? a journalist who has it out for someone? the potential ways for things to go wrong if you get a Bad Actor in any role are endless). the publicity if it's professional, for those of you who enjoy famous whumpees.
