These are some 4to2 conversions from AroundTheSims East Asian Toilet Set, low poly.

You can find a functional water basin that works like a sink, a functional faucet (works like a sink but you cannot wash babies with it) and a water dipper and bum gun that are only deco (found in plumbings-miscellaneous).
