Jacob black/// Princess
Request by @nev20: Jacob black has a daughter and him and the whole wolf pack are overprotective of her and won’t let her go to school because she’s a werewolf so she gets angry and phases into a wolf and runs away but they find her and talk to her. I think that would be a cute story if that is fine🙂
A/N: I'm sorry for taking long I have been having writers block and sorry that it's short if you want it longer, let me know and I'll redo it, but anyways thank you for requesting
Even though you're a werewolf, your dad and the whole pack were really overprotective of you, you couldn't go without them or one of them following you around like a lost puppy
You can't even go to a school because of how overprotective they are you were homeschooled instead you want to stop being Homeschool because you want to go to school, have friends and maybe a boyfriend, but you knew that your dad and they wouldn't of approve of you going and having one
"Hey dad, can I talk to you?" You ask nervously
"Of course Princess." Your dad looks over at you "what do you want to talk about?"
You bit your lip "about wanting to go to school."
He shakes his head, "we've already had this conversation, Y/N, you already know the answer to this."
"But dad I want to go to a school and I want to have friends." You tell him
"Sorry sweetie, but the answer is no you'll still be homeschooled. " He tells you
"Is it because I am a werewolf?" You asked almost angrily
"Of course not princess, we just want to keep you safe. " Leah tells you softly
"You guys want to keep me safe? That's bullshit. " You respond angrily as you could feel yourself transforming
Your father and the pack noticed it. Your father took a step closer to you so he can help you "Y/n baby look at me."
You didn't answer him instead you just growled at him and left them as you crawl on the floors and went to the woods
"Y/n's right we gotta let her go to a school we can't just keep her locked up she needs to meet people, have friends and maybe a boyfriend." Sam finally agrees with you
"Sam, are you crazy? If we let her go to school they're going to hurt her if they find out that she and her family are werewolves. " Jared gives Sam a disappointment look
"I know Jared, that's why we're here to protect the princess. She'll learn better at school than here. We suck at everything that we teach her." Son laughs
"you're not wrong about that." Paul laughs
"Maybe you're right Sam, we should let her go to school. " Your father smiles "I'm just scared of her safety, she's my little princess and who said that she can have a boyfriend?."
"Jacob just watched one day she's going to bring her boyfriend so she can meet us."Quil teases
"Never my princess is not going to have a boyfriend." Jacob crossed his arms "anyways let's go find the princess."
Jacob and the pack went to the woods to find you when they did they found you crying
"Princess what's wrong?" Your father asks worry
"I'm very sorry dad I didn't mean to growl at you I was just mad." You apologize with tears
"Everything is ok I know you didn't mean to princess." Your father wipes your tears off "we all agree on letting you go to school."
"Really thank you so much dad." You smiled and hugged him
He hugs you back "just one condition."
"What is it dad?"
"Please don't fall in love with a guy. I don't want you to have a boyfriend yet you're still my princess and you'll always be."
You laugh, "can't promise anything."

“You ask her.”
“No, you do.”
“I’m the oldest and I say you go.”
Your oldest daughter pushes your youngest son over to you who is sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee and a newspaper in hand. Your kids have been whisper arguing for the past ten minutes so now it’s a matter of who will actually come over to you and ask you.
“Are you three just gonna stand there or are you going to ask me whatever it is that you want?” you ask without taking your eyes off the newspaper.
Your son walks over to you and taps the table nervously. You move your eyes from the newspaper to his, and he nervously chuckles.
“Listen, I love you so much.”
“Spit it out, Jacob. What do you three want?”
“We want to go to the family cabin this weekend,” your oldest daughter blurts out. “We’ve been working hard in school and think we deserve a break. This is probably the last weekend we’ll get snow and we want to go to the cabin for it.”
“I don’t see why not,” you shrug.
“Really?”
“Yeah,” you laugh. “It’ll be fun.” You look at your kids and notice a nervous look between them. “What is it?”
“Dad’s going.”
Your entire body goes rigid at the mention of your ex-husband. You haven’t seen or heard from the man in four years. Your daughter is old enough to keep in touch with her father on her own, and the other two are young enough to follow in her footsteps. When she goes to stay with him, they both follow her. She’s been your scape goat for not wanting to talk to him.
“Okay. It’s going to be fine. You three can go with him and I’ll have the house to myself for a bit. It’ll be fine.”
“What? You’re not coming with us?” your middle son asks.
“I don’t think that’s a good idea.”
Your youngest son puts a hand on your thigh and looks at you with wide green eyes. God, he looks just like his father.
“But I want you coming, Mommy. Please don’t break up our family.”
Yep, just as manipulative as his father is, too. Okay, that was harsh. They’re not manipulative as an evil way, they just know how to play you well enough to get what they want. You set your newspaper down with a sigh, a sigh that your kids know as you being compliant.
“Fine, I guess a weekend wouldn’t hurt.”
Immediately, all three of your kids jump on you to hug you. You can’t be mad at them. They’re children. They want to have fun and be kids. You can put aside your feelings for your ex-husband for a weekend. If he can do it, you can.
That night, you’re packing your pag deep in thought. Does he know that you’re coming? Was it his idea? Is he going to stay if you are? Can you two get along? The family cabin is a good place to stay in during the summer and spring months, but it’s very isolated during the winter months. There are tons of storms up north that will keep you stuck inside the cabin for days at a time, but you think it’ll be fine since winter is ending. There will be snow but not enough of it to keep you from leaving… You hope.
The thing with your ex… he was a good husband in the beginning of the relationship. You two met through his younger brother, Sam. He and his girlfriend were having a birthday party where he invited you to it. You and Sam know each other from college and kept in touch for years after graduating. It wasn’t love at first sight but you and Dean got along very well from the get-go.
After the party, you two started hanging out more and more until you were as deep as ten dates in. He asked you to be his girlfriend after fucking you in the back seat of his beloved black Impala. He was very attentive and loving. Sure, he had his issues just like you had yours but you two were willing to overlook them to make the relationship work.
You two were married for ten years before something changed. It was like a switch had flipped and he was more angry either at you or himself or at the world. You’re not sure why because he stopped talking to you about his issues. He made decisions without talking to you about it, first. He claimed he knew what your answer was going to be. Whether he was right or not, that still didn’t matter because you stopped being his person.
You tried talking to Sam about it but he said if you wanted to know what was up with Dean, you’d have to talk to him. Dean was hunting a lot more with his brother and bottlig his feelings up. Yes, you know about the supernatural but you made Dean promise to keep you and your kids out of it. You didn’t want them dead in a ditch somewhere because of some vampire or werewolf, but that didn’t mean you didn’t want to hear about it.
He was struggling and for that, he disappeared. He pulled himself away from you. He loves you with all his heart and it hurt him to treat you like this but you weren't in the life. You didn’t know the hardships that came with it. You didn’t understand and he can’t fault you for that. It’s just hard to focus on thing slike a marriage and love when he’s getting people killed left and right.
Divorcing you was one of the hardest things he ever had to do not because he didn’t love you anymore but because he thought it was the only way to protect you. It’s also why he didn’t contact you in those four years. He kept hjis kids in his life because he’d do anything for them but only when he knew he wasn’t going to be out on a hunt.
You and your kids drive up to the cabin Friday night so you can have the entire weekend up there. The closer you get to the cabin, the more nervous you get. What will it be like seeing Dean after all this time? He’s been in his fair share of relationships thanks to Sam telling you, so you wonder what his new girlfriend might think about him spending time up here with his ex-wife.
You park and get out of the car, already seeing Dean’s shiny black Impala in the driveway. Your kids run up the stairs of the cabin calling for their dad while you stay by the car to get the bags. You heave the kids’ firsts since their suitcases are light before grasping the handle of yours. A bigger hand encases yours to help, and you look to the right to see Dean standing there.
“Let me,” he says.
“Hi,” you whisper.
“Hey, sweetheart.”
Even now, with all this time apart, that nickname makes your heart flutter. He takes the bag out of the trunk and takes one the smaller suitcases before heading up the porch stairs into the cabin. This was a bad idea. You know it’s a bad idea because all you can think about is the time you two spent apart and how much you want him back. You’re still in love with him as the day when you first told him.
You take the other two suitcases and join your family inside the cabin. It’s snowing outside but it doesn’t look too bad. Tonight might be a mellow night even though you saw storm clouds in the distance. When it storms, the power loves to go out so you hope it doesn’t happen tonight.
“I bought pizza on my way up here. We can reheat it in the oven. I figure it makes for an easy night tonight.”
“Thanks,” you mutter.
Dean heats the pizza in the oven before letting the kids take what they want. They take their food into the living room to watch a movie while you and Dean stay in the kitchen.
“So, how have you been?” he asks.
“Oh, um, good, I guess. How are you?”
“Look, this doesn’t have to be awkward. It’s only for a weekend.”
“Right,” you chuckle breathlessly. “So, how much convincing did it take from Sam to get you out here?”
“None, actually. It was my idea.”
“Your idea?”
“Yeah. I know the kids love snow and I figure we could all use a break.”
“So, how is hunting going?”
Dean doesn’t want to talk about that with you not because he wants to keep you from it, but because he doesn’t want this place to be tied to hunting. He shakes his head without saying a word and you understand he doesn’t want to talk about it. Since you got here late, the kids grew tired right after the end of the movie. The sun has gone past the horizon, and you don’t need the sun to tell you that a storm is rolling in.
“Alright, time for bed,” you say to the kids.
They whine but you know they’re tired. You turn then TV off but keep the lamps on since your sons like the room to have a bit of light when they sleep. This is a one bedroom cabin but the living room has such a big couch that all three kids can snuggle on it like one big sleepover. However, right as you turn the TV off, all the lights go off. The power is cut off because of the storm outside.
“I knew this was going to happen,” you chuckle humorlessly.
“Mommy, I’m cold,” your youngest shudders.
Along with the power cut off, the heater had run its course. The only place where you can get heat is the big fireplace in the bedroom.
“Alright, you three can take the bedroom. I’ll put more firewood in there. It’ll be warm. Is that okay, Dean?”
“Yeah, that’s fine. I’ll get the wood.”
You take the kids and tuck all three of them into bed while Dean puts more than enough wood into the fireplace. He lets it burn and keeps the grate closed to keep the ash from falling out. The only light source available is the fire which the kids don’t seem to mind.
“We’ll be right outside if you need us. I love you all. Good night,” you grin and kiss each of their heads.
“Night, kids,” Dean says.
You two walk to the dark living room where you take one side of the couch and Dean takes the other. You’re not sure what to say so you keep your mouth shut. However, the cold seeps into your skin and causes goosebumps to rise. It doesn’t matter how many blankets you have on you, the cold seems to want to attack your bones. You’d snuggle with Dean to stay warm but you don’t want to be lying in his arms. You haven’t felt his arms in so long that you fear you’ll fall right back in love with him.
Who am I kidding? I never fell out of it.
“Oh, my God, just lay on the couch with me.”
“Why?”
“Because I can hear your teeth chattering, and I won’t be able to sleep.”
“Fine,” you huff out in annoyance.
You move across the couch over to Dean and slip underneath the blanket with him. He’s always been warm and it’s no exception now. He rubs your back that sends a different kind of shiver down your back, and you look up at him in curiosity. After spending four years away from him, you’re now lying in his arms.
It scares you how easy it is still to do this with him. It’s like you belong in his arms. Reality hits you when you remember his relationship status, and you move away from him so you can stare into his eyes.
“Won’t your girlfriend be mad you’re cuddling with your ex-wife?”
“Not my girlfriend anymore. Don’t really care.”
“Oh? What did you do?”
“What makes you think I did something?”
“I know you, Dean. What did you do?”
“Let’s not go there, okay? Just go to sleep.”
He closes his eyes to signify that he’s going to sleep but you’re not letting him off that easily.
“Oh, no, we’re talking about this. What did you do? Come on, it couldn’t have been that bad.”
“Fine.” He sharply inhales and opens his eyes. “You want to know what I did? I broke up with her because she’s not you. Because every day I spend wondering what I did wrong to make you not love me anymore. For the first time in four years, I’m happy in a freezing cold cabin lying on an uncomfortable couch because you are back in my arms. Is that enough of an explanation for you?”
You’re stunned into silence as your brain processes his words. This is his love confession for you. He’s just as in love with you as you are with him.
“I didn’t divorce you because I stopped loving you. I never stopped loving you,” you whisper.
“Then what did I do? You tell me that.”
“You decided on your own that you were the only person capable of taking care of you. You made decisions without asking me. Just because you know what my answer would be, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t ask. You shut me out. Hunting became too much and you shut me out.”
“You told me you didn’t want anything to do with the life.”
“I didn’t and I still don’t but that doesn’t mean I didn’t want nothing to do with you. You were my husband, Dean. Seeing you in pain brought me pain and you decided to suffer alone.”
“I didn’t…” He swallow thickly and looks down. “I didn’t want you dying because of me. I’d die myself if you or the kids got harmed because of me.”
“Dean,” you whisper.
“All I want to do now is take you and kiss you and prove to you that I am the man that you can love. So, you have three seconds.”
“Three seconds for what?”
“Three seconds to tell me not to kiss you, and I will go to bed and pretend none of this ever happened. If you feel for me what I feel for you, I will spend the rest of my life making it up to you. Three.” You don’t say anything. “Two.” You move closer to him so only a whisper lies between your lips and his. “One.”
He closes the gap and kisses you, and sparks explode behind your eyelids. He makes you feel the same way as he did from the moment you first kissed him. You don’t realize how much you’ve missed him until this exact moment.
“Marry me again,” he whispers against your lips.
“Yes,” you whisper back.

In the Dead of Night
Pairing: Edward Cullen x Swan!Reader
Warnings:none really, renee being a bad mom, reader having to basically parent both renee and bella, charlie being typical charlie, edward maybe ooc?
Words:5712
Nessa=Renesmee but like hell I’m keeping that name xD
You felt a bit shell shocked when your father drove his police cruiser through the small town of Forks. Both you and Bella have your faces pressed against your respective windows. Charlie catches a glimpse of his daughters via rear view mirror and smiles a little to himself.
Gone was the sand of Arizona as was the blazing sun that had you feeling uncomfortable in your own skin. Little love would be lost from leaving Arizona. That was something you and Bella could agree on.
The blues and grays that was a perpetual filter over Forks better suited you. Spending your last high school year wouldn’t be too bad. Then you could decide to live anywhere you want. No more responsibility for Bella and suffering from a flighty and unpredictable mom. While you love them both dearly, it wasn’t easy growing up having to act like a parent to both of them. Bella excelled academically, but you constantly worried for her safety. She was like a magnet for danger. There was always a scrap to bandage or something else that required you to comfort her through.
Renee was no better. It was worse being a mother to your actual mom. You were the one to always call her when it was getting too late. Always you taking care of Bella because Renee took a surprise trip and just left you a note and some money.
Just because you were a year older than your sister, Renee deemed you ready enough to be a substitute mom.
At least she never let the two of you go starving or without anything. That much you would give her.
There was hardly any emotional warmth in the house though.
Much like everything else about Forks, nothing seemed to have changed in Charlie’s home. The two small beds had new sheets on them but everything else was as you and Bella had left it.
“Sorry the two of you have to share a room.” Charlie awkwardly apologizes. He addresses you “I know how older kids like to have their own space.”
That was laughable. You’d never had your own space, but it was sweet of him. “Don’t worry about it.” You offer him an unsteady grin as you and your sister still felt partially awkward around your dad. It’s been years since you’ve even spoken to him for this long. He never fought to see you and seemed perfectly satisfied to lose contact with both of you.
Every inch of the room was frozen in time as your eyes rove in observation.
You remind yourself that it was just one. More year. One more year and just one bathroom shared between the three of you.
Breaking the silence was a sharp honk coming from right outside your bedroom window. Both you and Bella scramble to peer out of it.
A beat up, rusty red pickup truck turns its engine off. You’re still unable to see its occupants.
“That would be Billy Black.” Your dad explained with a small smile.
the last name did ring a bell in your vague memory from. Childhood. You look at Bella who just shrugs and follows Charlie into the hallway.
Outside a young teenager is helping an older man into a waiting wheelchair.
Charlie clears his throat. “You girls remember billy Black.”
Billy’s smile is warm and makes your posture relax a bit. “Glad you’re finally here.”
Both he and Charlie become distracted by their own conversation leaving the teen boy to introduce himself. “I’m Jacob. I think both of you made mud pies with me and my sisters when we were younger.”
Mud pies did sound familiar but that resurfacing memory fades when Charlie tells you that the truck is a gift for you and Bella. A homecoming gift.
**
Parking your truck in the student lot, you drum your fingers along the steering wheel. Bella in the passenger seat inhales deeply.
“We’ll get through this.” you remind her.
She looks at you with large, nervous eyes. When she was frightened, Bella always reminded you of Bambi. “Yeah. It’s just. . . the first day of school is always the worst. And we know absolutely no one here.”
“I know you.” You pipe in and it makes Bella smile if only a little bit. “That’s gotta be worth something. C’mon. Best we get acquainted with the school before the bell rings.”
Centering your courage, you tell yourself this was just another day at a high school that was like many others throughout the country.
After paying a visit to the school’s office to get your schedules, you and Bella hold them up to compare classes. Due to age you didn’t have any of the same classes together.
Too busy studying your piece of paper, you don’t notice the hurried footsteps rushing behind you.
“New girls!”
You jump, letting out a high pitch curse word. Bella holds her hand to her chest like she just experienced a heart attack.
Thoroughly annoying both Swan sister was a kid closer to Bella’s age. His smile was friendly enough but you didn’t appreciate how he had snuck up on you. “Sorry, didn’t mean to spook you guys!”
His name was Eric and turned out to be very insistent that he show you two around.
Reluctantly you go along with it, figuring no harm came from knowing at least one person.
Even though he was a tad annoying, Eric did prove to be a helpful guide.
You and Bella started your first few classes without a hitch.
At lunch, Bella introduced you to two more kids she had met in her gym class as well as a bubbly girl who blinded you by the pictures she took of you and your sister.
You’d met a few of your same year classmates and found them agreeable. They must have liked you too because they did invite you to eat with them. You didn’t want to leave Bella by herself the first day though. Integration was not something Bella was keen on.
In grade school you’d often be called in from your own class to help Bella calm down. It was safer just to make sure she was happily acclimated before you went off to do your own thing.
You mind wanders as you pick at your food. Peers around talk of typical high school experiences and asked you about your school in Arizona.
Jessica is chatting animatedly with Bella until the double doors of the cafeteria that led outside open.
Five of the most beautiful people you’d ever seen saunter inside like they own the damn place.
Painfully divine, their skin as smooth as porcelain and blemish free. Eyes painted in differing shades of golden honey.
The first four were paired off, leaving the boy with bronze colored hair trailing behind them.
Even Bella couldn’t tear her eyes from them as Jessica tells both of you about the Cullens. Adopted by the local doctor and how infamously unobtainable Edward was.
Gorgeous they were, but there’s a coldness to them.
As if reading your thoughts, Edward’s eyes happen to single you out and stare. He reminded you of a predatory hawk with those intense irises that were so unusual. You’d never seen anyone with an eye color like that before. Like a polished piece of precious metal.
Eerily he grins at you before returning his attention to his adoptive siblings.
First one to get out, you wait for Bella in the truck as the last shriek of the bell rings through the air above the school.
You spot her, a deep frown already on her face. When she gets in you ask what’s wrong. Of course she’s always reluctant to say right away what’s bothering her. Possibly taking after Charlie too much in that respect.
“That Edward guy is in my biology class.” She mumbles while buckling herself in. By her tone it didn’t sound like a good thing. “I had to sit next to him and. . . he was just really weird.”
“How so?”
She shrugs her shoulders. “He was making facing like I smelled.”
Leaning in, you give her a big sniff making Bella’s cheeks self consciously pinken. “You smell fine to me.”
That wasn’t enough to satisfy her though.
“Don’t worry about him.” You halfheartedly offer. “There’s clearly something wrong with him.”
Not until the next day would you have your own strange encounter with Edward Cullen.
Barely having just closed our locker, you jump when you see him standing there. At your bemused expression, Edward awkwardly smiles and leans against the lockers. “You’re (y/n) Swan.”
“And you’re Edward Cullen.” You raise a challenging brow. All last night Bella had been so concerned about how she smelled thanks to this guy.
The lightness of his smile dims and you notice how he appears to mentally back step as to not say anything stupid.
“Feels like I’m failing at that already.” He says under his breath.
“What?”
“Sorry.” He closes his pretty eyes that had pinned you in place. “I. . .”
Bella bounds over to you in a hurry, almost bumping into other students in the process. “Here (y/n)! I think I accidentally. . .” she notices Edward standing next to you “took your notebook. . .”
You see Bella shrink into herself as she hands you your notebook. Yup, it was your’s. Tattered and covered with sharpie doodles on the front. “Thanks Bells.”
Before things could get awkward, Edward immediately blurts “I”m sorry about yesterday. I was not quite feeling well that day before class.”
By Bella’s eyebrows creasing, you read that as Bella not quite buying his excuse. However she didn’t press and simply nods in acknowledgement. “I-It’s okay.”
Even you don’t necessarily buy it but at least he apologized. Now that the air was clear of that mess, you bid Edward a goodbye and tell Bella you’d see her at lunch.
Throughout the day though, you caught Edward staring at you. It always felt like he could read your mind because the moment you thought this creepy, he would avert his focus and look to somewhere else.
Following days, while you didn’t catch him staring at you, you would fel his nearness. You couldn’t say his attention was unwelcome. After all, he was incredibly good looking to an unbelievable degree.
Bella thought him weird, but she’d had a chip on her shoulder toward him since the first day.
Once in a while, she’d point out that the smallest of the Cullens, Alice, had been staring at you. Catching her doing this only once, Alice merely smiled at you unabashedly like you were a friend from long ago.
Stranger to come was when they actually start talking to you (besides the blondie Rosalie). A few words here and there. According to Jessica they never talk to anyone else outside of their family bubble.
A month passes and your new Forks routine finally feels normal and established.
Bella tend to spend all of her free time in La Push with Jacob and his friends. You encourage this for it granted you precious time to yourself. For a few hours, the house was entirely your’s. You enjoy lounging in the living room, your books and papers scattered everywhere as you lazily “study” while simultaneously watching tv.
A tickle along your neck alerted you to an unseen presence though. Apprehension pulls your face away from the screen and off to the side where the window was. While you weren’t completely sure, you thought you saw a flash of movement.
Incidences like that continued until March.
Edward’s action became bolder toward you. Conversations lasting more than a few seconds. From bits and pieces you started to pick up on odd little quirks. Sometimes you were so sure that he could read your mind.
You found his awkwardness around you admittedly adorable. From the way Jessica had described him, you thought he was stuck up due to his good looks. Also you hadn’t forgotten how distant all the Cullens were to their peers. But he’d be a little tongue tied around you. Scrambling to come up with appropriate words. Amusing to watch him stumble over himself.
Until he asked you out. On an actual date.
It could have been a prank. This wouldn’t be the first time someone asked you out for it to only be a joke. Of course this would cause you to be apprehensive.
“Now why would Edward Cullen want to go out on a date with the new girl?” You fold your arms in front of your chest.
Instead of being intimidated by your defensive stance, Edward smiles. “You make it sound like me liking you is impossible.”
“Ah, you like me.” Damn, your heart did flutter at that and there was a stupid smile that was trying to force your lips upward.
“I know I don’t know much about you. But I would like to.” Edward adds when he sensed your wavering skepticism.
“Since when are you dating Edward Cullen?!” Bella slammed the door of the truck.
You have to mentally count now. “Well, it’s probably been a week now.” After your first date, during the time where Charlie and Bella were out of the house, you knew that there would be more dates to come. Never had you got along so well with anyone. There had been no awkward moments and the mere lulls in conversation had been neutral. One odd thing about it was that Edward had eaten so little of his food.
Her eyes are comically large with disbelief. “You can’t be serious. H-How-“
“Well I’ve finally had time to myself.” You shrug. “Figure that time would be better spent doing something that makes me happy.” Edward hadn’t been as odd as you initially expected him to be. Sure he spoke like an old timey gentleman. His speech pattern was eloquent, a lost talent among boys these days that utterly delighted you.
“(Y/n). . . I don’t trust him. . . Or the rest of his family for that fact.” She uncomfortably looks ahead, her arms wrapped around herself.
“Why’s that?”
She bites her bottom lip, a nasty habit she’d developed when she was in kindergarten. “There’s just something not right about them. Jake was telling me something about them. How they don’t go there due to a pact their ancestors made with his. They were called the Cold Ones.”
You wanted to laugh at her serious tone. That girl was reading too many supernatural romance books. “You realize how silly that sounds.”
“I’m being serious.”
Trying to focus on your driving, you only half listen to her. “So am I Bella.”
Edward asked you to the spring dance the very next day.
Come April, you and Edward would be together for nearly a month. Impressive in your eyes considering that this was your first real relationship. In that time, Edward invited you over to his house many times. You got to know the rest of the family. You didn’t want to pick favorites but Emmett and Alice definitely held a special place in your heart.
They took care of you when you were lonely or had been fighting with Bella and Charlie.
Dating Edward had suddenly become a fuse in your relationship with the both of them. Neither liked you dating a member of the Cullens. You didn’t understand. For Charlie it may have been a protective father thing, but you still didn’t know why Bella held on to her dislike of them so fervently. You wouldn’t take the story Jacob gave her as an excuse.
Esme especially became the caring mother you never had. She was patient and was good at listening to your problems, even giving you words of wisdom. You felt whole when you were with them.
This was something Charlie and Bella couldn’t comprehend.
**
“Bella?”
While that voice had never spoken to her before, Bella knew the owner.
She turned around to face the petite Alice who was like a real life pixie.
Her guard is put up immediately. The Cullens only ever spoke to her sister (y/n). This. . . This was new. They hadn’t even bothered looking her way. Not even when Edward would come up to her when Bella was there and just swoop in.
Alice smiles prettily. “I was wondering if we can talk? Just for a few minutes, I promise.”
“What did you want to talk about?”
The smaller girl doesn’t reply but looks around uncertainly. “I was hoping I can speak with you somewhere less crowded.”
Pursing her lips, the last thing she wanted to do was be alone with her. Still, it was better than for them to get odd looks.
Bella relented and followed Bella to an empty corridor where the janitor’s closet was tucked away.
Alice began immediately “This is going to sound crazy. I know it will. But I need you to understand something about your sister and Edward. I know their relationship must seem so out of the blue. And I know you don’t particularly like us. (Y/n) and Edward, they’re meant to be together.”
And (y/n) had told her that Jacob’s story had sounded silly. This was downright insane for Alice to be saying.
She had sparse time to wrap her head around it before Alice spoke again. “It’s a deeper connection than between a human male and female. They’re coming together was predestined.”
Now Bella couldn’t hold it in as she let out her laugh. She couldn’t help the giggles that rolled out of her.
A frown upon her lips, Alice stood there until Bella quieted down.
Wiping the small tears that had pricked at her eyes, Bella said “Yeah that does sound crazy. You sound crazy.”
“Bella-“
“Look,” Bella checks the time on her phone to make sure the bell wouldn’t ring anytime soon “you, Edward and your entire weird family need to leave us alone.”
**
The ride home that day was absolute shit.
You and Bella were screaming at one another as you tried not to let your rage translate to your driving. How dare she have the gull to tell you that you needed to stop seeing Edward. Stop running to his family. What Alice had said was weird, that was true, but Alice had always been a little weirder than the rest of her family. That’s what you liked most about Alice. She wouldn’t apologize for being different.
When you reach the house, you slam on your breaks and tell Bella to get out.
“This is my truck too!!” Bella yells at you, refusing to move.
“Isabella Marie Swan” you hiss and Bella freezes having heard that tone before. It was the one you used to scold her when she was being a naughty child “You are my sister and I love you, but you need to get the fuck out of this truck.”
Her eyes are filling with trembling tears as she looks at you with shock smacking her cheeks pink with indignation and hurt.
You glare at her using all of your built up resentment that you’d accumulated through the years. Having to put Bella before yourself. Really it wasn’t her fault. The fault lay on Renee, but the way Bella was acting right now made you furious.
Slowly, she puts her hand on the door handle and pushes it open. She slips out but makes sure to slam the door extra hard.
Not bothering to look back, you shift into reverse and peel out of there.
There was only one place you wanted to be right now. People who would understand you.
Vampire.
Now that was to be the shock of the day.
You stare at the broken blade of the butcher knife that Edward had used to demonstrate the strength of his skin. He even read your mind to the ‘t’.
“So. . . Mates?” You hesitantly bring up the catalyst to Edward telling you that he and the rest of his family were vampires. That was what Bella had said Alice called them.
Bashfully he grins. “Ah. . . Yeah. Vampires mate for life. And. . . Well, Alice can see the future. She saw a future with us together.”
“Really?”
“Yeah.” Worry shines in his eyes. Would this be too much for you? The expression seemed to say.
Your head is buzzing and warm from all of this. So much had happened in just two hours that you were having a slow time at processing everything. This was a lot.
“Sorry to spring this all on you.” Edward sighs. “I’ve been thinking on how I would tell you. As you can see it’s not something I can tell just anyone. I was scared that you wouldn’t want me anymore. That you would feel our relationship forced.”
“It’s definitely a lot, but it doesn’t change how I feel about you.” You smile up at him and the break of relief on his face sends your own smile onto your lips.
He holds you to him and you return the embrace tenfold. The Cullens had been the best things to happen in your life. To know that you always belonged with them was enough to reinforce that thought.
“Is it too soon to say I love you?” He whispers against your temple.
“Not for us.”
May passed as did the spring dance where you and Edward had come to a certain agreement.
This agreement was discussed with the rest of the Cullens. Everyone was on board (of course again except for Rosalie).
Tension at the Swan household had been near suffocating. You had to be patient though.
The day of senior graduation wouldn’t be remembered for the event itself. It would always be remembered as the last day anyone saw you.
***
Three years.
That’s how long her sister had been missing.
Three years since the Cullens had been gone as well, their house lay vacant and empty. As if they had never lived there.
Charlie had exhausted all resources in trying to find (y/n).
Bella didn’t have it in her to leave the state for college. Not with Charlie still a mess. He cursed the Cullen name daily. People looked at them with pity.
She attended college via computer to be close to Charlie and keep an eye on him. In the meantime she’d picked up a job at the store Mike’s father owned. Decent money, enough to put her through school along with her scholarships.
Honestly, Bella wished she knew if her sister left on purpose or by force. Maybe that would lessen the hurt she left in her wake.
It was looking bleak though and nearly everyone stopped searching for her.
Huffing out a sigh, Bella runs her fingers through her hair in weariness and sets down her pencil. She couldn’t focus anymore. Not when the anniversary of (y/n)’s disappearance was one month away. It was like every day leading up to (y/n)’s senior graduation was being replayed in Bella’s dreams. The constant fighting and ensuing silence that followed were daily occurrences in those weeks. Bella had called (y/n) delusional. (Y/n) had called Bella an ungrateful brat.
So many words she wanted to take back but the damage was done.
The doorbell rings, calling Bella to attention and she sluggishly leaves her room to glide down the stairs. She opens the door and her heart nearly stops.
“(Y-y/n)?”
The person at her door looked so much like (y/n) except. . . Well, (y/n) wasn’t ugly, but she’d never been this beautiful. Her skin was stunning and seemed to glow. The best features of her face seemed to be enhanced in some way. Makeup maybe but Bella couldn’t say for sure.
What was absolutely different from (y/n) were the gold colored eyes. Cullen eyes.
Speaking of, Edward stood to the side of her looking the same as he did three years ago. His eyes matched (y/n)’s.
On (y/n)’s other side. . .
Bella had never seen this girl before. Eerily though she looked like both (y/n) and Edward mixed together but she was far too old to be their kid. No way. But. . . She had the color of what (y/n)’s eyes used to be. The warmest brown. Her fair skinned face is framed by Edward’s bronze ringlets.
“Hey. . .” (Y/n) tries to smile. “Please don’t freak out but can we come in?”
Dumbly, Bella stares and she vaguely remembers nodding her head before letting the three inside.
(Y/n)’s gold eyes move quickly around the house. “Wow. . . Still nothing has changed.” She murmured to herself.
It was like Bella was watching a ghost float down the hall to the living room. Edward and the unnamed girl following after her. The girl shot worrying looks over to Bella before following Edward.
Stiffly, Bella followed the procession into the living room and watched them sit down.
“You’re alive.”
(Y/n) grimaced and chooses her words carefully. “Yes. . . I. . . I’m so sorry Bella.
Bella looked at Edward. “You ran away with him.”
She nodded and Edward put a protective hand atop of (y/n)’s. Only then did Bella spot the gold band wrapped around (y/n)’s left ring finger.
Swallowing thickly, Bella looked at her older sister. “You eloped.” She corrected herself.
“Yes.” (Y/n) replied within a heartbeat. “I don’t regret the decision but I regret hurting you and Charlie. I should have left a note but I was so angry with the both of you. It was childish and I’m sorry if you and Charlie suffered.”
Both Edward and the young girl watch Bella carefully; gauging her reaction.
“And. . .” (Y/n) glanced at Edward who subtly nods “and I wanted to explain why I left and for you to meet our daughter, Nessa.”
**
Oh were you nervous.
You didn’t even think a vampire could feel this nervous.
If only you could read your sister better. Not even Edward could delve into her mind though.
This was bad. You knew coming had been a bad idea and that you may make things worse by telling her. But you couldn’t let go of the guilt with just up and leaving Bella. For the longest time you had watched over her. It felt weird to just abandon her. At the same time though, eloping with Edward had been something you really needed.
You’d married Edward immediately when you were deemed a safe distance away.
The life you had chosen was not what you had first anticipated.
From that first night of being physical with Edward, you became pregnant. He had planned to change you the very next day but now he couldn’t.
Everyone freaked out most certainly, but while the pregnancy was not the easiest, it definitely moved along quickly.
Early on you found how blood actually fed you and the fetus better than any human food. Great practice for what you would have to do once you were transformed. Edward had doubts of if you would survive. Alice’s sight was what gave you your calm. No matter what she still saw you in Edward’s future. As she did your daughter.
You couldn’t meet your daughter right away after her birth.
Once she’d been removed from you, Edward immediately changed you. This was all part of the plan. Everyone knew going into it that it would be unlikely for you to survive naturally. The only thing that would save you would be vampire venom.
Before your state got any weaker, Edward sunk his teeth into you.
You were born again into a sturdier body.
Your hybrid daughter, much like in the womb, grew fast but you noticed a decline in growth once her second birthday came around. Now she looked much like your frozen age of eighteen.
You knew she’d have an incredulous look when you introduced Nessa. It easily led into you explaining what had happened. You even used the same demonstration Edward had three years prior when telling you that he was a vampire. You’d buy Charlie a new knife to replace the broken one that bent against the force of your diamond strong skin.
All the while, Bella was absolutely silent. She couldn’t take her eyes off of you or Nessa. Then after you’re done speaking, her focus turns to your husband and Bella’s brown eyes narrow.
Wanting to erase that expression of deep bitterness that she shot Edward, you apologize once again for leaving. How many times had you apologized?
“You abandoned us for them. We thought. . . We were thinking the worst (y/n). All this time. . .” Bella’s eyes burned with a mixture of hurt and betrayal. Her bottom lip which she usually chewed when she was nervous trembled. While her and Charlie had been worried sick, (y/n) had become this monstrously beautiful creature. You could feel her emotions boiling over and you allow her to scald you. “And you waited three years to come back.”
“I had to get through the newborn phase.” Hastily you explain. “There was no way I could have seen you earlier. I needed. . . Needed to learn control over this new body of mine.”
You’re grateful that Edward keeps quiet but you could feel him stir beside you, not liking how you’re basically groveling with explanations with the hope that Bella would forgive you. He had warned you about this. About it being too much for Bella.
“Control.” Bella laughed at that making you inwardly flinch at the disdain dripping from her. “This is what you call control? Abandoning your family, leaving us in agony-”
“For the longest time I had to give up MY own happiness.” Instantly you snap, feeling heat rush through you although you knew that you couldn’t really get hot or cold. “I gave up my childhood to take care of not just you but freaking Renee too!! I wanted to be selfish for once in my life. And yes, it has made me beyond happy making a life with the Cullens and MY daughter.”
Never had you voiced your resentment of never having anything to yourself. Bella couldn’t have possibly known.
Now Bella’s narrowed eyes turn to Nessa who is staring wide eyed at her aunt. “And what about her? What kind of abomination is she? A mix of human and vampire? How could you bring such a monstrosity into this world?”
Abruptly, Edward stands. Unable to let her slander go on any further even as you grab at the sleeve of his shirt to pull him back down. Nessa’s face fell, her innocent eyes cloud with hurt making even you want to snap at your cruel sister. “She’s our daughter, Bella. She’s not a monster. She’s a beautiful, innocent child who deserves love and acceptance.”
From how fast he had stood, Bella had pressed herself into the couch; partially out of fear of what an enraged vampire would do.
Glancing at Nessa, you notice that Bella did seem to soften even if a little bit when she caught the hurt on Nessa’s face.
Taking a deep breath, Bella pulls her back away from the couch cushion. Even if she hated you for leaving, she had no reason to hate your daughter. Something in her throat bobs with emotion. “I’m sorry Nessa. . . But I can’t condone any of this.” She goes back to you. “You ran off to live some happy little life while leaving Charlie and I to mourn. I’m sorry it was so terrible taking care of me that you felt you had to run away.”
“Bella-”
“I need all of you to get out before Charlie comes home. He. . . He can’t see you like this.”
You don’t want to leave, not until Bella understood why you left but it was a losing battle as she could only focus on her hurt.
Nessa grabs your hand and through her supernatural talent of conveying her thoughts and feelings, she sends you comforting waves of how you were still loved by her and the Cullens. That this didn’t have to be the end of it, but that it would be best to give your sister space.
Your Nessa had always been so smart beyond her years thanks to her accelerated brain. You squeeze her hand in your grip and nod.
Leaving made you feel like you had lost but it was the best thing to do right now and not push Bella.
Edward kept his arm wrapped around your shoulders as he led you and Nessa back to his car.
“That could have gone so much worse.” You say once all of you return to the old Cullen house. Nessa had gone off to help Esme with cleaning up the place. They’d always loved their Forks home and were loathe to leave in the beginning. You promised Esme that all of you would return one day.
Edward kisses your temple and hums. “Didn’t expect her to say those things about Nessa.” He was still upset at that. Nessa was a miracle and the family’s pride and joy. After giving birth to her, Rosalie even started to warm up toward you.
You wished you had seen Charlie but Bella may have been right about it best that he didn’t see you so changed. Alice had given you contact lenses that matched your human color eyes but they irritated your eyes and would only last for an hour or two.
“I did hurt them by leaving.” You mumble. “I know that. Is it bad that I don’t regret my actions though?” The fact that you hadn’t even left a note had bothered you the past three years. Instead you let Edward spirit you away in the dead of night where no prying eyes could see where you disappeared into.
“You did what you had to do to get freedom.” Edward coaxes you to the tarp covered couch and onto his lap so your head lay on his chest. He cradles you in his arms and holds you close to him. “We have Nessa now because of the decisions you made.”
Yes, you had your Nessa and a family that actually supported you instead of forcing so much responsibility on you.
You were unarguably happier than before.

Peter hale x daughter!reader - similar to us
Hello, long time no see! How are you doing? I hope you're doing okay. I saw that you request was now open and I wanted to know if I could for a Peter Hale x daughter reader ( teen wolf crossover twilight) where she told her dad that she has a boyfriend (it can be Jacob or paul whoever you decide) and she wants him to meet him and how the meetings go. Please and of course if it's okay with you to do a Peter as a father of reader if not then ignore my request. - @bakakara666💜
You had been seeing Jacob for a while, and you weren’t sure how to bring it up to your dad until tonight when he happened to hear you on the phone to your boyfriend.
“So.” Peter said.
“So..” you mumbled.
You and Peter stared at one another and he smirked slowly.
“Wanna tell me who that was?” He mused.
You whistled slightly as you tried to walk away, but he grabbed the back of your back making you stop and he pulled you back.
Looking up at your dad, you gave a sheepish smile.
“Boyfriend..”
“So is that who you’re going to see this weekend?”
You nodded and he nodded back.
“Great, I’m coming.”
“Dad!”
All weekend you tried to talk Peter out of coming with you, you even tried asking Derek to help you but he liked the idea of Peter being gone.
So as you drove to the reserve, you had to listen to your dad ramble on about how Jake better be strong and he better be able to protect you.
“Dad he’s a werewolf too! Okay? He can protect me!”
“What’s his pack?”
“You wouldn’t know it they’re not like us. They’re different werewolves, you’ll see.”
He kept trying to get answers out of you but you wouldn’t give them to him so he pouted as you drove.
When you pulled up, you jumped out of the car before your dad and ran to your boyfriend, jumping in his arms.
“I missed you..” Jake whispered.
“I missed your too..”
He set you down and kissed the top of your head and wrapped an arm around your shoulder.
“This is my dad. Peter Hale. Dad, this is my boyfriend. Jacob Black.”
Jake moved away from you and held his hand out to your dad, and your dad looked at it.
He grilled Jacobs’s hand tightly, and Jacob did the same thing and you slapped both of the theirs hands.
“Dad!” You hissed.
“Where’s the modesty in this place, put on a shirt.” Peter huffed.
“It’s normal dad. Okay? Just leave it.”
The three of you walked to where the rest of the pack was standing and you introduced everyone.
It was really tense as you dad stared at them all and he roared at them.
His eyes turned blue and you sighed, pinching the bridge of your nose you did the same thing back at him.
“Playing big bad wolf? Let’s play.” Paul grinned.
He phased and dug his paws into the ground and you poked his nose making him growl a little bit.
“No. Bad Paul. We don’t hurt me dad even if he is an ass.”
“Ouch. Okay.”
Peter walked over and looked at Paul, tilting his head a little.
“Curious, and you can all do it?”
The pack nodded and they all phased, showing different sized and coloured wolves as they circled the pair of you.
“How curious indeed. I’ve never come across anything like this.”
“You can’t take over the pack don’t even think about it dad.”
He raised his hands and you rolled your eyes at him, mixing in with the wolves as you walked among them until you found Jake and you wrapped your arm over his head.
He whined a little, nudging his head against you as he closed his eyes.
Peter watched your carefully.
He didn’t care for anyone.
But you?
He would kill literally anyone for you.
But seeing how safe you were among the other werewolves he was convinced that it was okay for you to keep coming here.
But of course like any father would he was going to keep giving you a hard time about it because he had to

Y/N Swan daughter of Charlie Swan and Renee Dwyer. She was two years younger than Bella and was in her Junior year of high school. Bella had already graduated from highschool and left forks with her boyfriend Jacob leaving her single father behind. Y/N had arrived a few days later and she had run up to her father before hugging him tightly. "I missed you so much kiddo" Charlie said as he hugged his youngest daughter. He pulled away and looked down at Y/N to see her hair was dyed a dark purple color and she had a nose piercing. "Well you sure have grown" he said as he ruffled Y/N's hair up. "Come on dad don't do that" Y/N grumbled out as she swatted his hand off before fixing her hair. "Still a grump though I see" he said before picking up Y/N's suitcases and walking into the house. Y/N followed him in and shut the door behind her. "Your room is still the same I hope you don't mind that" Charlie said as the two made their way upstairs. "No I don't mind" Y/N said as they walked to her room. Charlie set the suitcases down before opening Y/N's door. "Y/N walked in and looked around the room.
"I'll let you settle in then we'll go to the diner alright" Charlie said and Y)N nodded. "Thanks dad" Y/N said as she kissed her father's cheek before shutting the door. She walked over and flopped onto the bed sighing as she rolled onto her back. She looked up at the ceiling before sitting back up. She criss-crossed her legs before looking around the room smiling.
Y/N walked into school the next day looking at her schedule when she heard someone speak to her. "You're Y/N Swan right" a boy said causing Y/N to look up. "Yeah I am" Y/N said and the boy smiled before holding his hand out. "I'm Eric" the boy said and Y/N just smiled. "Well it's nice to meet you" Y/N said and the boy rubbed the back of his neck. "Guessing you don't like contact much" he said and Y/N just stayed silent and went back to looking at her schedule.
It was lunch time now and Y/N was sitting at a table with Eric and his friends when she felt two pairs of eyes on her. She looked up and over her shoulder to see five people sitting at a far table. The two women were looking at Y/N already causing her face to flush before she looked away. "Who are those five" Y/N said causing the group to look at her before she motioned towards the far table. "Oh those are the Cullen's the black haired boy is Emmett Cullen he's so hot, the blonde haired boys name is Jasper Hale the brown haired boys name is Edward Cullen and the two girls Rosalie Hale & Alice Cullen their dating each other" Jessica said and Y/N looked back over to see the two woman staring at her but with slight smirks this time. Alice had looked Y/N up and down before looking at Rosalie who looked back at her.
"Y/N" Angela said snapping her fingers in front of Y/N's face causing her to snap out of it. She looked back over at her friends to see them all looking at her already. "What were you saying" Y/N said and they all sighed. As her friends went back to talking she glanced back over quickly to see them all looking at her now causing her to whip her head back.
"I crave you in the most innocent form" Rosalie said as she stepped towards Y/N who was standing in the middle of the room. "I crave to say good night and give you forehead kisses and to say that I adore you when you feel at your worst" Alice said as she put her hands on Y/N's shoulders causing her to jump slightly at the cold contact. "I crave you in ways where I just want to be next to you and nothing more or less" the both of them said as Rosalie stopped in front of Y/N and leaned in while grabbing Y/N's hands with her cold one's causing Y/N to shiver. Rosalie's lips touched Y/N's before she gasped. She looked around the room and realized she was in her bedroom in her bed. She touched her forehead and she felt sweat making her rub her arm across it. "What the hell was that I've never had a dream like that before and why the hell did I dream about those two" Y/N muttered out as she stroked her hands through her dark purple hair. She fell back onto her bed and looked up at the ceiling. She sighed before getting out of bed and walked towards her computer desk.
The next day at Lunch Y/N waited by the door the Cullens had walked in through the day before. The group stopped when they saw Y/N standing there waiting. She pushed herself off the wall and looked at them. "What are you doing here" Edward said and was about to walk towards Y/N but Rosalie stopped him with a hand against his chest. "I want to know why you guys were staring at me all day yesterday at Lunch" Y/N muttered out. Rosalie and Alice looked at each other before looking back at Y/N. "We don't have to give you a reason on why we were staring at you and it's our business" Rosalie said with an annoyed tone causing Y/N to roll her eyes. "Now if you'll excuse" Rosalie said before the group walked past her. Y/N huffed before looking through the glass windows to see her friends looking at her. She groaned before rushing up to the group and grabbed Rosalie's wrist. The two froze in place when Y/N realized Rosalie's skin was cold to the touch. Rosalie froze since she never let anybody touch her except her family. "Get your hand off of me" Rosalie growled out as she turned her head. Y/N immediately let go and looked away.
Y/N was at the salad and fruit bar in the cafeteria when she dropped on apple. She looked up to see Emmett standing there holding the apple in his hand while grinning. "What you did just a couple minutes ago was brave" he said as he held the apple out. Y/N slowly took it and smiled up at him since he was pretty tall. "T-thanks I guess" Y/N said and Emmett nodded before grabbing a pear and walking away. Y/N watched as he sat down before he was hit on the back of the head by Rosalie causing Y/N to giggle quietly.
When Y/N got home she immediately went to her room and shut the door behind her before going to her computer. She searches through the internet for hours until Charlie knocked on the door. "Y/N dear come down and eat will you" her father said and Y/N looked at the door before looking back at the computer. "I'll be down in a minute" Y/N shouted and a couple seconds later she heard her father's footsteps disappear. She looked back at the computer and sighed. She was about to close it when she saw a weird website in the search history. She decided to click on it and he eyes widened in shock. She scrolled through the website and saw some words like Cold-skinned, pale, incredible speed, enhanced strength. When she scrolled all the way to the bottom she gulped. Vampire.
Y/N had stayed far away from them after that. Y/N was sitting outside in the gloomy weather. It was foggy and the sun wasn't out. Ever since Y/N had grabbed Rosalie's wrist that day she has been acting weird. "Rosalie why don't you go talk to her" Emmett said as he slightly shoved the blonde forward. "No" she growled out as she hit him in the chest. "She's looking this way" Edward said and Rosalie as well as Alice looked up to see Y/N looking at them. She looked away before grabbing her bag and headed towards the woods. "Go go follow her" Emmett said shoving the two stubborn girls towards Y/N. They both glared at Emmett but he just looked at them causing them to huff. The two went after Y/N and Emmett smiled. "You owe me 30 bucks" he said as he looked at Edward. Jasper looked between the two before rolling his eyes as Edward slapped a 30 dollar bill into Emmett's hands. "Did you really have to bet against them" he said and the two looked at him. "Loosen up brother it's called entertainment you should really try it instead of being quiet all the time and reading" Edward said as he snatched the book out of Jasper's hands.
The two followed Y/N into the forest and stopped when Y/N stopped while dropping her bag to the ground. "You're impossibly fast and strong. Your skin is pale white and ice cold" Y/N said not daring to turn around. You don't go out in the sunlight" Y/N said as she felt a breath fan across Y/N's neck causing her to gulp. "How old are you" Y/N continued. "We're both 19" Alice said as she stepped in front of Y/N "How long have you been 19" Y/N said still not looking at the two. "A while" Rosalie muttered out as her breath fanned across Y/N's neck from standing too close. "I know what you are" Y/N muttered out and the two looked at each other before their eyes darkened. "Say It" Rosalie growled out causing Y/N to gulp. Y/N stayed quiet for a couple minutes. "Out Loud. Say It" She said and Y/N breathed in and out. "Vampires" Y/N said as she finally looked up to see Alice standing right in front of her.

lazarus is risen
chapter two: garden of the hesperides
(masterlist) (part 1)
hello beautiful people <3 here is the second part of the story i'm also writing on ao3!!
(ellie williams x reader, post-tlou2, useless lesbians, slow burn, cross country road trip, lots of references to greek mythology, etc.)
The Hesperides: Greek nymphs known for their luscious gardens, namely as protectors of golden apples. Also called “Nymphs of the West” or “Daughters of the Evening.”
[Lucy]
“If we’re here, and Jackson is there…” The young woman moved her finger between two spots on a map, the latter of which was designated by a neatly drawn circle. “... then I’d say we’re only a couple hours away now.” She looked up from the backseat to confirm with her companions.
From the passenger seat, Officer Alvaro checked his compass and the watch on his wrist. “Affirmative. About five hours, give or take.”
The young woman sat back in her seat and smiled triumphantly to herself. See? I’m not totally useless, she thought. She turned to look out the window and watched the rolling landscape flicker by. Sure, there were mountains and forests back home, but out here they seemed so much more serene. Empty, almost. She knew better, though; nowhere – even a place as remote as Wyoming – was void of danger.
To her left sat an aging man whose round, wire-rimmed glasses seemed to require constant adjusting. He pushed them up the bridge of his nose and ran his hands through his long white beard in contemplation. “Let’s play a game!” He suggested, raising a finger in the air. Everybody groaned.
“Dad, we’ve already played every road trip game out there. Like three times,” The young woman retorted.
Giving her a light fist bump to the shoulder, he replied, “Aw, come on Luce! Have to pass the time somehow!”
The familiar nickname made her soften. She sighed and gave in, mostly to humor her father, but secretly she did enjoy the entertainment too. “Okay, okay, fine. How about… the Alphabet Game?”
His face lit up in excitement. “Ah, yes, fantastic choice. A classic. Now for a category. Let’s see… let’s do… plants native to North America? I’ll go first. American Bittersweet.”
She thought for a moment, then said, “Okay. American Bittersweet, Black-Eyed Susan. Your turn Alvaro.”
Officer Alvaro looked at the pair in the rearview mirror with a blank expression. “All due respect, sir, but Jacobs and I are trained in military combat, not indigenous plant life. We’re the brawns of this operation, not the brains, remember?”
“Well, technically I’m not trained in plants either,” the older man replied. “I just find them fascinating. But if you want to talk about fungi–”
“What if we just listen to some music?” the young woman suggested, knowing her father would blabber about his research to anyone who would listen unless someone intervened.
The next few hours passed without further game suggestions from the backseat. The young woman dozed off, but woke up as the vehicle came to a lurching stop. She looked around groggily, only to find they were surrounded by a thick, lush forest.
From the driver’s seat, Officer Jacobs switched the vehicle off and opened his door. “It’s on foot from here. Pretty straight shot, shouldn’t take too long.”
As they all dismounted from the military-grade truck, the young woman stretched her stiff joints and breathed in the sweet scent of pine from the surrounding trees. She retrieved her bag from the back of the truck and collected her gun. She hadn’t needed to use it yet, and it still felt heavy and awkward in her hand.
“This way.” Alvaro nodded towards the treeline and began to walk towards it. The older man and the young woman fell in line behind him, with Jacobs bringing up the rear.
As they made their way through the dense undergrowth, the young woman asked her father, “So, have you thought about what you’ll say when we get there? I think you’ll need something better than, Hey, can we take her?”
Her father chuckled. “Well I wasn’t planning on approaching it like that. I figured I would explain who we are, and how we found her, and what she could do with us. I want this to be her decision. I want her to want to come with us. And I think once she hears what we’ve been working on, she will.”
She considered his response. “Yeah, I guess that makes sense. Well, that’s assuming she’s even here. That Firefly woman’s intel was pretty old. Lots of things could have happened since then. Maybe she has a family, or went somewhere else, you know?”
Jacobs chimed in from the back of the line. “To the best of our knowledge, her information was good. We cross-referenced with some of our correspondents out here. They all knew about the Salt Lake incident, and they all pointed to Jackson as her most likely location.”
“And even if she’s not here, maybe they’ll know something,” the older man added. “And we’ll know one more place where she isn’t. When the hypothesis isn’t supported, regroup and collect more data. It’s all in the scientific process, my dear.”
After an hour or so, the group stopped at a gurgling creek to refill their water. As she knelt down on the bank and held her bottle below the surface, the young woman observed the rocks along the creek bed. Eyeing one in particular, she used her free hand to retrieve it from the water. Perfect, she thought, turning it over in her hand. When her bottle was full, she returned it to her bag along with the small, smooth, gray pebble.
Suddenly, splashing sounds and distant talking became audible downstream. With their guns drawn, the four travelers watched as two people on horseback came into view from around a bend. Deep in conversation, the two riders didn’t notice the strangers until they were only a few yards away.
“I’m telling you Bonnie, that did not–” The rider’s sentence was abruptly cut short when he noticed the group of strangers. The other rider, Bonnie, noticed at the same time, and they both drew their guns in one swift motion. “Hands up!”
“Woah, woah, woah, hold your horses there, buddy” Alvaro said, gun trained on the new arrivals. “I’m no mathematician, but it seems like we’ve got you outnumbered.”
“Who are you?” Bonnie asked. “Why are you here?”
At this, the older man raised his hands in an I surrender motion and slowly set his gun on the ground. “My name is Dr. Steven Reynolds.” He nodded towards the young woman. “This is my daughter Lucy. And these are Officers Alvaro and Jacobs. Please, we just want to talk.”
“Why are you here?” Bonnie repeated through gritted teeth.
Dr. Reynolds slowly reached into the side pocket of his backpack and brought out a laminated identification badge with his name and picture displayed on it. “My daughter and I are part of a group of researchers called the A.R.C.C. – the Administration for the Research and Containment of Cordyceps – an offshoot of the former Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta. And we believe there’s someone in your community who could be of great service to us.”
The riders considered Dr. Reynolds’ statement. Without taking her eyes off of the strangers, Bonnie said softly, “Greg, what do you think?”
The second rider thought for a moment. “We should probably let Maria decide, yeah?”
“Yeah, agreed.” Addressing the strangers, she said, “Toss your weapons over. We’ll take you to speak with our leader. No funny business.”
Jacobs and Alvaro remained unmoving with their weapons still drawn. Dr. Reynolds cleared his throat and gave them a pointed look.
“Sir, this could be dangerous. We don’t know anything about these people,” muttered Jacobs.
“We need to talk to them. Just do what they say and we can go from there,” Dr. Reynolds pleaded.
After a few tense moments, Jacobs and Alvaro lay their weapons on the ground, shortly followed by Lucy.
Bonnie dismounted her horse and ordered, “Good. Now keep your hands in the air and back up.” She and Greg collected the discarded weapons, careful to keep their attention trained on the four strangers. Once back on their horses, Greg directed the group to walk in front of them back in the direction the pair had come from.
The group did as instructed and made the trek along the creek in silence. By this time, the sun was beginning to dip below the horizon and the shadows from the trees were getting longer and longer. Before long, though, they got their first glimpse of Jackson.
Or, to be more precise, they could see the walls of Jackson, which were so large that they eclipsed whatever lay beyond them. In the growing darkness, large spotlights burned brightly on either side of the main gate.
Lucy squinted in the harsh light. She could make out some dark figures milling about, but couldn’t make out any details beyond that.
From behind her, Greg yelled to the figures, “Astrid, get Maria!”
A woman’s voice came from one of the dark figures on top of the wall. “Are you guys okay?”
“Yeah, we’ve got it under control. Just get Maria,” Greg replied.
Within a matter of minutes, the enormous gates opened and a figure appeared. As she watched the figure approach, Lucy couldn’t help but notice the warm glow from string lights adorning the cabins beyond the gate.
As the figure got closer it became possible to make out some details about her. She was an older woman, with shoulder-length, graying blonde hair and a stern look on her face.
“Greg, Bonnie, who are these people?” She asked.
“They’re from Atlanta. Say they’re part of some research group. Wanted to talk to you,” Bonnie explained.
“What kind of research?” Maria asked the newcomers.
Sensing his opportunity had arrived, Dr. Reynolds explained, “We’re with the Administration for the Research and Containment of Cordyceps in Atlanta. I’ve spent my life studying fungi and their reproductive mechanisms, and I believe we’re right on the verge of figuring out how to fight these infections.”
Maria considered his words. “What does that have to do with Jackson?” she asked.
“We believe access to an immune subject would completely revolutionize our potential,” Dr. Reynolds explained matter-of-factly. It could have just been a trick of the light, but Lucy thought she saw a look of uneasiness flash across Maria’s features.
Greg gave an incredulous laugh. “That’s a good one, doc. I think if someone were immune we would know. There’s no one like that here.”
Dr. Reynolds looked between Greg and Maria. “Are you sure? Our records indicate–”
“Stop talking,” Maria cut him off.
“What should we do with them?” Greg asked. “Drag them away? Kill them? They’re obviously crazy.”
“Escort them to my house,” Maria ordered.
“I– what?” Greg asked in disbelief.
“Greg, just do what I say,” Maria told him in exasperation. “I’ll meet you there, I just need to get someone first.”
Obvious confusion lingered on his face, but with a nudge from Bonnie, he kicked into action. “Alright, you four. Follow us.”
After two stablehands retrieved the horses just inside the gate, the newcomers followed Greg and Bonnie down the main path as Maria hurried off in the other direction. After a short walk, they arrived at a quaint cabin in the center of town. As they entered the dwelling, Lucy wondered how many people lived there; it seemed too large for just one person. Rows and rows of books lined shelves along the walls and handmade throw blankets lay draped over the well-worn leather couches in the living room.
Greg crossed the room to throw a log in the fireplace as Bonnie motioned to the couches. “Make yourselves comfortable. She should be back soon.”
Lucy and her father awkwardly seated themselves on the edge of one of the couches as Jacobs and Alvaro remained standing behind them, sentinels on either side of the two sitting down. Bonnie sat at the kitchen table and cleaned her gun as Greg attempted to coax the fireplace to life. Lucy nervously wrung her hands in her lap. No one spoke.
After a few minutes of silence, the front door opened and Maria entered hurriedly, followed by a second person who appeared to be in her early 20s. As the pair sat themselves on the couch across from the group of newcomers, Lucy observed the new girl. Her face was dotted with freckles, and was framed by short auburn hair that hung loose around her shoulders. As the girl crossed her arms over her chest, Lucy noticed the girl’s left hand was missing two fingers. As the girl studied the group of strangers, her piercing green eyes landed on Lucy, who quickly looked away and hoped the girl hadn’t noticed her staring.
“Greg, Bonnie, you can go now. Thank you,” Maria said to the pair of patrols. As they exited the house, Maria cleared her throat and brought her attention to the group of strangers sitting in front of her. She folded her hands tightly and set them on her lap.
“Alright, well… start talking.”

DNI IF YOU’RE YOUNGER THAN 18!
When Lexi found out her mother was seeing someone, she didn’t know what to think. At first, she was confused and thought Cassie had been pulling at her leg. But when their mom confirmed it when she was all dressed up with a dress and some make-up, it was then she finally believed her mom. And she, honestly, felt indifferent about it.
It’d been a long time since she’d seen her Mom show any type of interest in anyone. If she had, she had been silent about it with Lexi and Cassie. But Lexi was happy for her mother as it was something she deserved. Find someone who liked her and maybe even loved her. Suze had spent too much time worrying about her and Cassie. It didn’t give her enough time to get back into the pond to find someone for her.
On the other side of things, Cassie wasn’t as thrilled as Lexi. Except, the blonde had gotten into a screaming match with her mother over it. Lexi personally found it selfish and childish for Cassie to be fighting for a man who had left years ago and was likely dead. But what else could she expect from Cassie when she was dating a guy like Nate Jacobs.
But the day that Lexi was supposed to meet her mother date, Jason, she was surprised at how well the man was put together. He wasn’t a mess and he showed very little nerves to be sat at a table with Suze's daughters. He was a confident man and wasn’t afraid of showing a little bit of skin to the girls who were a little on edge with his visit. But one of the only things Lexi got to really learn was Jason was new to town and that he had a son.
Lexi was curious. Would you turn out to be much like your father? Would you show more manners than half this town combined? Or would you just be another asshole who she was sure to judge silently? So many possibilities of who you could be that it kept Lexi up at night.
Until the largest decision, she’s seen her mom make, was told to Lexi and Cassie. Jason and you would be moving in. Now, Cassie had the usual reaction of freaking out, whilst Lexi was nervous. She hadn’t seen you once and now she would see you for the first time when you were moving into her house? This couldn’t go bad at all.
Which had led to where Lexi was now, helping her mom prepare supper for you and your dad’s arrival. Enduring and forcing smiles from her Moms consistent talks about how well she was going to get along with you. Or the fact that she was happy to be doing something for herself finally, and that she wouldn’t let Cassie change it. Don’t get Lexi wrong, she was happy for her mother, but Lexi was about ready to slam her head against a wall if she had to stand here any longer and listen.
Thankfully, the sound of cars pulling into the driveway got her attention. “Oh, that must be them!” Suze exclaimed, jogging to the front door with Lexi following close in tow.
As they stepped out, they were greeted by Jason’s normal black Chevorlet Cobalt. But the brand new addition of a grey ‘60 Impala got Lexi’s attention. So much so that she didn’t have to catch the brief moment her mother and Jason kissed. Instead, she watched you step out of your vehicle, and if Lexi didn’t have her mom around, she’d be drooling.
Your stature was large in comparison to Lexi and even your dad. The black t-shirt and beige cargo shorts you wore seemed to match well with the white airforces you rocked. Something about those three pieces seemed to sit well with your ivory skin that seemed to shine under the setting sun. That wasn’t even mentioning the tattoos that lined both of your arms and the few that peeked out from beneath the collar of your shirt.
Overall, you were attractive as hell and Lexi couldn’t help but gawk at the expectations she had been shattered into a million little pieces. “Is that Jason’s son?” Cassie’s presence caused Lexi to yelp in surprise but relaxed with a nod. A smirk formed on the blonde’s lips. “He’s hotter than what I was expecting.”
Lexi couldn’t help but silently agree as she forcefully removed her eyes from yours. Hoping that you hadn’t picked up on her staring. She greeted Jason before stepping inside, willing to prolong introductions with you until she could clear her head.
Dinner was handed out with conversation carrying on easily. Lexi sometimes offered little bits and pieces of her life. Occasionally glancing up at you, who was sitting on the opposite of the table from her. Seemingly unbothered by listening or giving your two-piece on anything. Even when your dad apparently talked about how your mom passed from cancer a year or so.
But what she did notice was the tiny smirk you would send to Cassie. And when Lexi looked at her sister, she found the blonde’s face flushed with the corners of her lips tilted into a small grin. Lexi didn’t need to look under the table to guess what was happening. Truthfully, she didn’t know if she was more disgusted or even jealous.
Wait. What?
“Y/n, you are starting up school starting this week, right?” Suze asked, taking a bit of her steak.
You leaned back in your chair, shrugging your arms on the back of it. Lexi stared at how your defined arms flexed and tensed from just a small action. There was no law that should allow a man to look that damn good. “Uh, yeah,” you answered. “Hopefully easy now that I have some people to show me around.”
Your words were accompanied by eye contact made with you. Lexi felt her throat close up as her lips parted, letting out a quiet exhale. Forcing a smile, she nodded. “Yeah, I can show you around.”
But before anything else can come out from Lexi, Cassie let out a groan. Everyone at the table looked at her as she flushed red in embarrassment. “I’m sorry, I need the bathroom.” She got up from her chair and ran up the stairs to hers and Lexi’s room with the door slamming shut behind her.
For the rest of the night, Lexi sat in the living room with her mom and Jason. Watching a show she didn’t exactly care to recognize. Her only thought was you and where you were exactly. So, excusing herself, she went upstairs. But right when she reached the top of the stairs, she heard the faintest muffled cry come from the direction of her room.
Inching closer and closer, she found the door to be cracked open. So, taking the tiniest peak, Lexi felt her insides twist and turn at the sight of you slamming your hips against Cassie’s. Her ass was up in the air with her face stuffed into a pillow. Her body trembled as she took all 8 inches of your cock that dove deeper and deeper into her with each pound of your hips. Cassie’s eyes were rolled back into her head as she tried to move her hips back to meet your thrusts. But it was meaningless when you were working her body the way you were.
Lexi stared longingly at the sinful actions, unable to help herself to stare at your cock that continued to be smothered in the juices belonging to her sister. Her own was beginning to dampen her underwear and shorts. Sticking to her core and making her body sweaty with need. So, she reached a hand down past the hem of her shorts and rubbed her core. A shaky exhale fell from her hips as she placed a hand on the wall to hold herself up.
This was wrong. So wrong for her to be watching her sister being fucked by a boy who would likely become her stepbrother. But this would likely be the one and only time she ever got to fantasize and see you in such a state and place. It was unfair, but she would have to settle on these desires she knew she wouldn’t be able to have fulfilled.
Pressing two fingers past her entrance, she let out a quiet whimper. Clamping her lips shut as she let her eyes run up your body. Growing hotter and wetter at the sight of your ebony skin with a fresh sheen of sweat. The droplets run down every curve of every muscle on your body. And then she met your eyes and she felt her heart stop. You were staring at her, watching her touch herself.
And in this moment of shock of being caught, you grinned wickedly. Winking in her direction as you leaned over Cassie, pressing your hands over hers and began to pound into her harder. All the while keeping eye contact with Lexi who stared in shock. She should’ve stopped and ran, but she didn’t. Instead, she pounded her fingers into her entrance. Face twisting in pleasure as she pushed her shorts down to the middle of her thighs for better access. Not even realizing that she had gifted you with a better visual of what her touching herself.
With half-lidded eyes, Lexi stepped a bit further into the room. Leaning against the door as she watched you intently fuck Cassie with no care in the world. Already too gone from the bliss she was giving herself. You still held that smirk. The sight of Lexi doing enough to finally give you the tinge of your release on its climb up.
Curving her fingers, Lexi met the most sensitive spot inside her, causing her legs to buckle slightly. Clamping a hand over her mouth as she continued to prod at that single spot. You don’t know what it was. It might’ve been the fact that another girl was getting off to you fucking someone or that Lexi, at first glance, seemed innocent. But as you watched her climax, legs shaking her teeth clamping around her finger, you met your release. Hips stuttering at you groaned, rocking your hips against Cassie’s ass as the girl below you moaned into the pillow, hands grasping handfuls of her sheets. Body shaking from an earth-shattering orgasm with her walls clamping around you in a vice.
But you still kept your eyes on her younger sister, a drunken grin on your face as you nodded for her to leave as you slowly pulled your cock out of her sister. Lexi’s eyes flickered down to it for a moment, a deep tinge of the desire of wanting to know what it felt like inside of her emitting, but listening to your command. Keeping eye contact as she sucked on her soaked fingers as she pulled up her shorts. Not even realizing that the simple action made your cock twitch, already hardening again.
When Lexi was out of sight, you looked down at Cassie who was still recovering. “Round 2, sweetheart?”
“That’s your stepbrother?” The rest of the girls, including Lexi, sat in the cafeteria during lunch. You were seated across the hall sitting at a table with some guys you had met. Despite the tour and Lexi’s offer for you to come to hang out with her and her friends, it seemed you had already made some friends.
“He’s not my stepbrother,” Lexi sighed. “Not officially at least. My mom and Jason haven’t even considered the idea of marriage as far as I am aware.”
“Oh, so you wouldn’t mind me getting a piece of that?” Maddy inquired, a smirk etched on her lips as she and the other girls watch you from afar.
To be fair, Lexi didn’t exactly give a shit if her friends or if her sister got with you. Yes, she would feel the stinging of jealousy in her heart. But it wasn’t like she had a choice. It was either having sex with you or risking the possibility of getting seen as a freak. Or just ignore it and mind her own business.
But some part of her went back to the time she had given you a tour this morning. How she would explain the layout of the school, show you to your classes, but still feel your eyes burning into her figure. You hadn’t said anything on the night prior and what had happened. How you saw and allowed her to get off on you fucking her sister. God, just the thought of it disgusted her but did still build familiar arousal in her core. Which had left her rubbing her thighs together whenever you asked her questions. Hoping that those beautiful lips of yours would be wrapped around her aching clit. Or just for you to shut up so she could create some distance between the both of you and let her think clearly.
Because, in the end, the memory of your cock and how you made Cassie feel was ruining her grades. She couldn’t keep track of any conversation going on around her without seeing hot flashes of what it would be like with you inside her. Or the occasional lingering touch you had left on her lower back this morning when grabbing the milk from the fridge.
She just couldn’t risk it happening. Not just because of her identity in and out of school, but because she didn’t know what would come after that. So, for right now, she would try and keep a distinct and obvious wall between the both of you.
“Oh, shit,” Kat whispered. “He’s coming over.”
Well, there goes that plan.
“Hello, ladies,” you greeted with that charming smile of yours. Slipping into the open spot beside Lexi and flashing her that smile. She shifted slightly, focusing her gaze on her sandwich, not finding the slightest bit of confidence to meet your gaze. Too many thoughts came from one glance.
“You’re Maddy, right?” You asked, pointing to the Latino girl, who gave one of those flirty smiles of hers.
“And you’re Y/n,” Maddy greeted. “Lexi’s told us all about you.”
That earned a grin from you as you glanced at the quiet girl beside you. Noticed the way her cheeks flushed from her now being mentioned in the conversation. “Oh, she has?” You inquired, looking back at Maddy. “What has she told you?”
The moment the question fell from your lips, Lexi saw your hand place itself on your upper thigh. Initially, it sent a shiver down Lexi’s body as she crossed her leg over her other. Knocking the hold you had on her as she decided to act like nothing was wrong, acting like she was paying attention to the conversation.
“Primarily that you’re single.”
Your hand set itself back in its place. But now resting on the inside of her thigh were you squeezed and rubbed gently. Loving the way the thickness of her thighs spilled between the cracks of your fingers. Lexi on the other hand was growing hot and bothered by the action. Doing her best to swallow the whimpers that were ready to spill from her chapped lips that she tried to wet with her tongue.
“And that you’re new to town,” Maddy added, unknown to the fact that your hand was now gently cupping Lexi’s core. Giving sensual rubs over her slit and slightly pushes against her entrance. Just enough for Lexi to feel the tiniest bit of a stretch from your thick fingers.
“Yeah, I am still trying to get the layout of the town,” you stated. “You should show me around town sometime.”
Something about your tone sent an alternative message. A double innuendo that most wouldn’t be able to pick up on. But Maddy and Lexi sure did, not able to contain the pink in their cheeks as you continued to hold that charming smile of yours. How could you be so direct and still hold that smile without even the slightest crack?
“You should come to the party tonight,” Kat stepped in. “Lexi, you and Cassie should bring him.”
Before the girl could reply, you turned your head to her with a smirk. “You wouldn’t mind, would you?” She couldn’t process your words for a moment, breath hitching at your fingers ghosting past the hem of her pants and brushing over her bundle of nerves.
“Y-Yeah, of course,” she stammered out, clearing her throat as she propped her head in one of her palms. Biting the inside of her cheek as you traced gentle figure eights over her clit.
“Then I guess we’ll see you tonight,” Maddy shrugged with a flirty smile.
“See you then.” You turned to Lexi. “And I’ll see you after school.”
Pulling your hand from her pants, you stood up from your spot and walked back to your table. Leaving a rather needy Lexi and love-struck Maddy Perez to watch you walk away. Maddy turned to the girl with her lips ajar. “He is so fucking hot.”
But Lexi didn’t respond, seeing you sit on the top of your friend's table. Eyes connected with hers as you placed the few fingers that had been rubbing at her soaked clit and slit them into your mouth. Sucking them clean before winking and looking back to your friends, resuming the conversation without a care. But Lexi was stuck in time, clit aching in need as she spent the rest of that lunc unable to remove her eyes from you. Always being caught in her stares by you as you smirked in amusement.
Perhaps that wall she wanted to build was still under consideration.
For the remainder of the day, Lexi tried to keep the distance she could from you. Doing her best to not make any direct eye contact with you. And when Cassie drove the both of you home, she stared out in the window in the back seat. Ignoring the fact that she could see your hand hidden between Cassie’s legs. It also didn’t seem like Cassie very much cared considering the girl was just barely able to contain the whimpers that fell from her lips.
And when all three of you got home, Lexi was quickly getting dressed in hopes of not having to wait while you fucked her sister. Taking her free time to type for her play and to listen to music, occasionally texting Fez whilst she waited for the time of the party to come.
But when it did, she stuck in the living room on the couch of whoever was hosting the party. Meanwhile, you were nowhere to be seen or heard from as she took small sips from her drink. Unable to get the images of today and yesterday out of her head, as per usual.
Her one saving grace had been Fez, who had shown up a few minutes after her. Taking his place on the couch beside her and started up their usual conversation. Don’t get Lexi wrong, she liked Fez. Behind the drug dealer status, he was a sweet guy. He seemed genuinely interested in what she wanted in life and what she was interested in.
Except, she couldn’t help but pick apart his character and compare them to yours. Wondering what would be the best for her at this point in time. Because, if Jason never got married to her mom, she got to have you as long as you wanted her. But it could just end up being nothing but earth-shattering hookups like you did with Cassie. Or she could have a sweet guy like Fez. Have a guy who was morally right and tried his best to be a saint in his own way. Or have a guy who would bring heaven straight to her? As bad as it was, she was leaning more towards the latter.
But her phone buzzed, causing her to be taken from her conversation to look down to see the DM had come straight from you. Feeling her chest tighten from the picture you had sent her. From what it seemed, you were in a bathroom with your shirt gone and only your bomber jacket giving you warmth. She had a full display of all the tattoos that were hidden underneath the articles and sharply cut muscles.
Y/n: Third door on the right. Upstairs.
Was what was read under the picture, and Lexi wouldn’t lie when she scrambled to her feet. Apologizing to Fez and told him she would be right back. But deep down, if she was thinking logically here, she wasn’t going to be down in a while.
Going upstairs, following your specific directions, she cracked the door open. Not able to get a single look inside before she was yanked inside with a yelp and her back pressed to the wall. Unable to get a breath out before your lips were crashing down on hers. Your hands wander from her waist down to her ass and squeeze a handful. Kneading at the plump flesh with need and eagerness as she had melted under your attention. Hands grabbing the back of your neck with her nails scratching you.
But it only egged you on to continue. One of your hands unbuttoned her pants, unzipping them and diving in. The moment your fingers pushed past her clenching core, she parted from your lips with a moan. A sigh of relief fell from her lips, head falling back against the door as she let a hand wander to the doorknob, locking it.
“Who was that you were talking to down there?” You husked, teeth nipping at her neck, fingers working effortlessly inside her. Pumping in and out of her with ease as she gasped, hands grappling onto you for dear life.
“I- It was no-” She couldn’t finish as your entire palm rubbed hard against her clit. Sending a cry to echo throughout the room.
“Don’t be shy, sweetheart,” you chuckled evilly. “Who was he? Is he your boyfriend?”
“N-No,” she panted, doing her best to contain her moans and clear her mind and speak. “He’s just a friend!” Her voice raised a pitch as you curled your finger inside of her. Hitting that sweet spot caused her mind to go blank in a hot white flash.
Her legs wobbled underneath her, chest heaving out moans as your single finger. Every attempt she had at taking a breath, hadn’t mattered much when it felt like she was suffocating from how warm her body was. And the way your fingers reached parts of her she never thought possible, creating a sense of fullness that left her mind blanking.
“Good,” you muttered, hot breath fanning the shell of her ear. “Now, I can fuck you like a toy.”
Lexi wasn’t sure when or how, but things seemed to blank out in specific parts. First, she remembers you pulling her pants down. Then she remembers you laying her down on her back before diving between her legs. The feeling of your wet tongue fucking her was also etched into her mind. And then finally, she remembers you grabbing the condom and sliding it onto your cock that was a lot bigger and wider up close.
And when you slid inside of her, Lexi blanked. She was still very much there in the moment, but she couldn’t get anything out besides the choked moans and whimpers that tumbled from her lips. The only indicator that she was still alive and not being split open by your cock came from how warm your skin was pressed against hers. Or her legs slung over her shoulders and her nails digging deep into your back. Which only encouraged you to go faster or harder.
The sound of skin slapping together was all that could be heard. The party downstairs became secondary as Lexi felt like she was going to burst by how your cock filled her beautifully. Unable to string together thoughts or words that seemed tangible for you to understand. Only able to focus on the way your cock stretched her cavern and bumped every little sensitive spot inside her with glee.
Your thumb was brought down on her already aching and sensitive clit from her prior two orgasms. Which made her think that this night was only now getting started for her.
She whimpered and whined with her walls repeatedly squeezing your cock. Letting out babbling curses as tears streamed down her face. Moaning when feeling your hand clamp around her throat, halting the stimulation on her clit. But your hips kept moving forward, cock spearing inside her quivering cavern.
“What your fucking mouth, pet,” you growled.
Your hips never halted or relented the pace they had set course for. It wasn’t like it mattered because Lexi was a babbling, rag-doll, mess of a girl. She couldn’t even get a whimper out without moaning from the way your cock slammed further and further inside of her.
“Taking my cock so well, baby,” you grunted, head rolling back from the vice grip wrapped around you. “Who knew such a sweetheart could be such a slut?”
All that was given in response was a whine with her walls stuttering around you. Pressing your thumb to her clit, you rubbed harsh and quick circles. Soaking in the way her body trembled underneath your assault on the most delicate and sensitive parts of her body.
The twisting and blooming climax was building in her stomach like a fire. Unable to give you a warning before she suddenly felt her hips shoot up with her body shaking. A shuddering moan fell from her lips as you rubbed her clit softly. Willing to allow her to enjoy this feeling for a moment before the cycle would just repeat itself. Leaning down to kiss the tears that streamed down her face away. Still holding that smirk of yours as you sat up and stared down at the girl.
She was an absolute mess and lost in the ecstasy, but still looked more beautiful than any other girl.
Pressing the tip to her stretched and abused entrance, you slid inside. Causing Lexi to press her hand to your stomach and let out pants, trying to catch her breath as sweat beat down her forehead.
“C’mon, Lex,” you whispered in amusement. “I’m sure you got a few more in you, right sweetheart?”
She was right.
Guys like you brought heaven straight to her. And she was truly blessed to experience this.

Ever since Bella Swan was the talk of the town made everything between you and Jacob distant.
There would be times when you’ll end up hanging out with each other, enjoying the moment when suddenly his phone dings and before you know it, he’s out the house for Bella because ‘It’s urgent’
Urgent my ass, what’s so urgent that you can’t even say farewell to your best friend properly and just blow them off like that?
Needless to say, you were pretty damn pissed. Who wouldn’t be when someone just goes and does that to you like you were nothing? A part of you just suppressed the hurt inside since it may as well be important since the news of animal attacks had been rising and Charlie Swan being the chief of police, you thought maybe it’s just a father just trying to look out for his daughter to stay safe with the help of her childhood friend.
You also heard that Bella was getting too close to the Cullen family, and you were intrigued. Jacob often let stories slip about the Cullen’s being weird and you happen to know from somewhere that the Cullen family and the Black family had some history going on so if it involved Jacob and his family, you weren’t afraid to know what was going on.
But the previous thought of keeping the chief of police’s daughter safe went down the drain as you heard that Bella had hit her head due to riding a motorcycle repaired by the one and only Jacob Black himself.
You didn’t even know how to react when the news reached you.
So, is this why he always ditched you? Because he was off repairing motorcycles for him and Bella to ride on together as the sun went down? The one who couldn’t even bother to bid you goodbye since he seemed keen on hanging out with Bella and just leaving you hanging? What if the tables were flipped and he was the one that got hurt in the process? What if you just lost him then and you weren’t even there?
You shook your head, unbelievable, you were supposed to be mad at him yet worry washed over you at the thought of him being injured badly.
That was the final straw, you always tried to understand when Bella needed Jacob for something and Jacob came running to her like a puppy running for its owner, you hated it. You only thought of doing what you know might hurt the both of you, well, you at least if he even finds it in himself to care.
After a few messages asking what happened and how you hoped he was doing fine, you decided for it to be your last message from him for now and in real life.
As you thought about it, doing that seemed so difficult yet you were reminded of the times he left you for Bella, so you assumed it was the right thing to do, to give him a taste of his own medicine.
But it only made things worse as the last thing you heard about him was from your friend, Quill that he went off to watch a movie with Bella then that was it, you no longer heard of him for weeks. The number of times you opened your phone to his contact hoping there was a reply or even a missed call equaled to the amount of times you questioned if your friendship meant anything to Jacob.
You often found yourself heart torn thinking about him and Bella possibly hanging out right now enjoying the time of their lives without a trace of you in his mind made your head spin as you flopped on the bed with tears brimming your eyes. You never even had the courage yet to tell Jacob that you love him and if this is the way of fate telling you that its too late for that then fine.
But that was the complete opposite for Jacob, out of the ordinary opposite.
He knew always leaving you would cause a rift between the both of you, he knew going to Bella was wrong yet why couldn’t he stop? Why can’t he just bring himself to say ‘No’? And importantly why can’t he even reply to your message you sent and why can’t he bring himself to call you and tell you everything is going fine and then later ask you if you wanted to hang out again. He was being an asshole and he knows it.
Still, he accompanied Bella to the movies because she said that “It’d be awkward if it were just me and Mike, come with us.” And he did. A part of him began to realize something and before he knew it something in him just flipped.
He’s used to hearing about his tribe’s stories, how their mortal enemies were the cold ones or ‘leeches’ as he liked to call them and they were the ones that supposed to keep the peace between them hence the treaty.
Then it occurred to him that the stories he was told about their tribe was true. He was a werewolf now. It took some time getting used to with the help of Sam and his pack. everything made sense to Jacob now, at the same time he realized that that’s why he wasn’t getting any good vibes from Edward with Bella, because Edward and his whole family was a vampire. So that’s why, he was just looking out for Bella since she was in a company of a damn leech.
But, back to the most important thing he first thought of, you.
Jacob still couldn’t bring himself to face you. It had been almost a month since you last sent a message to him and that was the same time he ever saw your face nor heard your voice. Something in him yearned to see and hear you again that’s why he decided to finally do something about it. With his new acquired speed, getting to your house wasn’t a problem, the only problem was he doesn’t know what to say to you.
Meanwhile you were in your room, staring off into space, this was the routine you had for the entirety of the month, sleep, eat, bath, stare off into space, read a book, sleep again. A knock from downstairs made you stiffen, who on earth could be knocking now? Maybe it was just the mail, you pondered. You wore the cardigan hanged on your desk chair and proceeded downstairs. When you opened the door, it was the last person you expected to see.
Jacob.
Jacob? You did a double take, you knew his frame very well, yet he seemed a lot taller and buffer than before and his long hair was now cut short, he was wearing a black fitted shirt paired with some pants.
“(Y/N).” His head was down yet the tone of his voice sounded surprised as if he didn’t expect you to open the door sooner.
“Jacob.” You mustered yet still held a breath. Was this really him? You felt weird once again and refused to make eye contact with him.
“I-uh.”
“I thought you forgot about me.” You suddenly said.
You saw him tense for a bit then replying, “I didn’t. I know I did a lot of shitty things to you and I’m sorry about that (Y/N).”
“Why are you only saying this now? It’s been a long time Jacob, yet you only came here now? What, did Bella needed you all month that you couldn’t give me a call or even ask me how I was doing amid all that?!” You didn’t know where this newfound anger suddenly came from, but you had to get your message across.
“Let me guess, did she tell you to cut your hair too?” You laughed dryly.
“No.” Was all he could get out, he was looking for a way to tell you everything about his family, his pack, the Cullens yet he didn’t want to overwhelm you.
“You didn’t call Jacob, hell you didn’t even text me, you left me nothing...” Your voice quivered.
You gulped then took a shaky breath to keep yourself composed.
“Good to know our friendship meant nothing to you.”
At that, Jacob didn’t stop himself from looking at you straight in the eye and suddenly the atmosphere shifted. A wave of calmness overcame you and you suddenly forgot what you were fighting for.
Hence Jacob was just staring at you, vivid images flashed in his mind with you and him smiling in different scenarios, he suddenly felt the pull of gravity weigh him down as he continued to stare at you.
You.
“You…” He uttered before lunging towards you in an embrace.
You were taken aback by this sudden show of affection yet you felt calm and even hugged him back, though just not as tight as he was holding you right now but he still held you.
You took in how warm he was, how you could just melt just by his touch and how his deep breaths was fanning your neck. It didn’t even sink in that you had tears in your eyes until they rolled down your cheek and onto his shirt. You heard how erratic his heart beat sounded to how it slowed down when you gripped him just a bit tighter.
“Forgive me, (Y/N). Just please, let me explain everything to you.” Jacob whispered.
You knew that fighting him at this point was useless and you couldn’t even bring yourself to push him from you since this feeling felt right, like you both were made to fit perfectly in this embrace, like the world outside didn’t matter.
You were hesitant and you felt him tense up again, but you nodded, hugging him tighter.
“You better have a damn good reason Jacob Black, or I swear I’m not talking to you ever again.” You managed to joke which made him laugh. God how you missed this boy’s laugh, it was like having hot chocolate in a cold evening by the fireplace. It made you calm.
“Lucky for you (Y/N), I do. Mind talking over on the couch?” Pulling away from you with a huge smile plastered on his face.
“Don’t mind if I do.” You smiled as well, letting him wipe the tears off your face with the pad of his thumbs.
And after that, your world changed forever.

Lust and Temptation
I know I said that I was on my writing hiatus, but a wave of inspiration hit me. I was in my room jamming to some Kirk Franklin when the idea came to me. Yes you can turn up to gospel, don't @ me.
This is going to be a religious fanfic (with a bit of blasphemy), if you're not Christian and/or don't believe in God you can still read this story, BUT! Do not leave any comments that would be disrespectful to my beliefs. If you do leave anything disrespectful: Delete and mute :) You are not obligated to read this story, it's your choice.
And also I'm gonna dive a little more further, beyond what is openly taught. The worldly doctrine as it is called because I'm sure Erik would be that type of guy.
~ Post Black Panther ~
Warnings: Smut (takes a while for it to happen btw), Angst (a bit), A tad of deep stuff (religion wise)
Relationship: Erik x Christian Reader
Sunday morning, you dreaded it as a child, but now it was a lot more tolerable. It was the same thing every week; wake up at ten, use the bathroom, shower, brush your teeth, eat breakfast, get dressed into your Sunday best and head out to church to catch the twelve o'clock service.
As a child your routine was fairly the same, except you had to wake up much earlier and attend all three services. Why? Because you're the pastors daughter. The only thing you genuinely enjoyed about church was the singing. You always had the ability to sing, but you were too young to join the choir. You loved the Lord with all your heart too, but you hated sitting down for hours listening to your father preach. He had a nice voice, but you could only listen to the same thing for so long.
The memories of your mother scolding you for fidgeting too much or asking to leave early made a smile grace your face as you drove down the relatively and empty highway.
It was warm out, and knowing that, the A/C would be blasting so you decided to wear a long sleeve cream coloured blouse that was tucked inside of a long black body con maxi skirt (appropriate enough for church) and black stilettos. You paired the outfit with gold accessories and light makeup.
One of the perks of being the pastors daughter included getting close parking, and you always took your spot on the right side of your father's white Lexus RX. Locking your car door, you made your way to the front doors being held by two young boys that you teach after the singing is completed.
"Good afternoon, Miss (Y/N)." They both said in unison.
"Good afternoon boys, how was your vacation?" They were away for two weeks, you remember how happy they were when they told you they'd be traveling out of the country for the first time.
"So fun!" The shorter one missing his two front teeth, Anthony, enthused.
"Yeah, we got to swim in the ocean!" Jacob matched his brother's excitement.
"Oh really? That's so cool!"
You allowed them to chat your ears off about their vacation to the Bahamas while they continued to hold the doors. Anthony was about to tell you about the shark he saw until your mother spotted you.
"Hey, baby. How are you?" The familiar scent of Estée Lauder whiffed through your nose as she pulled you into a hug.
"Hi Mom, I'm good." You waved to the boys as you walked with her towards the nave, "How's dad?" You greeted the church brothers and sisters who were setting up the equipment and rehearsing before the service started.
"The same, of course." She rolled her eyes and you chuckled.
"There's my star! Come here." Your father came down the stage and gave you a bear hug.
"Hey, Dad." Your voice was muffled into his shoulder. You took the handkerchief out of his breast pocket and wiped his shiny forehead. "You're sweating." You said and placed it back into the pocket.
"It's a great service. Speaking of which, why did you stop coming to all three? We could really use your voice for all of em. Sister Eva is great, but you know how to get the crowd going."
You thanked him, and avoided answering the question truthfully.
"(Y/n), let's get you set up." One of the technicians pulled you to the stage and gave you your usual equipment for singing.
There were about ten minutes before the service was going to start so you quickly rehersed with the band and before you knew it people started filling into the space. Familiar members of the church gathered in, sliding into the seats and making room for others. You spotted a few of your church friends and gave them a little wave.
They would often tease you for being a good girl. The pastor's daughter usually got a bad rep. Them being the ones to do it all; sex, drugs, smoking, tattoos, etc. But you never found the need to do any of that. The only "rebellious" thing you've done was get your nose pierced. Your dad hated it (and he still does), but your mother was a lot more lenient.
"Good afternoon everyone." You greeted the congregation with a smile, and they replied with a drowsy response. "I said good afternoon, everyone!" You had more enthusiasm in your voice this time, and they also did. "Much better. Now has God been good to you?"
"Yes!"
"And has he provided for you? Loved you unconditionally?"
"Yes!"
"He is great, ain't He?"
"Amen!" Cheers and applauds sounded the room.
"Yes, amen. Now I wanted to start off with an upbeat song. Let's get everyone up on your feet and clap your hands like this."
The congregation stood to their feet and followed your pace of claps. The band started playing their version of Kirk Franklin's, Looking For You. You allowed them to play the intro and then you and the choir joined in.
I've been down so long
I've been hurt for so long
There were times I thought I'd never see the break of day
It was hard for me to see your plan for me
And I tried to believe surely it won't last always
You enjoyed seeing everyone getting in tune with their souls through the music, parents were dancing with babies and children on their hips, little kids were jumping up and down. This was the best song to get everyone moving and ready to celebrate their love for the Lord. It almost caught you off guard when you noticed someone was still seated, it was hard to see him clearly because he was in the far back, but you knew that this was his first time coming to this church. He had a very distinct look, dreads, and a large frame. You thought maybe he was just one of those people who stopped by to hear a few words then leave, but he was dressed in his Sunday best, just like everyone else. He also looked like he had full intentions to stay.
You continued to sing your heart out, hyping the crowd up with reminders of why God is so good, and them replying amen. You danced and let the music flow through your body. Yup, this was the best thing about church.
Your voice was warm and welcoming, your energy was refreshing, your beauty was tranquilizing to him and he wanted to get to know you. He had the right intentions coming into the building, but seeing you lit a spark in him that he tried to suppress.
The song came to an end, and he hadn't realized. The thunders of applauds and praises pulled him out of his trance, and he soon joined in.
"Amen. You know what my favourite part about church is? The singing, not only because God blessed me with this voice, but because it touches my soul. Psalms 95:1 says 'Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation'."
"Amen!"
"Glory be to God, and we lift our hands to you. We sing our praises to you! Every praise, is to you oh Lord." That was the cue for the band to get into the next song, Every Praise. You once again set the tempo for the sways and the congregation followed.
Every praise is to our God
Every word of worship with one accord
Every praise every praise is to our God
Sing hallelujah to our God
Glory hallelujah is due our God
Every praise every praise is to our God
He decided to sit still, but tapped his feet to the beat of the song, his hands folded in his lap. He was so enamoured by you, that he hadn't noticed when a little girl rested her hands onto his knee. He looked down at the brown skinned baby, no older than two he assumed. She had two little puffs secured with bow clips, and a pink and white dress with matching shoes. She pushed herself off of his knee and smiled at him, her little hand waving to him. He smiled at her until she was pulled away.
"Sorry about that." A younger looking lady said, "My baby likes to meet everyone." She was a beautiful lady with dark skin, coily tresses fixed into a puff and pearly white teeth.
"No problem." He simply replied with the same smile he gave the little girl.
When she returned to her spot, which was only a seat away from him, he noticed that she wasn't with a man. He predicted that she was a young single mother, and he could tell she was somewhat stressed out. His training gave him the ability to read people with ease, and his past self had a knack for "fixing" stressed out women. He was so close to getting out of his seat and reverting back to his old ways, but that was why he was here in the first place so he decided to stay seated and listen to your voice.
"I have another verse for y'all. Ephesians 5:19, 'Speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord'." You recited. "I have one more song before I let my father take over. This one always gets me emotional." The band once again started up with a softer melody. "Everyone just lift your hearts and voices as you sing with me."
The graceful rhythm of Healer flowed through the room and everyone calmed down, getting in tune with themselves and their saviour, you included.
You hold my every moment
You calm my raging seas
You walk with me through fireand heal all my disease
You closed your eyes while singing, swaying to the beat. The choir handled majority of the song while you let it resonate in your heart. You could feel tears welling into your eyes.
Nothing is impossible for You
Nothing is impossible
Nothing is impossible for You
You hold my world in Your hands
He could feel the depth in your voice, the emotion wrapped around him, he was almost driven to tears. He had never seen anything so beautiful, so dedicated, so pure and loving. Your voice was more than enough proof for him. He was a sinner and he knew he would corrupt you, but you were like a lure, pulling him in.
"Amen!" Your voice called out, as the song came to a close. He was surprised that your voice sounded so normal, not a crack present. Had you not said anything, anyone would've been convinced that you were crying, but your voice had masked that very well. "Thank you everyone, thank you." Applauds filled the room, he was surprised to find himself clapping as well. You walked off the stage, your father giving you another hug just before you got to your seat.
"Amen indeed," He began. "My daughter everyone!" He clapped and the congregation joined in again. You smiled as your mother kissed your temple, stating how beautiful you sounded. It always felt good, not the applauds and recognition from everyone, but being able to use your talent to praise God and to be able to allow people to do the same whether they could sing or not.
Today's lesson was about forgiveness and acceptance.
"Now I want y'all to think. And think real good." Your father eyed the crowd, "Are y'all holding a grudge against someone?"
Some folks shook their heads, others remained silent. He was one of them who remained silent.
"Why? Maybe they've wronged you, hurt you, lied on you, stole from you. But you know what, you know who doesn't hold a grudge... The Father. In fact, He loves you all so much that He sent His only son to die on the cross for all of our sins. Imagine that."
He listened carefully to the pastors words, taking in everything like a sponge. You on the other hand had this speech given to you a thousand times, you could probably teach this lesson if you wanted to. Holding grudges was not natural to you, so you never did. You always forgave and forgot, no matter the circumstance.
Usually you were sent off to teach the younger kids their own lesson, but another one of the members allowed you to take this Sunday off and took your place instead.
The lesson continued for an hour and church had finally started coming to it's end.
"I would like to close this off with a prayer before you all leave. Anyone who needs a special prayer is more than welcome to stay behind. Please join your hands together as we say this prayer."
He was hesitant to hold hands with any stranger, but an old lady (with a surprisingly strong grip) to his left and the single mother to his right held his hands and already had their heads bowed. He followed suit and listened to the prayer that the pastor had recited.
"I pray you all have a blessed week, and we'll see you again next Sunday."
You were required to stay behind, not that you minded, but you were apart of the church crew. Leaving so soon would seem inappropriate.
A few people made their way down to the front to receive an extra prayer, he was going to leave, but he saw you standing off to the side waiting for anyone to come by.
Of course he wasn't nervous to greet you, women were so easy when it came to him.
"Bye, Sister Mary. See you next Sunday." You waved to the older lady as she made her way out, smiling at him as he made his way over to you.
He stood in front of you, towering over you.
"Hello." You greeted him. This was the same man you saw seated when you first opened the service.
"Hey." He replied with a smirk.
"What's your name, stranger?"
"Erik."
"I'm (y/n), nice to meet you. I don't think I've ever seen you in this church before."
"Nah, I'm new. It's actually my first day here."
"Oh lovely, so I guess you're going to be joining us from now on?"
He was very hesitant to reply and you had already figured out he was one of the lost as our father would describe them. People trying to find God again after hardship. He did look quite rough on the edges, handsome though.
"That's alright, but I do hope you consider. Now what type of blessings are you in need of today?"
"I'm looking for peace." His voice was very gentle as he explained.
You held your hands out to Erik, "Aren't we all." You smiled at him as he placed his calloused hands into yours. This alone told you he's been through more than you could ever imagine. You began to pray for him, asking God to bring peace and security to his heart.
Like your singing, there was so much passion and sincerity in every word you spoke. He found it strange that someone he'd never met before could actually lend out their time to wish him all the best through the form of prayer. It was odd, the feeling in his heart was warm. Not something he was use to.
"Erik?" He was staring so deeply at you, it was like he was in a trance. "Erik?" You called again.
He hadn't realized when you stopped praying, "Oh shi- I mean shoot. Sorry." He let go of your hands as he apologized.
You gave him a sympathetic smile, "It's all good."
He was at a loss for words, all he could say was, "Thanks for this."
"Of course, I'm here every Sunday. I hope to see you again."
"Yeah."
Next Sunday rolled around and you were a lot more excited this time. You really hoped that Erik would be there. On the highway you exceeded the speed limit just a little bit to get to church faster. You parked your car and got into the church, this time no one was holding the door as you were a lot earlier.
Everything followed suit as usual, you sing, your father preaches and closing prayer. You had spotted Erik while singing, this time he was standing up and clapping. It was a good start, he'd get to singing eventually.
This week he had asked you to pray for healing and restoration in his heart. Before leaving, you gave him a hug and you were quite surprised when your palm touched his back. You felt ridges, lot's of them. You wanted to ask him about them, but it would probably be rude. Maybe he had a skin condition.
The following Sunday was also the same, but this time he had asked you to pray for guidance. You knew he was lost, and you were more than happy to help. You didn't know, however, about the burden he was carrying, nor did you try to pry into that. After the prayer he thanked you.
Suddenly your mother and father came over to greet you both.
"Hey Mom, Dad. This is Erik."
"Lovely to meet you, Erik." Your mother shook his hand.
"Welcome to the church. You must be new." Your father also shook his hand.
"Yeah, it's his third time here." He nodded as you spoke for him.
"Glad to have a new member." He patted Erik on the shoulder. "(Y/n), are you coming over for dinner tonight?"
"Yes, I just gotta grab something at my place and I'll see you there."
"Alright, we're heading out now. Drive safe. Once again, nice to meet you Erik." Your parents waved to you both as they left the church.
You sighed, "I hate closing up this place, it's so eerie in the dark."
"For real?"
"Yup."
"The Lord's house?"
"Yes, Erik."
"How God suppose to give you bad vibes?"
"He doesn't, it's just my mind running rampant... Plus, this church is really old."
"Aight, I can stay and protect you just in case." He joked.
You rolled your eyes and agreed anyway. "I gotta do the basement first."
So he followed you down to where the bathrooms and meeting rooms were located.
"I guess I could give you a little t-" You turned around, but he wasn't there. "Erik?!" You called out. "Erik, come on this ain't funny." The light shut off and you were alone in the dark. You screamed when you felt a hand land on your shoulder. You slapped the hand away and the lights came back on revealing a laughing Erik. "So. Not. Funny."
"I'm sorry." He continued to laugh.
Two months had passed and this Sunday followed the same, but when closing prayer rolled around Erik had prayed for a date.
"What do you mean a date?" You giggled at his request. "I'm gonna need you to be more specific."
"Exactly that, a date. With you."
You were taken aback by his statement, but then smiled. "What will this date consist of?"
"Anything you want."
One thing you learned about Erik with knowing so little about him was his bold and cocky demeanour.
"Alright... Hmm..." You thought of how you would play along with his request. "Oh Lord, I pray that Erik takes me somewhere nice, with good food and good music. I also pray that this may not turn out to be a bad experience, in your holy name, amen."
He loved to see your laugh, "So that's a yes?"
"Yes."
Your parents had left early again and you were subject to Erik's pranks and duty of closing up. After locking the church, he walked you to your car as you entered your number into his phone.
"So I'll pick you up on Friday at six?"
"Yeah, see you then Erik." He locked your door for you and strode off to his car as you drove away.
Erik was really hoping that he wouldn't screw anything up. You could be his redemption and he truly felt it. Sure he'd only known you for such a short time, but something about your presence felt so promising to him.
It was five p.m. and you just got out of the shower when you had called Erik.
"Ya know, you still haven't told me where you're taking me."
"Don't worry about it, ma."
"But I don't know what to wear."
"Just dress good."
You frowned at the general answer, "That could mean anything. I have good pyjamas, good gym clothes, good church clothes."
You could hear him sigh on the other line, "We're going on a date. Wear something sexy then."
You blushed at his comment, "Wha- Fine."
"Just don't take forever, aight."
"Okay, Erik see you soon."
"Later, princess."
Before you could ask him about his pet name for you, the line went dead.
Your black Persian cat, Minnie, hopped onto your bed and meowed at you. Her name was quite ironic because her fur gave her a large appearance.
"What's up, Minnie? You hungry?"
She rolled onto her back and meowed again.
"Alright, lemme just finish getting ready then I got you, okay." You rubbed her stomach, (luckily she doesn't mind that) and went into your closet looking for the perfect outfit.
Something sexy...
You never thought about dressing "sexy". You didn't have bad style, but you never wore anything to attract attention. Your outfits were mainly business casual or business dressy when you were out. At home, you settled for something comfy.
But remembered your sister taking you shopping when she set you up for all those blind dates. None of the men you met were intriguing in the slightest. They all had their quirks and nicks that were huge turn offs. You weren't stuck up, but you could not see yourself spending the next fifty years with them. Erik though, had something enticing about him. He made you curious.
You decided to go for blind date outfit number two. A high-low dress with a white polyester satin top and royal blue mesh bottoms, silver accessories, light makeup and white stilettos. You slipped into the dress, zipping it up and adjusted the bottom.
You thought about what food you were going to order as you filled up Minnie's food bowl with wet food, salmon to be exact, her favourite. If he was one of those cheap men, he'd take you to McDonalds. You were told to be grateful in any case, so you would order a combo. But maybe you were lucky enough to be going on a date with someone who has a decent bank account. Maybe he'd take you to a restaurant where you could order pasta or a fancy fish. Maybe a hibachi grill! Those were always a ton of fun to go to.
Though Erik and you have known each other for two months strictly because of church, you didn't know anything about him. Once again, he never failed to remind you of how mysterious he was. He could be a killer for all you know.
You stroked Minnie's back as she quickly ate her dinner.
"Maybe I could order the same thing Mom and Dad made me the last time I was over there." They had made grilled steak and potatoes, it was delicious. Your mother was actually a queen on the grill, and your father tagged in with the perfect seasonings. You always ate good with them. While you daydreamed about consuming their cooking, your father's words replayed through your head.
"I dunno, I feel like I've seen him before. Like he just seems so familiar."
"How so?"
"I'm not sure, the name... Also, when I touched his shoulder I felt these bumps, it reminded me of something, but I'm not so sure."
"Maybe it's a coincidence."
"Maybe..."
The raps against your door brought you out of your thoughts and you went over to go open it. There Erik stood in a black semi casual suit and black Louis Vuitton loafers.
"Hey, Princess."
"Hey, Erik." You gave him a hug getting a whiff of a cologne that was very subtle, but you already knew it was very expensive. You recall smelling it in a high end store at the mall.
"You smell good." He said. What he was smelling was your body mist from Victoria's Secret, you got it on sale for five dollars.
"Thanks, I should be saying the same to you."
"You look sexy too."
"Ah thanks." You stopped yourself knowing where he was going.
"What, you ain't gonna say the same to me?"
"I mean, I guess you look alright." You teased.
He kissed his teeth and shook his head and you laughed.
"Bye, Minnie. I'll be back later." You locked the door and latched arms with Erik as he guided you down the steps to his car. "Oh my gosh, this is your ride?" You exclaimed, charmed by the shiny black Corvette.
"One of." He plainly stated, opening the passengers side for you.
"One of?!"
"Hop in." He ignored your question for clarification. You got in and he locked the door, making his way around to the driver's side. He wasted no time taking off into the night. The sky was shaded with a warm orange colour as the sun began to sink below the Oakland skyline. His music was a lot lower than you had originally expected.
You could faintly hear the tune and lyrics, it was a Biggie Smalls song that you've heard throughout high school. You hummed to the beat of the song until it completely stopped.
"Hey, it was low enough." You frowned at Erik.
"Why don't you sing for me instead?" His focus was still on the road.
"Well, I usually like to have a beat playing."
"You don't do A Capella?"
"Only when I'm at home."
"So you ain't tryna sing a lil something for me?" He turned to look at now that he was at a stop light.
"Only if I can get a beat."
"I don't beat box."
You rolled your eyes, "I wasn't asking you to do it. Do you have an aux cord?"
He laughed, "Aux cord?"
"What's so funny about that?" You narrowed your eyes at him.
"Just connect it to my bluetooth."
"Oh alright, Mr. Fancy." You held your hands up in a surrender.
After setting it up, which was surprisingly really fast compared to your car, you chose to play another one of your favourite Kirk Franklin songs, I Smile.
Today's a new day, but there is no sunshine
Nothing but clouds, and it's dark in my heart
And it feels like a cold night
Today's a new day, but where are my blue skies
Where is the love and the joy that you promised me?
Not even a minute through the song and this man had turned the radio off.
"Erik!"
"You singing that gospel shit, it ain't even Sunday."
"I'm not a Sunday Christian, I practice it every day of my life."
He laughed, and began driving as the light changed to green. "You're the first."
"What do you mean?"
"You know, I always thought this religious thing was bullshit."
"Excuse m-"
"Hold on, let me explain." He held his hand up, "You even admitted it just now. Y'all go to church every Sunday, belting your hearts out and praising God. But as soon as it's over, people go back to their sinful ways. Whether it be cheating, lying, stealing, ya get what I'm saying?"
It's true, it has definitely crossed your mind on multiple occasions, and that's why you said what you said. "I do."
"What's the point if you're just gonna go back to being a sinful person?"
"I guess it just gives them some type of security." You didn't exactly know how to answer his question, and you've asked your father the same thing many times, but even he could not come up with the perfect explanation.
"Anyway, what else you got on your phone?"
"Mainly just gospel, it really gets me through the day."
"You was just humming to Biggie. I'm sure you got something other than gospel, let me see." He held his palm out for you to place your phone in it.
"You're driving, focus on the road."
"The light's gonna change, let me see it." He slowed to a stop.
"Fine." You placed the phone into his hands and scanned for songs other than gospel. His sudden laughter made you stare at him, "What's so funny?"
"Clean, clean, clean. All these songs got the little clean icon." He handed you your phone, "Aight, I'm firing you from DJ duty."
"Wooowwww." You rolled your eyes and folded your arms across your chest.
"I got you." He lifted his phone and scrolled through his list, you alerted him when the light turned green and he set his phone back down in the cup holder. "You got this one on ya phone."
T-Pain's, Bartender filled the car and you were a little surprised. You really thought he was gonna chose a song that was loaded with cursing and sexual innuendos. But you didn't have songs like that on your phone. Honestly, you lived for the early 2000s throwback songs and you felt your voice complimented T-Pain's as you sang along.
Erik handled the verses as you sand the pre-hook and the hook. The bass in his car was amazing, you felt as if you were at a live concert seated in front of the speakers. You continued to listen to his early 2000s playlist until he decided to change it up to more recent songs.
"Please don't play those new artists."
"Artists? They ain't artists, they fuckin' trash. Disgraceful to even call themselves rappers." He scoffed.
"I'm glad you agree, but do you have to swear?"
"Fuck yeah." He set his phone back down and a song you were unfamiliar with filled the car, "Neighbor, Juicy J and Travis Scott." He told you. You knew Travis, his songs were pretty good.
You were bopping to the music, ignoring the little "Shut the fuck up" at the beginning. Erik was vibing to the song as well, bopping his head and doing little dances with his hands. You were enjoying the song until the chorus came. He was looking at you the whole time with a smirk.
Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck
Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck
Your mouth was ajar, watching him recite every single word. He bursted out laughing at your shocked expression.
"Damn shorty, it ain't that serious." He turned the volume down, "You telling me you've never cussed?"
"No, never."
Your expressions changed, his mouth was now ajar this time. "Never?"
"Never."
"Say, sofa."
You stared at him suspiciously. "Sofa."
"Now say, king."
"King."
"Say it together real fast."
"Sofa k- Really?" You glared at him.
"I tried. Anyway, we're here." He hopped out and came around to the other side to get you.
"This place is beautiful, oh my gosh. I thought you needed to make reservations some months ahead to get in." You gawked at the super high ceiling with crystal chandeliers, the marble walls and floors, and the large gold fountain placed right in the centre. "How'd you do it?"
He simply shrugged.
"You're taking this very lightly. I mean, this is a lot for a first date."
"You don't like it?"
"No, no. I love it, it's just, a lot to take in and you're acting like this is normal."
"It is." He shrugged again.
"What?" You stared at him incredulously.
A waiter arrived at the table, placing a basket of bread and fancy cheese platter on the table.
"Good evening, can I start you both off with some drinks?"
"Lemme get your best bottle of Rosé. The whole thing."
Erik hadn't even looked at the menu and you were searching through it quickly. The waiter had already gone off and you didn't have a chance state that you only wanted a glass of water.
"I don't drink." You told Erik.
"Why not?"
"Because I don't care to."
"You never had a little sip?"
"Nope, never. Just like swearing. Never done it, never will."
"Say sofa-"
"Be quiet." You cut him off and he chuckled.
"Ya know, Jesus turned water into wine. John 2:1-11. The bible ain't against drinking."
"So?"
"So, he wasn't afraid to have fun. We talking about God's son. That man had serious responsibility, but he still did that. You need to loosen up, girl. I ain't asking you to get drunk."
You sighed, and the waiter had returned with a bottle of the Rosé. He poured you a glass and asked if you both needed some time to order, but Erik had already placed his order and yours.
"Wha- I don't even know what you just ordered."
"You'll like it, I promise."
Goes to show how often he comes here, maybe with other women too.
"So this is the part where you tell me about yourself." You began.
"Well shit, what do you wanna know?"
"Well first of all, what in the world do you do?"
"I work for a Wakandan outreach centre in Oakland. Helping our people do better with the fucked up system."
"Oh that's pretty cool, it pays well?"
"Well if you're trying to ask how I can afford everything I got, I also work beside the King of Wakanda. His advisor to be exact. So I get my money like that."
You stared at him puzzled, "Huh?"
He smirked, "I guess you can say I'm royalty. That dude I called King, he's my cousin."
You almost choked on the bread that you just took a bite out of, "WHAT?"
The white people turned around to look at the source of the sound, their noses scrunched up at your vulgar outburst as Erik laughed.
"You know Erik, lying lips are an abomination to the Lord. Proverbs 12:22."
"Who said I was lying?"
The waiter had come back with two steaming plates that were covered by a cloche. As he raised the silver metal covering, steam smoked out from the sides revealing two plates of alligot and garlic roasted chicken sliced into perfect pieces with truffles and caviar. You've heard of alligot once on a YouTube video, but you hadn't planned on trying it.
You both thanked him as he left you two to finish off your meal.
"So, what do you do?" He used the knife to cut the chicken breast into a smaller piece before putting it into his mouth.
"Well, I'm a full time social worker at a high school and part time singer and youth teacher on Sunday's. But you already knew that." You said while scooping the cheesy potato onto your fork.
"Maybe you could come talk to some of the kids at the centre. Teach em a bit."
"I could, but I'd have to find somewhere in my schedule to fit it."
"We're always open and willing to get more people on our team. Just let me know."
"For sure."
You both ate in relative silence, only because you were still staring at the rose coloured drink resting to the right side of your plate. Erik had already finished half of his glass. You told him, maybe you'd opt out because surely he can't drink and drive home, but he assured you his alcohol tolerance was very high. It was a little insipid how high it was a matter of fact.
"It won't kill you, just think of it as pink lemonade."
You narrowed your eyes as you brought the glass to your lips, allowing the liquid to enter your mouth.
"Swallow it."
And you did. It actually wasn't as bad as you expected it to be.
"See, how was that?"
"Not bad." You actually really enjoyed the taste.
The rest of your night consisted of questions and answers, jokes, serious debates on religion, politics and what the hell was going on within the black community, internally and externally. You had downed three glasses of the Rosé without noticing.
"So, would you date a white girl?" You asked him.
He didn't even spare a second to think, "Nah."
"Why not? Don't black men love them?"
"I mean, they aight. But I need someone who I can really connect with. Mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically. No white girl can truly understand the struggle, I need me a lady to not only sympathize when I'm crying for one of my brothers murdered unjustly, but to feel exactly what I'm feeling."
"I say that too. Relating is super important in a relationship. There's no way I can be silent just because you don't want to hear about the things we deal with. I use to be friends with this white girl, back in 2016 when police brutality was at a high. She did not have a single care when I was speaking about it, she would find excuses for the police... She really tried to justify their actions. I was appalled."
Erik shook his head, "Damn. But that's to be expected. If it ain't affecting them, why should they give a fuck?" He rhetorically asked.
"I would then ask God, why. Why us? Why black people? Why do we carry the burden and the struggle."
Erik leaned in, intrigued by your question. "Did you find the answer?"
"It's all in the bible. A lot of people miss it, a lot. My father included and it's so sad."
Erik had already asked God the same question. He knew the answer.
"It's all right there, the verses, the scriptures. Everything. You should check out Romans 10:19."
Erik had already started siting the verse, "I will make you envious by those who are not a nation; I will make you angry by a nation that has no understanding." He shook his head, "When you know your true identity, you become unstoppable."
You stared at him in shock, "You know?"
"We're a lot alike, (y/n). Trust me, I've asked that question countless times." His grip on the neck of the glass was tight, "Not necessarily as a whole, but 'why me?' Why do I have to be the stereotype, why do I have to be the black parentless, foster-care kid, why couldn't I grow up like a normal child. Two parents, maybe some siblings. Hell, a dog too."
"What do you mean?"
"I lost both my parents at a young age, barely knew my mom. My dad was murdered by his own people..." You tried to look into his eyes, but they seemed so distant as he continued to explain the story.
"I'm so sorry, Erik."
"Nah, it's all good now. My life was shit, but like you sang back at church, that Kirk Franklin song."
"Looking for you?"
"Yeah, the beginning part."
"I'm glad my singing got to you." You smiled at him. You're not sure when it happened, but your hand had found his and your thumb rubbed over his knuckles. He lifted your hand up and pressed it against his lips.
"How you get drunk off of Rosé?" He shook his head with a judgemental look on his face.
"I'm not." You weren't totally drunk, just a bit.
The drive to his place was rather quick, you were already making it into his gated home. It was a little hard to make out what the place looked like in the dark, it was almost as if he made it incognito. Not a single light was on. As he unlocked the high tech door, a wave of cold air slapped your bare arms making you shiver.
"Why does it feel like Antartica in here?"
"It's just how I like it." He closed the door and put the lock back on.
"No way." You held your arms as you shivered, but he placed his very hot blazer over your shoulders. Okay, so now you understood why he kept his place so cold. The man generated heat like an oven. You were instantly warmed up.
"Lights on, main floor." He spoke to no one in particular, or so you thought until a robotic female voice recited his command and lights began turning on.
"Whoa, is this one of those smart homes?"
"Kinda. It just got vibranium and Wakandan technology."
"Seriously?"
"I did tell you the King is my cousin." He began walking into another room.
"Hold up!" You caught up to him.
You were now in his kitchen that connected to his living room. His style was very modern and sleek. It was so clean that not a single spot of dust was visible to the naked eye. He had many African artworks and artifacts around the room and a gigantic map of the world with little red pushpins located in different spots.
"Hey Erik?"
"Hmm?" He was taking a shot of something with a golden brown colour.
"What's up with this map?"
He swallowed the liquid and made his way over to you. "It's for every place I been."
"Cuz you were in the military right?"
"Yup."
Then the thought came to your head, "Hey, Erik?"
"Wassup?"
"Have you ever um..." Don't ask questions you don't want the answer to, "Actually, never mind."
"Aight."
You sat down on his large sectional sofa and released your curls from your hair tie. It felt just as good as taking off your bra, but of course you couldn't do that at the moment. Then another thought came to you, but Erik had already seated himself beside you with a bottle of Hennessy in his hands, placing it down on the glass table.
"More alcohol?" You've heard about Hennessy before, but you knew nothing about it.
"Yeah." He simply stated and turned on the TV.
"Can I get some?"
He looked at you funny, "Of what? That?" He pointed to the bottle.
"Yes."
"So you a drinker now?"
"It won't kill me." You restated what he said.
"Aight, look for a movie." He got up from the couch and went back into his kitchen to get you a glass.
You scrolled through the vast selection, you weren't sure what to watch. Anything but horror, you didn't want to invite anymore demons into the world. He came back before you could find anything.
"Just pick one." He said while filling your glass.
"There's too many to choose from. Why don't you do it?"
"Cuz, you're the guest and you won't like what I pick."
"How do you know what I like and don't like?"
"I got a pretty good understanding, ma. Now choose one."
You sighed and settled for one that looked decent, appropriate too. You took a sip of the drink, your face scowling at the taste. "Oh my- You like this?"
"Mhm." He responded while taking a few more shots. You sucked it up and drank the rest, you didn't want to waste his booze anyway.
By the thirty minute mark of the movie, your head found its way onto Erik's lap. The drink had sucker punched you, but you tried play it off. Erik was still unfazed, barely watching the movie. His attention was mainly on his phone.
A new sensation sparked your lower half, something you've briefly felt before, but suppressed it knowing exactly what it was. This time though, it came in all at once with a full force. It was an itch that needed to go away.
You've heard about alcohol being an aphrodisiac before... Uh oh.
You compressed your thighs together relieving it for a few seconds, but it felt as though it intensified and Erik noticed you shifting.
"You good?" He asked. His voice was so soft and enticing, calling you forward. You raised your head out of his lap and straddled him. "Whoa..."
"Erik..." Your voice came out very relaxed.
"Aye, you go-"
Your lips found their way onto his, stunning both of you in the process. You were kissing him so deeply without the intent of letting go. It was a sloppy kiss, truthfully, as you've never kissed another man before.
You had him on his back as you began undressing yourself down to only your matching pair of bra and panties.
"Baby girl, whatchu doing?"
"I'm tired of being the good girl, Erik. It's so boring." You whined to him.
Erik felt his dick twitch at the lust in your voice and eyes, he could feel his old self coming back quickly. He should've known better than to be drinking, but it was a rough week.
You leaned in and met him with another kiss, this time he was the dominant one. You helped him out of his button up, your hands now coming in contact with the bumps that you felt back at church. Had you not been so wasted, you would've reacted, but that was the last thing on your mind.
He was out of his pants before you knew it, and you were on your back. He kissed down your neck, making sure to leave love bites on you. He trailed all the way to your stomach, right down to the band of your blue lace panties. His fingers slid under the band yanking them further down till they were off completely.
"Damn, ma." He ran his finger up and down your wet folds before inserting it.
"Uhh." You moaned at the intrusion.
His tongue soon found it's way onto your clit as well. You moaned and thrashed as he continued to assault your womanhood. He made sure to hold you down as he ate you out. He was an expert, despite this being your first time, you could tell he was really skilled. He lifted your leg over his shoulder and stuck another finger into you. You hands found their way into his dreads and you gripped tightly, he hissed at your action.
"Ohhhh." You moaned aloud.
"You like this, mama?"
"Nngh, yes!"
The feeling in your core intensified until you could no longer hold it and you released without warning, a plethora of moans falling from your lips.
"Damn baby, you ain't warn me."
"Mmh, I'm sorry."
"Nah," He sat up. "Sorry ain't gonna cut it."
He pulled off his boxers and climbed over top of your shaking frame. He took the tip of the penis and rubbed it along the outside of you, coating it in your wetness. You shivered at his touch.
He had one hand by your ear and the other on his member, guiding it into you. The stretch was unbelievable, your hands gripped his arms tightly.
"Fuck, this pussy so tight."
"Oh, unnghh."
"That's it, just a little more." He continued to slide into you, and you tried your best to ignore any pain you were feeling, but that was almost impossible. His gold chain that you hadn't noticed before dangled over your head, it had a ring attached to it.
He thrusted into you, not checking if you were alright. All you could feel was pain and little spurts of pleasure here and there.
"Mmh, oh. I-it's too much!" You groaned.
"I know you can take it, come on girl."
He was definitely curing your itch, but that same feeling was welling into your core once again. You placed your hand on the lower half of his abdomen and begged for him not to go any deeper.
"Mhh-mmh. That's it, that's it." You continuously chanted as he continued thrusting.
He pulled out and had you go on all fours, you were a shaking mess. He dived right back into you pumping at a steady pace.
You cried out his name. "Erik, ohhhh fffff-" It was so overstimulating that you almost cursed.
"Was that a bad word?" He spanked your ass.
"Ah! Noooo." You sighed.
"Come on, say it. I dare you."
"Mmh-mmh." You shook your head slightly.
He picked up the pace and your moans turned into screams as he brushed your cervix. Your toes curled tightly.
"Ahhhh, s-slow d-down unnghhh!" You could swear you were seeing stars as he hammered you into the sofa.
"Ahhh shit." He sped up even faster. Your high was at it's peak now.
"Fuck!" You screamed out, not even realizing it, but a string of curse words followed. You couldn't stop yourself as you released onto his cock with a scream.
He pulled out and released onto your back as you collapse, blanked out without a care in the world.
The next morning, you felt something warm and wet on your shoulder.
"Minnie, stop. That tickles." You pushed the culprit away, but your hand retracted as soon as you felt human skin and kinky hair. You shot up and stared down at him. Regret instantly clouded your heart, and nausea filled your stomach.
It wasn't a sinful dream... You had lost your virginity so a man you had barely known. Something you promised to keep to yourself until marriage.
"Get away from me." You pushed him away as tears streamed down your face. You scooted back so far and almost fell off of his king sized bed in the process.
"(Y/n), it's just me."
"N-no, oh my gosh. Please tell me I was dreaming?" You held your head in your palms. You knew it was real, seeing that you were wearing one of his shirts, your curls were a hot mess, and you woke up in his bed. Not to mention the ache in between your legs.
"You good, ma?"
"No, Erik! I'm not 'good'! I'm terrible."
"Did I go too hard?" He asked without shame.
"That's not the issue, Erik! We had sex, right?"
"Yeah, it was great."
You sighed, collapsing your head into your lap. "I'm a sinner. I can't- I-"
"What's that suppose to mean?"
Your tears rolled off your cheeks landing onto the bed sheets, "You took my virginity, Erik."
"Oh shit..."
"I was saving it. Sex before marriage... Why would I do that? Ugh!"
" We were both drunk. It's not that serious, (y/n)."
"Of course it is!" You snapped at him. "We barely even know each other... This is my first time seeing you outside of church."
He was silent as he watched your tears of regret fall.
"I gave in to one of the cardinal sins... God must be so disgusted with me." You sighed, "Hebrews 13:4, Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral."
"Hold up, you talking about lust, right?" He finally spoke up.
"Yeah." You answered with a sniffle.
"Ain't you the one who told me about forgiveness. Redemption. All that shit."
You looked at him a little puzzled.
"You really think you a bad person for fucking?" He took off his shirt, "You know what these bumps are? They each represent a kill."
Your eyes widened as your hand covered your mouth.
"Thou shalt not kill, one of the Ten Commandments. I disobeyed that one, each scar on my body reminding me. You know what's the sad thing about it, I don't regret any of them. I did what I had to do, that's the path I chose." He scoffed, "You worried about sex, I got blood on my hands, baby. Shit, I don't even know if I can be saved."
You had to register a lot, it was all so overwhelming. You had given in to temptation and had sex with a man you only knew so much about, not to mention he's a killer... But then it hit you.
"W-wait... Don't tell me that you're K-Killmoger..."
"Surprise." He said unenthusiastically, his eyes had glossed over at some point, but you missed it.
It felt as if the weight of the world came crashing down on your shoulders. You weren't sure if you should run away, leave or stay.
Surprisingly, you found yourself cradling his head in your lap. You both remained silent and let the moment register.
"John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." He said while your fingers ran against his scalp.
You decided not to sing this Sunday, as it would feel hypocritical to be teaching these people what it means to be a good Christian through songs. Throughout the service, you hadn't seen Erik. He was kind enough to drop you back at your place the night before, but he took off in a hurry.
"(Y/n), you're not praying for anyone today?" Your father asked as he waved a few sisters goodbye.
"Actually, I needed a prayer for myself. And also with Erik in mind."
"Sure, what about?"
"Forgiveness of sin and restoration."
The look he gave you was quizzical, "Alright."
As your father prayed, Erik watched from a distance. He could feel your father's words in his heart without actually hearing anything. He knew that he was no good for you. You were just a church girl doing the right thing, while he was still trying to figure it out.
He was your temptation and you were his.
Okay, so this has been my longest one-shot with 9000+. I hope you enjoyed!

Playground Scuffles
Summary: BiBi and KitCat get into a scuffle with kid on the playground, prompting Mama to come to the rescue. Andy Barber x Black!Reader, Bianca Barber, Katrina Barber
Warnings: Fluff, Child Bullying, Adult Bullying, Angry & Protective Reader, Angry & Protective Andy, Cursing, Protective BiBi Barber, KitCat Barber, Slight Violence, Minors DNI
A/N: You didn’t ask for this, but for some reason I had you three in mind when I wrote it. Let me know what you think, @writer84 and @birdie-girl and @elle14-blog1- Part of my Growing Pains Series. Please send me your feedback, all my Tumblr peeps!
___
Bianca was about to take her turn on the slide when she heard her sister scream. She scans the playground, only to see her sister lying on the mulch covered ground with a bigger boy looming over her.
Little BiBi jets herself down the slide, determined to get to her sibling as fast as possible. As soon as her feet hit the floor, she’s off.
“What happen to you, KitCat?” She brushes the curls out of her baby sister’s face before helping her up and dusting her off.
“Sissy.” Katrina cries softly. “He push me. Push down. Hurt!”
“He what?” She growls. BiBi turns to glare at the boy. “You hurt my sister?” The boy in question is even bigger than her, but she doesn’t care. All she feels is rage.
She could fight with her sister. But nobody else could. And she would never hit her.
“The worm was in my way.” He shrugs. “Next time, she move when I say move. Now you move or I push you too.” He crosses his arms over his chest. “My playground. My rules.”
“Not your playground.” Katrina hisses. “Me and my sissy here too.”
“She right, dummy.” Bianca confirms. “You no touch her. Do it again, and I punch you.”
“Do what I want.” He responds before shoving BiBi, and then KitCat, who cries out when she hits the ground again.
That’s more than enough for big sis. Balling up her tiny fist, she delivers a solid blow to the kid’s jaw.
“Ahh!” He cries out before he takes off running while clutching his face. “Daddy!”
“Dat’s for my sissy!” BiBi growls. Once again, she helps her little sister up. “You okay, Katrina?”
“I okay. Want punch too. Sissy okay?”
“Fine. Let’s go see Mama.”
They turn around only to come face to face with you. “Are you two alright?” You bend down and wipe some more of the mulch off of their clothing. “I saw what that mean boy did. I’m so proud of you both for taking care of each other.”
“We fine, Mama. But I no like that dat boy.” Bianca says.
“He push sissy.” KitCat tells you.
“Okay.” You kiss them both. “It’s all okay.”
“Um, excuse me.” You hear a deep voice growl. “But your girls have apparently been bullying my son and I think they owe him an apology.” You look up from your crouched position to see the mean boy’s father glaring down at you. “And we would like that apology now.”
No way in hell, buddy.
“Girls,” you murmur with a fake smile. “Go play over there for me, okay?” You point towards the opposite side of the playground. And then you stand up, all 5”2 of pure Mama Bear Come Fuck With Me If You Want To Attitude.
“Yeah, that’s not gonna happen.” You tell him. “I’m not even gonna play about it. Your son pushed my daughters. Multiple times.”
“Ha! I don’t believe that.” The man scoffs. “My Jacob would never. He’s the gentlest soul in the world.” He sets his son down and instructs him to go play as well.
“Yeah? Sure. I watched it happen. He pushed down my little Katrina, which is why her big sister ran over. And then he pushed her again, along with my Bianca.”
“Right.”
“Thank you.” You respond with a cheeky grin. “I’m so glad you agree. Your son clearly needs a little more home training before you let him venture out into the wild with other kids.”
“Fuck you, bitch.”
“No thanks. I have a sexy ass husband who gives it to me on the regular.” You shoot him a wink.
“Your daughter punched my son.”
You let out an exasperated sigh. “Once again, you dipshit, only after your he put his hands on both my girls. Several times. And I’d also like to point out that he’s bigger than both of them. I will also do you the courtesy of pointing out the fact that my girls are completely allowed to defend themselves when needed. So, if little John or Jack or whoever doesn’t wanna get punched, then teach him to keep his hands to himself. Like a responsible flipping parent.”
“You know what, lady? I’m real close to pushing you.” His nostrils flare as he takes a threatening step towards you.
“Try it and see what happens.” You snarl. “Where do you think my BiBi learned how to land such an effective right hook, bitch?”
“Oh, I’m a bitch, am I?” The man was on fire.
“If the shoe fits, sweetheart.” You respond with a shrug. “You wanna brawl, we can brawl. I’m not afraid of you, honey.”
“Well, you should be. Because I’m about to -”
“You’re about to do what?” You hear Andy hiss from somewhere behind you. “You’re about to do what to my wife?”
The angry father blanches before taking a step back. “I - she - your girls - they -”
“They defended themselves against his bully of a son, Andy. Just like I’m doing now. You can go have a seat if you want, dear. I can whip his ass myself.”
Andy chuckles darkly.
“So your son bullied my girls and now you’re trying to bully my wife. And I was a little far way that the time, but did I hear you threaten to push my lady? Because if I did, if that’s what I truly heard, I am going to beat you to a goddamned pulp in full view of every parent here. You understand?”
The man says nothing, prompting an incensed Andy to grab him by the shirtfront. “You or your kid threatens any one of my girls again, and you will have me to deal with. Do. You. Understand?”
“I - I got it.” He mumbles.
“Good. Now get the fuck away.” Your husband shoves him backwards.
Andy snags a burly arm around your waist and leads you over towards your daughters.
“I had that, you know.” You playfully grumble.
“I know you did. But nobody and nothing threatens my girls. It just doesn’t happen. Won’t stand for it. I’d torch this whole playground first, sans kids of course.” He presses a soft kiss to your lips.
“C’mon girls!” He calls out to BiBi and KitCat. “We’re going for ice cream!”
“Yeah! Starrsbury!”
“Woo! Burfday Cake!
“I love you.” You whisper. “And thanks.”
“I love you, too. And don’t ever thank me for protecting what’s mine.”

Love Song for a Vampire Pt.22
Pairing(s): Edward Cullen x Wolf!Reader, Edward Cullen x Bella Swan, Jacob Black x Bella Swan, Jacob Black x OC
Warnings: imprinting angst
Words: 2458
Summary: Jacob suffers with the aftermath of imprinting on Evita. You and Evita prep for the bond breaking ritual.
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8 Part 9 Part 10 Part 11 Part 12 Part 13 Part 14 Part 15 Part 16 Part 17 Part 18 Part 19 Part 20 Part 21 Part 23 Part 24 Part 25 Part 26 Part 27 Part 28 Part 29 Part 30 Part 31 Part 32 Part 33 Part 34 Part 35 Part 36 Part 37 Part 38 Part 39 Part 40(series finale)
What was his life becoming? From the outward look, everything seemed wrong. He shouldn’[t have imprinted on Evita but he did. That was how it worked after all. Billy and Sue found him in quite a state after Sam had called them, concerned for Jacob’s well being.
How had (y/n) and Jared dealt with imprinting on complete strangers?
From what he recalled of the pack telepathy, they had been in very much the same way: distraught and confused. He could never have imagined it was that. . . Intense. Like a bus had just slammed right into him.
He barely registered his father’s voice trying to beckon his senses. There was nothing that Billy could say to make things better. The process of imprinting was an arduous one yet another right of passage four a true Quileute warrior.
Sue grips the handlebars of Billy’s wheelchair and steers him in the other way, opposite of Jacob’s bedroom door. His son had been through so much already that this seemed almost too cruel for Sue. It made her dread the day when Leah or Seth imprinted on someone. She always assumed Leah would have been safe from becoming a shape shifter. Never had there been a female wolf. Not before Leah. (Y/n) suffered the same fate but even worse was that she had also imprinted on Edward Cullen just two weeks after her first phasing. Pitying the girl, Sue was the one to tell the desperate young girl about the Hispanic witch that she had discovered through her research. Guilt plagued many of her dreams after Sam and (y/n) returned to tell of the horror they had faced against an owl-faced devil.
“Give him time. He’s not ready yet.” Sue whispered to Billy. She would take them back to her own house.
Billy didn’t like the idea of leaving his son alone to figure things out himself. He couldn’t possibly understand what it was like to imprint on someone you didn’t even know. Never afflicted with the stress of being a Warrior of the Moon, Billy had chosen Sarah himself. Love was the only factor in his decision.
“Sue. . . It breaks my heart.” He whispered as she helped him out of his wheelchair and back into the passenger seat of her car.
She pursed her lips, a burning sensation in her eyes made her close them for a moment to relieve it. How terrible it was to helplessly watch your child suffer. The whole warrior thing was terrible on all ends.
“They haven’t told the girl yet, have they?” Sue whispered once she lifts herself into the driver’s seat and starts the engine.
“No. . . No. Sam said he was going to wait until she knows us better. Maybe it’ll help.” Billy’s eyes are far off into the distance. This girl- This witch. . . Would some day be his daughter-in-law if things went according to fate. “Evita is her name.”
Sue keeps her eyes on the road but her mind is on the poor unsuspecting girl. Whatever herb initial reason for coming too Forks was, she certainly would have never imagined something like this happening. Unless she had the power of divination like Alice Cullen possessed. Well, at least this will get his mind off of Bella.”
Billy coughed out a low chuckle, enough that Sue knew he was equally happy not to have his son pine for her fully knowing that she wasn’t his imprintee.
“There’s nothing for us to do, Billy. We’ll have to leave this matter to Sam. He’s gone through it as has Jared and (y/n). They’re a pack. They’ll help each other out and talk to Jacob when he’s ready.” Sue adds.
The older man closes his eyes and lets Sue drive them to wherever.
Jacob listened to the sound of Sue’s car pulling out of the driveway. Most likely heading to Sam’s to get the news of not just meeting the two members of the Denali coven, but to find out more about his house guest, Evita.
The witch he had imprinted on.
His heart was racing at an alarming speed as he sat on the floor of his bedroom, head in hands. While his wolf was elated, the human part of him was mortified. Foolishly, Jacob thought he had more time before he met his imprintee. That maybe against all odds, something would happen where he imprinted on Bella.
He recalled when (y/n) had first imprinted on Edward. Remembered how many days she locked herself in her room, not answering any texts or calls and making everyone sick with worry. They all were aware of the possibility that (y/n) would kill herself. It happened before when the imprintation was not reciprocated. Akin to a broken heart.
The devastation she’d experienced was palpable through pack telepathy, no matter how hard she tried to suppress it.
Underneath his skin trembled the power he possessed, wanting to be unleashed. Jacob didn’t want to give way to the frenzy. In this emotional state, he’d become victim to his animal. Yielding to it’s overwhelming strength.
Ordinarily wolves ran a higher temperature than the regular human. Not usually affecting him, Jacob now felt his face searing with heat near scalding. The individual cells of his body was fighting against what should be natural.
He tried conjuring Bella in his mind, but only Evita’s stunning eyes stared back at him. Her scent still clung inside of his nostrils, making him greedily suck up whatever remained. At the same time he shamed himself for doing so. Jacob felt like he betrayed Bella somehow. Bella now lost two men in her life due to imprinting. When she found out- Jacob didn’t want her to ever find out. Not if he could help it.
**
It was hard not to tell Evita that some forces beyond of anyone’s comprehension bound her to Jacob. When you decided to stay the night at Sam’s, you were already aware that it would be harder to keep the secret once you really got to know her. Through the night she shared her story, not the least bit bothered by the presence of Sam and Emily who stood listening while you sat on the couch with Evita.
Before her sister Letizia left their home, she lived with Evita, their mother, grandmother and one other sister who was ten years old. She was enjoying her summer break hanging with her school friends, but when Letizia hadn’t returned any of her calls, she knew finding out about her sister was more important than anything. Their mother protested furiously when Evita told her of her plan. Only Evita’s promise to return before school started swayed her mom. She made sure to supply her with anything she may need during her travel; especially with money so that she would never have to sleep anywhere dangerous. They weren’t wealthy by any means, but her mom viewed Evita’s safety as her number one priority.
Evita admitted that it had been the first time in her life traveling outside of Puerto Rico. But her English was proficient and she had magic up her sleeve. Using such tools had led her to Oregon. The climate so different than her home country. A charmed warming stone was all that kept her from freezing.
The lechuza was not the only strange creature she had encountered in her short lifetime. Not just vampires either.
It verified your fear that other things went bump in the night.
What was even more illuminating were the items her mother had packed in her bag. Evita dumped out all of its contents to show you her practice. Lots of small candles, herbs in pouches that tickled your nose and a smooth palm sized mirror. She explained that was how she tracked you down after finding your blood in her sister's house.
You pick up a small candle to examine it. "You'll be using this for my spell?"
She nods. "Yes. Two are required but I need red string and either blood or hair from you."
"Does the spell hurt?"
Pressing her lips in a firm line, Evita leans back against the couch cushions. "I've never done this spell, but I don't think it should hurt. That is if it actually works on you. No one in my family has done spells for wolves let alone a vampire."
You hoped it did work. If your tie to Edward was broken, everything would be fixed.
“Just don’t be too disappointed if things don’t turn out the way you had wanted.” She gently warned, not wanting you to get your hopes up.
Promising her that you understood, she went on to tell you how it would be performed. All of it sounded so simple yet Evita claimed the inner manifestation itself was the tricky part.
As for the supplies she still required to stop by a store she had looked up on her phone in Port Angeles. Most of them she could find in the forest thankfully and you told her the next day you would go out with her. The woods around you were so familiar to you by now that you could probably find your way back home blindfolded. Sam said he would later drive both of you to Port Angeles. He was curious about Evita’s craft.
Your conversation came to a halt when the knock of the front door alerts to another visitor.
Sam opens it and lets Sue and Billy go past him into the living room. Billy’s face told you that he knew who the girl was sitting beside you. Knew that she was his son’s fated mate. You worry that he’s going to tell Evita.
Sue clears her throat with a strained smile. “Sorry to interrupt. We thought we would come over and officially welcome Ms. Evita to La Push.”
Evita smiles and stands up. “Thank you. It’s such a beautiful area. You’re lucky to live so close to nature. Practically in your backyards!” She holds out her hand first to Sue then to Billy whose dark eyes don’t leave her. His hand is slow to clasps her’s.
“Billy is Jacob’s dad. Do you remember Jacob?” You copy Sue and try to smile, like everything is completely fine. Just normal first meeting right?
She’d met so many people that day, you were truly caught off guard when she nods. “Yes. I remember him. He came with those two other boys.”
“And Sue is Leah and Seth’s mom.” Adding, you watch Evita’s face as she racks her memory of the two wolves you named. Easy to remember Leah since she was the only other female besides yourself.
“It’s nice to meet you both.” Plain honesty is on her face. This interaction was enriching for Evita. While there may be aggressive creatures from living nightmares that exist in the world, at least your pack and those of the Cullens were of a friendly nature. Many more like you could exist too.
Emily and Sue wander to the kitchen to prepare cups of tea for everyone using an herbal blend made by Evita. Sam pulls up his beat up armchair and sits next to Billy.
“Since Jacob is your son, does that mean you can shape-shift too?” Evita excitedly leans forward.
Billy smiles and shakes his head. “No. I was never a shape-shifter. They only started reemerging just recently. For decades there had been no wolves. If you plan on staying for another night, you’re more than welcome to come to our bonfire tomorrow night. Members of our reservation are always welcome and there is plenty of food. We tell stories of our ancestors and the land they protected.”
“I would love that!” She exclaims in her chanting accent. “I do plan on staying here for a few more days. There are things to be done.”
It was enough to make Billy’s smile broaden. You didn’t want Billy to get his hopes up either. She hadn’t mentioned it when you were talking, but she could have a boyfriend back home or someone else she liked. Evita had her own life back in Puerto Rico.
The two other women in the house return with trays that steadied steaming cups of tea. Once you took the first sip, warmth blazed from the innermost part of your tummy and from the other’s, you knew they felt the same too. Not one for tea, Evita’s would be the exception.
“If you don’t mind me asking,” Sue starts “how old are you, Evita?”
“Seventeen.” Only a year older than you and Jacob.
Concern flashes across Sue’s face. “Your parents must be so worried about you traveling all by yourself.”
“My mom was at first but once the first week passed, she trusted my power enough to protect myself.” She preens a bit with pride. to her mom, she’d proven herself as a witch during her journey. “But I know that doesn’t prevent her from worrying. She’ll be happier once I’m back home.”
Sue empathized with Evita’s mom because she had gone through a similar situation with her own kids. It’s not easy to be a parent of a shape-shifter. You have to let go to the child you had once been rearing and acknowledge them as a lethal weapon.
Both you and Evita wake up early the next morning. After making the living room look presentable, you head out of Sam’s house and into the forest of trees that lay beyond. Most dusts the early morning air as did a thin layer of fog. She needed stones of a distinct weight and shape. Preferably from any nearby creeks or rivers. There was one several miles away from Sam’s house that led up to a local waterfall. You went on foot as Evita didn’t seem to mind the extra long walk. Her pace was a leisurely one as she admired the flora and fauna that thrived in the area. Some she was able to name and tell you their properties. Then she would pick it up and place it in a pouch that hung from her shoulder.
The rising of the sun banishes the fog completely as you advanced over fallen logs and scattered twigs. Birds chirp high above and dart every so often into view.
Soft tinkling of flowing water hit your ears first and you let her know that you were nearly there. There would be plenty of rocks to choose from both from the banks and from the riverbed itself.
While she searches for her perfect stones, you sit at the edge of the river and dip your feet into the freezing water that came straight from the mountain. Bright sunlight bathes your bare arms and legs as you enjoy this rare peaceful moment.

My dear [S.U]
Sam Uley x Fem! reader!
Summary: “Did you have a hard day? You can complain to me. Did something make you almost cry? It’s alright, look at me. Starting from now, think of three really good things: the warm air, the dazzling weather, and me outside your window. I told you, you can see brightness only when it gets dark”

"Sorry to bother you, Chief," you said following the man's moves through your house. Charlie Swan was carrying a reclining chair with ease leaving it in the middle of the living room while you stood at the bottom of the stairs with your little four year old daughter in your arms. Cassie was exhausted. It had been a long plane ride and a bit more road travel, which knocked your little girl out as soon as you set foot in your new home in Forks. It was a long time since you had seen that place but of course you remembered Charlie Swan as kind as he had always been. Even when you were just starting to think about moving back to Forks he was the first to help you get a safe home for you and your daughter. You remembered looking up for Charlie's old phone number hoping it was still the same and when you dialed and heard the man's voice behind the phone you sighed in relief. At last life seemed to be smiling on you after a long time and Charlie was quick to offer to help you if you decided to return to town.
He told you about a house for sale next to his. The owner was elderly and preferred to live with one of her children and earn income from the house near the forest that could be bought by curious tourists so Charlie convinced her to sell you the house and at a lower price than she was originally asking because the house needed some repairs that he could do. So you thought no more about it and packed your things to return to Forks after the horrible years you had lived in Brownsville.
Charlie picked you up at the airport in his police cruiser and avoided turning on the siren cause Cassie was already half asleep in your arms when you got off the plane and he didn't want to disturb her, but Cassie had the strength to stay awake long enough to make him promise that next time he would turn on the siren as they drove around town.
The truth was that Charlie Swan was an angel. He arranged everything so you would have a quick return and even now he was bothering to get all your stuff out of the moving truck so you wouldn't have the worry of doing it later.
"Nonsense, I'm happy to do it. Besides, it's my day off."
"And that's why you shouldn't be doing all this. I know vacations for police officers are non-recurring."
"I'm the chief, I have certain privileges."
"Still."
"Well, I wasn't going to let you do this on your own" he replied, carrying the boxes with your and Cassie's clothes. He set them down on the kitchen island and leaned back against them to rest. You walked over and settling Cassie better in your arms you sat down in one of the chairs Charlie had given you "Billy and Jacob will be here in a little while to get all this settled so you can have your first night here without any problems."
"I still think it's too much. Stop spoiling me like this, Charlie, you even gave me part of your dining room!"
"Ah, it was nothing. Bella and I recently bought a new one and we didn't want to take it to the dump cause it still has some use. The table is made out of good wood and the chairs are freshly upholstered. Look at it, it suits perfectly!"
"That's not the point" you said, glancing sideways at the newly arranged dining room near the kitchen "The point is that you're doing a lot for me and it's not fair."
"Your father would have done the same for Bella if it had been about me" he replied reaching for a bottle of water from the installed cooler. A sudden tension appeared in the room as you both remembered what your father's life was like in Forks "Jackson was my best friend for a long time and when he died...I promised him that I would seek you out and support you as if you were my own and that is precisely what I am doing."
"You wouldn't have if I hadn't left and hadn't abandoned him. He died because of me"
"That's not true."
"He was left alone when I left. He died of grief"
"He died from the heart valve disease he had. Your father suffered it from a young age and even so, you had a right to look for your mother"
"I wish I hadn't" you murmured, cooing to Cassie who was beginning to get annoyed by the noise of your voices "I abandoned my father and didn't find anything worthwhile"
"Well, that doesn't matter anymore, stop tormenting yourself and thinking you killed your father. I was with him. He loved you and he died peacefully, remember him as the good man he was, child."
You sighed. Cassie went back to sleep peacefully
"You're right. I'm sorry."
"Don't worry, sweetheart. I know it's not the same, but you have me now and I'd rather die than let you leave again, do you hear me?"
"Easy, I have no intention of doing that" you half smiled "I'm running away from the tracks I left in Brownsville, I have no desire to go back under any circumstances. What I'm worried about is that the tracks won't rub off and show the way to the one I'm hiding from"
Charlie clicked his tongue.
"That should be the least of your problems. I have a gun and I know how to use it. He'll have to deal with that first before he gets to you."
"Thanks, Charlie."
"Although, if Chief Swan is as good at shooting as he is at fishing then you'll have to learn how to handle a gun yourself, honey" a voice appeared from the doorway followed by a young man's laughter. You looked up meeting the unmistakable face of Billy Black next to his son Jacob. Billy entered your house being pushed by Jacob leaving him next to Charlie as he rolled his eyes "Be a little more modest, buddy."
"There's nothing wrong with bragging once in a while."
"Yeah, but you do it all the time."
"Shut up."
"Make me"
Charlie got up from his spot lunging towards Billy who ina swift movement spun the wheels of his chair avoiding Charlie's attack thus beginning a chase through the house dodging the obstacles of boxes on the floor. Jacob laughed taking Charlie's place in front of you.
"I thought we were coming to help with the move, not to watch them play like preschoolers?"
"Me too. I think Cassie will get along with them."
"Your little girl will beat them up right away"
"Probably."
You giggled quietly avoiding waking Cassie as Charlie and Billy finished their game to go back to the truck and get the last boxes, then you could finally get everything settled at home. Jacob smiled, looking at you
"I'm Jacob. You may not remember me but..."
"Are you kidding? I used to give you the bottle."
"No you didn't."
"Of course i did! My dad used to visit your parents a lot and he used to take me with him. You were a newborn baby and I used to volunteer to help Sarah feed you. You were the worst baby ever. You cried too loudly and squeezed the bottle with your swollen gums. Then you'd throw the milk back and you used to get really messy. Your poop was the smelliest I could remember."
"Don't say that!" he replied, embarrassed "I see you do remember me."
"And Quill and Embry. Tell me, are they still the same old fools?"
"They haven't changed at all."
You laughed.
"Perfect."
"Ok, these are the last boxes" announced Charlie walking into the house carrying with him a small box with Cassie's toys. Billy came in behind with some boxes on his lap "I think now we can get everything organized and finishing in time for you to get some rest."
"I'll clean up the little girl's room" offered Jacob standing up "then I'll fill the closet and set up the bed so you can lay her down, you must be tired from carrying her around for so long. is that okay with you?" he asked you. You nodded
"Yes, thank you Jacob."
"You're welcome. Give me that" The boy took the boxes off his father's legs and picked up Charlie's, all with one arm and with the other he carried the folding base of the bed. You opened your eyes wide
"Easy, big guy, when did you get so strong?"
"I don't know. It just... showed up" he replied disappearing up the stairs
"It showed up" said Charlie "Ah, I hope shows up something like that to me"
"Don’t hold your breath as that happens" Billy joked.
"I should do something for lunch" you said trying to stand up. You were going to put Cassie down on one of the couches and put some cushions around her, but Charlie won't let you. Billy agreed
"None of that. We'll order something."
"But..."
"Nothing" interrupted Billy "We'll buy pizza"
"You guys really need to stop doing this" you reproached. Billy picked up his phone
"Ah, sorry, you had to say that earlier, I'm already on the call."
"You guys are unbelievable"
Charlie smiled
"We know. oh I'll get Bella, she hasn't said hello yet" Charlie walked out before you could say anything else and closed the door dismissing the moving truck. Billy smiled complicitly, placed the order, gave the address and left the cell phone on the kitchen bar
"Dinner is served."
"Thank you."
"They had children's menu, so I ordered it for Cassie. I hear their brownies are delicious. Maybe I'll steal it for myself."
"I'll keep it as a secret"
Billy nodded with a smile and as the food arrived you chatted animatedly about what had happened in your absence, he also told you things about your father and all the times they went fishing together before his death. You were enjoying Billy's stories when time began to pass and Charlie didn’t return with Bella as he promised. Jacob was finishing Cassie's room and when the pizza arrived he came downstairs immediately, asking about Charlie's whereabouts.
"He went to get Bella, but he hasn't come back yet."
"That's strange, his house is right next door."
"Maybe something came up for him at the station" Billy shrugged.
You decided to wait for the Swans to eat, but seeing that they didn't show up Jacob offered to investigate what was going on when suddenly the door opened and a very worried Charlie Swan walked in wiping the sweat from his brow
"Bella’s missing."
"What?"
Jacob suddenly became alert and Billy remained static in his place. You felt a knot in your stomach. While riding in the police cruiser that morning, you had heard something about tourist disappearances and wild creatures killing people in the woods and you feared Bella might be in that kind of danger. You were never close, but you knew her and occasionally went out together to talk or share a movie night. You still hadn't seen her after the years you were away and the least you wanted was for something bad to happen to her.
"Did you talk to any of her friends?"
"She was with them during classes, but they lost track of her on her way here. I'll call the Cullens, maybe..."
"You didn't know?" asked Billy "The Cullens left Forks, Charlie."
"Where did they go?"
"We'll find her" encouraged Jacob "But we have to go out and look for her before dark."
"I'll go with you" you said "I'll take Cassie to her room and..."
"No, no, stay" Charlie asked you "I left a note for Bella at home in case she comes back she’ll know that she has to come here and wait for me. If she does, call me right away, please" you nodded
"I'll call Harry and ask him to join along with the boys" Billy said and wheeled away down the hallway holding the phone to his ear. Charlie and Jacob left and you decided to take Cassie to the room, go down to the kitchen and make some coffee for the Brigadiers and Bella. If she was alone in the woods and the night was catching up with her then she was going to need something hot to get her strength back.
You hoped with all your heart that she was all right. For her, for Charlie.
.
.
.
Hours passed one after another with no sign of Bella. Your driveway was carpeted with people and police cruisers specially brought by Charlie to search for Bella. The entire town was scoured by officers from the early hours of the night, yet there was no trace of the chief's daughter. You decided to join the search taking the opportunity that Sue Clearwater was playing with Cassie - who was awakened by the ruckus of the patrol cars - asking if it was a good idea to search for her in the woods, but Harry refused.
"It's too dangerous, we don't know what might be among the trees. We can't risk losing any more people."
You were about to object his words when Jacob came up to you putting a hand on your shoulder telling you that he was right and that the forest was something not to be taken lightly. So you gave up, deciding to go back inside and refill the coffee pot when Jacob alerted Charlie that someone had found Bella.
A tall man walked in a straight line toward the Brigadiers where Billy and Harry watched him with restrained relief. He had a stocky frame and Bella unconscious in his arms seemed to weigh no more than a feather. His cropped black hair was messy and his lack of a shirt told you that the icy cold of the city didn't affect him at all
You knew him. His face was very familiar yet strange at the same time. You were back in Forks after a few years, but you knew that no one could change that much in that period of time.
Sam Uley was holding Bella and Charlie took her in his arms as he came out of the stupor and relief of having found his daughter. The Brigadiers sighed in unison and Billy thanked them all. You wanted to do something, to approach Charlie, to ask him if he needed help with Bella, but your eyes were caught in Sam’s.
They were dark, wild, like the forest behind him. You remembered him perfectly.
Before you left Forks you two were close friends and came to like each other as something more, but your leaving ended that and what you might have been up to that point.
You tried to look away, but then Sam's huge body began to shake, his knees buckled and he fell to the ground resting his hands on the dirt. Harry Clearwater reacted and approached him asking if he was okay.
"Tired" you heard him whisper causing you to shudder. Harry helped him up, whispered something in his ear and after taking one last look at you he disappeared into the woods. Harry walked back towards you.
"I thought the forest was dangerous"
"For us."
"What do you mean?"
Harry looked at you. Then he looked at his wife with Cassie in her arms standing at the doorway . He smiled.
"You'll find out soon, child"

The Original Part 7 - Felix Volturi x Reader
A/N: So sorry for the delay on this one writers block is a killer. This is a slightly shorter part a dives into the readers history! The next part will be full of Volturi Family fun! Any feedback, suggestions or request please let me know xx
Masterlist
Pairing: Felix Volturi x Reader
Warnings: violence, mentions of death, angst, fluff
“What the hell……”
I growled lowly as the wolves all looked at me there eyes widening, all the vampires around me looked in shock except Felix, Demetri and the twins.
“How the hell are you a wolf?” It was Jacob yelling at me through the mind link.
“Everyone has an origin story Jacob Black, and well you see I am your packs origin story!” I seethed back.
I growled lowly but harshly as all the wolves started shifting back to their human forms Jacob included. As they shifted back Rosalie dashed into the wood returning moments later with clothes for the wolves. Once they were human and dressed I shifted back myself as Felix dashed forward and wrapped his cloak around me and gave me a kiss on the forehead.
“Y/N?” I hear from the other side of the field. “Jacob will not harm you.” I laugh slightly at the thought of Jacob trying anything while I am surrounded by the Volturi guard.
“I assume you are the alpha. What is your name?”
“Sam Uley.”
“Ahh nice to meet you. Y/N Volturi, however I am sure you have figured that out.”
“Yes, may we ask how you are a shifter like us?”
“Of course, like all vampires here I was once a human…my mother was a traveller exiled from from modern day Italy for witchcraft when they sailed to the new world, where she settled on the Olympic Peninsular and fell in love with one of the village men, Ahanu Lahote.” I saw one of the boys perk up at the name as I took a closer look I felt my eyes glaze over at how much he resembled my father and my brother. “My mother was a powerful witch something that i inherited, but nothing could prepare us for the sickness that would swipe through the village claiming many kids including my younger brother, in order to protect me my mother created the vampire curse, because my witch nature was so strong i became a hybrid of a witch and a vampire, the only downside was i couldn’t control my blood last so i left until i could, i couldn’t risk hurting my family. After a few year i turned my first vampires in eastern europe and watched them tear apart villages, once i ended them i realised it was too late they had turned others and it was spreading more and more vampires were appearing though different to me, so i returned home however stayed hidden i couldn’t risk hurting my family. I could see from a distance my parents had another child. I decided that i needed to protect my village so i created a spell that would allow the children of the six tribe leaders to change into the animals they hunted with that were stronger faster everything that the vampires were and would trigger when vampires were near, with that the shifters were created. After that i returned to Eastern Europe around Romania when i ran into some vampires. I hadn’t counted on the spell effecting me as a daughter of a tribe elder but none the less i turned.”
I pause as i see everyone on the field my history for the first time since meeting the twins, Demetri and Felix.
“I hide for a few decades until I met Caius and Athendora, then came Aro, Marcus and their mates, by this time i was a legend in the vampire world a myth used to scare people, i had taken my mothers maiden name and so began the legend of, Y/N Volturi, and we created the Volturi Coven. Though i never predicted Aro would go mad with power” no one said anything until one of the wolves, the one who reminded me of my brother,
“So your a Lahote?”
“By birth yes.”
“Well than, i am Paul Lahote nice to meet you great great great aunt i guess.”
I giggle slightly.
“Try adding a few more greats to that Paul, but nice to meet you too.” I saw Jacob roll his eyes.
“Well as nice as this has been nice but we will be leaving now with Edward Bella and the child.” I nod at the lower guard who flash away followed by the queens Marcus and Caius, Demetri and the twins then escorted the cullens off the field. After the left the other wolves dragged jacob away nodding a slight farewell in my direction, the rest of the vampires then disappear from the field.
“So my queen, does that mean i have to bow to you.”
“Felix.” I turn to look at my mate “i am so sorry!” I run and give him a hug.
“You erased my memory and you think a simple apology will help, what the hell were you thinking.”
“I wanted to protect you, and i wasn’t sure if this plan would work so i thought it best.” He nodded before pulling me in for a kiss.
“You are lucky i am a forgiving person, the twins not so much.”
“I know but for now lets go home after all, we are the new king and queen.” I grab Felix hand as we run to catch the others.

Total Eclipse Of The Heart (Part 4)
Jacob Black x Fem!Vampire!Swan!Reader
Summary: Jacob Black, alpha of his pack, would never fall in love with a bloodsucker, much less imprint on one. The problem is that Y/N Swan was human…until she wasn’t anymore.
Prologue | Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3
“Alright, cheese on three.” Charlie says, positioning the camera at his daughters and their prom dates. “Jacob, Edward, hands where I can see ‘em.”
“Don’t shoot.” Jacob wiggles his fingers to show that they are appropriately placed, for now.
“I assure you Chief Swan, Bella is in good hands.” Edward replies.
“Nobody likes a brown noser.” Jacob grumbles and Y/N elbows him in the ribs. “Ah!”
Charlie smiles proudly, “that’s my girl.”
“Come on Dad,” Bella sighs, “we’re gonna be late.”
“That’s my other girl,” the man says under his breath. “One, two, three.”
“Cheese,” Y/N grins.
Jacob beside her smiles like he swallowed the sun.
They are together and safe.
Bella’s mouth is twisted into a smirk and even Edward looks happy.
“That’s one for the grandkids.” Billy remarks from his chair.
Charlie murmurs something inaudible.
“Didn’t quite catch that.” Y/N cups a hand around her ear.
Charlie’s face softens. “You both look beautiful, that’s all.”
Bella flushes, not used to taking compliments.
The Y/H/C moves forward, pecking her father’s cheek.
Charlie rubs his fingers over the skin she touched, ice cold. But he doesn’t question it. Not so long as she’s here.
“Have a great time.” Billy waves the young lovers away.
“We will,” Jacob calls as they head for the door.
———————————————————————
Prom is nice. Returning to any kind of normal is nice. But it fades like a photograph left out in the sun.
Jacob is gone a lot, his responsibility to the pack is ever growing. At night he is exhausted. Climbing through Y/N’s bedroom window to sleep with her chilled frame pressed up against him.
“Baby,” Jacob murmurs in his sleep, “my baby.” His hold on her tightens.
“I’m here,” Y/N whispers; tracing the line between his worried brows. “I love you, Jacob.”
“Luh you,” he sighs, then let’s out a loud snore.
Y/N chuckles to herself, head resting on his chest. Listening to the sound of his beating heart, the peaceful intake of breath.
So perfect, so warm, so alive.
A finger draws patterns on his skin, allowing him to sleep until morning. Which comes all too soon.
She’s lonely then, in a way she never has been before. Jealousy pangs in her chest, seeing the ease with which Bella is adjusting to the world of mythical creatures. Taking confident strides where Y/N stumbles. Almost like Bella was made for this.
Made for Edward in every way. Her scent appealing, her temperature enticing, her mind a fortress like none other.
“Happy Birthday Bella!” Y/N sings, as the brunette creeps down the stairs for school.
Charlie had apparently beat her to it, Bella is already holding a new scrap book and camera.
“Thanks,” Bella clicks the button and a flash snaps at their sister.
Y/N is wearing an oversized flannel shirt that the Bella assumes to be Jacob’s. Not a hair out of place, too painfully beautiful to be human.
Bella envies that more than she will ever admit. Y/N will never get any older. Frozen in time, just like Edward.
“So Alice called. Said they’re having a party for you tonight.” This is news to Bella. “They invited me and my plus one.”
“You and Jake should come.” Bella encourages, maybe they can cut through some of their tension with the Cullens. “It’ll be fun.”
“House full of vampires sounds like fun to you?” Y/N scrunches her nose.
“One human, a werewolf and several vampires.” Bella ticks off on her fingers. “What could do wrong?”
Y/N sighs, “I’ll text Jacob.”
His reply comes during geometry, ‘what should I wear?’
‘Well, Alice gave me a blue dress that I’m required to wear.’ Y/N taps at the keyboard, pressing send with a roll of her eyes.
‘Required?’ The phone hums almost immediately.
‘No shirt, no shoes, no service.’ Y/N smiles at her come back. Then adds, ‘meet me at my house after school. I’m making Bella a cake and I need someone to taste test.’
‘I’m so there!’ Jacob would never turn down food. ‘I’ll find a shirt.’
———————————————————————
“Hey,” Alice opens the Cullen’s door for Y/N and Jacob. “You look great! I knew that dress was perfect.”
“Thanks,” Y/N runs her hands over the front of the silky material.
Alice leans in for a hug, surprising Y/N.
“Oh,” Y/N pats her back awkwardly.
“I can take that.” Jasper extends a hand to Jacob.
“Sure, yeah.” Jacob shrugs, allowing the vampire to take the chocolate cake and wrapped presents.
They reek worse than Y/N.
“Is the birthday girl here?” Y/N takes a tentative step inside.
“She’s changing upstairs,” Alice squeals in excitement. “Come on,” she grabs Y/N’s hand, leading her through the hallway into the living room.
Jacob hesitates in the entry way, the pixie’s blonde counterpart making eyes at him.
“You’re uncomfortable,” Jasper says.
“That’s an understatement.”
“You worry about her.”
“Kinda my job.”
Jasper pauses, looking him up and down. “There’s pain here. Helplessness.”
“Can you bloodsuckers stay out of my head for five minutes?” Jacob snaps.
“I’m not in your head.” Jasper half smirks, “it radiates off you.”
“Perfect, great.” Jacob hates it here. “Can we go now?”
“She’s happy. Here with you and Bella and us.” The vampire stops him. “But she worries too.”
“I better-“ Jacob jerks his thumb in the direction that Y/N and Alice have disappeared.
Jasper lets him pass, “of course.”
Bella joins them after a moment, dazzled by the scene before her. The music is soft in the background, smiling faces gaze up at her. All pale and beautiful. Jacob stands out like a sore thumb.
“Happy Birthday!” Alice pounces on her first, gifts at the ready. Even from Rosalie, who is less than thrilled to be celebrating.
“Uh thanks.” Bella accepts the parcel, opening it to peek inside.
“It’s a necklace,” Rosalie spoils the surprise. “Alice picked it out.”
“Cool,” Bella shakes it off.
“I made you a cake,” Y/N offers. “It’s chocolate, used to be your favorite. I don’t know-“
“That’s perfect!” Bella wasn’t expecting cake at all. “You didn’t have to go to the trouble. You know, since I’m the only one who eats.”
“Hey, that’s not true.” Jacob reminds her. “I licked the bowl Bells, it’s amazing.”
“We should sing,” Esme smiles. It’s been a long time since they’ve seen a birthday.
“No, please don’t.” A blush burns on Bella’s cheeks.
“Too late,” Edward whispers, sympathetically.
The candles are placed and lit at inhuman speed.
“Happy birthday to you,” Y/N leads the choir.
“Happy birthday to you.” The Cullens chime in.
“Happy birthday dear Bella,” the brunette turns her face into Edward’s shoulder.
“Happy birthday to you.”
“Make a wish.” Edward kisses the top of her head.
Bella does, closing her eyes as she blows out the candles. She wishes things could stay like this.
They dance, Bella and Jake eat cake. Everyone gets along, it’s better than any of them thought possible. Maybe, just maybe, this can work. Maybe it can be this easy.
“Alright, we’ve got a shit ton more presents and the human needs her beauty rest.” Emmett announces, a heap of boxes in his arms.
“Get to work Bella,” Y/N smiles.
Bella shakes her head, “I can’t accept all of this.”
“You absolutely can,” Edward argues.
“Which one’s from you?” Bella asks her sister.
“Start with this one.” Y/N plucks a small box from the pile. “It’s not perfect, but Jacob is teaching me.”
“She’s being modest,” Jacob counters, “cranked that one out in twenty minutes.”
Bella wonders what it could be. Peeling back the wrapping she finds a silver bracelet with a hand carved wooden ‘B’ hanging in the center. “This is beautiful.” She marvels, holding it up into the light.
“You like it?” Y/N asks.
“I love it.” Bella sighs, “thank you. Can you help me put it on?”
Y/N leans forward, mindful of the delicate clasp and her even more delicate sister. “There,” she says proudly.
Edward smiles at their exchange. “Now it’s my turn.”
“I told you, no presents.” Bella frowns at him.
Edward places it in her lap anyway.
Halfway through removing the paper Bella winces, “paper cut.”
Blood oozes from the wound.
“Hey,” Jacob catches Y/N’s face in his hands. “It’s just a little blood.”
Y/N replies with a tortured sound, “Bella.”
“She’s ok,” The wolf assures her.
All the golden eyes fall on the birthday girl.
Edward, having read Jasper’s mind, shoves Bella out of the way. Not adjusting his force, he sends her through the tempered glass table. Her blood pouring freely from fresh wounds.
Edward jumps to her defense, throwing Jasper back into the piano.
Y/N is on fire, but she is in control. Rising to her sister’s aid. Crouching protectively in front of her, the movement tearing a slit in the Y/H/C’s dress.
Jacob is there, all but fuming, still human, until Jasper snaps his teeth at him. His body contorts so quickly into the reddish brown wolf that Bella can hardly believe her eyes.
The animal comes to stand beside his mate, chest heaving as they draw a firm line between the Cullens and Bella. They are out numbered, but they will fight.
Carlisle is the one to skirt behind Y/N and Jacob to tend Bella’s wounds as Emmett is finally able to restrain Jasper. Alice soothes him into submission and removes him from the house.
One by one the Cullens leave, all accept for the doctor. Edward is last, looking utterly worn down.
“Y/N,” Carlisle calls her attention softly. “I’m going to stitch Bella up in my office. You should wait outside.”
Y/N stands upright, making that sound again. The terrible one that keeps Jacob up at night. Reaching a trembling hand out she finds his fur, grounding herself.
The wolf leans into her touch, a whine sounds from low in his throat. Y/N is in pain, therefore so is he. He nuzzles her ribcage, left exposed by her hold on him.
The exchange so intimate that Bella tears her gaze away. “It’s ok, Y/N. I’m ok.”
At this the Y/H/C takes a reluctant step toward the door. “I’m so sorry, Bella.”
“We need to talk,” the words tumble from Edward’s mouth the moment Y/N’s feet touch the solid ground beyond the steps of the Cullen home.
“I have nothing to say.” Y/N states numbly, releasing her hold on Jacob. The wolf backs away, giving her space but staying close enough to comfort her.
“Please,” Edward breathes. “It’s important.”
———————————————————————-
Edward leaves. Leaves behind a shell of Bella, taking pieces of her with him that she will never get back. That is his grand solution to the ‘problem’ he created.
Months pass. Y/N and Charlie are at a loss. Trying to navigate around the hole in Bella’s chest. But nothing helps. Time moves around her, without her.
Things between Y/N and Jacob are still strained. Her duty is to Bella and his to the pack. Their inability to turn away from either one leaves them stretched thin.
Bella has nightmares constantly. Dreams of being left, dreams of being alone. Y/N stays in Bella’s room, hoping to keep them at bay. Even her nights no longer belong to Jacob. Still they go through the motions, hoping that the smaller details will hammer themselves out.
“So uh, Dad tells me that I need to get out of the house or he’s sending me to Jacksonville.” Bella tells her sister, eyes fixed on the front tire of her truck as she kicks it.
“I’ll talk to him. He’s just worried about you. We all are.” Y/N explains.
“No, you don’t need to worry.” Bella tucks a bit of hair behind her ear.
“Bella-“
“I was actually hoping I could third wheel.“ Bella interrupts, “with you and Jake. What are you doing later?”
“Anything you want.” Y/N reaches for her phone.
“We could just… hangout.”
“Ok.” The vampire eyes her warily. “Jacob has a motorcycle, by the way. If you wanted a ride you could’ve asked, no need to drive off with some creep.”
Bella huffs, “Jessica told you about that?”
“It’s high school Bella.” Y/N laughs, “Jessica told everyone.”
“Great,” Bella shakes her head, “that’s really great.”
“Mhm.”
“I was also gonna ask…if you know any good mechanics.” Bella bites her bottom lip.
“I know a very good mechanic,” Y/N leans against the cab of Bella’s truck, “cheap too. He pretty much rebuilt my entire car in exchange for pizza and sexual favors.”
Bella’s eyes widen, “Jacob was ok with that?”
“Jacob was the mechanic,” the corner of Y/N’s mouth twitches. What a time. “He was more than ok with it. Although I do think he dragged out the rebuild a bit.”
“That makes a lot more sense.” Bella stuffs her hands into her pockets.
“So what’d you need a mechanic for? Is the truck giving you trouble?” The Y/H/C cocks her head to the side.
“No it runs like a charm. But seeing as you brought up bikes, I saved one from the scrap yard. I was hoping to fix it up.”
“Jacob might be up for a new project.”
“As long as you cover the second half of the payment arrangement, I’m good for the pizza.” Bella smiles, Y/N hasn’t seen her smile in months, not since Edward left.
Y/N bumps her shoulder playfully. “Let me call Jacob.”
———————————————————————
“Scrap metal and pizza,” Jacob muses, watching Bella and Y/N park the truck, “you shouldn’t have.”
“I told her you’re the best mechanic I know.” Y/N winks.
“Cheap too,” Bella adds.
“So you told her about that thing you used to-“
“Not in detail you dirty dog.” Y/N chastises, no heat behind her words as Jacob wraps his arms around her. She whispers something in his ear that brings color to his cheeks and a grin to his lips.
“Down girl.” Jacob swats her behind playfully, “alright Bella, show me what we’re working with.”
Y/N steps out of the way, watching as her sister uncovers the bike frame.
“I get it if you think this is really stupid-“ Bella runs a hand through her hair.
“Very stupid, it’s gonna cost you tons of pizza.” Jacob cuts her off, lifting the machine with ease.
“So, I gotta ask.” Bella’s eyes dart between the two of them. “Who’s the strongest?”
“Me,” Jacob replies.
“I am,” Y/N says at the same time.
Bella immediately regrets asking, they continue shoving at each other and laughing all the way into the garage.
Bella takes a look around, tools and spare parts litter the ground. Photos of Y/N hang everywhere, mostly notable human Y/N. A few are new, the difference isn’t tremendously, because of the contacts; but Bella can spot it.
“Wow,” Bella sinks back, “you’ve got like a full shrine in here.”
“I prefer collage,” Jacob chuckles, “but tomato, tamoto.”
Y/N exchanges a private look with her boyfriend. She has never loved or been loved the way she is with Jacob.
“You had a ton of hair Jake,” Bella points at the nearest picture. Jacob’s dark hair hanging past his shoulders, an arm slung around Y/N’s neck. They look happy, impossibly so. She might envy them if she didn’t know better.
“Yeah, I did.” Jacob nods, leaning against the body of a vintage car he recently finished gutting.
“Why did you cut it?” Bella can’t help but wonder.
“It’s a wolf thing,” Jacob divulges. “The longer our hair in human form, the longer our fur.”
“Can’t have it getting in your eyes,” Bella understands.
“Exactly,” Jacob claps his hand together, “so tell me this, do you know the difference between a Phillips head and a flat head screw driver?”
———————————————————————
Things are better in their company, Bella feels almost normal again. Her heart doesn’t ache as much. Until the first day Y/N starts flaking on the bike rebuild.
She doesn’t read too much into it, until the third day. “So where is Y/N anyway?” Bella asks, waiting near the garage door for the pizza delivery.
“Baby steps,” Jacob pulls up a stool for her. “She won’t stay long and she won’t come everyday.” He sighs, “do you still want me to fix the bike?”
“I- yes. Thank you,” Bella rakes a hand through her hair. “I just figured she’d be happy, you know? With Edward gone, less vampires in the area, should mean less Quileutes joining the pack.”
“You still don’t get it Bella.” Jacob stills, moving the wrench away from is work. “Y/N begged him to stay.”
“But she didn’t even like the Cullens.” Bella looks away, utterly confused.
“She loves you and she knew how heartbroken you would be.” Jacob lowers his voice, as if not to farther startle her.
Bella swallows down her guilt. “I didn’t know.”
“Just don’t tell her I told you that.” Jacob presses his lips together, returning to work.
“Secret’s safe with me,” Bella stares down her feet.
———————————————————————
The window of Y/N’s room stays opened, open to possibility, open to him.
Tonight Jacob shows.
“Mr. Black,” the vampire smiles. Shifting up on her knees to meet Jacob at foot of her bed. “Are you here to collect your payment?” She trails a finger over his chest.
The wolf smirks, catching her wandering hand and bringing it to his lips, “I’m interested in something a little different this time.”
“Oh?” Y/N arches a brow. “Well name your price.”
“First, just explain to me which part of being with me forever freaks you out.”
“Honestly?” She squints, “no part of it.”
“So why do you shut down every time I talk about life after Forks?” He whispers.
“I just- we’ll fight.”
“We already fight.” Jacob points out, “and here we still are.”
“We’ll grow apart.”
“I highly doubt that,” Jacob grounds out. “What’s it gonna take for you to commit to me?”
“Jake, I am committed.” Y/N stammers.
“Then why in the hell are you fighting me so hard?” Jacob can’t help but laugh.
“I don’t want to be seventeen forever.” Y/N searches his brown eyes with her orange ones. “I don’t want to matriculate every ten years. I don’t want a wall full of graduation caps or to repeat high school until I know every element of the periodic table by heart. I’m stuck.” She motions to herself. “You’re not.”
Jacob recoils as if she slapped him.
“You can have a life, you can go to college and get married and have kids. You can go forward, I can’t.” She pauses, mustering her courage. “I want forever with you, Jacob. But I won’t do that to you…not when I’ve spent my entire life loving you.”
“I want to be stuck, dummy.” Jacob caresses her temple with his knuckles. “We can go to college, we can get married, we can try to have kids. And if we can’t, I will be more than happy just to have you. Let me show you how good it can be.”
“I know it would be good.” Y/N shakes her head, but she won’t allow herself to want it.
“You want me to walk away.” Jacob knows her. “You want me to throw in the towel and say it’s too much but I won’t. Not after I’ve spent my entire life loving you.”
“We don’t have to do this to each other.”
“Yes we do.” Jacob growls, “which part of stay with me forever was too subtle for you?”
———————————————————————
Y/N tries after that, really tries to be there for Jacob the way she used to…before.
She starts small, with Bella. Introducing her sister to the people who had once been her friends.
Jake is handling something near the northern boarder with Sam and Quil. Nothing major, or so he says.
The vampire decides that Emily’s place will be the easiest to start making amends. Knocking quickly against the screen door, before she can lose her nerve.
“Y/N,” Sam’s fiancé smiles warily, when she finds the Swan sisters on her doorstep.
“Hi Emily.” Y/N waves, “this is my sister, Bella.”
“Nice to meet you,” Emily replies.
“Can we come in?” Y/N sighs, this will be interesting.
Emily hesitates, then drawing in a deep breath, swings the door open fully. “Of course. The guys should be back soon. For now just Paul and Embry.”
“Fucking Paul,” Y/N chuckles, despite herself.
“Is something wrong with Paul?” Bella whispers. She hasn’t seen him since they were all kids.
The second they enter the kitchen Bella’s fears are put to rest.
“Come here,” Paul chases Y/N around the table twice before she finally allows him to catch her. After locking her head in place the wolf gives her several noogies.
“Paws off,” she laughs.
“Paul,” Emily says in warning.
“What?” The wolf throws up his hands. “I haven’t seen my favorite vampire in months.”
“I would say I haven’t seen my favorite wolf either, but…” Y/N squints at him.
“Hey Bella.” Paul turns his attention to the new comer. “Your sister thinks she’s funny.”
“I am funny!” The vampire flattens out her hair when Paul releases her.
“Were funny, you’re all broody and serious now.” Embry points at her.
“What?” Y/N scoffs, “I am not broody.”
“Yeah right,” Paul can’t believe his ears. “You can’t hide from Jacob’s obsessive inner monologue anymore than we can.”
“Well, let’s hear it.” Y/N challenges, taking a seat although she doesn’t tire.
“I wish Y/N would show up,” Paul gets the ball rolling.
“I wish Y/N would show up and not leave.” Embry adds on.
“Maybe I should make her stay,” Paul laughs.
“Alright, that’s enough.” Emily chastises. “You’ll scare her away.”
“I don’t scare easy,” Y/N smiles, “and you know why I can’t be here all the time.”
“You turn men into animals. Literally. Figuratively. It’s a compliment really.” Paul nudges her playfully.
“Sure,” Y/N arches a brow and changes the subject. “Emily is a great cook.”
“And baker, not to toot my own horn or anything.” The woman places a fresh plate of muffins on the table.
Y/N closes her eyes, “I just know that smells heavenly. Have one for me.”
“Do you mind?” Bella motions toward the baked goods.
“No! Please, take as many as you’d like.” Emily encourages.
“You know back before….when I could eat,” Y/N clarifies. “Jacob and I would hang here as much as we could.”
“They’d have full blown foodgasms.” Embry remembers like it was yesterday.
“Sounds like I dodged a bullet,” Bella blinks.
“I miss food,” Y/N laments, “I miss-“
“Me?” Jacob suggests from the doorway.
The Y/H/C joins him at vampire speed. “The guys were just telling me how much you think about me.”
Jacob let’s out a disapproving sigh, “just couldn’t keep your mouths shut, huh?”
“At least we didn’t let Leah lay into her.” Paul points out.
“Leah?” Y/N peers over at Jacob.
“It’s nothing.” Jacob presses a chaste kiss to her worried brow.
The woman in question bumps the vampire’s shoulder on her way through the door. “If you’re here to torture Jacob some more feel free to leave.”
A growl rumbles out low in Jacob’s chest, a protective arm pulling Y/N flush against him. Their skin sending up smoke where it meets. “Leave it alone, Leah.”
The female wolf lowers her eyes.
“Jake,” Y/N taps his chest. “It’s ok, I…deserved that.”
“You deserve respect,” Jacob snaps. His primitive nature boiling a little too close to the surface.
“They respect me enough to tell me the truth.”
Jacob bares his teeth.
“Just say it. I wanna hear it from you,” Y/N challenges.
“That’s not-“ Jacob shakes his head to clear it. “Come with me.”
“But Bella-“
“The pack will protect her,” they have orders.
“I-“
“Please,” Jacob cuts Y/N off with finality.
After a nod from Bella, Y/N follows Jacob out the door.
“She’s gonna get it now,” Quil remarks.
“Should we go after them?” Bella stands up immediately. “What if they hurt each other?”
“It’s dangerous to interfere with a wolf and their imprint.” Sam’s voice fills the room.
“But you’ve gotta have a death wish to get between Jacob and Y/N.”
—————————————————————
Jacob leads her leisurely beyond the tree line.
“So,” Y/N begins, “you wanna tell me what’s going on?”
He runs both hands over his face. “I thought…that things would be different.”
“Well I was thinking about- your responsibility to the pack. I’ve been trying to protect them too.”
“How?” Jacob demands. “You’re never damn here.”
“That’s the point! Jacob don’t you see?” How can she make him understand? “I don’t belong here anymore.”
“You belong with me,” Jacob insists.
“I want to believe that,” she does. “But I understand that being in the same room as me makes their blood boil. They can never relax, even though I wish that wasn’t true. Even though they’ll deny it.”
“The pack just needs more time.” Jacob reasons, everything happened so fast. “They need to see for themselves, not just through my eyes. But you have to be here for that to happen. You have to stop running away.”
Y/N flinches, “I’m not running.”
“You are,” Jacob grimaces, “whether it’s intentional or not.”
“I was only trying to be helpful. Even though it tears me apart. Being away from you kills me, Jake.”
“There’s a council meeting tonight at sundown. It would be good for the tribe to see you there.” They can make this better, or it can keep getting worse. “We start by building trust with those who are unsure.”
“What if they won’t accept me? I’m not gonna make you choose between me and the pack.” That’s been her fear all this time.
“I would choose you.” Jacob clenches his fists.
“I know…that’s why I would never ask you to do that. They need you to lead them Jacob.” He was born for this.
“And I need you. They will accept that, most already do.”
“How do you know?”
Jacob rocks back on his heels, “do you remember the last council meeting that you came to? Like two weeks before you…changed.”
Y/N nods.
“Maybe you should sit down,” Jacob is still freaked out by the whole thing.
“Honey, vampires don’t faint.”
“Right,” Jacob breathes, “well I’m gonna sit.” Because he might. The wolf backs up, finding purchase against a tree and sliding down to the ground.
Y/N kneeling beside him, uses a finger to turn his face toward her.
“What if I told you that this isn’t the first lifetime we’re meeting?” He looks scared and lost, his eyes search hers frantically.
“I would,” Y/N pauses, that didn’t seem impossible. Knowing Jacob in another life seemed nice. “Reincarnation?”
“You didn’t think it’d just be vampires and werewolves, did you?” Jacob jests, even though the world is weighing down on him.
“Well,” Y/N lets out an unnecessary puff of air, “do you like…remember me? How I was?”
“Yes and no,” Jacob admits, his thoughts far away. “It happened after the first time I phased. Once I became Alpha it got more intense. The flashbacks. I thought at first it was just because of all the history lessons the council was trying to cram in. But everything started to get jumbled up, you and them. Me and them. I guess because it was always me and you.”
“Why didn’t you tell me?” Y/N whispers, feeling his jaw tense beneath her fingers.
“The alpha finds his mate, only to lose her again. Most times later in life, I thought we had more time.” Jacob breaks off, “then I watched you die.”
Y/N inches closer.
“I knew it was real.” He felt it in his bones. “I knew what I was supposed to do. What werewolves do to vampires.”
“Kill,” she understands.
“I couldn’t do it.” Jacob relaxes into her touch as she cards his hair. “That’s why everything feels so out of control.” He pauses, “you’ve never made it this far in any time line.”
“Who was I before? Any honorable mentions?” Y/N wonders, ribbing him lightly.
“It’s mostly mental jibberish. But I could never forget my third and favorite wife.” Jacob smiles, bumping her shoulder.
“Did I kill the first two?” She snarks.
“No, you were a bit more…tame back then,” submissive even. This version of her, the one he truly got to know, to grow up with, fall in love with, is his favorite by far.
“Welcome to the twenty-first century.” Y/N murmurs, “in this lifetime I’m gonna be your only wife.”
“Only one I want. Only one I can handle, shit.” Jacob adds, with a shake of his head. “Taha Aki must’ve been on something.”
“Anything else I should know, chief?” Y/N inquires.
“Two days ago we took out a vampire, red eyes, dreads, wearing a suit without a shirt underneath.”
“Hot.” Y/N purses her lips.
“You familiar?” Jacob scowls. Now who’s lost their sense of humor?
“I remember Edward saying a nomad group came across them playing baseball with Bella. The ones who were with the tracker. We should ask her. See if the description jogs her memory.”
Jacob nods, “there’s another. A woman with red hair. We chased her all the way to the Canadian border last night. But she keeps coming back. We’re trying figure out what she wants.”
“That sounds personal,“ Y/N crosses both arms over chest. “Vampires don’t hunt that way.”
“That’s what I thought.” They don’t play with their food.
