okay like ramin karimloo has always been phantom for me and not valjean but

I was watching videos from west end live 2024 and I looked up ramin karimloo's lives and enjolras and even valjean's soliloquy and i've got to say

guy could act. Like literally, it doesn't matter if I didn't appreciate his valjean or whatever, the singing which was not as good back then. He is such a good actor, vocals are so important to me in musicals but arghh, the acting. Ramin's acting is just so good and he understands the characters so well.

okay and him dancing with Cosette after their castle on a cloud reprise? he was so soft with her chris jacobsen's nose tap.

Ok no I do have to make it it’s own post bc I don’t remember the book’s scene in detail but Annabeth seeing the fates cut a string at the arch is so fascinating. Bc we know that’s Luke’s string. He’s not dying soon, but it’s been decided when he will die.

The moment the fates decide that Luke will die and when is right after Percy sacrifices himself. Right after he shows Annabeth his care and loyalty. That she is worth saving. That she doesn’t deserve the wrath intended for her. A set of dominoes has just been toppled and when they all finally fall, she will stand between Luke and Percy and choose Percy. From this moment, from this early on, Luke’s fate is sealed.

It's also that person going out of their way to help. Like, I'd usually like help but would be too timid to accept. One usually offers but if refused one gets secretly happy, ready to merrily go their own way. To go out of one's way to help, that is the question.

omg last winter when my phone charger broke before my three-day solo trip. I had to order a random one off amazon quick before leaving because I could not get train tickets without it, I could not buy bus tickets, check in, probably I use contactless payment and google maps too much too so. Literally, I hate how one has to survive off a phone to get back home.

My phone battery has been draining so badly, every time I leave town I get my iPad with me so I can take photos of qr codes as backup lest it dies.

also because said charger turned out not-so-good, I've reached the stage where I start calculating if it saves more battery charging my phone as it dies or charging my phone throughout the day. rip.

theres bikes around the city you can rent but you have to use an app that needs your drivers license. theres buses that drive right to your destination, but if you dont have change you need the app. you can wash your car here if you sign into the app. you can go to the bathroom here you just have to unlock it with the app that needs your location on. you can order at this restaurant if you scan the code and download the app. im losing my freaking mind
