I keep saying I want the Lupgang to come to Brazil for anything that isn't having Brazil as a backdrop for a random event, and everyone might be thinking: "Oh, this brazilian girl just wants the blorbos to experience her country and enjoy it! I, too, want them to go to my motherland so they can experience all of our culture". I think you're missing the point entirely. I want the Lupgang to come to Brazil so I can see Lupin absolutely disgusted when he discovers we fill croissants with chocolate, caramel, and others. I want him to call his good ex-wife, Rebecca Rossellini, and say: "Hey babe– wait, no don't hang up on me, it's important. Did you know brazilians put ham, eggs, onions and peas on pizza? They say the pizza is portuguese if it's like that. They put ketchup over it sometimes" and you can hear that woman wince in pain. I want Goemon to discover about our pastel de sushi, and for him to curse every single Japanese immigrant that DARED creating pastel only to allow it to be used against their ancestors like this

I want Jigen to have a jolly time, though. He's looking at brazilian hot dogs with smashed potatoes, barbecue sauce and vinagrete and going "man this shit's amazing how did i never think of that before" and he doesn't understand why everybody else is so upset, nor why Lupin is having a existential crisis after actually enjoying the taste of croissant de chocolate. That's what I want for them

So as a fun personal project for an ongoing Lupin rp I have with my buddy, I thought for a fun arc, take some of my fav kids from Lupin movies, make them older teens that have their own gang of thieves. This was my vision for them.

Julia's the head of the gang and the person who formed it in the first place, Sergio and her have been in contact since she was a kid and was able to track him down and get ahold of him using her dad's money and a tip off Lupin gave her after he bought the kid a new canoe. They have a brother-sister bond since I remembered Sergio saying Julia reminded him of his kid sister that got killed, he's like the big protector of the group, too.

Maki and Julia are the same age as each other, and so are Michael and Sergio. (Maki and Julia are 16, Michael and Sergio are 18)

Julia uses her dad's money without him knowing to fund training her thief gang and whatever money they make stealing stuff to fund their actual heists. She does it for the challenge of it all, they all do.
