yes soda is kind understanding etc etc. let him be angry! let him be fucked up! let him use his looks as a way to get things he wants, let him play dumb, let him lie! i know fandom always has and always will reduce characters to like one core trait but oh man it'd be so cool if we just made all the characters like a little worse so they felt a little more real. if this makes sense. soda can understand people like no one else can and chase fun and be funny but what if he uses his understanding of people to get what he wants and what if he's reckless to the point of self destruction and what if he never takes anything seriously and never tells the real truth. sure, he's kind. he likes horses and rodeos and drag races and his brothers and friends. idk make him multifaceted.
