This is supposed to be Simblreen treat but late since I overlap with irl works alot and didn't really have time (TᴖT) But now, have this glamorous witches that lives in love, embracing eachother in their glam whimsygothic apartment in the late 90s/early 2000s.

Note 1 : Cheats

At first, I used cheats FreeRealEstate on and bb.enablefreebuild to remove the unwanted windows. After it, I just use bb.moveobjects. But bb.moveobjects should be the one that use.

Note 2 : Size

Build size is 2,13 gb, kinda big yes. Because I'm a maximalist and I need to get the work worked. If you are pleased by my work, you can download it with heart.

Note 3 : Packs

Needed expansion is Vampires and Get Together : for the columns that I used a lot... But I used the ones from Vampires alot. This apartement doesn't have doors and rely on soft delicate long fabric that is called curtains. A little information that I didn't play tested this building.

Note 5 : Building issue

At some point, the stairs will somehow dissapear sometimes, but if you are lucky, the stairs will be there. Please read the tutorial on patreon notes to fix this. Also, you need to remove the removable windows like to get the wall look, We don't need much windows afterall. Please read the patreon notes The stove on Floor 1 somehow will also dissapear sometimes, but you can add it back so easy. CC name is PTS_bb_DeluxeWoodBurningStove_CG

Portals into the Netherworld

Four cloned glowing floor fissures that I couldn't find anywhere in build mode in game. They're now under rugs and both placeable and delete-able. Two sizes, functional and non-functional.

Functional ones come with all gameplay that comes with the original included. You can reach into them (once) and get loot or treasures, or nothing (I had that happen once), and you can also get moodlets associated with reaching into the Netherworld. If your sim is in the Reaper career, they can try to close the fissure, and if successful (I assume they can fail?) it will disappear. It counts towards the work task too!

Functional ones are ONE USE ONLY. If you want to reach in again, you need a new one. They become purely decorative, except that you can click on them.

Non-functional ones are just decorative. No looting, but also no leftover clickable option.

Sims can't walk over them. Just one colour, because lighted objects don't take well to recolours.

Requires Life and Death.

Saw them, loved them, needed to be able to place them. Enjoy!

A fortress carved in the rocks. It's still very much a wip. I had to take out the stairs at the entrance that took me more than hour to place because I remembered that horses exist in the game now. I want to place more oversized rocks in the background with the TOOL mod though to make a faux mountain range.

In this village there are three houses: the Inn, Wizard Sanctum and the Warrior's House. Blood elfs were a little difficult to build so sry for details...

Blood Elf Gardens:

all functional: Fountain and little park

Inn: ❤

Ground floor: (I might be rebuilding the pillars later, still not happy with my interior and work...)

First floor: (A middle platform with a chess corner)

Second floor: Party hall with a bar and a bedroom +functional sabacc table (you have to click under the table to start playing game)

Wizard Sanctum: ♥

Wizard platform Tower: (functional - warning but only for mages and their teleportation spell translocatto) They have their secrets too...

Ground floor: (must rebuild..)

First floor: Bedroom (still not happy with my work..)

Warrior's House: ♥

I have an old version of the game and I must reupload. But if you are interested in my ts4 buildings and this build, I'll try to add tray filles soon. Build size is around 1,65 gb, it's pretty big yes. There are some cc that couldn't work unless I include the whole set. While the sims size is around 382 mb. If you are pleased by my work, you can download it with heart.

Please note that I'm an amateur at making things, but I love decorating. This house can be said to be a decorative house. Because I myself am a maximalist. I combined southern gothic, european-vintage, morute, shabby, and religious themes in this home. You can call it yourself whatever. If you are happy, you can use it.

There are some problems while I tried to upload the file on Patreon, so Alt. Download is via Google Drive. You can access it on Gdrive while Patreon still does't work. I wrote the "Alt. Link" on the post. Look it up. I will fix Patreon issue later.

Think of this sim download as my Sim Dump 02 (Sim Dump 01 here), as my initial idea was to create a building with sims living in it in the background. The story is that the mother contracted mental illness after her husband died. He often takes out his crazy feelings on his children. However, his older brother always tried his best to protect his younger brother. The dogs bite and lick the hands who feed them.

I did the one for Wenduag back when I was testing her legs, but today I got the idea to recreate Daeran's portrait image. I think it turned out really well, even if the colors aren't quite right and the pose is a bit awkward.
