So, I have been itching to talk about this, ever since this feeling started. I have been seeing the DCA fandom making their interpretations of him cursing, and smoking. Specifically, Sun.

I think have to refrain myself from talking so much about the cursing thing, in case if that upset some people. But, I have to say, it's because it's a family friendly game. And that, that I have reasons. Frankly, I think that those behaviors are unwarranted. And that, it's that kind of attention.

And secondly, with the cigarette thing. Do I have to say how bad that actually is? A robot having anxiety, for many people. And they suggest, that he should smoke. Because, it is soothing. Out of anything else, that's way better and helpful.

Smoking is clearly harmful. Not just internally, but psychologically as well. It may be easy said than done, that when you have a 10 minute break, and have a smoke. It feels like you are feeling calm at the moment, but...The moment when you use up the whole pack, and need of having another one, you'll start to stress out.

Because, the chemicals in them affects the brain, the nicotine stimulates the brain to create an addiction. /A habit/ a mindset. In fact, it worsens the symptoms of anxiety, and change the mood drastically.

When someone is in desperate need of smoke, they will get agitated, and once they taken a puff, they feel better. The feeling goes away, but it's temporary.

I thought, that there are other methods about needing to take a break. That's one good thing that they would need, is a break. Of course. But, another thing that they don't have is a bed. Also, Including music, going out for a walk, stretching, doing an activity is much better that having a smoke.

I know, he's a robot. The fumes are not going to harm him. Not his organs to put it that way. But, he would still be 'Breathing' it in. He'd have a sniff detector.

If not that, then the fumes are going to be settling onto his outer shell, and he's going to smell bad. And it isn't a good image for him. Regardless. Especially when he is now working with young kids. And often interact with them.

Am I taking this seriously? Perhaps, yes. But, do I have a good point? IMO, yes. Absolutely!

Do you think Murderbot would read Sanctuary Moon fanfiction, refuse to engage with fanworks, or just silently and religiously follow 1-2 creators it deems most faithful to the spirit of the canon material
