hiii!! i was wondering what app you use to make your social media aus :>

hi! here are the two apps i use for my smaus, memi message for texts and twinote for twitter. neither are perfect so i do use picsart to edit in things like pictures on the messages (because the app will squish pictures if you try to send them in chat 👎 boo)

do keep in mind i have an iphone and so have no idea about whether these apps are available or accessible on other devices

i want to make more text-based posts bc i both have ideas for posts and they also HUGELY help me get inspired for tweets and things, but i literally can't find a text generator that doesn't have watermarks or weird virus spammy website vibes. all i need is a good way to make realistic looking texts and i'll be whole again

the downfall of facebook is actually really annoying because it was a really nice place back in the day to keep in casual contact with old friends and acquaintances and family living across the country without needing to write everyone letters or emails or text them individually. things were chronological, you actually saw posts from your friends and not just ads, you could keep info private from everyone other than people you add as friends, and it was nice! and now it's like. what the fuck is the actual replacement for that? because I don't think there is one. it's just all the same ad-riddled shit

I hate facebook and I hate meta and I hate what it's all turned into, but I don't want to delete it because I don't want to lose all those casual connections that I would have no other way to maintain

i use an app called social dummy but it isn’t available on the app store anymore unless you had it before the creator deleted the app.

there are others though, one being ‘memi message’ though i don’t like to use that one. think i’m just used to the one i use!
