Hi! I'm Kiannah, and I'll tell you something about myself.
Kiannah Freace Carado is my name; I am also called by the nicknames kiang, tweetie, bird, and weng. I currently reside in Iloilo City's Veterans Village. I am 20 years old, and on November 16 of this year, I'll turn 21.

I enjoy capturing random photos, especially sunsets, I also love traveling, and having adventures. I enjoy spending my days eating and watching movies.
During my elementary and high school days I liked to play volleyball, join in different dance competitions and enjoy taking part in pageants and modeling as well.

My beloved puppy, Kochi, makes me happy even in my darkest moments. She gives me sometimes a headache when she refuses to eat.

I am the eldest of my two siblings. Being the eldest in our family is not easy. I faced quite a bit of hardship and difficulty throughout my life. I'm known for being a joyful and sociable person, but when I'm by myself, it's different.
When I'm with my closest friends, I'm talkative and silly, and I enjoy making them laugh. However, I have the mentality that not everyone is aware of how sensitive and softhearted I really am.

I’m also known as a “Drama Queen” and “Bingit” among my friends and family. I grew up facing many challenges in life, and that is also one of the reasons why I became strong in facing the challenges of life while I was growing up.
And here I am, fighting and still battling the challenges that life presents today.

How to Craft a Compelling Morally Grey Character: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Define the Character’s Core Traits
Identify Strengths and Virtues: List positive traits that make the character likable or admirable. These could include bravery, intelligence, loyalty, or compassion.
Identify Flaws and Vices: List negative traits that add complexity and realism. These could include arrogance, selfishness, impatience, or a propensity for violence.
Step 2: Establish Motivations and Backstory
Create a Detailed Backstory: Develop a background that explains why the character has their particular mix of virtues and flaws. Consider their upbringing, significant life events, and personal experiences.
Determine Core Motivations: Identify what drives the character. Is it revenge, love, ambition, survival, or something else? Motivations should be realistic and relatable.
Step 3: Develop Moral Ambiguity
Set Up Moral Dilemmas: Place your character in situations where they must make difficult choices with no clear right or wrong answer. These dilemmas should challenge their morals and reveal their complexity.
Showcase Contradictions: Allow the character to make decisions that might seem contradictory. For example, they might commit a crime to protect someone they love, revealing both a moral and an immoral side.
Step 4: Create Dynamic Relationships
Construct Meaningful Relationships: Develop relationships with other characters that highlight different aspects of your morally grey character. These relationships can help explore their multifaceted personality.
Use Relationships to Drive Conflict: Relationships can be a source of moral conflict and development. Conflicts with friends, family, or rivals can push your character to reveal their grey areas.
Step 5: Show Consequences and Growth
Illustrate the Impact of Actions: Show the real-world consequences of the character’s morally ambiguous decisions. This adds realism and stakes to the story.
Allow for Character Growth: Let your character evolve. They might become more virtuous or more corrupt over time. This evolution keeps the character dynamic and interesting.
Step 6: Balance Sympathetic and Unsympathetic Traits
Make Them Relatable: Ensure the character has traits or experiences that the audience can relate to or sympathize with, even if they do questionable things.
Maintain Complexity: Avoid making the character too sympathetic or too unsympathetic. The balance between good and bad traits should make the audience feel conflicted about the character.
Step 7: Use Subtlety and Nuance
Avoid Clear Labels: Do not overtly label the character as good or evil. Allow their actions and motivations to speak for themselves.
Employ Subtlety: Use nuanced behavior and dialogue to reveal the character’s moral complexity. Avoid heavy-handed exposition.
Step 8: Test and Refine
Seek Feedback: Share your character with others and seek feedback on their complexity and believability. Adjust based on constructive criticism.
Refine Motivations and Actions: Continuously refine the character’s motivations and actions to ensure they remain compelling and consistent throughout the story.
Example: Crafting a Morally Grey Character
Core Traits:
Strengths: Intelligent, determined, loyal.
Flaws: Arrogant, manipulative, vengeful.
Backstory:
Grew up in a tough neighborhood, witnessing crime and corruption.
Lost a loved one to a gang, fueling a desire for revenge.
Motivations:
Driven by a need to protect their remaining family and seek revenge.
Moral Dilemmas:
Joins a criminal organization to infiltrate it and bring it down from within.
Struggles with the ethical implications of committing crimes for a greater good.
Relationships:
Has a strained relationship with a sibling who disapproves of their methods.
Forms a complicated friendship with a morally upright police officer.
Consequences and Growth:
Faces the legal and emotional consequences of their actions.
Gradually questions their own morality and seeks redemption.
Balance:
Helps the community but uses unethical means.
Shows moments of kindness and ruthlessness.
Subtlety:
Reveals their inner conflict through small actions and dialogue.
Avoids overt explanations of their morality, letting the audience interpret.
By following these steps, you can create a compelling morally grey character that adds depth and intrigue to your story.

Karlach:
Breakfast in camp had become a small but daily ordeal. Sitting across from Karlach was as thrilling as it was nerve-wracking. She always looked so effortlessly radiant—her wide smile lighting up her face, her hair messy from sleep, and that laugh that came from deep within her chest. You, meanwhile, were a nervous mess, barely able to lift a spoon without fumbling it in her presence.
This morning, you were attempting to slice an apple while also trying to sneak glances at her, as usual. But, distracted as you were, you barely noticed when she caught you looking. She grinned, that flash of teeth making your heart skip about five beats.
“Hey, you want some?” she asked, holding out a plate piled high with a variety of fresh fruits. You stammered, feeling the heat rise to your cheeks.
“Uh—y-yes! I mean, no! I mean—” You fumbled for the right words, your voice a bit too loud in your panic. Karlach looked at you, mildly confused but amused.
“Alright then, you let me know if you change your mind,” she said, winking, before going back to her breakfast. The little wink nearly killed you on the spot, and you dropped your apple, which rolled dramatically across the table and plopped off the other side.
Wyll, sitting beside you, tried to hide a snicker behind his hand. He’d been noticing your flustered behavior around Karlach for days and had clearly reached his breaking point. As Karlach turned away, Wyll leaned in close to you, smirking.
“Oh, this is painful to watch,” he muttered, barely containing his laughter. “When are you going to do something about it?”
You gave him a quick, desperate glare, feeling the blood drain from your face.
“Do something?” you whispered, panic lacing your voice. “Wyll, I can’t even string a proper sentence together around her without sounding like a fool!”
Wyll rolled his eyes, still grinning.
“Trust me, I can see that,” he said, raising an eyebrow. “But if you keep this up, it’s going to get unbearable for both of us. You’re absolutely lovesick, and she’s completely oblivious.”
“Lovesick?” you whispered, trying to keep your voice low but also scandalized by the word. “That’s… that’s not…”
Wyll arched an eyebrow, giving you a pointed look that read, Really?
You sighed, knowing he was right. Every time Karlach entered the room, you either found an excuse to leave or wound up a blushing, stumbling mess. Just this morning, she’d brushed a crumb off your shoulder, and you had nearly collapsed on the spot.
Wyll laughed, patting you on the back a little harder than you would have liked. “Look, if you don’t do something soon, I will. Maybe I’ll tell her for you—‘oh, by the way, did you know you’ve got someone so smitten with you, they can’t even eat breakfast right?’”
Your eyes went wide. “You wouldn’t.”
“Try me,” he smirked, raising an eyebrow with challenge.
“Fine,” you whispered, heart racing at the thought of actually doing something about it. “What do I… say?”
Wyll shrugged, his expression softening a bit. “Just talk to her. Be honest. If there’s one thing Karlach respects, it’s bravery. And if there’s one thing she loves, it’s someone who cares as much as she does.”
But as you mulled it over, you looked across the table and saw Karlach laughing at something Astarion was saying, her eyes bright with amusement, her entire face aglow with the life and warmth she carried effortlessly. You swallowed, trying to imagine how you’d ever muster up the courage to tell her anything.
The rest of breakfast went by with your heart hammering and Wyll occasionally sending you smirking looks. You felt like you were on fire, thoughts racing as you considered his words.
Finally, as camp was beginning to break up and everyone was scattering to their daily tasks, you decided to follow Wyll’s advice. Taking a deep breath, you gathered every bit of courage you could find and made your way over to Karlach, who was busy folding up her bedroll. She looked up, surprised, as you approached.
“Oh, hey! Need something?” she asked, her grin warm as always.
You cleared your throat, feeling the words get caught. “I… um…”
Karlach tilted her head, watching you patiently. “Everything okay?”
And there it was, the opening. The chance to say something. Be brave, you reminded yourself. You took a deep breath and tried again.
“I just… wanted to say…” you stumbled, unable to look her in the eye. “I really… enjoy spending time with you.”
The corners of her mouth turned up in a soft smile, her eyes studying your face, but still, she seemed blissfully unaware. “Well, good! Same here! You’re a lot of fun, you know. Brave in your own way, even if a bit shy,” she teased lightly, giving your arm a light squeeze.
You couldn’t help but laugh nervously, feeling your cheeks burn. Maybe Wyll had a point—Karlach appreciated bravery, and here you were, looking like a fool again. But as her hand lingered just a moment longer on your arm, you felt a surge of determination. This was only the beginning.
─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───
Minthara:
You’d found Minthara’s sword on the outskirts of camp that morning, half-buried beneath some tangled roots. It was unmistakably hers—dark metal with a wicked curve, and elegant engravings tracing the hilt. You’d only seen her use it from afar, but even then, there was something mesmerizing about the way she wielded it, about the way her gaze sharpened whenever she held a blade. You were already a bundle of nerves at the thought of returning it to her, and that only got worse the closer you got to her tent.
She was sharpening a dagger when you approached, her expression focused, so much so that for a moment, you thought about turning back. But then she noticed you, her eyes snapping up to meet yours with a glint of curiosity.
“You’re looking rather… tense.” Her eyebrow arched slightly as she took you in.
Your heart thudded painfully, and you swallowed, forcing yourself to hold up the sword without dropping it. “Uh, I… found this for you. Your sword, I mean. It was… um, outside camp, and I thought you might want it back?”
Her gaze softened, a small smirk playing on her lips as she reached for the sword, her fingers brushing against yours. You nearly jumped at the contact, face burning, feeling like you might explode from embarrassment. You tried to say something else, but the words came out as a strangled squeak, and you practically forced yourself to look at the ground to avoid those piercing eyes of hers.
“Hmm,” she murmured, glancing over the sword, and then back at you. “Thank you. It's… refreshing to see someone with a sense of respect.” She held your gaze for a moment longer, and then, with an amused nod, she went back to her sharpening.
You quickly walked away, all but stumbling as you escaped, only to find yourself practically nose-to-nose with Shadowheart, who looked far too amused.
"Gods above," she snorted, crossing her arms. "I've never seen someone turn so red while returning a weapon."
You stammered, looking anywhere but at her. "I was just… trying to be polite!"
"Polite? If that's your version of polite, then I’d hate to see you actually try flirting," she teased, unable to hide her grin.
“Oh, please,” you huffed, looking away and trying to calm the blush still heating your face. “It's just… I don’t know. I like her, alright? Even if she’s… well, she could probably kill me without a second thought.”
Shadowheart raised an eyebrow. "Good to know you’re aware. And yet you still act like a lovesick fool around her, it's almost like you want her to kill you."
“I would die happy!” you blurted out, throwing your hands up. “Minthara could do anything she wants to me—absolutely anything at all—and I’d thank her. She could stomp me into the dirt, call me a fool, hex me, curse me, make my life a living hell, and I'd still probably thank her with my last breath!”
Shadowheart laughed, shaking her head in disbelief. "You’re hopeless."
But you were too caught up in your rant. "I’d let her do anything—anything at all! She could make me fetch her supplies every morning, have me clean her sword every night, stand guard for her at dawn and dusk, and I’d still think it was the best thing to ever happen to me!”
"Ahem."
You froze, mid-rant, and turned slowly to find Minthara standing directly behind you. She looked deeply amused, one eyebrow raised, her eyes glittering with dark humor. Her smirk was even more wicked than usual, and her gaze held you captive as she stepped closer.
“Good to know,” she said, her voice smooth and cool, her smirk only growing. “I may have to test that loyalty sometime.”
She winked at you, and then, just as easily as she’d come, she turned and sauntered away, leaving you standing there completely speechless, your face redder than ever.
Shadowheart burst out laughing, clutching her side as she watched you sway in shock. “You really have a gift for making a fool of yourself, you know that?”
You sank to your knees, stunned, still processing that Minthara had heard every single word. Shadowheart’s laughter rang in your ears, but you were simply too dazed to care. Perhaps that death would come quicker than expected - if your own heart didn't give out first.
─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───
Lae'zel:
Every time Lae’zel looked your way, you felt like a live wire, a rush of heat filling your face. She seemed to command every space she entered, her presence sharp, unapologetic, and utterly captivating. But whenever you were around her, every sentence became a tangle of stammered nonsense, and all you could do was blush helplessly. Today was no different.
You were fumbling with your supplies near the fire when Lae’zel walked over, her gaze scrutinizing as always.
"You’ve been acting strange,” she declared, crossing her arms and eyeing you critically. “Weakness of any sort is unacceptable. Are you unwell?"
Her bluntness only made you more flustered, words tripping over each other as you tried to respond. "No, I… I mean, yes, but not in that way. I mean, I'm fine. Completely fine.”
Lae’zel’s eyes narrowed, unconvinced. “You are not fine. You stammer, you lose color and gain it again. See Halsin or Shadowheart—this weakness needs mending.”
Desperate to reassure her, you tried to explain further, but each attempt seemed to make it worse. “I’m not… it’s not that kind of weakness, I just—well, around you, I—uh…”
She fixed you with a glare, her frown deepening. "Enough. Your words make less sense with every second. Perhaps you’re more ill than you realize.”
Your cheeks burned as she turned sharply to fetch Halsin, all but barking his name across camp. He arrived quickly, taking in the scene with a look of amused understanding.
“She is in poor health,” she said, gesturing at you. “They are losing control over their words and show clear signs of a fever. You will attend to them.”
Halsin’s brows lifted slightly, and with a knowing look, he glanced from you to Lae’zel. He gave a slow, considering nod. “Yes, I believe I see the trouble. An ailment, certainly… though it appears to be more of the heart than of the body.”
Lae’zel scowled, gripping her weapon as if ready for battle. “Explain this ‘heart ailment.’ What creature has inflicted it upon them?”
Halsin chuckled softly. “They’ve been bitten by a lovebug, Lae’zel. That’s all.”
Lae'zel let out a string of sharp Gith curses, her eyes narrowing in suspicion. "A lovebug. Where does it lurk, this creature? If it is preying upon our camp, I’ll hunt it down myself and crush it beneath my blade."
Her fierce determination, though absurd, only made your heart race more. Halsin stifled a laugh, giving you a sidelong look of utter amusement.
“I think you’ll find that hunting it will be… difficult,” he said, barely hiding his grin. “The lovebug often prefers stealth, hiding within feelings rather than form.”
“Feelings, a psychic offender,” she repeated, her brow creasing in thought. After a moment, she nodded decisively. “It is trickier prey, then. But I will find it nonetheless.”
And with that, she strode off, muttering to herself about unknown threats to the camp. As soon as she was out of earshot, Halsin let out a laugh, clapping you on the shoulder. “You know, I think you may have just made a miraculous recovery.”
You let out a groan, pressing a hand to your flushed face. “Do you think she’ll ever realize?”
“Not any time soon, I’d wager,” he chuckled. “But watching her hunt for a creature that doesn’t exist… that’s something we’ll all enjoy.”
─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───
Shadowheart:
Shadowheart’s approach had been so unassuming, yet it immediately set your heart racing. You’d been minding your own business by the campfire, trying not to glance her way too much, when she’d walked over, looking perfectly calm and utterly oblivious to the effect she had on you. She needed help with a spell—one that apparently you could explain better than anyone else at camp. You tried to play it cool, managing a quick, slightly-too-high “Sure!” and hoping your pulse wasn’t visibly hammering in your throat.
Standing beside her, you began explaining the spell, hands trembling ever so slightly as you demonstrated the incantation.
“So…uh…you’ll want to focus your energy here, at the core…” you muttered, gesturing to the focus stone. You held it out for her to see, only to have her fingers brush yours, sending a jolt through you that nearly made you drop the thing.
“Like this?” Shadowheart asked, her gaze flicking up to meet yours. Her dark eyes held that same thoughtful curiosity, and your voice caught in your throat. It was hard enough trying to form sentences with her this close, let alone explain a complex spell.
“Y-yes. Like that,” you managed, each word coming out slightly unsteady. “And, uh, then you just…channel it gently, but with intention.” She tilted her head, leaning closer, following along with perfect focus.
Meanwhile, just behind her, Karlach was all but dying, barely containing her laughter as she watched you fumble. Her amusement was clearly at your expense, and it took every ounce of willpower not to glare at her. Your attention drifted back to Shadowheart just as she turned her attention to the final gesture of the spell.
Her hand rested over yours for a second too long, her voice soft as she asked, “Does this look right?”
You nodded dumbly, your brain too overloaded to form a coherent reply, and somehow muttered, “It’s, uh…very…graceful.” Internally, you cringed. Graceful?
Shadowheart, apparently too engrossed in the spell to notice your red cheeks, gave a small, content nod. She released your hand, oblivious to the way you quickly hid your trembling fingers.
“Thank you,” she said with a rare smile, her voice calm and warm. “I think I understand it now.”
She turned to leave, casting one last glance over her shoulder, which made you feel simultaneously light-headed and weak in the knees. You stared after her, still processing, trying to shake off the ridiculous butterflies. You hadn’t realized you were holding your breath until she was already out of earshot.
The second she was gone, Karlach burst out laughing, dropping her head back in utter delight.
“Gods! If I didn’t know any better, I’d think you were spellbound yourself,” she teased, unable to wipe the grin off her face. “That was one of the best things I’ve ever seen. Hopeless,” she declared, shaking her head at you with a mischievous gleam.
Heat flooded your face all over again as you groaned, rubbing the back of your neck.
“I know, okay? It’s…utterly hopeless,” you admitted, voice thick with defeat. Before you could second-guess yourself, you grabbed her mug of beer straight from her hand and downed it in a few quick gulps, hoping it would somehow wash away the mortification you felt. Setting the empty mug down, you sighed deeply. “She didn’t even notice anything.”
“Oh, that’s where you’re very, very wrong,” Karlach countered, her smile twisting into something sly and secretive. She crossed her arms, leaning in as if sharing a precious secret. “Because she was definitely checking you out while you were showing her that spell.”
You froze, turning slowly to look at her, heart skipping a beat.
“You’re joking,” you muttered, voice barely above a whisper. There was a spark of hope, ridiculous but undeniable, blooming somewhere deep in your chest.
Karlach grinned wider, shaking her head. “Oh, no. She was stealing glances at you the entire time,” she said, sounding far too pleased with herself. “She’d peek up at you just when you weren’t looking, trying to act all serious, but she couldn’t quite pull it off. You might be as oblivious, but I’ve got eyes.” She winked, patting your shoulder in encouragement.
Your mind raced, playing the whole interaction back. You remembered how Shadowheart’s gaze had lingered, her voice soft, her questions coming slower, almost careful… Could Karlach really be right? Was it possible that Shadowheart had actually been…interested?
“Maybe there’s hope after all…” you mumbled, feeling that glimmer of excitement grow.
Karlach clapped you on the back with a laugh, nearly knocking the air out of you. “There you go! Just keep stuttering and blushing—seems to be working like a charm.”
You laughed, shaking your head. “Guess I’ll just have to keep embarrassing myself, then,” you said, grinning despite yourself.
Karlach’s laughter echoed across the camp, but her eyes held a genuine warmth as she said, “Well at least it’s a start. You’ll get there.”
─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───
Jaheira:
Jaheira's gaze was focused, unrelenting as she adjusted your grip on the scimitar. Her hands, warm and confident, guided yours over the hilt, showing you the correct angle, the precise strength you should use. Every time her hand brushed yours, you felt your heart stammer. You hoped she didn’t notice your flushed cheeks or the way your breath caught every time she leaned closer.
“Here,” she said, her voice calm but commanding. She moved to your side, adjusting the angle of your stance with the barest brush of her hand along your back. “It’s not about brute force,” she murmured, her voice so close it felt like a whisper. “It’s about control, understanding where the balance lies in every movement.”
You nodded, barely able to find your voice, managing only a stuttered, “Y-yes, of course.” But you were far more focused on her proximity than any of her advice.
Out of the corner of your eye, you noticed Astarion lounging a few paces away, arms crossed and a devilish grin spreading across his face. He had noticed, of course—there was no hiding it from his all-too-keen gaze. Before you could silently beg him to go easy on you, he stepped closer, feigning a helpful tone.
“Stick your rear out more,” he suggested, his voice laced with amusement. “Helps with balance. And I’m sure Jaheira would agree.” He flashed you a wicked grin, clearly enjoying the spectacle.
Your face flamed, and you shot him a withering look.
“Thanks, Astarion,” you muttered under your breath, attempting to ignore him. But his smirk only widened, and he continued to watch, pleased with himself.
Jaheira, still adjusting your stance, gave you a quick nod, oblivious to your flustered state and Astarion’s antics.
“There you go,” she said, stepping back just enough to observe your form. “Much better.” She gave a satisfied nod and went on to demonstrate a quick series of strikes, her movements fluid and sure, each slash a picture of precision and elegance.
You could barely pay attention, completely distracted by the grace with which she wielded her weapon, the easy strength in her every move. As she looked back at you, catching you gawking, you fumbled to regain focus.
“Uh—yes! Right, like that!” you stammered, hurriedly attempting to mimic her motions.
Jaheira gave a small, amused smile before nodding approvingly. “Keep practicing that sequence. It’ll help build your control.”
As she left the clearing, giving you one last nod of encouragement, you could hardly breathe. You waited until she was out of sight before collapsing against Astarion, running a hand through your hair with a groan.
“I’m hopeless,” you muttered, shaking your head. “She probably thinks I’m a complete mess.”
“Oh, she definitely does,” Astarion said, his grin impossibly smug as he gave you a playful shove. “But she won’t have to wonder about it for long.”
You shot him a look, eyebrow raised in confusion. “What do you mean by that?”
Astarion’s smirk deepened, his eyes glinting with mischief. “I may have left your journal in her tent. You know, the one with the little poems in the margins?” He waggled his eyebrows, feigning innocence.
Your eyes went wide, horror settling over you as you gaped at him.
“You didn’t,” you whispered, dread turning your stomach. The journal held every embarrassing thought, every scribbled confession, every starry-eyed rant about Jaheira that you hadn’t dared speak aloud.
“Oh, but I did.” Astarion’s voice was light, mocking even, but his eyes held a teasing warmth. “Look on the bright side. At least now she’ll know how much you ‘admire her scimitar technique.’ among other things..”
You shrieked in exasperation, though a traitorous part of you couldn’t help but feel the faintest spark of excitement at the idea. You shoved Astarion, who merely laughed, delighted with himself, as you stood there in helpless anticipation, wondering how you’d ever face Jaheira again.

Gale:
Trying to stay composed around Gale was becoming increasingly impossible. You could barely string together a coherent sentence whenever he was nearby, your cheeks burning and your heart racing so loudly you were sure he could hear it. It had gotten to the point that, during one of his magic lessons, you’d accidentally projected a very vivid thought about kissing him far into the Weave—and while he hadn’t directly addressed it, you had felt your face go scarlet the moment it happened.
Yet, despite that blunder and all your clumsy attempts to communicate the depths of your affection, Gale remained completely oblivious. And this state of suspended longing, this fruitless crush, was starting to drive you mad.
After another awkward lesson with Gale where you stumbled over your words and blushed at the mere brush of his hand over yours, you found yourself venting to Minthara, though you knew her to be an unlikely confidante. Her eyes held little sympathy, her arms crossed as she gave you a hard, skeptical look.
“Just grab the wizard and use him for your pleasure,” she suggested bluntly, as if it were the obvious solution. Her gaze was sharp and impatient. “You’re a warrior, not a blubbering fool.”
You shook your head quickly, horrified. “No, no, it’s not like that! I don’t just want him in some shallow way.” You sighed, your heart feeling tight. “I want to… to adore him. To look after him. To treasure everything about him, every small thing, every story he tells and every spell he casts. I want to worship him like he deserves.” You leaned into your words, almost forgetting who you were talking to in the rapture of your lovesick confession. “I want to make him feel like he’s the most cherished person in the world.”
Minthara recoiled as if you’d offended her sensibilities with such sentimentality, looking visibly revolted by your romantic ramblings. Her lips curled in distaste.
“By the darkness, are you even listening to yourself?” She gave an exasperated huff, then, with a roll of her eyes, she called across the camp, her voice clear as a bell. “Wizard!” she yelled, her tone commanding and fierce. “They want to go on their knees for you—are you going to do something about it, or will I have to rip out their tongue to stop their endless lovesick whining?”
Your heart dropped to your stomach, and before you could process the horror, Gale turned, an expression of curiosity mixed with surprise crossing his face as he started to walk over. You immediately whacked Minthara on the arm, panic rising as you whispered, “What are you doing?!”
Minthara looked at you with a smug indifference, ignoring your frantic scolding as if she’d done you the greatest favor.
“A strange way to show your gratitude,” she remarked drily, “given how much assistance I just rendered.”
By then, Gale had reached you both, his brows lifted in confusion, a hint of pink on his cheeks.
“What’s all this about… someone going on their knees?” he asked, looking between you and Minthara, though his gaze lingered on you. His voice was gentle, though you could see the glimmer of curiosity—and something else—in his eyes.
You shot Minthara a glare, your face flaming, then took a steadying breath, turning to Gale.
“I—um,” you stammered, realizing there was no dignified way to explain this away. “I think… what Minthara was so eloquently trying to say is that I… might, uh, harbor feelings for you.” You paused, swallowing. “Quite a few of them, actually.”
Gale’s face softened, and a warm smile played at his lips, his hand reaching to touch yours with a tenderness that made your heart flutter.
“Well,” he murmured, his voice dipping low, “it’s wonderful to know I’m not the only one who’s felt that spark.”
Minthara turned away, clearly satisfied, muttering something about lesser beings and their foolish emotions, but you hardly noticed her departure as your heart beat out of your touch, your greatest fantasies finally coming true.

Astarion:
Dinner had been an ordeal. Astarion sat beside you, closer than usual, his presence a tangible, almost overwhelming warmth. Every time he reached for something or murmured a comment, you felt yourself freeze, stumbling over your responses, blushing so furiously you’d started to worry it was noticeable. You could barely bring yourself to eat, much less speak, and by the end of the meal, you were sure you’d only embarrassed yourself.
That might have been manageable if it ended there. But just hours later, as the party approached a fortress with heavy guards stationed at the gates, Astarion took the lead, slipping into his charming, roguish element. He approached the security with a smooth, confident swagger, flashing that insouciant smile of his, every word a practiced melody of flattery and wit. He left them captivated, helpless to deny him as he led the party in with ease, his charm so intoxicating it almost felt like magic.
And while the others chuckled at his skillful maneuvering, you felt an unexpected ache in your chest. Watching him sway them so effortlessly stirred a pang of jealousy you hadn’t expected. Did he even notice the way you pined for him? The way every stray touch or knowing look from him seemed to linger long after he’d moved on?
Caught in your thoughts, you didn’t realize Gale was watching you with a raised brow. He leaned over, studying your expression with mild amusement and maybe a bit of pity.
“You look,” he began in a soft murmur, “like someone just killed a displacer kitten right in front of you.”
Startled, you forced a tight smile, trying to wave him off. “It’s nothing, Gale.”
“Nothing?” He crossed his arms, unimpressed. “Please, you’ve been fawning over Astarion for ages now, your heart practically on display.”
There was a pause as you grappled with the admission, your face heating up, but at last, the dam broke, and you began to pour out your feelings in a quiet, hushed ramble.
“It’s just… my heart beats for him, Gale. Every time he speaks, I hang on his every word. I want nothing more than to just reach over, brush his hair back, and listen to him talk about all his little grievances—his so-called ‘inconveniences,’ his charms, all of it.”
Gale nodded, looking thoughtful for a moment. And then his lips curled into a wry smile as he leaned in conspiratorially. “Well, I suppose your dilemma is solved, then.”
Confused, you blinked, feeling a twist of dread. “What do you mean?”
“Oh,” he said, chuckling, “just that you happened to be projecting that over the tadpole connection. Quite eloquently, I might add. The entire party heard every word by my predictions.”
You froze, horror dawning as you processed what Gale had just said. Every word, you realized, echoing faintly through the magical thread you shared. You dared a glance at the others, only to see Karlach giving you an encouraging thumbs-up and Shadowheart hiding a smirk behind her hand.
Then, to your ultimate mortification, Astarion strolled past, pausing just long enough to catch your eye. A sly grin played on his lips as he gave you a long, lingering look, his gaze glinting with amusement.
“Not to worry, darling,” he murmured, a teasing warmth in his voice, “I have plenty of inconveniences—and a few conveniences—to tell you all about. Shall we start tonight?”
His words sent a rush of heat up your spine, leaving you speechless as he gave a little wave, disappearing down the hallway. Gale patted your shoulder with a grin.
“See?” he said cheerfully. “All handled.”
You were left rooted to the spot, barely able to breathe, knowing that somehow you’d been caught, exposed—and that Astarion was, indeed, fully aware of the fact that your heart belonged to him.

Wyll:
Wyll’s presence seemed to have a gravitational pull all its own. Every time he smiled at you, every chivalrous gesture—offering his hand to help you up a steep path, or casually brushing a stray lock of hair out of your face—felt like a dream. A warmth filled your chest, so intense you could hardly look him in the eye, your words dissolving into stammered half-thoughts that trailed into silence. Each interaction left you breathless, embarrassed, and wondering if maybe, just maybe, he noticed how flustered he made you.
Training, however, was another story. Lae’zel was as intense as ever, barely giving you time to catch your breath between strikes. She was quick, sharp, and relentless, and it would have been more manageable—if you could actually focus. But each time she demanded your attention, your eyes kept wandering back to Wyll, who was a few feet away, talking to Shadowheart as he polished his sword. The way he moved, the way he spoke, that disarmingly warm smile…
It was only a matter of time before Lae'zel had enough.
She stepped back, arms crossed, leveling you with a look that could freeze lava.
“You’re distracted. Useless,” she declared, throwing down her sword with an exasperated sigh. “You pine like a hatchling, and it disrupts our sparring.”
You flushed, scrambling to come up with an excuse, but Lae’zel was already stomping off toward Wyll. You moved to intercept her, knowing she was the absolute last person who should reveal any of this. “Wait—Lae’zel, don’t!”
Lae’zel ignored you, her voice booming as she closed in on a bewildered Wyll.
“You,” she pointed at him, “this one wants to share their body with you.”
Wyll blinked, his eyes widening as he looked between you and Lae’zel, clearly trying to make sense of what she’d just said.
“I—what?” He looked at you, a blush rising to his cheeks as he fumbled for words. “I mean, I didn’t—wasn’t aware—”
Mortified, you didn’t think, you just acted, flinging yourself at Lae’zel with a force you hadn’t known you possessed. You tackled her to the ground, landing with a clumsy thud, and slapped a hand over her mouth.
“Not…what I meant!” you stammered, trying to laugh it off to Wyll, who was still looking down at the both of you in complete bafflement. “What she means is—uh, we’re just, um, sparring partners! She’s…dramatic.”
Lae’zel raised an eyebrow, and with her typical stoicism, she bit down—hard—on the hand you’d used to cover her mouth. You yelped, jerking your hand back, and Lae’zel smirked, a silent satisfaction in her gaze as she sat up, looking entirely unapologetic.
Wyll was still staring, one eyebrow raised, lips quirking slightly in what looked like a restrained grin.
“I’m… not entirely sure I understand what’s going on here,” he said, his eyes bright with amusement. “But whatever it is, I’m flattered.”
You scrambled to your feet, rubbing your bitten hand, and tried to put together a coherent explanation, but every time you met his gaze, words seemed to fail you.
“Well… right,” you mumbled, feeling heat rise to your face as you threw a quick glare at Lae’zel, who simply shrugged, as if completely innocent of any wrongdoing.
Wyll’s expression softened as he watched you struggle to speak, and he smiled gently.
“It’s alright,” he said, stepping closer. “I didn’t mean to make things difficult for you and Lae'zel.”
That simple gesture—his kindness, the warmth in his voice—made you feel as if you’d forgotten how to breathe. You managed a nod, barely holding onto your composure, while he looked at you with that disarming sincerity that always left you reeling.
Lae’zel, watching the exchange with an air of smug victory, dusted herself off. “There. See? Problem solved. Now maybe you’ll stop sparring like a weakling.”
You shot her a glare, but Wyll chuckled softly, meeting your eyes with a spark of curiosity.
“If you ever want to train together,” he said, his voice low and warm, “you need only ask.”
And with that, he gave you a wink, leaving you in a breathless, heart-pounding daze as he walked back to his gear.
─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───
Halsin:
Every time you were around Halsin, it was like the ground slipped out from beneath you. His voice, that low, warm rumble, made your heart pound, and every casual touch seemed to ignite sparks across your skin. He was utterly unaware, of course; his gentle smiles and steady hands never betrayed a hint of understanding that he sent you reeling. You were sure that was the only reason you hadn’t completely given yourself away.
So when you returned to camp with an injury—a jagged cut on your arm from a goblin's arrow—you hoped it might go unnoticed. Shadowheart was busy, deep in her meditation as she restored her energy, and you thought you could handle the wound alone. But Jaheira spotted the blood trailing down your arm almost immediately. She arched a brow, her eyes flashing with a mix of annoyance and amusement as she approached.
“Let’s have a look,” she said, but as she examined your arm, she shook her head with a soft sigh. “This needs a proper healer. Come on.”
Before you could protest, she’d already begun steering you toward Halsin’s corner of camp. Your heart dropped to your stomach, and a familiar warmth crept up your face. “Jaheira, no, really, I’m fine. It’s not even that deep. You could probably just—”
“Are you afraid of a little attention from the First Druid?” she teased, smirking as you stammered. “If you’re so sure you can handle it alone, why is your face turning as red as a blood hawk?”
You barely managed a protest before she’d called out to Halsin, who looked up from his work, his eyes sharpening with concern the moment he saw the blood seeping through your sleeve.
“Come here,” he said, his voice a blend of calm authority and quiet worry. He rose to meet you, his eyes never leaving the wound as he reached out, guiding you to sit down on a low stool beside him. His hands were warm, gentle but firm, and you felt heat flush up your neck and into your cheeks as he examined the wound.
Jaheira, leaning against a tent post with her arms crossed, watched the scene unfold with an amused glint in her eyes, a smile curving her lips as you struggled to steady your breathing. But Halsin didn’t notice; his focus was fully on your arm, his brow furrowed with concentration as his fingers brushed softly along the edges of the wound, checking its depth.
“It isn’t too deep,” he murmured in his gentle, rumbling voice. “But we don’t want to risk infection. I’ll clean it and make a poultice to help it heal.”
You swallowed hard, trying to keep your composure, but the feeling of his hands—steady, reassuring, and just a little too close—sent your mind reeling. “Y-yes, of course. Whatever you think is best.”
Halsin gave you a soft smile, the kind that seemed to reach into your chest and make your heart skip.
“Are you feeling alright otherwise? You look a bit flushed.” His eyes studied your face, brow creased in genuine concern. “Are you feverish?”
You blinked, thrown off by the question, and felt your face grow impossibly hotter. “No! No, not at all. I’m… I’m perfectly fine. Really. Just, um… It’s just… the wound.”
Jaheira couldn’t contain her amusement any longer; she snorted softly and rolled her eyes, muttering, “It’s certainly not the wound that has you blushing.”
You shot her a quick, desperate glare, but she only smirked, clearly enjoying your struggle.
“A shame that our healer here clearly can’t see that particular ailment,” she added, just loud enough for you to hear.
Halsin looked between you and Jaheira, a slight confusion flickering in his eyes before he turned back to you with a gentle, almost affectionate smile. “Well, you should rest nonetheless. Even a small wound can bring on a fever if not treated with care.”
He placed a comforting hand on your shoulder, his thumb tracing light circles just above your collarbone as if to soothe you. It was a simple, instinctive gesture, but it sent a wave of warmth through you, and you fought the urge to lean into his touch, to linger in the quiet strength he offered.
“Let me just…” His voice was soft, his attention focused on preparing the poultice as he worked with deft hands. But every so often, he’d glance up, catching your gaze with that calm, reassuring smile that made your heart race all over again.
Beside you, Jaheira leaned in close, her voice dropping to a whisper. “He truly has no idea, does he?”
You felt a flicker of panic, but there was no use hiding it now. You muttered, barely audible, “Not the faintest clue.”
She chuckled, shaking her head with a mix of sympathy and sarcasm. “To be fair, you’re not making it particularly obvious.”
Before you could retort, Halsin returned with the poultice, carefully applying it to your wound with practiced gentleness. The sensation of his fingers brushing against your skin, his hands steady and warm, sent another wave of nervous energy through you. He worked in silence for a moment, his gaze focused, the warmth of his presence wrapping around you like a comforting embrace.
“There,” he said softly, finishing the bandage. “That should hold for now. And I’ll make more of the poultice tonight to ensure it heals properly.”
You managed a shaky nod, trying to form words but only managing a faint, “Th-thank you.”
Halsin’s smile deepened, and he placed a final, reassuring hand on your arm. “It’s my pleasure to help. But if you do start feeling feverish, promise you’ll come to me immediately.”
“Yes. Of course,” you stammered, hardly able to meet his gaze. Jaheira watched you, her smile widening as she shook her head in mock exasperation.
“I think it’s safe to say you’re sick with something,” she muttered, just loud enough for Halsin to hear.
Halsin’s brow furrowed in mild concern, and he tilted his head toward her, curious. “Sick with what, precisely?”
You shot Jaheira a desperate look, but she only shrugged, that teasing glint in her eye.
“Nothing a nice cold dip in the river can't fix.,” she said, her voice laced with amusement as she turned to walk away, leaving you to face Halsin’s warm, questioning gaze.
“If you’re certain you’re well…” he said, his thumb brushing lightly along your hand in a final gesture of reassurance before he let go. “But do take it easy tonight. I’ll check in on you later, just to be sure.”
As he stood and walked away, you sat there, still reeling, the warmth of his touch lingering on your skin. You wanted to stay in that moment forever. Perhaps during his check in later, you would actually do something about it.

No easy job||Peter Sutherland x fem!reader
Summary— Peter swore up and down he’d never join the secret service but here he is as the body guard of the presidents daughter who loves to keep Peter on his toes .
Word count—644
Peter Sutherland prided himself on being calm under pressure. It was practically a job requirement. Whether it was racing against the clock to prevent a terrorist attack or navigating the bureaucratic chaos of Washington, D.C., he always kept a cool head.
Until now.
“Do you always ignore every rule ever written, or am I just lucky?” Peter asked, his voice taut as he followed Y/N into the crowd of gala attendees.
Y/N glanced over her shoulder, smirking. “Rules are more like guidelines. You’ll get used to it.”
Peter exhaled sharply, gripping the earpiece in his hand before shoving it back into his ear. “I’m not supposed to get used to you wandering off without telling me.”
“I’m not wandering off. I’m mingling. Big difference,” she replied, plucking a glass of champagne from a passing waiter’s tray. The glint of the chandelier above reflected in her glass as she tilted it toward him in mock cheers. “Besides, what’s the worst that could happen? Someone spills a drink on me?”
Peter scanned the room, his sharp eyes catching a suspicious figure lingering near the exit. The man adjusted his jacket, and Peter’s stomach tightened. He was already running through the possibilities—exit routes, potential threats, fallback plans. “The worst that could happen is someone targets you because your father is the president, and I’m left explaining why I let you stroll into danger like it’s a weekend hobby.”
She paused, turning to face him fully. Her expression softened just a fraction, though there was still a flicker of defiance in her gaze. “Peter, relax. I’ve done this a hundred times. No one’s going to target me in the middle of a charity gala. It’s fine.”
“It’s not fine,” Peter shot back, stepping closer. The faint buzz of conversation and laughter around them felt miles away. “You don’t get to be fine. You get to be safe. That’s the deal.”
Her smirk returned, this time tinged with challenge. “You’re kind of intense, you know that? Has anyone ever told you to loosen up?”
“Has anyone ever told you that ignoring protocol is a terrible idea?”
“Constantly.” She raised her glass again, but her fingers tightened around the stem. “Didn’t stick.”
Peter’s jaw tightened, and for a moment, he said nothing, his eyes locked on hers. She had that maddening ability to act like nothing could touch her, like the world wasn’t full of people willing to exploit her trust and bravery. It wasn’t just frustrating—it was terrifying.
“You think I don’t see it?” he said finally, his voice softer but no less firm. “The way you brush everything off like it doesn’t matter? But it does, Y/N. You might think you’re invincible, but—”
“—I’m not,” she interrupted, her tone unusually serious. Her eyes flicked down, then back to his. “I know that, Peter. But I also can’t live my life hiding behind Secret Service agents every second of the day. It’s not who I am.”
Peter ran a hand through his hair, searching for the right words. Something about her recklessness struck too close to home—someone else he’d failed to protect, someone else who didn’t listen. He couldn’t let that happen again. “I’m not asking you to hide. I’m asking you to let me do my job without feeling like I need a defibrillator on standby every time you step into a room.”
Her lips twitched, the smirk threatening to return. “Are you saying I stress you out?”
“Yes,” he deadpanned.
She laughed, and the sound pulled a reluctant smile from him before it faded. “Good. Keeps you on your toes,” she said with a wink, and before he could reply, she slipped into the crowd again, disappearing like a shadow.
Peter groaned, pulling his earpiece into place. He scanned the room quickly, noting that the suspicious man near the exit had shifted positions again, and his unease grew. Protecting Y/N was going to be the death of him—he was sure of it.

Lagna Lord Through The Houses
Each of the houses represents a specific "limb" of Kala Purusha or the personification of time. The first house or lagna is represented by the head, so wherever the lord or ruler of the first house sits in a person's chart is showing where their head is and where the willpower, intellect, body, and innate nature are being focused in the native’s life.
First House:
When the lagna lord is in the first house, you have a commanding presence with a strong, healthy body that exudes energy and vitality. People notice you right away from being drawn in by your confidence and physical strength. Your mind is sharp and clever, and you are always quick to think on your feet. However, you can be a bit fickle at times, changing your opinions or desires on a whim. Your willpower is undeniable, but it can sometimes lead to impulsive decisions or a struggle with long-term commitment. You thrive on action and excitement, but staying focused for the long haul could be a challenge for you.
Second House:
When the first house lord is in the second house, you’ll find that your energy, intellect, and drive are all being focused towards building financial stability and securing your future. You likely have a strong, healthy body (when the rest of the chart permits), and your vitality is tied to your ability to earn and grow your resources. You’re not just about the money, though. People see you as well-mannered, cultured, and respectable, someone who knows how to navigate social circles with ease. Your mind is sharp, leading you to roles like becoming a teacher or scholar, where your wisdom can really shine. You tend to see people as part of your extended family, treating others with warmth and generosity. With your wealth and strong character, you might find yourself in multiple committed relationships, as you have the means to support and nurture them. You’re someone who’s driven by the respect and stability you build for yourself and those around you.
Third House:
When the lagna lord is in the third house, you possess the courage and bravery of a lion, always ready to take on challenges and accomplish your goals with confidence. Desire for success follows you wherever you go, and you earn respect from your boldness and determination. Your intelligence shines through in everything you do, and you approach life with a sense of happiness and optimism, albeit with a subtle sense of entitlement. You might also find yourself with multiple spouses throughout your life as your personal qualities could create opportunities for multiple deep connections and relationships in your life.
Fourth House:
When the lagna lord is in the fourth house, most of your energy is being invested in matters of emotions, home, property, and the mother. You are strong and stable, with a strong emotional connection to your mother, bringing her much happiness and pride. You also enjoy a harmonious relationship with your siblings. Your passion and affection for those close to you is evident, and you tend to be the emotional anchor of your family. Property matters may be important to you, and you could find success in acquiring or managing assets. With good qualities and an appealing form, you naturally create an environment filled with love and warmth, earning respect and admiration from those around you. You are dedicated to your happiness and the happiness of those you hold dear.
Fifth House:
When the lagna lord is in the fifth house, you will find happiness through children and intelligent decision making. You will put most of your focus towards fifth house matters, such as speculative gains and future planning. You are moderate and reasonable, though there may be a possibility of facing challenges with your first child simply because the Lagnesh can be overpowering for the fifth house. You carry a strong sense of respectability but can be easily angered when things don’t go according to your plans. Authorities tend to like and respect you, appreciating your wisdom and leadership. You are highly focused on making the right decisions, especially when it comes to guiding and supporting those who depend on you.
Sixth House:
When the lagna lord is in the sixth house, much of your energy will be directed toward dealing with litigation, arguments, enemies, health issues, and challenges. You may face frequent health complaints, leading to a sense of dissatisfaction with your physical well-being, or this could be channeled towards the benefit of others, such as in the case of doctors, lawyers, nurses, coordinators, etc. If malefic planets aspect the sixth house, you could experience more direct conflict and misfortune from these things. Without benefic aspects, you may also struggle with affliction and pain. This placement also creates a desire for self-improvement, particularly in changing habits or overcoming personal obstacles. Despite the challenges, you are driven to improve your circumstances and be of service to those around you.
Seventh House:
When the lagna lord is in the seventh house, your primary focus will be on matters related to your spouse, relationships, and partnerships. You are likely to place great importance on these connections and how they shape your life, and this may come at the cost of your independence or sense of autonomy. If the lord of the seventh house is a malefic planet, it can negatively impact the longevity of the relationship or the well-being of your partner. This placement also points to a strong involvement in trade, dealing with others frequently, and engaging in medium-distance journeys. Additionally, there may be a connection to themes of death, either through the partner or through your own conviction. Overall, your relationships and dealings with others will play a significant role in your life’s journey, and that can be good or bad depending on the specific elements involved.
Eighth House:
When the lagna lord is in the eighth house, your life will be influenced by the mysteries of the unknown, supernatural, and occult. There is a darkness to this placement that will produce increased focus on elements of crisis and hidden forces, such as in the case of debts or festering diseases. You may possess a natural skill in understanding these areas but also face karmic challenges, dealing with physical ailments that have difficult to cure, long-term effects. This placement can lead to a tendency toward dishonesty, thievery, in addition to an inclination towards anger, making you prone to conflicts and struggles. But with this placement, you lobe to fight. Interest in weapons may also be present, as well as adulterous tendencies and fixations considered taboo or eccentric. Matters of inheritance are significant, and you may experience sudden changes or transformative events involving loss, what comes after death, or hidden resources/outcomes of a transaction.
Ninth House:
When the lagna lord is in the ninth house, you are putting most of your energy towards pursuits relating to justice, spirituality, and humanity's higher purpose. Strong and respected beliefs and values are central to your life, and you will regularly seek out holy places through pilgrimage for guidance and connection. This placement brings good fortune and many blessings through the nullification of various ailments through the benefits that come with spiritual practice. Additionally, you're generally well-liked by others due to your wisdom and positive outlook. You tend to worship balanced and holy gods, embodying purity, righteousness, and holy surrender in your actions. You are clever and eloquent in speech, and you can express your ideas with clarity and impact. Happiness flows from your spouse, children, and the wealth you accumulate, overall creating a very balanced and fulfilling life.
Tenth House:
When the lagna lord is in the tenth house, your energy is primarily going to be focused on achieving power, authority, and success in your career and public life. You are driven to gain respect and fulfill your obligations, rising to positions of leadership, influence, and greater responsibility. Watch for arrogance, though. Your relationship with your biological father will be a source of happiness and comfort in your life, and you may receive substantial guidance or support from him. You are likely to earn honor and become well-known among the public, with a reputation built on your own efforts and quality of action. Popular and respected, you will accumulate self-made wealth, reflecting the extent of your hard work and determination.
Eleventh House:
When the lagna lord is in the eleventh house, your focus is strongly directed toward friendships, acquiring valuable possessions, and achieving prosperity. You are constantly striving for community, growth, and success, always seeking new opportunities for gain and mutual support. You are well-mannered and cultured, and you tend to attract respect from others for this reason. You enjoy popularity and fame on account of your temperament. This placement can also bring significant material indulgence, leading to a comfortable but possibly debauched life with multiple sources of gratification and support at your disposal. Your good qualities, such as generosity and humanitarianism, shine through, enhancing your reputation and overall success.
Twelfth House:
When the lagna lord is in the twelfth house, most of your focus in life will be on expenses, loss, and isolation, possibly feeling disconnected or far removed from others. You may spend a significant amount of time in states of deep introspection or meditation, which will be good for attaining spiritual boons. However, this placement also brings health complaints and discomfort in the body, similar to the challenges seen with the sixth house. If the Lagnesh is not aspected by or conjunct benefics, you may find yourself wasting money on unprofitable or unnecessary things, leading to financial instability. However, if other aspects of your chart support it, it could point to a life of extravagant spending and fame, stemming from the seclusion that arises from being isolated by society, but this time in a more beneficial way. You want your Lagnesh to be a benefic here. Otherwise, it will struggle. Additionally, there is a tendency for you to become easily angered with this placement. You are most psychically exposed and may lack strong boundaries.
Now, it is important to understand that the placement of the lagna lord shows where your energy and focus are directed, but not necessarily the quality of those experiences. To get a clearer picture of how things will unfold, you have to consider the sign it's in and any planets occupying that house. For instance, if Venus is your lagnesh in the 12th, you’ll get a more positive manifestation of the Lagna placement, likely dealing with expenditures on lixurious items and foreign affairs that come as a benefit to you. But you’ll also need to see what Venus is connected to specifically in your chart. If it’s in a planetary war with Mars, then you’re likely not going to see those same benefits because all of its resources are being agitated and redirected somewhere else.

Aries Placements (especially Moon) - Clear boundaries, able to say no without guilt & fierce self-prioritization
Aquarius Placements - The truth teller and pattern-breaker. Radiates individuality and often challenges inherited belief systems. Their purpose and life force are majorly connected to awakening collective consciousness through authenticity and innovation
Sagittarius, Gemini, or Virgo Placements - These placements are sovereign in their thinking and do things on purpose. They shake systems not always through force but from challenging perspectives, information and perception
Capricorn Placements 🪐 - These placements can dig deep within them to anchor themselves through to the end of their desired goal; they have the resilience to keep going even under pressure
Mars in Fire Signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) - Fire tries things, they think fast, think bold & can take the leap before they're ready, fear can't hold them back, they are bravery IN MOTION
8th House Stellium or Strong Scorpio Energy - The taboo walker. Meant to face death, power, sexuality, and truth — and come out purified. Brings uncomfortable truths to light, but also births others into their power.
1st House Stellium - They came to Earth to write a new story where they take up space. The way they move creates ripples, and they're meant to embody their full identity by doing this unapologetically. They're not just being seen, they're transforming others through their embodiment. They're not here to wait for permission, they are the initiator energy.
Uranus in the 1st, 10th, or conjunct Sun/Mars - Radically authentic to who they are & refuses to conform. Came to awaken others
Pluto conjunct, sextile or trine Ascendant or Midheaven - Moves powerfully, intensely & are unmissable. They ignite others to look at their own power, whether others are comfortable or uncomfortable with that will be revealed. Others project fear or awe onto them & they're meant to continue rising through it
North Node in Aquarius, Aries, or Scorpio - Destiny is to lead through radical truth, individuality, or transformation. Aries NN: Warrior soul, meant to go first. Aquarius NN: Revolutionary thinker, rule-breaker. Scorpio NN: Rebirth royalty, destined to embrace power.
Aries Venus, Mars, or Lilith or Venus, Mars or Lilith at 1, 13 or 25 degrees - Beauty or desire becomes a weapon of liberation. Attracts through confidence, not compliance. Passionate, fierce, and often “too much” for people who fear feminine fire (the warmth, magnetism & power they hold)
Midheaven in Scorpio or Aquarius - Career path is meant to disrupt, awaken, and rebuild. Known for intensity, originality, or truth-telling. Their legacy is change.
Pluto in the 1st house or conjunctions, sextiles or trines to Pluto - If you have these placements, you were meant to burn down who you were told to be and rise as who you truly are. They are a walking initiation, and others either evolve in your presence or resist you, because they sense your power before you speak
Black Moon Lilith in the 1st house or conjunctions, sextiles or trines to BML - Truth > Approval. Whether through the body, voice, love, mind, or presence--you model what it means to live unowned, unashamed, and unafraid. You were coded for cosmic disruption, loving, living and embodying truth so fully that the old world falls away and a new one is born & rises in it's place, these are your weapons of light

Why aren’t you scared? Why aren’t being you grateful? The lack of fear intrigues him. ˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who can’t help but feel a strange pull towards you as you brush off his dramatic rescue with a simple, 'Thanks.' No fanfare, no wide-eyed admiration—just a casual acknowledgment, like he’s done nothing special. ˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who can’t stop staring at you after he sets you down safely, his usual bright smile faltering for just a moment. He’s confused, frustrated even—how could you be so indifferent to him, of all people? ˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who accidentally lets the villain slip from his grasp again because he was too busy thinking about the person who didn’t even react to him, seeks you out, desperate for another interaction. He’s determined to break through that cool exterior and make you see him the way everyone else does—no, more than everyone else does. ˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who, after that first meeting, finds himself obsessing over you. He watches you from a distance, trying to understand why you didn’t react to him like everyone else. Your mystery is irresistible, and suddenly you’re all he can think about. ˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who keeps running into you ‘by chance.’ He’s not used to people being so unimpressed with him, so he casually strikes up conversations, trying to draw you in. “Hey hey! how are you doing after that very scary fall? ” (It's been like a month, why does he still remember you..) ˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who starts off with small talk, asking about your day, your interests, all while flashing that charming smile. But he’s secretly analysing every word you say, trying to figure out what makes you tick.
˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who only memorises the things you like because he deeply cares about every single citizen in the city!! it’s not because he thinks you’re cool and wants your approval…definitely not..!!
˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who offers to walk you home one evening, using the excuse that it’s dangerous out there with all the recent villain attacks. You shrug and agree, not realising he’s already planned this route to spend more time with you.
˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who, after getting to know you a bit more, starts to subtly insert himself into your life. He’ll show up at your favourite café, claim he was just doing his neighbourhood watch, and invite you to join him for coffee. How could you refuse?

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who always makes sure you’re watching when he defeats a villain. The victory is sweeter when he knows you’re looking at his strength and bravery. Hes cool right?! The best hero, right???
˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who leaves little gifts at your doorstep, each one more extravagant than the last. It’s his job to make people happy, especially you!
˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who keeps tabs on your daily routine. He’s just so concerned about your safety! Knowing where you are at all times is his way of showing how much he cares.
˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who’s always there at the right time, whether it’s saving you from danger or just catching you when you trip… how did he manage to be right by your house when you fell? 'Don’t ask questions silly, you’re lucky he was there to protect you <3'
˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who subtly influences your decisions, steering you away from places or people he doesn’t approve of. “It’s for your own good,” I mean he’s a world loved hero, he must be right, right? ˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who dedicates every victory, every heroic deed, to you. “You’re my inspiration,” he says with that signature wide grin. ˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who casually mentions your name in interviews, saying how much you inspire him to be better. His fans might think it’s cute, but it’s actually his way of claiming you in front of the whole world. (even if you guys aren’t dating yet) ˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ YANDERE!HERO who feels a surge of satisfaction when you start to seek him out, whether it’s for help, advice, or just to chat. He’s finally becoming that important figure in your life, just as he planned. And now that he’s in, he’ll never let you go. He’ll be your hero, he’ll save you.

"Don't tell anybody, but you're my favourite citizen to look after~"

Rewatched book 1 after watching the live action and here is a list of everything that wasn’t in the live action that I think should have been :
Sokkas war paint
Saying the words “hair loopies”
Barely seeing the boomerang
Katara being able to calm down aang during the avatar state
The comet
Importance of mastering all 4 elements
Sokka dressing in kyoshi warrior clothing and learning the strength of women (removing and growing from his sexist beliefs)
Zukos honor /destiny (think it’s mentioned once?)
Mouthfoaming guy
Aang water bending
Roku manifesting and telling jeong jeong to teach aang firebending
Aang trying fire bending too soon and burning katara which leads to him being hesitant on learning firebending in book 3
Katara finding out about her healing abilities
Aang being selfish by keeping location of Sokka and kataras father from them
Aangs crush on katara
Aang doing everything he Can to heal his friends in the swamp
"Miyuki, did you get in trouble with Fire Nation again?”
Rokus dragon
Aang dealing with the guilt of leaving the southern air temple and all his people getting killed and not accepting his role as avatar
Sokkas intuition for recognizing Jets deceit
Sokka being a natural inventor (it’s barely even touched in the live action) Sokka is smart and creative
Katara’s dedication to learning water bending by stealing the scroll
Katara’s jealousy of aang being able to bend and learn faster than her
Kataras fierce determination and her take no shit personality
The cruelty of the fire nation by imprisoning earth benders into work camps (this is just one example)
Katara’s selflessness and bravery by getting herself imprisoned in the war camp and saving all the prisoners shows how much empathy Katara feels for people and always wanting to help those who can’t help themselves
Showing how master jeong jeong and others left the fire nations army because of its cruelty (fire nation people can be good and recognize the evil in their own ranks)
How aang feels upset about the disrespect and condition of the northern air temple/legacy of his people but accepts it in the end knowing they need this temple as their home
Using the fallen war balloon to create a fleet of airships in the final battle with Ozai
Appa being a badass and also fighting to protect aang multiple times
Iroh and his white lotus tile (this is important foreshadowing for later seasons)
The healer in the northern water tribe recognizing the betrothal necklace and realizing it belonged to her friend and kataras grandmother, kanna, who was engaged to master pakku of the northern tribe but left to live in the South Pole
Katara confronting pakku and telling him “I’ll be outside if you’re man enough to fight me” ( the challenge is off screen in live action, dumb choice tbh just glad we got to see the physical fight at least)
Pakku finding the betrothal necklace and talking about kanna and katara saying her gran left because “she wouldn’t let your stupid tribes customs control her life” which in turn makes pakku reconsider and start teaching katara waterbending
Pakku complementing kataras skill saying she’s has advanced faster than any other student he has trained (this shows how great and powerful of a water bender she truly is)
How strong the water benders are at night especially during the full moon
How the moon was the first water bender
Zuko kidnapping aangs body while he is in the spirit world
“You rise with the moon, I rise with the sun”
Not showing emotion to koh cause he’ll steal your face
Zuko talking to unconscious aang telling him how everything always came easy to his sister, she’s a firebending prodigy. Ozai telling Zuko that azula was “born lucky while Zuko was lucky to be born” (another instance of ozai’s cruelty as a father)
Talking about how iroh has been to the Spirit world
Zuko trying to challenge katara during a FULL MOON” “Here for a rematch?” “Trust me Zuko it’s not going to be much of a match” and then her kicking his ass in 5 seconds
Aang showing compassion to Zuko by saving him again despite Zuko kidnapping his body
Iroh staying with katara Sokka and yue after the moon spirit is killed (this shows his heart)
Yues body disappearing and her spirit kissing Sokka and her saying “I’ll always be with you”
The ocean spirit grabbing zhao and dragging him into the sea
Pakku wanting to help rebuild the southern water tribe
Pakku Calling her Master katara and saying she’ll train aang from now on
Azula appearing at the end and Ozai sending her on a task because Zuko is a failure and iroh is a traitor
#if something that is listed here was shown then oops my bad g#avatar the last airbender#atla#aang#katara#sokka#zuko#azula#ozai#fire lord ozai#iroh#zhao#netflix avatar#natla

GUESS WE BOTH AIN’T SH*T

YAKUZA!TOJI FUSHIGURO X FEM!READER
SYNOPSIS: YOU AND TOJI’S RELATIONSHIPS HAS SEEN ITS FAIR SHARE OF ARGUMENTS. AFTER HE CHEATS, AND AFTER YOU DO THE SAME, YOU ARE REMINDED OF WHAT DREW YOU TO HIM INITIALLY.
WARNINGS: Smut, Swearing, Toxic relationship, Toji Fushiguro
It’s 11pm at night and you are sat in Toji’s bathtub. He’s been out all night, leaving you in his luxurious apartment alone. When it comes to you and Toji, things are certainly complicated. There are those nights where you’re both laid up on his (extra) king sized bed and he’s promising you marriage, kids and a better life.
But there are also nights like when he called you whilst another girl’s mouth was around his dick. It alright though because you made it equal by sleeping with one of his partners.
That was just how you and Toji operated: he’d cheat, you’d cheat back, he gets jealous, you get angry at his jealousy.
Then, you fuck, he gets you flowers and jewellery and repeat!
As you soak yourself in the bathtub, a twang of sadness upsets you. The thought of such a toxic relationship never crossed your mind when you were younger. Toji was so sweet in the beginning, what went wrong?
Suddenly, you hear the door slam. Knowing that your boyfriend is home, you take another sip of your wine before getting out of the bath.
“Babe?”, he yells to no answer. You roll your eyes and wrap your naked body with the fluffy white robe.
The raven haired man smirks as he sees you walk towards him, “How’s my girl?”. His open arms are slapped away by you, earning a grunt.
Toji’s not one to back down from a challenge, especially from you. He watched as you put the wine bottle back in it’s cabinet, chuckling at how you can’t quite reach the top.
“Don’t wanna ask for help?” Toji asks, taking off his jacket. “What’s up with you?”
You scoff, “What’s up with me? Seriously? It’s almost midnight.”
A sigh escapes his lips. He knows exactly how to make you putty in his hands, but you don’t let him, “I was caught up… business-”
“You can cut all that bullshit right now because Sukuna said you were at the club.” You cut him off.
He stands across from you with a smirk on his face. For the first time in years, Toji Fushiguro was silenced. He had nothing to say, no excuses, nothing. “Sorry?”
“Fuck you.” Every emotion within you is amplified by his stupid response. Why does he have to look so good whilst being so annoying? It’d be a lie to say you hate him, you love him more than life but it’s like he wanted you to hate him.
Toji follows you to the bedroom, trying to grab your arm when you pull away, “Babe, look at me. Stop. Stop!”
“You always do this shit, Toji! Just tell me, were you fucking someone else tonight?!”
A scoff erupts from his mouth. You must be stupid if you think you can challenge him, Toji thinks. “You’re forgetting that you were the one who actually fucked someone else first.”
He meets the back of your head as you begin to pace around the room. Toji knows exactly what buttons to press and on any other day, his teasing would get you wet. But not today. “You called me whilst getting head from a bitch!”
“You sent me a video of you fucking Shiu!” He chuckles, “We’re even!”
You roll your eyes, “That was an accident! Toji, get over it!”
Another chuckle emits from him, “And if a girl sucked my dick tonight, that was an accident too…”
He watched as you open your mouth to say something but he quickly stops you, “But no one sucked my dick! You need to trust me, Y/N.”
“Fuck off. I’ll never trust you!” With some bravery, you get into Toji’s face, as if you’re trying to intimidate him. If Toji wasn’t so pissed off, he’d laugh at how cute you look. But Toju was mad, fuming even.
“And I could never marry a bitch like you-” “Thank God!” You smirk, “Shiu’s cock was bigger anyway-”
Suddenly, Toji’s lips press against yours, forcibly. His kisses aren’t as soft and chaste as you remember, this one feels like he hates you. And, honestly, something inside you feels like you hate him.
But you kiss him anyway.
The feeling of his lips on yours is short as he finds his way to your neck. His hands quickly travel to the strings of your robe, unravelling it to expose your naked, scented, smooth body.
“Fuckin hell…” he whispers. “You’re so sexy, baby..”
“Shut up..!” You moan lowly as you feel his hands on your breasts. He slowly guides you to the bed, pushing you back and spreading your legs.
Both of your eyes are locked on each other as he licks the tips of his fingers and slowly circles your clit. A whimper leaves your lips at the feeling of Toji. As previously stated, Toji knows exactly what buttons to press.
“Toji….fuck!”
“It feels good, huh, baby?” He whispers in your ear as his fingers pick up the pace. By now, you’re practically soaking the sheets. The pleasure that your boyfriend was giving you mixed with the feeling of jealousy made you feel much more weak than you did before.
“You see, this is how it is with you. You can’t have your cake,” He halts his movements, “And eat it too…”
You whine loudly, “Toji..”
This is exactly what Toji did best, punish you. You had another mans dick in you and ‘accidentally’ sent him the video of it?
Yes, he said it’s all in the past. Yes, it happened months ago. But Toji can forgive. What he can’t do is forget.
The sadistic Yakuza boss continued his game with you. Edging you until you felt close to making a mess all over his silk sheets just before pulling away and ripping that feeling away from you.
It wasn’t long before you were a fucked out mess below him. “I need to cum, Toji. Please, I’m sorry…” a helpless cry came out of you.
All he had to do was kiss your forehead and you knew that he’d finally grant you your wish.
He lowered himself in line with your sopping, wet pussy before hungrily eating you out. You could feel his tongue inside you whilst his other hand was still focused on your clit.
Involuntarily, your hand seeps it’s way into his messy locks, gripping them tightly. You can feel his smirk against your sex as you chant for him to ‘not stop’.
And, as before, Toji grant’s your wish.
“I’m cumminnngh..!” You moan uncontrollably. His tongue is still relentless in fucking you. The feeling of cumming isn’t new to you, especially when Toji’s mad. There’s an extra sense of passion involved.
As Toji slowly rose back up to your face, you notice how your slick glistens on his face. He looks so beautiful like this, you think. Immediately, his lips are on yours, the taste of yourself lingering on both your lips.
“See what you do to me? Hm?” He says in between kisses, “Take your ass to bed…”
However, something sparks inside you when he says that. You can’t just let him win. He’ll be a cocky bastard in the morning. You have to put him in his place.
You discreetly find a way to get on top of him mid make out, his hands gripping your sides. You felt every fibre of clothing on him, especially against your skin.
It irked you so badly, you wanted to feel his skin, his scars, his tattoos. Everything about him was everything you’ve ever dreamed for in a man.
“I want this off,” You whisper against his lips, tugging at his bottoms, “Now..”
He does as you say almost instantly, his thick cock springing out in the process. “You got hard from us arguing..?”
“As if you didn’t practically squirt in my mouth after we argued.”
Touché.
With one hand behind you, you aligned his hard cock to your pussy, slowly pushing it in. A satisfied moan escaped both of your lips, this was that feeling you both were yearning for.
All the sass, the arguments, the lying, name calling…you know why you stay with him, for moments like this.
Toji’s hips roll up into yours, hitting you exactly where you want it. You take his hand and put some of his fingers in your mouth, sucking them.
But then, you placed your hands on his shoulders and began to ride him feverishly. Toji was in awe of how energetic you were, and how the plush of your ass looked in the mirror behind.
“Shit, Y/N…”
“Can those bitches do it like me…?” You whisper in his ear.
“I don’t let them…this is all yours..” He whimpers back to you.
You smile knowing damn well you won.

Send Me On My Way
Tags: @slowkib, Landau Siblings x Reader, Platonic Sibling Relationship, Family Dynamics, Self-Discovery, Emotional Growth, Supportive Siblings, Personal Journey, Character Development.

Gepard is a man of duty and discipline, and while he doesn't often voice it, he's deeply protective of you. When you express doubts about your path in life, he's always there, offering subtle encouragement. He might not say much, but his gaze is filled with understanding and quiet pride. Seeing you leave to join the Astral Express is bittersweet for him, but he respects your decision to forge your own way, even if it means stepping away from the traditions of the Landau family.
Serval, with her pragmatic and adventurous personality, understands better than anyone that sometimes, the best way to find yourself is to step away and experience the world. She’s the sibling you turn to when you need advice on being bold and carving out your own space. Serval encourages you to pursue your passions and offers you wisdom from her own experiences, including how to be resourceful on the Astral Express.
Lynx may be the youngest of the family, but she has a surprising level of emotional intelligence. Though she often cracks jokes to lighten the mood, she’s incredibly in tune with your struggles. When you feel lost or uncertain, Lynx might drop a sly comment to make you laugh or help you gain perspective in her own cheeky way. She’s always there for a late-night chat, and you can count on her to lift your spirits when you're questioning your decision to leave.
While each sibling shows their love in different ways, the Landau siblings have a strong and unspoken bond. Even though they don’t always agree on everything, especially with how things went with the family legacy, they’re united in their care for you. They might argue over the best way to support you, but at the end of the day, they all share the same goal: for you to find your own happiness, even if it’s outside of Belobog.
While Gepard is a steadfast protector of Belobog, he sees you as his "little" sibling, no matter how old you get. When you board the Astral Express, he gives you one last long hug, full of quiet reassurance. He won’t admit it, but he’s terrified of the dangers you might face, and though he tries not to show it, there’s a certain sadness behind his stoic face when you leave. He’ll never say it, but he always keeps an eye out, knowing you're out there, making your own path.
Serval is the first to cheer you on when you make the decision to join the Astral Express. She has a deep respect for those who pursue their own journeys, even if it takes them far from home. "The world is big, and you’ve got a lot to see," she tells you with a grin. She’s not just your older sibling; she’s also a mentor in some ways, helping you embrace the uncertainties of the unknown and teaching you how to handle whatever comes your way with grace.
Lynx, despite her youthful appearance, is a keen observer of people. She knows that your decision to join the Astral Express is an act of bravery, even if it doesn’t feel like it to you. She teases you, saying, "Don’t go getting all heroic on me, okay?" But deep down, she’s proud of you for choosing a different path. She sends you off with a wink, knowing you'll come back with stories—and maybe even new skills that will surprise everyone.
Years later, when you return from your travels as a nameless, each sibling will react differently but with the same underlying emotion—pride. Gepard will hold his composure, but his pride in you will be evident in the way he looks at you. Serval will likely be excited to hear all your stories, demanding details and offering advice on navigating new challenges. Lynx will tease you, but her eyes will show how happy she is to see you back, and she might even have a few new pranks or adventures planned for you.

Source for the List - Art and Science of Vedic Astrology Vol 2 Ryan Kurczak & Richard Fish. They themselves used original Vedic Resources for the list, I sourced their material for the sake of Vedic translation.
Interpretation example - I have Saturn in the 4th house and I've always had a good bond with pets since I was a child, they would just appear in my life. It seems natural to me, but in reality many people have allergies, don't own pets, their pets don't survive long, they don't share such a special bond with them or their family situation doesn't allow them one, parents forbid them. Not only did I always have a pet, they were also extremely long lived. As a child, I used to have a hamster that survived 5 years, when the average age of a syrian is up to 3, I had a cat that my mom got but the cat ended up loving me and lived 21 years, and when my cat died, my husband's pup yorkie decided that I'm the love of his life. The pets survive so long, because my Saturn is excellently placed in Aquarius with no bad aspects, so I get to have them and care for them to the point of them reaching the age of physical incontinence. Someone with a difficult, badly aspected Saturn in the 4th would have their own story, but nevertheless the placement would manifest as still having that intimate pet experience in their life.
Another example - I have Venus in the 3rd house and I live with my father in law. I never even met my mother in law, as she has no contact with my husband. Yet people with Venus in the 10th will have her as a prominent figure in their life in some capacity. So this list can show which area of your life will yield a physical manifestation in the first place.
This is how you should superimpose this list onto your chart, checking the individual condition of each planet. Note, that these interpretations are NOT applicable in the Navamsa chart, according to Vedic source.
You can also see from the list, that certain placements produce a particular struggle in one's chart, while other planets produce less problems. I will now make a short list of those troubled placements. Note, that I am not including statements about conditions of given planets, which can turn the mentioned events difficult even for a theoretically good scenario. I am only talking about the houses that give an unquestionable struggle. Interestingly enough, this list differs from the traditional Marana Karaka, and it seems to indicate that even out of most difficult placements, one can build something worthwhile. So I will focus only on placements that bring objective difficulty.
Sun
The Sun has its negative impact in the 7th house, where no matter what it produces egotism from one's spouse or partner. With this position, one basically gets partnerships in life with people that boss them around. But if in a good condition, the partner will be consistent, which I'm interpreting as faithful and committed to the relationship, not looking for outside adventure. So even the worst Sun position has some upside to it. The Sun is hard to mess up.
Moon
Even though traditionally the Moon is feared in the 8th house, here it indicates simply a life full of change and forcing one's ego to adapt, which can actually turn out smooth if the Moon is well placed. The most challenging placement for the Moon is actually the 1st house, where the Moon becomes extremely egoic. From my experience with these natives, it is very true, they struggle to mature and force being the center of attention and their ego blinds them. They are very devoted to their loved ones, but extremely self focused, more than any other 1st house planet on the list. So with Moon in the 1st house you are simply an unquestionable egoist.
Mars
Mars has several gray areas that we will touch on, mostly in Dusthanas. Mars produces results of accidents, weapons and surgeries in the 6th and 8th house, and these are the two most common placements I've seen in charts of doctors. These placements are however not the worst ones, because Mars here has the capacity to do battle where the fight takes it, by joining the army or working with the sick.
The most difficult Mars is in the 12th and 7th house. Mars in the 12th house people grow to always suffer long term from some ailment and that is a result of someone else hurting them. I've seen this in a chart of a person that got injured in their workplace in their mid-life and is still getting surgery for the consequences of it in their old age. More notably, we can see it in the chart of Britney Spears, who has various health issues as a result of accidents through difficult physical work she was forced into by others. This is a placement of physical victimhood from people, who stab the native in the back. My guess is, a strong Mars would endure more, but the event will still happen.
Mars in the 7th house is difficult, because these people always bicker in intimate relationships. They have a karma of constant fights with their partner, as they really try to subliminally achieve domination in a partnership, which is impossible because partnership is about equality and compromise. This placement makes it nigh impossible to achieve marital harmony, unless someone enjoys the fighting, and leads to frequent breakups or one's partner cheating. My mother had this placement, and my only memory of her and my father together is them fighting, and she died single.
Mercury
Mercury is a lucky planet, because it has no obvious pitfalls unless badly placed. Interestingly enough, even Mercury in the 12th house has the power to "purchase expenses", and if well placed, make gains from it. As I know a few Mercuries in the 12th house personally, let me decode this for you. People with this placement have a unique knack to purchase items or property of depreciating value and turn it around. My friend with this placement aspecting her Moon invested long term in buying my falling apart post-communist family inherited apartment and is making her home there, and she also has a fantastic knack of receiving thrifted clothes and tailoring them, a hobby we share. These natives have a talent of turning trash to treasure.
Jupiter
Unsurprisingly, there are no bad houses for Jupiter, as even in difficult houses it leads to forgiving one's enemies, being charitable, or receiving an inheritance.
Venus
Similarly to Jupiter, Venus soothes all houses unless afflicted. Venus is able to soothe physical suffering even in the difficult 6th house, or in a nursing home in the 12th. Interestingly enough, Venus in the 12th in a good sign points to the ability of being fulfilled in love even in the seemingly degrading position of being "the other woman" or as the list says, the mistress.
Saturn
Despite it being marana karaka, a well placed Saturn in the 1st gives endurance and is not the worst placement for it, and other houses such as 6th give it endurance to overcome obstacles too. The difficult position for Saturn is actually the 5th, where it shows decline of status or as the list states "fall from one's position". Saturn has a difficult time in most houses compared to other planets, as in the 7th it makes one lack empathy, which will lead to bad karma in the next life, even in the native blocks out the consciousness in this life, and in the 8th and 12th leads to various calamities. So even the strongest Saturn in these houses can simply endure these difficulties, and hope they pass.

Sympathy for the Grafted

I think, personally, that Godrick has one of the better “buildups” when it comes to his character — but I won’t really go into that. I also love him for what he represents: this kind of rot, or slow degradation, that once was the glory of his golden clan.
Godrick, as we know, is a member of the Golden Lineage — those born from and descended of Queen Marika and the Elden Lord Godfrey. Godrick’s generational distance is also quite notable, as he’s barely regarded as a demigod — a decrepit, old, ugly, and grotesque man.
A detail that isn’t often brought up about Godrick is that he was born a weakling child. That isn’t to say being born closer in stature to mortals makes someone weak, but rather, there was something inherently wrong with him — something that made him physically weaker than most others. Sickly born, I suppose.
Now, take into consideration the factors that culminated in Godrick as a person:
The citizens of Leyndell — members of the nobility, royalty, and their servants — are largely isolated. They lived in a small city that is twice fortified by near-impenetrable walls. This land is their right, as the grave-given denizens of the Erdtree. So naturally, not only is material wealth taken into consideration, but also physical traits. If you were graceless — some flavor of beast or demihuman, or both — you’d better be far away, enslaved, run through the machine of war, or killed. The world has no place for impurities.
This culminates in a genetic and spiritual enclave of highland supremacists who undermine anyone beyond their way of life or understanding. Godrick echoes this — a snobby, classist racist, naturally. He’s the byproduct of his circumstances. The chosen, worthy people — a golden people under the great tree.
Godrick’s clan is also one marked by bravery, heroism, and selflessness. Godfrey was a man known for his conquering reign and his ability to face down any challenge with either his axe or bare hands. Godwyn the Golden was a fearsome warrior who fought prehistoric dragons that conjured storms, and he was hailed as a beloved peacemaker.
Where does that leave Godrick? Physically, he is no more impressive than some commoners — not at all a tall, muscular man brandishing a weapon with cascading blond hair, but a sickly man brought up at the end of an era, when the glory of his people began to fade after the banishment of their clan’s forefather.

Godrick has a radically misunderstood image of Godfrey in his mind — mostly because Hoarah Loux’s identity as Godfrey is his legacy. The battle axe, the tree, the lion — these are symbols of Godfrey that Godrick dons. You may notice how neither Godfrey nor Godwyn dress at all like Godrick, his fellow weakling kin, or their banners or armies. Godfrey and Godwyn wear a lot of blue with floral-aquatic golden embroidery, generally adorned with silver or gold ornaments. Godrick and his affiliates wear orange and green, accented with yellow, with the symbols of Godfrey woven throughout — symbols of home, strength, and wisdom.

Godrick is a man who likes to wear, feature, and speak on ideals of strength and faith, but in no way could he actually be emblematic of them. He wasn’t Godfrey — not like that. He was the sickly-born child of a great legacy, whose forebears no longer preside over the continent. Godrick was a man who likely just wanted some small amount of notoriety as a golden clansman during the brief and tenuous period following Godwyn’s death and during Morgott’s fragile attempt at a peaceful coalition with his fellow Shardbearers. But Godrick the Golden was always the little one.
Not to mention, he’s a thieving coward — stealing family treasures, attempting a siege upon Leyndell (which, to be fair, was an understandable move when an Omen of all things claims he possesses more legitimacy than you), hiding himself among the womenfolk, hiding within Stormveil, insulting Malenia only to be defeated, wherein she spared him as he groveled to the ground to quite literally kiss her unalloyed feet. He’s so goddamn pathetic. Everything he’s ever had, he either stole from others or inherited because he’s all that’s left in any relevant capacity.
Even in Morgott’s coalition — imagine: you have the Carian royalty and the malformed twins, all children of the man who displaced your ancestor. The only apparent representative of your kin is a foolish Omen claiming kingship. Yet Godrick had no physical prowess, and so he survived by being a pathetic coward, slipping through the cracks whenever it suited him.
I can definitely see him as a self-loathing man. How unfair it must feel to be born in such a way, when you’re surrounded by grandeur. Sadly, he chose the villainous route — but then again, they’re all just warring aristocrats in the end. All the demigods.

Valor
Summary: Arthur takes you on one of his adventures. Pairing: Arthur Morgan x female!Reader Word Count: 1,760 Trigger Warning: Animal attack, angry-ish Arthur, violence Tags: mid- high honor Arthur, damsel in destress, fluff, and angst
a/n: Hey y'all! It's been a while since I posted because life is crazy right now. This is a request from @littlemistey. I'm paraphrasing from our convo, "Arthur x reader where the reader is saved by Arthur from almost being mauled by a cougar or a pack of wolves." Sketches are copied/cut from Arthur's journal. A classic "Arthur Morgan, please save me" trope. Thanks for reading!

Valor: Great courage in the face of danger, especially in battle. It denotes bravery and heroism, particularly in challenging or risky situations.
The bones in your wrists ached with the numbing weight of boredom as another morning of chores lumbered on. In, around, under, off. In, around, under, off. In, around, under, off. Intertwined pieces of yarn grew longer at your feet as the knitting cadence played in your head. You'd zoned out, daydreaming of anything more exciting than this.
A rhythmic clank of guns on a belt alerted you to your approaching burly cowboy.
You would've been glad to see him any other time, but your contempt for your chores and an odd hat on his head made you groan with irritation. A lit cigarette sat snug between his lips as he talked, muffling his speech.
"Why you sittin' here with your lip stuck out?" he asked, adjusting his belt and sitting beside you on a wooden crate. He tossed the cigarette away, leaned over to kiss the temple of your head, and placed a hand on the small of your back.
"Bored outta my mind," you complained. The sun reflected off a shiny decorative piece on his hat, making you squint. "And why are you wearing that stupid hat?"
"What?" he opened his hands out questioningly with a goofy grin stretched across his face. "A man keeps this camp afloat, and he can't even wear a nice hat without his lady callin' it stupid."
You rolled your eyes and gestured to all the women in the camp, cleaning tables and guns, sewing, and helping with dinner.
"No, we keep this camp afloat while you men are out doing god knows what," you said, your stitches getting sloppier as your vexation grew. "I'm losing my mind here. Meanwhile, you come back with fancy trinkets, weird statues, emeralds, and crazy hats! You know, I think you do the robbing and hunting only sometimes, and when that's done, you're just out there playing around!"
You finally stopped knitting and turned to Arthur, whose playful grin had faltered into a thoughtful glance. You continued your monologue, "Ugh! I swear, if you don't get me outta here, I'm gonna stab Grimshaw through the eye with this needle!"
You held the sharp point inches away from Arthur's face, prompting him to snatch it from you. "Alright, easy there." He grabbed your hand in two of his gloved ones and glanced at it from under the brim of his hat, thinking for a long moment, "Fine, you can come with me long as nobody gets stabbed. Can't have a degenerate murderer loose in this camp, now, can we?"
Ignoring his sarcasm, you squealed excitedly and jumped up from your spot, pulling on Arthur's arm to make him stand, too.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you," you said between the many kisses you laid on him. He stilled you with firm hands on your waist and chuckled.
"I reckon it won't be as exciting as you think, but I can't say no to you."
Within a few minutes, you were ready to go, aiming and checking the ammo on a varmint rifle that Arthur had given you.
"Met a strange feller, Algernon Wasp. He's a— he has— well, he— he's an artist, I guess; he's paying me to collect some stuff for his, uh, creations. Bird feathers, orchids, that kind of stuff. Would be faster with the two of us."
And that's how you found yourself in the swamps of Lemoyne with the varmint rifle slung over your shoulder as you swatted away mosquitoes and sweated your ass off. You were hot, thirsty, and worst of all, you'd only found four of the seven cigar orchids you needed.
Mud squelched under your feet as you followed behind Arthur; you spoke exasperatedly, "how much is this fool paying you for all this?"
Arthur had gone quieter as you'd gotten more frustrated over the hours. Both of you were starting to regret this decision.
"I don't know. Money is money," he said dismissively, his head on a swivel and eyes focused. You were bothered that he could so easily spot plants and always knew which direction to go, expecting you to keep pace with his long strides when mud weighed down your skirts, slowing you down. You knew it was irrational, but you were mad at him for dragging you out here despite your near begging.
The heat was getting to you, and you'd lost control of the filter from your brain to your mouth. Arthur was a few feet ahead when you started your mumbling, "goddamn swamps is no place for a lady. Gators, mud, bugs and—" You didn't get to finish your sentence before Arthur spun and made two giant steps toward you, jaw clenched.
"You got something to say?"
You crossed your arms, defiant. Arthur's reputation as a vicious intimidator didn't phase you, though. He wouldn't lay a finger on you; you both knew it. You rolled your eyes and said, "this is as boring as being back at camp, except I'm all dirty now."
He stepped closer into your space, his angry eyes searching yours. He spoke in a low volume that would scare anybody but you: "This is what you wanted, woman, so don't go gettin' mad at me because things ain't all neat and proper."
Were you frightened by him? No. Were your feelings hurt? Yes. You scoffed and nodded slowly while you spoke, "You're right. I'm gonna head to camp. I'll see you when you get back."
You didn't give him the chance to respond before you trudged in the other direction, clicking for your horse waiting nearby. Arthur watched you go until he lost sight of you in the overgrown vegetation.
Then you were on the road, your horse at a trot, when something in his line of vision spooked him. Before you could even react, you were bucked off, your head hitting the ground with a thud. Despite the pain, you knew better than to just lay there. Gators and snakes were everywhere, but only something notably terrifying would scare off your Andalusian. You took the rifle off your back, pointing it aimlessly all around, trying to focus your spinning vision on the threat beyond.
Before you could blink, a big cat took hold of your leg through your skirt. You shot wildly once, twice, then three times before the beast let go of you. Screaming at the top of your lungs, you scrambled backward as more bullets rang out from your low-caliber weapon. Hoping and praying, you squeezed the trigger one last time. Eyes closed, you prepared for the inevitable when a louder shot rang out somewhere near you.
When pain and death didn't come, you opened your eyes to see Arthur standing over you, concern distorting his face. Beads of sweat ran down his forehead, and he huffed, trying to catch his breath. His hands scoured every inch of you, searching for signs of bleeding. Panic started to set in again when you realized you couldn't feel anything; you held your breath as Arthur pulled up the hem of your dress, bracing for the worst.
You breathed a sigh of relief and let your head fall back onto the ground. The puncture was minor, no worse than a needle prick. Arthur stood, using his arm to wipe away the perspiration that had soaked him. Then his anger started up again.
"Can't go getting hurt like that, girl. Shouldn't've let you run off by yourself. If something happened to you, I'd—"
"Shut up, Arthur," you rose back up and tried to smile through your unease. "I'm fine, thanks to you."
He held out a hand to pull you back to your feet, then wrapped his arms around you tight. His heart hammered against his chest, and you could hear your blood rushing through your ears. Then you finally let yourself cry in the safety of all his bulk.
"I'm sorry, sweet girl; I'm sorry." Every shakey inhale, sob, and gasp from you ripped him apart from the inside out. He was supposed to be looking after you, always, but his hardheadedness and pride left you vulnerable. Killing was the one thing he knew he was good for, and to almost fail at the cost of your life made his insides rot with guilt.
He peeled you away from his chest and cupped your face, "I won't let anything else happen to you, ya' hear?" You nodded, and he wiped dirt and tears away from your cheek with a big thumb and brought you back into him, stroking the back of your head. After a long moment, he retrieved your horse, helped you, and then rode beside you the whole way back to camp.
The next day, you gladly did your chores while Arthur went on his adventures. You didn't complain in the comfort and safety of a shade tree and other skilled gunmen. You were sitting in his tent when Arthur returned in the evening, now wearing his regular gambler's hat and carrying another adorned with floral designs and a peacock feather.
He greeted you with a peck on your cheek, joined you on the cot, and talked through a crooked smile, "found the rest of those orchids today and gave 'em to Algernon. Took this instead of the money. Think he was happier with that trade, anyway."
The closer you looked at the beautiful monstrosity, the more you had to fight off your reaction. It was undeniably unique, but you couldn't image anyone wearing it seriously.
"It's um—," You covered your mouth to stifle your giggle, but your quaking shoulders gave you away. To your relief, Arthur joined in your laugh and placed the hat atop your head.
"He tried to give it to me, made me try it on, but I figured it'd look better on you. Now we both got a crazy hat."
The idea of Arthur standing in front of a mirror in the hat with all his hardened features made you throw your head back in near hysterics.
"Well, I will cherish that image and this hat forever. Thank you." Arthur's face softened as your amusement died down, then morphed into a lamentable combination of worry and self-loathing. You recognized it all too well.
He stroked your face with the back of his hand and spoke in a hushed tone, "I'm sorry, again, for letting you go off by yourself like that. I—"
You silenced him with your lips, pushing him onto his back and mounting him. Your new hat fell away along with his worry as you showed him just how appreciative you were.

Kinktober #2 Oral Fixation
as per usual, MDNI
summary: you're on guard duty with Daryl, and he's chewing his fucking fingernails again. fluffy!!! no smut for my 11% who prefer it that way :) short n sweet
The amount of times you’d look over and see Daryl Dixon chewing the skin of his nails was going to drive you insane.
The one night while you both were on watch in the guard tower you’d had enough. Partially because it was a bad habit of his you always caught him doing, but also partially because you wished…. You wished you could replace it with something else. Your tongue, lips, hell, you’d let him chew your finger if he asked nice enough. But Daryl felt like an enigma, impossible to read but so damn mesmerizing. You were almost certain he never noticed you, as usually you were with Maggie and Glenn since you’d joined their group. Glenn had become sort of your big brother in all of this when he found you starving and hurt on a run, hiding in an old pharmacy from the walkers outside. Maggie of course was l naturally the big sister counterpart. The one time you confessed to Maggie your curiosity about Daryl she couldn’t help but laugh and say “good luck with that one,”
He was always so hard to read, so aloof, but you noticed his small smiles more and more lately as life settled into the prison and when you’d sneak glances at him, his eyes would also be on you.
So that night, on watch up on the tallest guard tower you caught him with his thumb up to his mouth again, chewing the side of it like it owed him money. He eyes were intensely on the tree line as he mindlessly had his skin between his teeth.
“You’re gunna chew your fingers clean off one of these days,” you teased, your head leaning back on the outside wall of the tower. The railing was at your eye-line as you slouched against the cement wall. You looked over to him with a playful smile and he barely looked at you, not bothering to drop his hand. He just grunted and continued to look out at the tree line below you.
“You know,” you gathered your courage before going on, making sure to keep your eyes strictly out on the fences, “there are better things to put in your mouth than just your hand,”
That sure got his attention. He looked over to you, pausing his incessant chewing, his eyebrow raised.
“You offerin’ any suggestions?” His blue eyes narrowed at you behind his dark curtains of bangs.
You shrugged, still refusing to look over or else he might’ve seen the pink tinge to your cheeks even in the moonlight, “Maybe,” you said, “if you’re any good,” you bite your lip nervously, finally glanced over at him, doing a double take as you noticed his eyes looked at you with a different kind of intensity you’ve never seen on him.
His eyes flickered down to your lips briefly, but just long enough that you caught it. You wondered how far you could push him until that rough exterior broke down. He lowered his hand from his face, his gaze turning predatory.
“Good at what, exactly?” He seemed to want to push you back. Challenging you to break first. Or maybe he really was clueless. But you don’t let up, just shrugging and watching him with a smile, grateful he was playing along, “I have a couple ideas,”
Your bravery only came from the fact he wasn’t brushing you off. He didn’t grunt at you in reply, he didn’t break eye contact. The air was starting to become charged, the watch tower feeling smaller and smaller around you.
“You talk a lotta shit, you know that?” He grumbled, “all bark no bite,”
He may have meant it as a dig but his words held no weight, like he was trying hard to not fall into the trap you were laying out for him. You chuckled and looked off then, breaking the eye contact that you held for so long. But as your eyes met the tree line, a hand blocked your vision, grabbing your face roughly. You gasped as it turned you toward him, his other hand resting on the other side of your face closest to the wall. Before you have a chance to gather your thoughts, his lips crashed against yours, sparks electrocuting where he melded into you. For all his rough exterior—the calloused hands, dirt smudged face— his lips were incredibly soft.
They moved along yours with a hunger, his tongue darting out to part your lips, which you happily obliged. Your tongues glided along each other, moving between teasing and needy. When his thumb rubbed your temple you felt your head spin and you brought your hands to his front, fisting his shirt to bring him into you even more. You couldn’t get him close enough. You felt enveloped in his musk—the smell of cigarettes and sweat making you dizzy. Everything else in the world around you seemed to still, the crickets and buzzing of insects quieted and the world paused its turning as you embraced each other.
He pulled back then, both of you breathless. He held your face inches from his, his eyelashes tickling your face as he spoke.
“How’s that for any good?” he said, so softly that his lips brushed over yours and you could feel his breath against you.
You breathed a small laugh into him and he dove for your lips again.

The North Node & The Choices You Make
The North Node paints a picture of our choices in life, especially when connecting these choices to one's destiny, your path in life. All choices have a cause and effect, but the North Node focuses on major decisions that pertain to your growth or your "soul's growth". I think you could somewhat compare it to something like a "canon" event or decisions.
Aries North Node may present challenges and choices revolving around identity and independence. The uncomfortable, risky, or scary decisions one may have to make tend to revolve around self-expression, bravery, and standing on one's own.
Taurus North Node involves making choices around and facing down paths of fear, jealousy, and possessiveness. Security is the key word for this placement. Temptation towards safety vs. their natural determination will be a common struggle.
Gemini North Node is going to face many questions and challenges revolving around truth and lies. Facing the truth about themselves may be the biggest challenge for this node. Their life-changing or "canon moment" choices tend to revolve around self-expression, opinions, and the information/knowledge they consume.
Cancer North Node may be confronted with large choices revolving around taking care of their needs vs. someone else's. They may also get stuck at crossroads involving suppressing their needs or emotions vs. tending to and expressing them.
Leo North Node may find they run into challenges or choices that either empower or disempower them. Their passion and integrity may be tested often. Following their heart doesn't always come easily, but it is a temptation, a call for them, maybe destiny.
Virgo North Node tends to run into the question of to help or intervene or to not? Humility vs. pride, following vs. leading, tolerance vs judgment, and even support vs. sabotage are themes that can exist for a NN in Virgo. They are after fulfillment, reward, validation, recognition, appreciation, but most of all a real cause to serve and be apart of.
Libra North Node cannot underestimate their choices in terms of relationships and the people they surround themselves with. Balance, equality, giving and receiving are major themes here. Their hardest choices may revolve around being part of a partnership or not.
Scorpio North Node tends to be pushed towards self-mastery in many ways. Some of their hardest choices in life are highly introspective such as setting boundaries and rules for the self, diving into secrets and the subconscious, as well as testing and breaking their own limitations.
Sagittarius North Node may have to make difficult choices about their beliefs. Choices, consequences, and different paths they may go on are highly dependent on the knowledge they seek or ignore. Their curiosity and thirst for more may present more questions than answers throughout their life.
Capricorn North Node will face tough decisions and choices based around authority - especially their own authority. Rebellion, self-reliance, mentoring or finding a mentor, and taking accountability may be highly uncomfortable or scary for them, but result in some of their biggest changes.
Aquarius North Node may be asked to make choices that increase their adaptability. They might be forced often to make quick decisions due to the unpredictability of life. Evolving their identity and/or ideals can be highly uncomfortable or strange to them, but they may be dealt cards that ask them of this over and over.
Pisces North Node may have to deal with some of the more abstract or vague choices out of all the nodes. Asked to make choices revolving around their spirituality and/or their connection to nature or other people. As they grow and go through life choosing to practice empathy, introspection, or sensitivity are brought up often.
