wieiad wednesday 24th april
breakfast:
- a waffle and some syrup (225cals)
snack: (shouldn't have eaten this)
- nutri grain strawberry (130cals)
lunch:
- Cosmo pizzini (330cals 🤮🤮🤮)
- pineapple slice (10cals)
- Rubicon spring (13cals)
Dinner:
- pesto pasta, broccoli, a few potato squares with salt.
- belvita soft bake
total 600cal high guess
uuuh
I'm a total failure 😝😝😝
might not order lunch tomorrow.
if I have a nutri grain and a soft bake then thats like
uuuuh maths ✨✨✨✨

so like

and I KNOW that's not good, but it's low-key better than today.

it's safe to say I fucked up today.
as always.
Sundays are my worst fucking enemy.
ok, today was a bad day. tomorrow:
-tiny bowl of special K ~50-75 cals
-lunch: (idk what it'll be yet but my estimate is ~300 (I'll have a 13cal Rubicon spring and a piece of pineapple.
-dinner: idk what it'll be yet but I'll have a small portion anyway
-14hr fast overnight 🎵🎵🎵
I have an exam on Wednesday so I'll probably eat more or have a bigger breakfast then but I'll try and stay pretty low this week.
