workplace drama 🙄
#i loveeee the terrible communication between the foretellers#and when you compare it to the union leaders its like damn#i guess its because the foretellers were given such isolating roles#and they werent encouraged or just not the type to go beyond the letter of what they are told to do#its like that discussion the union leaders had#about uh shift pride i think it was? where the RULEBOOK says they need to do it#but like is it the right choice#they actively wuestioned what they were told to do and discussed it as a group like what are the benefits of doing this and the drawbacks of#not and vice versa and what are ways around this#like the contrast is insane now that i think about it#i guess bc the dandelions had the example of before the war of how everyone fought against each other#so the idea of clear communication and cooperation between each other is like a giant priority#bc theyre not trying to fight against each other. thats how the world ended before#but yeah the foretellers were given such isolating roles that didnt really encourage or foster interpersonal communication so im very not su#surprised they ended up gighting amongst each other#but also yeah what the hell WAS ira thinking when he accused everyone straight out of being a traitor#like i can admit that his actuon there really set everything off#and its crazy to me that he didnt mention the lost page to anyone except invi?#really invi is more the right hand to ira than aced is even tho shes specifically told to be the mediator and not involve herself to one sid#so really everyone kind of did their role Badly lmao#michi tag#except maybe gula and ava?#hm maybe not gula? idk what the fuck he was doing to be honest he is Not a good investigator#in my opinion he shouldve been given the mediator role#i mean thats if their roles were given in good faith and jot specifically to foster this distrust and infighting#anyways

Song rolled: Just Add Water - Cavetown Themes: Anxiety, jealousy, lasting regrets for words left unsaid Character: Luxu (Kingdom Hearts), other Foretellers present but will not be tagged Setting: Pre-Back Cover, mostly. Length: ~850 words
Leave without me because I don't wanna go Just add water, let me grow Please, don't worry, I'll be fine on my own I'll turn the lights off when I go
"It's too cold out there today," the Master had chided the trio. "You can't play outside. Maybe consider making cookies or sitting by the fire."
The dark-haired apprentice didn't like that suggestion, but his younger companions were much more adamant about their refusal.
"I want to play in the snow!" shouted the one who would come to be known as Gula. He rarely had outbursts, but the winter weather was an exception- he loved the cold. "And
and I want to play with him!" The one who would one day be called Ava added. The determination in her voice made the silent observer want to join in. "I can keep an eye on them, Master," he offered. The oldest of the three, this apprentice could look the Master dead in the eye- well, almost. He was still shorter. "
Besides. The last time we kept them inside, they broke things
"
There was a quiet pause, before the Master let out a dramatic sigh. Three against one, huh? He couldn't win here. "Fiiine," he groaned, "but be back in by dinner." With a cheer, the two youngest apprentices set off for the doorway. The third, however, stayed behind a moment longer. "
You should be more lenient with them," he murmured. "They're only children, father
You need to let them be young." His words failed to reach the Master's ears.
-
"Back- no, no, I said BACK!" "You can't stop me!"
Luxu found himself once again taking notes on his fellow apprentices. Per the Master's orders, of course. The first apprentice to be named, left as a beacon for the others so the Master need not lift a finger. He couldn't help but want to do more than just watch- not because he wanted to aid his companions, but because he was always told to only observe. The blue-robed apprentice launched herself towards her brown-robed assailant, earning a disgruntled yelp-groan from her opponent. Upon squinting, Luxu found that the more physically powerful apprentice had been thoroughly doused in water. Amused, he wrote that down on the appropriate page, adding that the silver-robed apprentice had also been averse to similar magic.
"Alright, that'll be enough, you two," Luxu called out. The two yet-nameless combatants stepped apart from one another- the one in blue gave a courteous bow, while the one in brown held a hand over his heart with his otherwise-similar movement. That triggered a thought. Did the other three also part from training in unique ways? Luxu hadn't paid close attention before. Maybe
No. Best leave those thoughts alone. "Next!"
Actually, on second thought, as the youngest duo entered the arena, maybe Luxu could get some information

-
"So, you don't join us for training
" "Because the Master never gave me a Keyblade. Yeah."
Ira gave a soft 'hm' as he stirred the in-progress meal he was working on. Luxu continued sifting through the collection of seasonings, adding to the pile beside him whenever something seemed nice.
"He gave the rest of us our names before giving you the means to defend yourself," the silver-robed apprentice pondered. "He must have a plan for you." "Probably not. I wasn't even supposed to be trained, I'm just picking things up from you guys.
I know exactly how to make Gula stop darting around." Ira looked over at the younger apprentice, a hint of concern in his eyes.
"You're not planning on hurting Gula, are you?" Luxu looked almost shocked at the accusation. "Wh- why in Light's name would I want to hurt him?! He's my friend!" "I mean, you've had an interest in Ava for as long as I can recall, and
" "That doesn't
that doesn't mean I'd hurt Gula for a chance with her."
Ira narrowed his eyes in suspicion, before patting his companion on the top of his head.
"Good. Now, could you go fetch the others? I'm almost done here."
Luxu sighed, turning to leave the kitchen without further protest. How had Ira guessed why he was so focused on Gula's abilities, specifically
?
-
"
I never wanted to watch."
Luxu sat alone now, in the space outside of Daybreak Town's crumbling walls. An area soon to be called 'the Badlands,' where all that could be seen were broken Keyblades and clouds of dust stirred by weak winds. He held his hand out in front of him, calling upon the Keyblade he had been given- No Name, as he grew to call it.
"Is this what you wanted, Master?" he asked. "Look. All this death, this destruction, and for what? A silly little war that ended with no victors.
And you wanted me to just sit back and let it happen." Slowly, he moved to point the turquoise eye at the rest of the dust-covered field. "I'm not following your instructions any longer. I tried. And look where it brought me.
Ava's Dandelions will be my only chance to see your plan through, now. You understand that, don't you? You
"
He dismissed his Keyblade, leaning forward over his knees.
"You planned all this."

Sora Is the Master of Masters All Evidence
Part 1:
Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Backcover is the first instance that we meet the Master of Masters ourselves without anyone else’s perspective of events and see him as an individual character. From the get-go, the Master of Masters (or MoM as I will be addressing him throughout this theory for simplicity sake) is immediately addressed with heavy respect from his title alone. But, Chirithy also makes sure to mention his “mischievous” nature that we see a lot of throughout all of his appearances from here on. Due to the Master of Masters only being included and planned from Backcover onwards, it definitely seems more than coincidental that all of his similarities to Sora take place in the games technically made after Backcover which I will discuss; Backcover itself, KHX and KHUX, 0.2, KH3 and ReMind.
Both Sora and MoM are introduced as joker, light-hearted characters who use humour to lighten dark situations and comfort people. They hold themselves lightly and make fun of themselves to make others laugh or to lighten the dark of a situation. Sora did this when he comforted Riku by pulling a funny face (“how am I going to face everyone?!”/“like this?”) in KH2 while MoM pretended to question if Invi cared about him when she was overthinking things and getting worried about the events to come (“do you
 want me to go?!”)
Tumblr media
Both characters share several of the same gestures and body movements, with Sora copying a lot of MoM’s gestures especially in KH3 and ReMind. Both hold their arms behind their heads, tilt their heads or even bodies sideways playfully and poke things to name a few shows off their playful, animated gestures. Both use their right hands when using the Keyblade with Sora holding his in his right hand and MoM summons No Name with his right hand to give it to Luxu.
Along with these personality and movement similarities, we also have the infamous Gazing Eye' glitch found in KH ReMind that 'definitely calls this theory into question. Why does a glitch like this only happen with Young Xehanort, whom we know MoM interacted and met with? Why does it only happen when Young Xehanort uses his time alteration powers if this was simply a glitch in the texture of Sora and the Gazing Eye's eye? Would that not mean that this could be triggered at any other time? And why is it so cleanly done if not to be intentional? This 'glitch' appears perfectly on Sora's eye and doesn't affect any other texture on Sora. If Sora was in fact MoM, would it not make sense for his possibly clairvoyant/prediction abilities to be affected by Young Xehanort affecting time? This would be too difficult go be a simple visual glitch or error of the engine given how the texture of the Gazing Eye appears in both of Sora's eyes perfectly, as well as appearing bloodshot since there would be no reason for Sora's eyes to use the bloodshot texture AND the Gazing eye texture together.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Speaking of Sora’s eyes, this also brings me back to the pre-KH3 release conspiracy theory about Sora’s eye colour changing to green throughout the trailers which people passed off as being the reflections of the environment. This happened several times throughout the game and seemingly meant nothing, but when you consider who Sora was interacting his eye colour changed, him possibly being the MoM explains this. The first time we see this is in Mount Olympus, when Sora meets with Xigbar for the first time since DDD and we see Sora’s eyes have strong green tint compared to Hercules, who also has bright blue eyes that don’t seem to be affected by the lighting. Maybe only the KH original models are affected for some reason? Xigbar’s eyes are also not affected, while yellow, which would definitely show given how intense Sora’s are. Xigbar, is Luxu, so one could assume that anyone connected to MoM would make Sora’s eyes react, yes? Again, we see Sora’s eye go green with others as well. In Kingdom Of Corona, Sora’s eyes are once again green and while it it way greener here than Olympus, Marluxia’s—or Lauriam, who MoM choose as a Dandelion leader and survivor of the war—eyes once again are not affected, nor are any other characters’ like Rapunzel, Flynn, or Mother Gothel. Only Sora. We see this again with Ven when Vanitas is going to kill Aqua in the land of Departure and Sora wakes Ventus up from inside him, Sora’s eyes go green while no one else’s, including Ven and Aqua both of whom have blue eyes, have their eyes affected. And the final past character that is directly tied to the MoM through the dandelions and Sora whose presence affects Sora’s eyes is Ephemer in the Keyblade Graveyard. Ephemer has no reason to come to Sora here, compared to Ventus who he knew in canon and had every reason to help but let die in the previous ending, given that they do not know one another beyond Ventus. And as the camera zooms into Sora, Sora’s eyes gain a slight green tint to his eyes before the centre of his eyes change to a light, greenish blue that is very similar to another Name’s Gazing eye and focuses on his eye not only here, but once Sora snaps back to reality and focuses on the reflection of all the dead keyblades helping them. Here, Sora’s eyes are green again the exact same way that his eyes were green interacting with Xigbar/Luxu and Marluxia/Lauriam, both of whom were tied to the MoM. The green tint and highlight of the colour around his iris is identical to that of the Gazing Eye in No Name, with the environments and how others reacting to them in each of these worlds showing that these events and only these affect solely Sora’s eyes, proving that this is not just a simple light reflection but something done intentionally to Sora’s eyes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Beyond physical and personality similarities, both Sora and MoM share another quality with only one other individual in the entirety of the KH cast; they are the only ones aside from Xehanort to have held and been the apparent wielder of the X-Blade. While we never see him with it, Nomura confirmed that MoM had had the X-Blade at one point and studied it to create the Keyblade that everyone in KHX used. He used the X-Blade as an example and managed to figure out, through studying it, how to extract the light/power from people’s hearts and shaped their Keyblades which he then trained the Foretellers with. As well as the X-Blade, MoM also had a sort of authority over Kingdom Hearts as well as Ira mentioned that he had given them Keyblades to protect Kingdom Hearts and Ava tried to warn Gula away from summoning Kingdom Hearts since MoM had said it was “forbidden”. Gula decided to try and summon Kingdom Hearts in order to force the MoM to return to set them straight, showing that he held a sense of cautious as well towards it and decided to not use it and lock it away instead. Given that the MoM’s word was seen as gospel, this was more than likely a serious warning and order. And what do we see by the end of Kingdom Hearts 3? Sora, earning the X-Blade and telling Xehanort that using it is wrong and that no one should use its power to change destiny, before closing it to keep the worlds safe. Both characters—with only Xehanort as the other wielder of the X-Blade and exception of this mindset—had this power and chose to not use it but instead locked it away from using it for their own gains.
Both of these characters also shared the same philosophy of destiny despite the power they hold; Sora, who has challenged and even changed his friends’ doomed fates claims that a true leader knows that destiny “beyond his control” and “accepts that”, something that makes no sense with how much he has changed his own destiny and the events written in the Book Of Prophecy. However, the Master of Masters shares these ideals and believes not in changing what is meant to happen, but rather in preparing for what happens after that in order to secure the best aftermath. Why would Sora believe in this given his past, if not to draw similarities between himself and MoM?
Tumblr media
The Book Of Prophecies, as depicted in Backcover, also shares connections to what we assume to be the timeline of events surrounding not the the events of Backcover and the Keyblade war, but rather the events of the entire game series timeline. We see MoM looking at the Book of Prophecies through the Cases of the different Foretellers and Luxu, as well as Ira later on in the movie which we can use to create a basic ‘timeline’ of events based on imagery depicted.
We see the MoM look through throughout Backcover, with the ‘Case of Gula’ showing what seems to be the earliest part of the book we see with an illustration of a darkside heartless and a keyblade which would either be the Kingdom Key or Kingdom Key D, placing the beginning of the book at the first Kingdom Hearts game. The reason I think this takes place during KH1 rather than 0.2 is the Sora’s crown emblem being on the page previous to a Darkside heartless, seeming to signify Sora and then his first battle against the darkness either on his Station of Awakening or Destiny Islands, as well as these pages appearing to be nearing the middle of the book which would make sense given that Sora only entered the canon timeline after the whole Fairytale Saga, BBS and 0.2 took place. Then, we see the next page with an image of a shadow heartless, both which Sora fights on Destiny Islands after getting the keyblade and then in Traverse Town where he learns about the darkness or could simply represent all heartless as the most recognisable heartless. The page after this shows another Keyblade which looks like the Kingdom Key again, while the next page is the infamous ‘traitor’ that the MoM rips out and gives to Gula and the page after holding another illustration of Sora’s crown emblem. Given the pacing of events based on the concept of this book depicting the events of Sora’s experiences in KH1, the page detailing the ‘traitor’ may in fact be talking about Riku and his betrayal of Sora by accepting Maleficent's help. The MoM’s wording seems to support this, by telling Gula to “find the traitor hidden among you and stop them before it’s too late”, through Sora eventually learning of Riku’s fall to darkness and possession by Ansem before stopping Riku-Ansem and saving the worlds.
Tumblr media
This causes us to question exactly how would the MoM know of Sora's first adventure given that his eye, at this point, hasn't even seen Sora yet? The only logical answer? Because he lived it.
During the ‘Case of Aced’; when Aced, who acts a lot like Sora in KH1, is angry at Ira being chosen to be the new leader and was constantly in Ira's shadow, much like how Sora was undermined by Riku who was seen as the better of the two and originally chosen first by the keyblade. These corresponding at the same time suggests a connection to KH1, Sora, and Aced. Even their whole discussion over why Aced shouldn't be leader seems to, much like his discussion with Invi over keeping up "otherwise you'll be left behind, all alone" seems to cause an unconscious reaction from the MoM. "I know you want it, but that just isn't enough. Any chump can say, 'You! Here's a huge promotion. Good job!' and make you head honcho, but enthusiasm alone doesn't make a great leader." The way this is worded, especially with "great" and not just "good" suggests he has a basis for it, similar to how Sora saw Riku as being better than him. His following line "Ira needs someone like you to give him a push in the right direction" is spoken with anger or bitterness, as if the MoM understood Aced's annoyance at being considered second and feeling similarly in the past, as if he had to act supportive and push someone who was considered better than him in the 'right direction' before. But, his "you need to support Ira'' line is spoken sternly, acting as though he knows from experience that someone like Ira would need the more emotional support of someone like Aced, who uses his heart to decide things rather than "always just thinking and thinking and thinking behind that Unicorn mask of his" as Ira does. Everything said in this scene definitely parallels Sora and his emotions in the first KH game up until Sora decided that his friends were his power and that he didn’t need the keyblade to be strong, something that the MoM understands and acts sympathetic towards Aced about while trying to push him towards the same idea; "you might not be entirely happy with your role, but just know that it's the most important one." There is also a sense of symbolism in this scene with the MoM using his hand to cover the Kingdom Key when telling Aced that he will be Ira’s right hand man, possibly paralleling back to Sora’s own sense of being overshadowed by Riku.
Other connections these two share include the emphasis of their bond with Dream eaters and the Wreck-It Ralph summon from KH3. Both of these two characters show a stronger connection to Dream Eaters than any other characters, with MoM being the ‘creator’ of the Chirithy dream eaters which hold a deep connection to their owners’ hearts and are affected by their owners’ state given that these dreams eaters, like when Sora fell into darkness, fall into darkness with their masters and become nightmares. And what is Sora’s nightmare in DDD? A figure in a dark coat with purple and pink colours and a dark dream eater symbol on their back, much like the MoM and his black coat and the Chirithy nightmare we see in Backcover and KHUX.

Thoughts about some KH3 and KHUX Speculation
Spoilers below:
The 7 pods and 7 Lights
Who took the pods?
·       The Master of Masters (MoM)
·       Maleficent: ended up in the beginning of KH2, in Mysterious Tower (doesn’t count as a light).
·       True Dandelion
·       Lauriam: ended up at some point before BBS, in Dwarf Woodlands.
·       Elrena: ended up at some point before BBS, in Enchanted Dominion.
·       Ventus: ended up around four years before BBS, in the Keyblade Graveyard.
·       Skuld: ended up not long after BBS, in Radiant Garden.
·       Ephemer? (failed to jump, so may not count as using a pod.)
·       Brain? (wasn’t shown, but he had a medium and waypoint in Scala so it’s likely he used a pod and we just didn’t see it.)
Who are the 7 lights of the past?
·       Lauriam
·       Elrena
·       Ventus
·       Skuld
·       Ephemer*
·       Brain**
·       Strelitzia
These are the main known characters who originate from the Age of Fairytales era (not including the Foretellers, who are shown as dark pieces symbolising darkness on the chessboard). Each of these characters (except for Brain, unless you believe the theory that he is Luxord) are either openly shown or hinted to be present in Sora’s time, in one way or another. They will probably be vital pieces in the coming games.
*Ephemer stayed in the past in the KHUX finale but his heart or will or whatever was present in the Keyblade Graveyard in KH3 and reached out to Sora to help him defeat the Demon Tide. So his heart at least had to have gotten to that point in time somehow.
**Brain was never seen arriving in Sora’s time in the KHUX finale, but he did time travel to Scala and he promised Lauriam that they would see each other again. So I can guess that Brain will find a way to find the other leaders who arrived in Sora’s time and reunite with them.
Who houses the Darknesses?
The 7 Major Darknesses:
·       MoM
·       Ira
·       Invi
·       Aced
·       Gula
·       Ava
·       Luxu
The 5 minor Darknesses:
·       Ventus: The unknown voice Sora heard while traversing Ven’s heart in ReMind might be a Darkness. Plus Ventus forced the Darkness that was possessing him in KHUX to merge with his heart.
·       Lauriam: Fell to darkness and became a Nobody. It’s possible that a Darkness took advantage of his state and crept into him.
·       Elrena: Fell to darkness and became a Nobody. It’s possible that a Darkness took advantage of her state and crept into her.
·       Xehanort: Him having one or more would explain why he was so powerful in darkness, and why his replicas (as well as that gigantic Xehanort goat monster) were so hard to beat. This would also mean that one of the minor Darknesses is destroyed, leaving only four more to deal with.
·       Skuld?: We know that the Master of Masters planned for the five union leaders to become possessed by the five minor Darknesses. Since Skuld is a union leader, would Luxu force her to become a vessel for a Darkness? Then again, Luxu already told MoM that he disagrees with letting Darkness possess the union leaders, so I don’t think he would put Skuld through that.
Waypoints and Mediums
What waypoints and mediums do the characters have if they time travel?
MoM: the Book of Prophecies/Luxu (waypoint), the Gazing Eye (medium)
Maleficent: the three good fairies, her cloak
True Dandelion: Luxu, ???
Lauriam: Maleficent, flowers?
Elrena: Lauriam? Strelitzia?, lightning?
Ventus: Xehanort, wind?
Brain: Sigurd (probably with Ephemer’s memories) (waypoint), his hat (medium)
Skuld: Luxu (waypoint), stars? (medium)
Ephemer*: Ava or Brain or Luxu (waypoint), his scarf (medium)
It’s strange how Lauriam, Elrena, Ventus and Skuld don’t have a clear waypoint or medium. Maybe that’s why they lost their memories?
*I know Ephemer doesn’t end up time travelling in the KHUX finale, but he does have a potential waypoint and medium and I thought it would be fun to speculate anyway.

[Kingdom Hearts] Turtle Mom
Summary: Written for @khuxweek, in which Ava temporarily adopts a turtle.
Rating: K
Word Count: 1,868
If you liked this story, please reblog!
☆ ⚬ ☆ ⚬ ☆ ⚬ ☆ ⚬ ☆ ⚬ ☆ ⚬ ☆ ⚬ ☆ ⚬ ☆
Daybreak Town’s underground waterways (including those that led to the true clock tower entrance) were scheduled to be drained on the first week of every month for cleaning. Unlike many things that the Foretellers were told to do by the Master, this was not one of them. Ava saw it as an opportunity.
Not that long ago, the Master had placed Ava in charge of a very special role. She was to find, recruit, and train exceptional Keyblade wielders for a new world. They were to be the surviving light of hope. Her lights. Her Dandelions. To find them, Ava had mentally set aside rules for herself. One of which involved these very waterways; should a wielder come to investigate the area well known to be off limits, then she would test them.
The only setback was that she had to keep watch of the area. She knew a few charms that would alert her of a breach, but other than that, she had to physically walk down to keep an eye out. It was honestly rather boring. The lies she gave the others were pretty weak as well. She knew full well that Invi (and maybe even Gula) knew she came down here- but she wasn’t sure they knew why exactly.
It was during one of these boring excursions during the draining period that Ava saw something different. At first, she simply dismissed it as a Heartless. But upon stopping in her pacing to get a better look, she realized that it was a different creature. She laughed when she recognized the creature as a turtle. An incredibly small one too, as if it were nothing more than a hatchling, with an oval shaped shell colored in shades of dark green and muddy brown.
Not caring a lick of who could be watching, Ava smiled as she started to make her way into the canal. She held her robe up a bit as to not get the ends wet, even though she had drained the area of water a good two days prior. She got close enough to the turtle to stand next to it- admiring its little gait as it continued on its mission. Whatever that could have been.
Her awe made her bend down- an effort to get closer to its eye range. It still didn’t pay her much mind.
“Where are you off to in a place like this?” she softly asked the creature.
The turtle paused mid-step. It set down its foot before craning its neck up to look at Ava. If she didn’t know any better, Ava could have said that it gave her a look of utter contempt. Its attitude was further solidified when it gave her a series of clicks that indicated what it was doing, as if Ava had a way of knowing what it was.
“You won’t be going very far,” she then told it. “All the water is drained. When it comes back, we treat it with a special chemical so it stays clear and sparkling- even in winter. It won’t be safe for you here.”
Such news made the turtle pause in thought. He looked down at the tiled canal before looking back up at Ava. Giving a series of clicks once more, Ava came to realize something.
“You don’t have a home, do you?”
The turtle shook its head. A quick idea ran through Ava’s head right after. She smiled as she thought about it- no one ever said that she wasn’t the most impulsive of the Master’s apprentices.
“How about you come with me and see my home?” she offered. “Maybe we can even get you a little spot to rest before we relocate you somewhere else?”
The turtle thought this over for a moment before giving Ava a confident nod. Ava’s smile grew even wider.
“Great!” she declared. She then very carefully used one hand to lift the turtle by the bottom of his shell, then used another to place on top. As Ava carried the small (he was barely larger than her hand) turtle, she made sure to keep him close to her body. The little turtle gave several happy clicks from his new height. He could see so much!
Ava’s instinct upon going back into the clock tower was the head for the Foreteller’s chambers. She wasn’t even aware that everyone was there until she looked up.
“Hey everyone!” she called out, “Guess what I found in the waterways!”
Ira, Invi, Aced, and Gula all looked up from what they were doing and looked at her. It took a moment for them to realize that she was holding something. The turtle had decided to go inside his shell for the ride over, and so he looked nothing more than an odd shaped rock. At least, he could have to the untrained eye.
“Ava
” Invi sighed, “Not this again.”
Hearing such a disapproving tone, the turtle came out of his shell. No one had really anticipated the movement, and they all recoiled or jumped back in some way.
“What is that?!” Aced was the first to shout in surprise.
“It’s a turtle.” Ava cheerfully replied, holding the creature a bit closer to the flinching Aced. “I think I’m going to name him Shelby.”
“Oh, so Chirithy wasn’t enough for you?” Gula teased. “I see how it is. You’re always everyone’s favorite, Ava.”
“What? No!” Ava exclaimed in near fright. “I’m not
! He isn’t going to replace Chirithy. I just
want him to have a good home, that’s all.”
“A valiant attempt,” Invi agreed, “Although I doubt we have room for him here.”
“The Master has made it a rule that no other being can be in the tower than us.” Ira also piped up.
“I did say that. Moreover, I don’t think a turtle counts as a ‘being’, more like a ‘creature’. But that’s semantics.”
“Master!” the five of them declared as they got to their feet.
“At ease, soldiers.” their master told them, given them a wave of his hand. “Lemme see the little guy. You say his name is Shelby?”
Ava gave a quick nod before moving closer to the Master. She presented the turtle to him with a careful flourish. Shelby tilted its head at the black coated man. The hood of the coat was up, making it impossible to know what the man’s face looked like. Not that Shelby was going to care.
“I found him in the waterway, Master.” Ava even explained. “He doesn’t have a home, so I was wondering
”
“You always did wear your heart on your sleeve.” the Master mused, cutting Ava off, as he placed a hand on her fox mask. He then moved his hand to place it under what amounted to the turtle’s chin. The Master even moved a bit closer to be eye to eye with the creature. Shelby gave him a hard stare back.
“We’re keeping him.”
“Master!” Aced and Ira exclaimed at the same time. But their master only returned their concerns with a shrug. Gula had let out a rather loud snort, while Invi only gave a refraining sigh. Ava, on the other hand, happily squealed as she spun her and Shelby around. The Master gave a small smirk himself as he left the room. He could have stayed behind to further pester his apprentices, but he had a meeting for another apprentice. One who had a job almost as important as Ava’s.
Several months then went by from when Ava first adopted Shelby to the day the Master disappeared. In fact, Shelby was one of the last people to even see the Master before that. The turtle had near free reign as he lived in the clock tower with the others. His wanderings that day led him into the Master’s chambers were the Master himself was just finishing placing something into a black box. The Master was even humming some chipper tune as he locked the box up tight. When the Master realized that Shelby was there, he let out a sharp, horrified gasp.
“Shelby! How dare you sneak up on me like that!”
The turtle blinked. He gave a few clicks of his beak that indicated he had no idea what the Master was talking about.
“You of all people!” the Master went on, starting to make his way over, “Looking for spoilers before I go away. I knew the others would try to stop me, but you? You?! I trusted you Shelby Copernicus! I trusted you full heartedly and yet you still betrayed me. Unbelievable.”
Shelby just continued to stare in what could have counted as disbelief. The Master gave a little laugh at himself before he bent down to pick the turtle up. The little turtle didn’t exactly want to be picked up at the moment, but it had no choice but to do as the taller people wanted.
“You know,” the Master then noted, his tone a bit more somber, “Ava’s heart has really connected to yours. Everyone else’s too, really. But her heart is the one I see most with yours.”
Shelby tilted his head at the Master in confusion. The Master just gave a short chuckle before gently stroking the top of Shelby’s head.
“Just sleep, little fella.” the Master soothed. “You’ll be there when Ava needs you most. I’ll make sure of it.”
Shelby closed his little turtle eyes and went into a dreamless, undisturbed slumber.
. . .
Something felt off when Ava returned from training her Dandelions. When she couldn’t find Shelby in his play area or just roaming around, she knew that something was wrong. The pit in her stomach only seemed to grow when she walked into the Foreteller chambers and found that the others were there as well, apparently waiting around for her.
“Has anyone seen Shelby?” she asked. Her hands were wrung in each other out of nervous habit. “He’s gone missing.”
It was Ira who turned to look at her first. “We have far more concerning matters to address, Ava.” he informed her- his voice far more stern than usual.
“Why?” she then asked, looking around the room. “What happened?”
“Coincidentally enough,” Gula smirked, “The Master has gone missing too.”
“What?”
“How can any of us act so surprised?” Invi asked in a cool tone. “We all knew this day was going to happen.”
“Y-yeah, but
”
“None of us expected Luxu to disappear either.” Aced cut in, slamming his hands on the table. “How could he just abandon us like that? We were all the Master’s apprentices!”
“Calm down, Aced.” Invi admonished. “We’re just as shaken as you are. Ira, what should our next course of action be? You are our leader now, after all.”
As Ira went on with how the five of them would lead their Unions now, Ava took her usual seat and tried to listen. Her mind was buzzing with all this information. The Master and Luxu were gone now. It must have been a coincidence that they left the same day she couldn’t find Shelby. Had to. Even if it wasn’t, she had a feeling they’d all find each other again one day; may their hearts be their guiding key.

The Lost Princess Chapter 100
Warnings: HOLY SHIT! THE 100th CHAPTER!
Rating: SFW
Tumblr media
And so the reliable Ira, who wore the mask of the unicorn, was given his role to take over for the Master and to lead the others. Similarly, the virtuous Invi, who wore the mask of the snake, was given her role to watch over the others with a fair eye. The fearless Aced, who wore the mask of the bear, was given his role to support their brand-new leader, Ira. The prudent Ava, who wore the mask of the fox, was given her role to prepare exceptional Keyblade wielders for the world after. The coolheaded Gula, who wore the mask of the leopard, was given his role to uncover the mystery of the Book of Prophecies. Luxu, the first of the apprentices to be given their role, watched his companions from afar, as they learned what it was that they were meant to do, then, he disappeared. Not long after that, the Master vanished, dimmed, and faded without a trace. This is where your story began, the story of your very own adventure. Five of the Master's apprentices armed themselves with the Book of Prophecies. They each created a Union. This would fulfill his wishes. Then, they set out to rally Keyblade wielders just like you. By defeating Heartless, the monsters of darkness, they would gather light. But they were told lies about the Spirits. About Princess (Y/N). The last Time Spirit.
In the present day, the five foretellers were gathered in their conference room in the clock tower. Ira and Aced were standing, Ava and Invi were sitting in their chairs at the table, and Gula sat on the rim of the table.
“There's a traitor among us,” Ira said. Silence filled the room, which Invi broke.
“Are you certain? What proof do you have?” she asked. Ira held out his hand and conjured a Chirithy out of light.
“I found this sniffing around,” he said.
“Is that...a dark Chirithy?” Ava gasped. Everyone looked at Invi as she stood up.
“Is that...a Nightmare?” she asked. The others looked at Ira in shock. They each remembered when they first learned of the Chirithy from the Master of Masters in his room with your mother, pregnant with you. The Master carried a test tube holding a sleeping Chirithy and placed it on his desk. Ava approached the creature excitedly.
“Master, did you make this? It's so cute!” she said.
“Well, things are gonna get pretty hectic around here soon. But this Chirithy is gonna make your lives much easier! Hopefully,” the Master said.
“Chirithy?” your mother asked.
“You could say they're like cats or dogs. And they'll be your loyal pets,” the Master said as he grabbed the test tube. He tapped the glass, rousing the Chirithy from its sleep. It tried to grab the Master's hand, but fell on its back.
“Every wielder will have one of these adorable little guys at their side. They're here to help, so play nice!”
“Okay!” Ava said.
“Oh, right, before I forget...” the Master said as he set down the test tube. The remaining foretellers directed their attention towards the Master. “If a wielder is overcome by malice--or rather, if their heart is tainted by darkness--their adorable little Spirit will turn dark and become a Nightmare.”
“So you're telling us that if we see a Nightmare...” Ira said.
“Someone has fallen into darkness,” Invi finished.
“Exactly,” the Master said. As he spoke, the Master tilted the test tube and peered inside it. “And if you don't stop this renegade Chirithy, it'll plant darkness in the hearts of others and you'll have an army of Nightmares on your hands. Beware. ‘Cause if these do fall into darkness, they might bring a Spirit.”
Your mother tensed at the harmful words he said. Spirits were not dangerous. Why is the Master planting lies into their heads.
“So, if we see one of these Nightmares anywhere, we have to get rid of it on the spot,” Aced said.
“No! I won't let you do that!” Ava said.
“No wonder you ended up as the bear. You're scary,” Gula said.
“Your point?” Aced asked.
“Maybe you can growl at them?” Ava asked.
“Hmm...” Invi and Ira stifled back laughter. Aced gasped in realization. “Don't insult me!”
“Come on, Aced. You won't know if it works unless you try,” the Master said in a goofy voice. The Master and the other foretellers laughed, except your mother, leaving a stunned expression on Aced's face.
“Please tell me you're joking,” he said. Ira noticed that your mother wasn’t laughing and placed a hand on her shoulder.
“Are you okay, dear?” he asked.
“I’m fine,” she said, bitterly.
“Okay. Um, would you like to talk about it?”
“Follow me.” She grabbed Ira’s hand and took him to the garden, leaving everyone else confused.
“Alright, what’s going on?” Ira asked.
“What the Master said, isn’t true,” your mother said.
“What isn’t true?”
“About Spirits. Spirits don’t come from the darkness. They’re meant to protect the worlds from the darkness.”
“Why are you telling me this?”
“Because I am one.” Ira was shocked.
“What?” he asked.
“I’m a Spirit. And that means that our child will be one as well.”
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“Because the Master told me not to. He told me it was to protect you but I don’t believe him.” Ira walked closer and kissed her head.
“It’s gonna be okay. I’ll make sure of it,” he said.
“I love you,” she whispered.
“I love you too.” She was about to kiss her lips but hunched over in pain.
“Dear, what’s wrong?” he asked.
“It’s the baby. She’s coming,” she groaned. Ira quickly walked her back into the tower and went to their room.
“I’m gonna go find the midwife. Just don’t go anywhere,” he said.
“Wasn’t planning on it! Gah! Please hurry!” she yelled. Ira ran out to go find the midwife.
“Hey, what’s going on?” Gula asked.
“(M/N)’s having the baby,” Ira said.
“What?! But she’s not supposed to have it for another two weeks!” Ava said.
“Well, she’s having it now! Where the hell is that midwife?” A scream could be heard from Ira’s room and he knew that he was running out of time.
“Okay, you go find the midwife, while we go take care of (M/N),” Invi said. Ira nodded and ran off to find the midwife.
~Le Time Skip~
Your mother was at 10 centimeters and was losing blood fast. Ira was unable to find the midwife and had to watch his wife die slowly.
“Just get this out of me!” she wailed.
“Almost there!” Invi said. After one giant push, you were finally born. But it came at a price. After cleaning you and all that jazz, your mother was lying dead in her own blood.
“I’m sorry I couldn’t save her. She was losing a lot of blood,” Invi said.
“I forgive you. At least, this little one is here,” Ira said.
“We’ll give you two a moment.”
“Thanks.”  The other foretellers left the room, leaving Ira to admire baby you.
“Hi, little one. I’m your father. God, you look so much like your mother. If only she was here to see you. But I know that she would want you to have the best life. Welcome to the world...my little Spirit.”

(My friend and I were talking and I can safely say I’m back on my bullshit again) So like, Gula as Darkness theory, but taken a step further to include Sora and a corpse. This is like 99.9% not gonna canonically make sense but eh So Gula as Darkness but he (probably) ends up in Ven’s heart. There’s atleast evidence that Darkness might’ve been stowing away in there... Anyways, Gula/Darkness got into Ven’s heart during khux times, maaaaaaybe after he died in the keyblade war, or something happens to Darkness once inside the data worlds? Maybe it’s how Darkness or even Ven got back out..? Or maybe like, if Darkness has a heart, once they loose said heart it travels it’s way to Ven. Maybe if they had like a connection, say if Darkness did actually posses Ven and killed Strelitzia that way? By the way, Gula’s keyblade technique in the novel is described as “speedy swordplay” which sounds a lot like Ven, maybe Gula taught him that/he got it from Gula/Darkness possessing him? So anyways, Gula is not with Ven, and later on is there for the creation of Vanitas. (Vanitas by the way essentially means paintings that include “symbols of death or change as a reminder of their inevitability” which sounds a lot like the Strel murder if you ask me) Hmm.. do we actually know where Vani’s heart went after he died in BBS? I don’t think so but I could be wrong on that... So like what if it goes on back to Ven? Then you’d have Ven’s heart that’s in Sora’s, but also Vanitas’s heart in Sora’s, too, except it’s actually Gula’s heart in there. Maybe it’s like a two for one sale so no one recognized this. So now there’d be a connection between Gula/Vanitas and Sora, though, even without the heart thing wouldn’t there still be one? “I’m the piece of Ventus that was taken away, and you’re the piece Ventus needed to be whole again. So, why shouldn’t you and I look exactly the same?” So then he comes back and stuff happens and replica(?) Vanitas dies in KH3. BUT YOU KNOW WHO ELSE MIGHT’VE DIED THEN TOO? SORA. On Twitter there’s been this thing like a Sora is a corpse theory, I forgot the people who had stuff on this but HMK (@ HMKilla on Twitter, HMK on YouTube) I think has stuff on this with who brought it up let’s also. So what if, Sora is actually dead. And is, in fact, an animated corpse in the events after remind. Wait did Chirithy ever mention anything about his heart died appearing, or just himself as a whole? Anyways, what if through that connection Gula was able to gain control over Sora’s body? On a side note, in the khux light novel it says that MoM was more interested in where his apprentices hearts lead them, rather than the fate of the world. Whether this is true or not idk, but, what if like he knew that Gula’s heart would lead him here (and then had plans to do something with that?) Like what if Gula could soooomehow sense that MoM was in that place we saw in the secret ending, and the only way to get there was through one of the kids. (Ex. Sora) Sora was an easy access point for hi, if he acted fast enough. Maybe he still really wants to find MoM after all these years and that’s why he did it I dunno. So then, you’re probably wondering about the epilogue Gula, right? What if, what if, it’s actually Ava? Like it’s a known fact she has the ability to become seemingly perfect copies of others, sooooo... Also maybe the reason Gula is the one to bring up caring about where Ava went is because he doesn’t want anyone to know it’s actually Ava but is just, like, bad at keeping cover or something? So it’s just like, yeah, where is Ava, why’d you exclude her Luxu? (Yes I’m aware of how bad that sounded bear with me please) Also, one tiiiiiny thing from the epilogue that means nothing: Luxu looking around at the four other foretellers, before ending on Gula, and seemingly still looking at him for a second before starting to say “hmm. I guess Ava didn’t make it after all.” Also, yes, I overanalyzed that extremely. I’ve been doing it all day and that’s probably where this “theory” or like collection of random words came

Cherish the Moment - A SoKai Wedding Fic
Rated T. Sora and Kairi get married... Though there's some subverting expectations in here, since it's the only way I could write this--A, because so many others already have and B, because I felt I'd mess it up if I did it any other way--like, there are some moments Kairi's a bit sad that the few feelings she had for Riku will remain a question mark now (and thinks Sora might feel the same way about his feelings for Naminé)... But that really only lasts for five seconds, and can be seen as Kairi wedding jitters, as I swear all of this is really the fluffiest SoKai piece you'll ever read. SoKai, RokuShi, Namiku, Terqua, Gulava, VentusStrelitzia (as well as past PlayerStrelitzia). Slight RiKai and SoNami, but not really, but definitely more of the former, if any. Kind of written by accident when I needed a break from my other stories... and then it snowballed.
Kairi's PoV
As lovely as Kairi’s marriage to Sora was—that she did want more than anything else in that World, and that was a dream come true in so many ways—there was a little part of Kairi, that was sad that the questions she’d once had about Riku and herself would remain exactly that. And she imagined that
even though Sora would never admit it, the side of his heart that still existed in Castle Oblivion felt that about his tangled feelings for NaminĂ©. But it was what it was—since this was real life, and it wasn't perfect, and Kairi wouldn't trade this feeling for the nothingness she’d felt at Sora’s disappearance for the world. Kairi wore something evergreen as her wedding dress—since it was the color she looked best in, and she wanted to look as beautiful as she could for Sora.
.Also, because Kairi had lost her virginity to Sora a long time ago, and she wasn’t going to lie or feel ashamed about it—and in order to match her, her sun was wearing a yellow tuxedo: that reminded Kairi of the bog world she and Sora had recently visited, that made her happy. Of all places they could've gotten married, the couple had chosen Monstropolus' laugh factory, for Kairi had thought if they got married in front of all the running doors, it could make a lovely sight. And it had. The two had also gotten Barbossa to marry them (when King Mickey had said he would be too nervous to do so). That had been Sora's idea
and Kairi got the sense that it was largely because he had been inspired by Will and Elizabeth’s wedding, who he thought they were like. Which was beyond sweet... And seeing the man's humorous reaction to this new world—before Sora and Riku had nearly instantly shoved him back through a Corridor of Light—had been more than funny to Kairi. But he'd actually officiated for them perfectly, in asking Sora if Kairi was the Elizabet to his Will or Calypso to his Davy Jones
But when Barbossa had begun talking about Sora and Kairi’s upcoming wedding night, Sora and Riku had furiously made him vacate the premises
and despite everything, Kairi had laughed. Even while she’d tried to defend the pirate from her husband and big brother (because yes, that was what Riku really was to her) But after that drama—right after they’d been married—Sora and Kairi had rode atop one of the doors together for a while—with both of them kicking their legs to and fro as it moved beneath them, like they’d both rocked on the paopu tree all those years ago. And while both Kairi and Sora felt somewhat bad that they were keeping their joy from everyone else, by having this special and private moment
they contended themselves with the fact that every other married couple would have been getting pictures away from everyone else at this point, anyway. "But maybe we shouldn't be doing this," Sora eventually said with a chuckle. "I mean, your wedding dress is so impractical for writing doors on, Kai. You might fall right off! And the last thing I want, is for my wife to die on our wedding day." But at this point that Sora had said this, the door had already reached its destination—sort of making Sora's words moot—but Kairi couldn't help teasing her love about it, all the same. "It's okay, Sora. Wielding the Keyblade gives us mastery over gravity, remember? That's how I fought in a dress in The Castle That Never Was. So, I’ll be fine if we want to do this again." But right now, they had bigger fish to fry. So Kairi walked towards Boo's door. The spouses had planned to go visit Boo during their wedding—because they'd wanted everyone they loved to be able to attend. And Kairi adored her, now that she’d gotten to meet her a few times. But now that she and Sora were at her door, planning to go through, Kairi found herself second-guessing if this was a good idea at all. They didn’t want to risk spooking the girl’s parents, who still somehow didn’t know about other worlds
"Sora," Kairi started, as she with loving eyes pulled him away from the door he'd just opened. “We can maybe disturb Boo later
But don't you think we should go see the rest of our friends for a little bit before our honeymoon? Sora didn't have to be asked twice; Kairi had sensed that he was missing Riku, after all. When the two of them got back to the Laugh Floor—where their ceremony had taken place—the lovers could see that Riku was trying to see if NaminĂ© would eat the lemon meringue pie, if he got rid of the gooey bits from it, that she didn't like.
Riku and NaminĂ© were wonderful for each other, and Kairi was honestly glad that they had each other... And NaminĂ© ending up accepting Riku's offer was just further proof of that, in her eyes. And what were Sora and Kairi’s other friends doing right now? Most of the ones with responsibilities in other parts of the galaxy had left already. But some were still here. Like right now, Kairi could see that Ariel was thrilled that she could be part human, part mermaid in a monster form here if she wished... Aladdin was trying to stop Abu from stealing things, it appeared (though this was unnecessary, as both Kairi and Sora had told their guests that they were welcome to any of the decorations the two of them had brought here), and Kairi was glad when Xion kept reminding him that it was fine... Hercules was trying to convince Mike and Sully that they might as well have statues of themselves put up here in their world, like he had a few of his own in Olympus. And the Restoration Committee was trying to see if they could use the door system themselves, as some part of the defense mechanism. And a Lightning was wondering why just because a "Tron" (who had thankfully been restored!) had added a data version of her to his system, the real her had been invited to this wedding
Kairi didn’t even know the answer to that herself, but the more the merrier! Right? As for everyone else... Roxas was by Xion’s side in the whole Abu and Aladdin scenario. The former Nobody did seem somewhat sad that Xion was paying all her attention to it, instead of him
But since it was for Xion, it was clear that he was happy to be doing whatever she was. Terra and Aqua were dancing, and it made Kairi ponder whether or not they'd now decided they saw each other as more than siblings, after all. Lauriam and Ven were
comforting Strelitzia over Player's death. And Kairi once again thought about telling the poor dear that she hadn't had to come here—and that she could leave whenever she wanted to—but that she and Sora were both thankful she had come at all... And Lea, and Isa were catching up with Skuld at the punch table... And it looked as though King Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Master Yen Sid were working on some amazing fireworks for Sora and herself? "Where do we even begin?" Sora asked nervously, as he scratched his ear. Kairi imagined that Sora probably wanted to go help with the fireworks display, but given his tendency to sometimes make things blow up—like those blasters back at The World That Never Was—Kairi didn’t know if that was the best idea. "Say, Kairi
what do you say we go talk to Ava first? Is it me, or does she seem lonely?" And Ava did seem that way. And Kairi got the sense that while the woman was thrilled, that what she’d done had helped to lead everyone here... that she was beginning to think what the Master of Masters had been after similar things, after all, and that maybe she had been wrong to kill him. And as soon as they approached Ava, she was telling them just that. "It's a beautiful wedding you’re having, Sora, Kairi... but my father should have been here, since he created all of this. But he isn't... and that’s my fault." '
Except that, as great as your father was
I think he did go insane from it all and would have destroyed the world, if you hadn't stopped him,' Kairi wanted to say, but didn’t. And judging by how Sora kept opening his mouth and shutting it again, Kairi thought that her other heart felt much the same way. But instead, she enveloped the girl in her arms--that Sora watched with a proud twinkle in his eye before he’d turned away from them, Kairi had seen. Perhaps he was about to find Gula and tell him to make sure his girlfriend was happy –and told her what was in her heart. "I get where you're coming from, Ava. Really, I do. And joyful times can make you think of all those who you've lost, who you wish could be there for you, too.
But I think you're looking at this in the wrong way. You've got to think about all that you have! Like your dear friends Gula, Invi, Aced, and Ira... and all of the various Key Kids who found their way here; and how you're now friends with us: the new guard when it comes to the Light, and together we've created some beautifulthings." And there was also the answer to Kairi’s own problem, wasn't it? She had been somewhat focusing on the teeny, tiny bit that she and Sora were losing in getting married—since they had had other feelings for others in the past—that she’d missed that, despite everything, she was finally tied with the love of her life in every way she had wanted to... and that meant more than all of the munny in the world ever could. And her words must have had the intended result of getting through to Ava, too, Kairi saw, because the older woman wiped her tears away... smiled at Kairi and Sora, as he joined them with Gula being pulled behind him, and said, "You’re right, Kairi. And in my heart, I’m still a leader to the Dandelion children. So why am I becoming undone, when I should be comforting Strelitzia--who's already lost so much!—about her love? If you'll excuse me, I'm going to go do that right now. Thank you, my King and Queen." Kairi blushed at that title she and Sora had been given after everything they'd done (Riku and NaminĂ© had even been given some, too), but didn't let it show. Instead, she admired how at that exact moment, Gula had chosen to kiss Ava on the cheek—to show her that she was cared for, but not distract her too much from her mission; or so Kairi guessed—while Ven had chosen to kiss Strelitzia full on the mouth, who was responding positively while Lauriam was not. So suddenly feeling very much in love for a few reasons, Kairi leapt into her precious Sora's arms—wrapping her legs around his waist, as he caught her at the last minute after her surprise attack. "Sora, you know what I just realized?” Kairi asked, as she leaned close to Sora and prayed to Kingdom Hearts to give her strength to say these next words, since she was a terrible dancer. “We've been lame! in not giving everyone our first dance yet!" Sora chuckled at this, as he leaned his forehead against Kairi’s own and looked deep into her eyes with loving ones of his own. “Then let’s go give them a show, Mrs.” And everyone around them must have realized what they were finally about to do, because Terra wolf-whistled, and Riku called out with a hand over his mouth, "Dance already, you two! You've already broken tradition by having the other couples do so before you!" Sora stuck his tongue out at Riku for that one. So in wanting to everything wedding the traditional way now, Kairi let Sora lead her onto the dance floor—and he winked at her in a way that made a shiver run down Kairi’s spine in the best way possible—and she prepared to do a nice, slow dance with Sora... only for the song to change to the Cupid Shuffle. And Kairi and Sora cracked up, as they once again leaned their foreheads against each other’s, but also held both of each other’s hands this time while doing so. After dancing to the song by themselves very shortly, Kairi and Sora motioned for everyone to come onto the dance floor with them... which Kairi was glad for—since it would hopefully distract everyone how she always messed up timing or did the wrong thing in this song. But Sora was a godsent when it came to making her look good at dancing, and somehow seemed charmed by her bad movements, so it was a win-win. Fortunately, the Cha-Cha slide came on right after the Cupid Shuffle—that Kairi knew better than any other dance—and she was able to redeem herself some. And seeming to realize she wanted to leave the dance floor on a high note, Sora asked with the kind of kindness he’d had in his eyes when he’d told Chirithy she’d made him remember how good it was to experience things with a friend, "Want to give everyone else the dance floor now?" And Kairi shouted "Yes!" faster than anything she'd ever said in her life, since—as it was—her feet were starting to kill her in these high heels, too. Sora, truly being a psychic, swept Kairi up off her feet before she could even voice the thought. And she leaned her head into his shoulder, like a soldier coming home for the first time in ages. It was at this time that everyone seemed figure out that they were ready to leave. So there were last minute goodbyes (Roxas pretended to cry that his brother was all grown up—and this had gotten a kick out of everyone—nevermind the fact that Sora was older than he was), thank yous, and promises to see each other again soon....As well as Kairi trying to give away some of the lantern decorations that she and Sora had bought for the event... But soon enough, everything was sorted out and Sora and Kairi were leaving in the gummi ship to go somewhere magical for their honeymoon, as all of their friends waved at them... and it was then that Kairi promptly passed out in Sora's arms... all the planning, stress, and exhausting—though perfect day—having finally gotten to her.
When Kairi later awoke, it wasn't to her and Sora's honeymoon location—as nice as that would have been; and Sora was still keeping it a secret where they were even going—but to their room in their gummi ship. And Kairi had to say... even if there was always a part of her that would slightly prefer being home, she could certainly get used to waking up in their bed in the gummi ship together. Sora’s scent was all over the blankets and it was lovely; Kairi had to resist the urge to roll herself back up into them and go to sleep again, even. But Sora must have sensed what she was about to do, because he stole her blankets away from her before she could get too comfortable and Kairi glared at him... before descending into a fit of giggles. "Hey, Kairi!" Sora was laughing himself. "You can't go back to sleep yet! I mean... here I am, somewhat carelessly leaving the ship in autopilot to make sure I was by your side when you first woke up after we were married. And you don't even care? C'mon! Where's the Kairi who jumped through Corridors of Darkness to see me?" Suddenly feeling more awake now, and giddy, and even somewhat like their younger selves, Kairi sat with her knees on the black mattress, and spared Sora a glance and a thought. "You're right... I'm not appreciating this moment enough at all. I should be calling you a 'lazy bum', and slapping you upside the head... Or actually, not doing that, because I'm a sensible girl who knows how to deal with her feelings now, outside of physically hurting the object of my affections. Especially since I need no excuse to touch you now. Eep!" And even before Kairi herself knew it—and she was the one who had done this!—she was flying through the air and then in Sora's arms, as she peppered kiss after kiss on every inch of his face, neck, and shoulders. And when he gently pushed her away from himself—while still smiling stupidly—Kairi could tell that he’d been getting distracted, too. But Sora somehow got himself back under control soon, to which Kairi could only frown. "Kairi
not now. The gummi ship will crash. And we're saving this for our special honeymoon, remember?" Kairi wanted to do anything but let Sora go. But as she recalled how Riku and Naminé's ship had been nearly destroyed by Heartless not so long ago, she thought that being cautious probably was for the best. "
Okay, Sora. Go pilot the gummi ship—and take me to wherever this glorious new world is—and I'll get us breakfast." Kairi, who had been moved by Sora's cooking at the bistro, almost hated that she was going to make stuff for them now... instead of letting the professional chef make food for her. But she also thought it was only fair, since he was apparently going all out for her in another way. And besides, she was quite the cook herself, wasn't she? Hadn't she found many neat ways to cook fruit on the island, that Sora and Riku had adored? Kairi got her answer to that question soon enough, when Sora told her "Yes, please do that, Kairi! And bring out the fruit flavor even more in the orange chicken, as you do!" And then Sora was diving for the control panel, as both he and Kairi saw an asteroid heading their way. And the Keyblade master got the ship to move in just the nick of time. Kairi laughed. As much as, in some ways, she didn't want it to be... this was kind of like old times: like when Sora had been driving the gummi ship after saving her from Hollow Bastion, and Kairi had been left asking Goofy what she could do to help him at all, while the brunet and Donald had fought about who was driving. And as much as Kairi had grown since then and was thrilled by it, because she never wanted to lose her friends again but to rather be their equal... She still liked being cherished by Sora like this—especially the day after their wedding—and if creating non-breakfast food was her part of the bargain to have that feeling, then she'd gladly do it. And she did. And the happy couple ate merrily. When they were done? Sora was pointing out to her the biggest amusement park she could have ever imagined! "Is this where we're going, Sora? It seems so fun! Oh! What's that ride that looks like a skyscraper, and-" Kairi got her answer to that question when she saw the "elevator" within the false building rocket back down to ground level from a horrifying height. "...You know, Kairi, weirdly enough... I must have somehow drawn on the imagery of this place when I developed my Attraction Flow. Or something. Like, I almost wanted to make an attack like that skyscraper—like a guillotine, almost—but I didn't." Huh. That was odd. Kairi really didn’t know what forces governed the multiverse—so maybe all things happened for a reason—but even so, there was at least one thing she didn’t want to talk about in that... "I'm all for us being entertained by roller coasters as part of our honeymoon, Sora... But can we stop talking about beheadings, please? I think I’m going to be sick." And not needing to say anymore to convince him, Sora gently took Kairi’s hand in his own and began leading her through the exit
and the moment Kairi’s feet touched the ground, she was already having so much fun! She ran on the cobblestone to where she could get funny little hats, and then motioned with her eyes that she and Sora should go to the castle towering above them next! Which they did. And as the two of them had always wanted to fly with one another, they went on a ride together of soaring elephants. And it reminded Kairi of that “Dumbo” Sora had summoned on his first journey. She had seen this while being in his heart. And Kairi made sure to point this out to Sora, as she leaned as close to him in the seat as she could—even getting out of her own seatbelt, so she could be within his. Once they exited that attraction, one of the workers seemed annoyed with what Kairi had done... but upon seeing the rings on her and Sora's fingers, shook his head and seemed to imagine it was only expected of newlyweds. Or so Kairi guessed, since he let them walk by without chewing them out in the slightest. Then, Sora was amazed by something called vanilla ice cream—since the two of them had only had seasalt and chocolate before—and in trying it herself, Kairi decided it was every bit as good as Sora said it was. And after that, Sora and Kairi discovered something called "race cars" in a place called “Autopia”, that neither could get enough of. But too soon after that—or perhaps not soon enough—they were back in their hotel room (that had aesthetics they both loved. Kairi partly loved them because there were pictures of Sora here somehow! Maybe the two of them really were somehow connected to this place and the multiverse was trying to show them it). And then Sora and Kairi were worshipping each other's bodies, lazily, as warm air spilled into the room. They'd both been slow and nervous with each other when they’d started, almost like it was their first time again, but then they’d found their way—as they always did with each other—and had just opted to make slow love. "And to think we can start every morning like this, Kairi," Sora said sweetly, as he kissed her lips and the morning sun spilled in. "Mmm. That’s the most perfect thing I can think of," Kairi answered back
“Well, aside from a few other things to make this even better”, Kairi said cheekily, as she sat up and her lips started going down, down, down Sora’s body. And in a world where anything could be torn away from them in any given moment—including each other, as they both knew well—knowing that they could wake up together for a while really was the best feeling in the world. And Kairi cherished it.

Rewrite  the Stars - Chapter 06
Thank you to everybody who kept reading it!! You’re awesome!
Thank you so much!!
Here is the AO3 door! |  °|
Tumblr media
Exhausted, Isa was lying in his bed. Just a few minutes between the representation, more training and the next representation
But at least, he could offer himself just a handful of minutes. He should eat something too but Demyx got his back for that. The easiest way for him to be sure his brother was eating.
Often, he asked himself if he was just too focused on work to forget all the time to take some food
 or was it something else?
Isa moved his hand on the side, searching the big rabbit plush Demyx has offered him. It was quite rare he did need to hug it but sometimes, like today, he needed it. His fingers landed on something soft and he grabbed it but
it was Lea’s scarf. He clenched a bit his hand around the soft fabric and brought it against his Heart.
Today, it has been hard

Xemnas showed more possessiveness and it was hard. While he could have done a relieving spectacle, with Braig, he felt that Xemnas was jealous and wanted to show him he belonged to him. He could understand because he really did get well along with Lea
He had been genuinely sad and frightened that he could use him, lie to him, for sad purpose
And it seemed like non-sense to him because
Because the only other person he’d feel that way, except for Demyx of course, was Braig. But he knew him since so long

“Is it possible to just want to make people happy?” he wondered, pressing his fingers on the fabric.
“I do!”
Isa turned his head toward his brother.
“However you’re a treasure,” he replied.
“Whatever the reasons! I do!”
Demyx put down a plate next to him and smiled at him. Isa let go on the scarf and got up to hug him. The younger couldn’t help but smile, snuggling in his arms. The hugs coming from Isa were so rare, he could only enjoy them.
“You’re okay?” he still asked, glancing at him.
“You’re here, why would possibly go wrong?” Isa whispered back.
Demyx snuggled a little more in his arms.
Isa rubbed his back but something was still in his guts

“The new recruit, Lea
He was in Radiant Garden with us before
”
“Yay! That’s fun to find him back!”
“He
 You remember him?”
“Yep!” Demyx looked up at him. “I’m not surprise you didn’t though
You were always busy. When you weren’t taking care of me, you were studying or training!”
Isa did know that but he didn’t tell it so because Demyx tone was so soft there, he just hugged him tenderly, pressing a kiss on his temple.
“I love you,” he said under his breath.
“I love you too!!” Demyx replied, hugging him more tightly, a big smile on his lips.
One week later
Fire circled around the ring, you couldn’t see the slightest thing, a real storm, seeming untamable blocking the view, letting the public breathtaking.
At the moment it became less strong, they could see silhouettes through the flames.
And when it disappeared

Twenty-four artists at once.
The public didn’t know where to look anymore, amazed. At every second, there was something new to watch. Two acrobats in the loop, the lady in the tightrope, young boys flying in the air, animals

They could only get excited by the elements.
And when the lady jumped from the tightrope, only caught up by a big and strong man?! What about the acrobat helping the other to get down on the floor only to jump and landing on the shoulder of the Strongmen that didn’t even flinch when he received this weight, just moving his hand to hold the artist as he was only on the tip of one foot? And the boy climbing on the back of a Lion, or the lady surrounded with snakes licking her skin. Or the little girl in such a strange position because of contortions.
“This was the Organization XIII Circus! Here to amaze your eyes, here to make you forget what real life is!”
Fire suddenly appeared and when it disappeared, there were no more artists. The curtains of the backstage were closed and, indeed, it was like the whole crows had dreamed all of this

In the other side, Dilan held out Isa’s hand so he could easily jump on the floor. Obviously, the man thanked it and moved aside to catch Demyx when he launched a hug on him.
“That was awesome!” he said.
“Yes!!” Ventus approved along with Xion.
“It’s really fun to be all on the right at once!” Ava continued, a fox next to her.
“Yeah!” Sora approved.
Gula walked toward him to help him to get down of the big feline.
Lea felt happy that his idea had been liked, that Xemnas had given a try. In his opinion, there was something strong between all the members here.
“Ienzo, you were right to offer this,” Xemnas said, walking toward Isa.
Ienzo and Lea glanced at each other at this moment. Of course, Ienzo never said it was an idea from Lea because the Ringmaster really didn’t like him. It wasn’t surprising. Isa and him kept training and Lea kept making smile Isa. And his fire Performer was good. He couldn’t even try to push him out because the public loved him and few member pf the Circus too. Like Roxas, Xion and Kairi but also Ienzo who kept help him with ideas. He was a master in illusions, of course it was fun to find surprising tricks together.
“Now, you can leave. Be ready at the first lights tomorrow, don’t forget we’re leaving for another town.”
Lea was relieved about this because he was sure there will be distance between him and his previous Circus. He was sure he could just enjoy being here and having fun with his new friends.
But there was something

He saw Xemnas grab Isa by the waist and, in silence, push him to let go on Demyx and so to follow him and there
there, Lea felt that two things didn’t go well. But what he could do? If Isa couldn’t see the problem

However
 he could do something.
He walked toward Sora who caressed the Lion under Gula’s look.
“Excuse me. Sora? We can meet in one hour here? With Riku?”
Sora turned his head toward Lea then glanced at Riku, few pace away, talking with his twin. This Circus had the peculiarity to have three twins. Sora and Vanitas who didn’t work together; Riku and Yasude, doing dance or ballet and rhythmic together; and Ventus and Roxas, the sons of Aqua and Terra, doing mostly Korean plank but often working with their father.
“Okay!” Sora smiled.
“Nice!”
Lea smiled back to him and then moved back to his trailer. If they left tomorrow, he had to be sure everything will be good and that he can help when it will be asked.
But, especially, he had this thing to do

In his trailer, Isa was checking everything was on place. When it will move, it wouldn’t be the moment to have bottles rolling around. And if he forgot something here, or worst if Demyx forgot something here, it will be really hard to have it back. Plus, it was always good to have a home clean and tidy. He often took care of this but lately, the trainings were closer. Because he had to prepare the act with Lea but
 but something didn’t work.
And Xemnas became impatient.
He didn’t like them to train and have nothing to offer.
Of course.
Lately, Xemnas was

Isa sat on his bed, clenching his hands on his legs. He was wearing a black pant so nothing was showing but he knew where his bruises were. More and more.
Coming in his trailer the night was difficult and he just searched excuse to don’t go but
he had no excuse. Yesterday, it was

Isa pressed his hand over his belly and then forced himself to get up. He had to make the bed. He wouldn’t sleep here tonight. He would sleep with Xemnas because the man had asked so and
he didn’t want at all. He didn’t feel good.
As he was doing the bed, his fingers brushed something really soft. He tugged out Lea’s scarf and blinked.
Lea’s scarf?
He must give it back to him.
Lea would be worry if he couldn’t find it!
The Big Top seemed so empty as Dilan and Aeleus had already moved things. It would only stay to close the Big Top. For now, they let him open so, from far away, the magic was still there, the Dream in the citizen’s head. And maybe they’ll talk about them? Maybe they’ll try to follow them in another city too?
Lea was used to this, of course, but he didn’t like it.
He loved staying in people’s memories but he always had the feeling that, once they won’t see him, they’ll forget him

He had this feeling too when he talked with Isa, to be honest
The fact the acrobat couldn’t remember him. The fact he couldn’t remember Isa. Everything was ephemeral.
“Lea?”
Lea turned his head toward Riku who walked toward him with Sora.
“What do you want?” this one asked with a yawn.
It would be time for them to go to sleep. They were only teenagers after all.
“Do you know where we go tomorrow?”  Lea wondered.
Riku frowned. This was quite weird to have this question addressed to them like that. Did he really plan a ‘reunion’ for that?!
“We don’t know?” Sora replied, surprised.
“’Kay. So you really have to help me! You know there is a lake outside and
”
“Really?” Sora asked, even more surprised.
Lea had a cold smirk on his lips as he turned toward the big curtains surrounding the tent. If it wasn’t the prove Xemnas was doing something bad

“Yes! And I want you to help me to bring Kairi there!” he said.
Riku immediately nodded. He did know this wasn’t the best idea because it was still risky, even if the lake was close, but he couldn’t just stay there when his best friend had to be in a simple water tank again and again. She knew nothing except her trailer and the tank. Sometimes, they had the chance to get a glimpse of the exterior World, especially him who was a bit older than Sora and could do groceries or else but Kairi?
It was time to let her know a bit more of the real life

As for him, he waited the moment they will be all older and they could just walk out the Circus. Discover more. They loved their artists live but they craved more. One day, they’ll leave. It was a promise.
Today
they followed Lea as he walked out to the tank were Kairi was already readying her to sleep, squashed in as a sardine in a box.
“Kairi?” Sora called, climbing on the side of the tank.
It was raised thanks to a wooden stall and there it was easy to Sora to be at her level as she was rubbing her eyes. But when she noticed him, she smiled and swam so her head could peak out.
“Sora! What is it?” she smiled.
“Lea said we’re going to bring you swim!”
She tilted her head in the side.
“How’s that?”
“There is a lake not far away,” Riku replied. “We’re bringing you there!”
This time she blinked, her expression being between the incomprehension and the excitation.
“We can?”
“We will!” Lea said.
They couldn’t. They couldn’t at all. But he was ready to take the risk to bring a bit of happiness to those deserving it. Kairi really deserved to know what the pleasure of swimming was if she wasn’t able to be a part of the spectacle as she wished for.
“But I won’t be wet before hours and it’s late,” she said.
“I’ll carry you,” Riku said.
Kairi wanted to protest she was too heavy but she also wanted to go and she couldn’t just crawl

So, she let Lea and Sora help her to come out of the tank. Usually, it was always Aeleus or Dilan taking her out. Something that had pissed off Lea as soon as he knew it. This tank wasn’t good at all!
“Don’t move too much!” Lea said.
“I’m doing my best!” she replied, her arms around Sora’s neck.
“I know!”
They managed to take her out and Riku came to held her. She was thrilled and thanked him with a kiss on the cheek.
Since they have no more time to lose, they walked out of the trailers park, Lea using his fire to light their path. It wasn’t far away, of course, but for Riku it still was heavy. Anyway, he said nothing

When they arrived, Lea swallowed the pinch in his heart. The place meant a lot for him but it wasn’t the moment here. He pushed back his thoughts and walked to the edge of the lake with the others. You could see the excitation and pleasure in Kairi’s face. Suddenly, it was as if the light was coming right from her.
Riku crouched and helped her to slide in the water. It was cold but she let out a scream of pleasure before jumping in the water, splashing them. They laughed as she rolled in the depth on the lake. It wasn’t that deep
maybe two Kairis deep? But for the first time, she could totally let the length of her body be free. She could swim! She could enjoy the water as she never did!
The lake wasn’t full of life and yet, she could find fishes among the slight vegetation around. And it was so funny for her. She caressed the scale on one carp then dashed to the surface. Coming to the edge, she grabbed Riku and Sora’s hand.
“Come with me!” she said.
She let them the time to protest but as they didn’t, and as they were already wet, she throw them within her, making them laugh too.
“Come to see with me?” she offered.
“I want to!” Sora said, excited. “But can we see?”
Not only they weren’t half-fish but it was the mid of the Night.
“I’ll lighten for you!” Lea said. “Go have fun!”
“Yes?” Kairi asked.
They both nodded then. Riku didn’t want to hurt Kairi, especially when he saw her smile on her lips. And Sora was already so excited.
Kairi dived into the lake and, holding their hands, led them to the bottom of it. They couldn’t see anything but, suddenly, the water was colored by soft orange reflects. They could see the fauna and the flora here and it was beautiful. A Whole New World
Sora held out his hands to those bryophytes on the mud.
The Mermaid didn’t let go on them, liking to see their joy as much as to see the fishes swimming around.
She had to bring them at the surface because they wouldn’t have enough air. After that, they immediately jumped in the water again and one time with one, then with the other, or with both at the same time, or even alone, she did capriole. Each time they were coming out of the water, laugh reverberated around

Sat on the edge of the lake, controlling the fire for them to have enough light, Lea could only smile.
It was so beautiful.
It was so nice to see them happy.
“Do you have pleasure?”
Lea froze when he heard this voice in his back. He turned to see Xemnas, standing at few paces from him. Dominating.
“Xemnas
”
The man walked toward him. Even when he crouched, he was still more forceful than him, which made Lea shiver.
“Who are you to come in my Circus and take what is mine?!”
“I just let Kairi have fun!”
Lea saw him smirking and the second after, his face crushed the surface of the lake, the cold liquid jumping in his throat. Bubbles floated away and Lea tried to save himself, to grab the man, to throw fire at him. Do anything to stop his life to pass back in front of him and, damn, his life wasn’t pleasant at all.
“XEMNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS!!”
Kairi’s voice echoed, making shiver and break windows around.
The man groaned his pain. Having a Mermaid hadn’t just advantages. Riku and Sora both swam to the edge. The man was trying to prevent his ears from bleeding, pressing against one.
A hand grabbed his wrist, the one holding Lea in the water. As it forced him to let go on his prey, Xemnas swirled wildly and his hand slapped with a loud sound. His golden eyes grabbed the face now red. His golden eyes grabbed a rage he never saw before.
“Let go on him,” he said.
Lea was hiccupped next to them, spitting as much as water as he could

“Saïx
” Xemnas glanced at the redhead. “See, I let go on him.” He got up and walked to Isa, brushing the red mark on his cheek.
Isa moved back.
“No
”
Xemnas frowned. Lea glanced at them, his breath short and the three teenagers next to him, showing worries.
“Excuse me?” Xemnas asked.
“What’s happening in your mind? Why did you do this madness?” Isa replied.
“He’s a parasite for our Circus. See this?”
Xemnas showed the three friends in the water. It was no doubt that the idea was coming from Lea. None of the member of this Circus craved for something like freedom. The trailers park, the Circus, was the only thing they had. Even to go on the lake, they wouldn’t have done it.
Isa knew it.
Himself, the only time he did, it was because he thought it was the last thing he’ll do

Xemnas saw the doubt in his eyes. His fingers caressed Isa’s skin but the man paced backward again, though his legs shaking.
“I said ‘no’,” he stated with a voice full of hesitation.
The yellow scarf flew in the air.
“Don’t ever touch me again
” Isa said.
You could still hear the doubt in his voice as he moved to the edge of the lake and held out his hands to help Lea to get up, his hands tightening very strongly around the wrist.
Xemnas twitched.
At this exact moment, the only thing he wanted to do was to push Isa in the lake. If he couldn’t have him, why someone could?
“Saïx, you’re doing an error. You know nothing about this man while I only try to protect our family. He’s blinding your heart and gives fake dreams to them. Now, Kairi will only feel the sadness, not being able to be in a lake anymore.”
Kairi looked down in the water, holding Sora’s hand who couldn’t help her to move outside of the lake.
“Come with me, it’s getting to cold,” Xemnas said, holding out his hand.
“I won’t come back with you,” Isa replied. “I don’t
I don’t want to be with you,” he whispered.
Xemnas frowned and walked toward him.
“What did you say?”
“I
”
Lea squeezed back Isa’s hand when he felt his hesitation. When he understood that Xemnas was about to use that grip he had on Isa. For Isa, it was obviously already so much
He did more than he never did lately. He said ‘no’, he was about to break this toxic relationship
and all he needed was a hand.
Just one hand.
“I don’t want to be with you.”
Xemnas looked him right in the eyes and Isa moved his away.
Riku noticed the hand the man was moving toward them and he jumped on the berm. Coming in front of Lea and Isa he held out his arms.
“Sir. We’re coming back.”
“We’re leaving early tomorrow. Don’t hope I let you stay longer in bed because you had chosen to enjoy this lake.”
He turned the heels and walked toward the trailer park.
As his silver mane disappeared, Isa slid on the floor, still holding Lea’s hand.
“Are you okay?” they asked at the same time.
Lea crouched next to him. “I’d be okay
”
Isa nodded slightly. He held out the scarf.
“This is yours
” he whispered.
“You
”
Lea wanted to say to him he could keep it but it wasn’t the night to shake his self-confidence. He wouldn’t impose him to keep the scarf
and maybe, Isa didn’t care at all about this scarf

“Kairi
”
Isa turned toward the lake and he plunged his arms in the water before getting up, holding her.
“Thank you,” she said.
“You’re alright?” he asked to the teenager.
“Yes,” Riku replied.
“Yes, don’t worry,” the mermaid added.
Sora nodded and scratched his nape. “I’m sorry you’ll be sad, Kairi. It seemed to be a good idea and
”
“It was!” she said with a smile. “Please! Don’t listen to Xemnas on this. I’m so happy to have discovered that!”
But Sora couldn’t help thinking she will be sad, lost in a tank when she could have been in bigger water area

When Lea saw him that way, saw them all that way, he only could feel sad. Xemnas had something to worm in them, let his impression within them

When he opened the door of his trailer, Isa’s hand was still shaking a bit. As soon he pushed the door, he received Demyx in his arms and he hugged him tenderly.
“You’re doing okay?” he asked with worries. “I heard
 It was Kairi, right?”
“Yes
everything is fine. Nothing had been broken?”
“No
” Demyx replied.
But he found his brother a bit

“You’re sure everything is okay? You need to sit?”
He accompanied him at the bed and Isa didn’t push him back. He actually needed this help. Everything was blurry in his mind. Why did he react that way? For years, Xemnas had been like that with him and yet, he let him do, sure he was the bad boyfriend in the couple
and to be fair, he still thought it. He had broken up with him because seeing him hurting Lea did something in his heart.
It hurt.
Why would it hurt that much?
Why would he care about Lea being hurt or not?
It gave him the strength but it seemed wrong and he was afraid
what if Xemnas decided to follow his threat? What if

He gulped as he pushed out his shoes and laid in his bed.
“I
 I broke with Xemnas
”
“Oh no! I’m so sorry, brother.” Demyx climbed in the bed with him. “I’m here!”
“Thank you
” Isa whispered as he hugged him.
He still didn’t want to hurt him, told him how much he suffered. He didn’t want to shatter his dreams. He had to protect him

Foreteller Game Night
Since I mentioned, ages ago, in this post they sometimes have game nights... it’s been sitting in my drafts since then, so I figured maybe I should finish it xD
Invi and Gula are ridiculously good at games like Codenames which require you to think around corners; they’re not allowed to be in the same team because they always win if they are
Luxu is great at most card games, especially Uno; nobody is quite sure how, since there should be some luck involved, but he still wins a lot
The exception being collectible card games like Magic the Gathering or Yu-Gi-Oh!; those are Aced’s forte, even though he doesn’t have his own decks
Gula and Ava totally have decks of whatever collectible card game exists in KH, they just give some of their decks to the others if they want to play all together
Since they have the most experience with them, if Aced doesn’t win, it’s Gula or Ava
Ira is pretty good at Monopoly, and usually wins; meanwhile, Aced is often the first one to go broke, followed by Luxu
Ava is up for almost any game, but she’s got a really soft spot for either the old games they played as little kids, or anything that will cause a lot of laughter
(No idea about American alternatives, but something like Mauseschlau & BĂ€renstark, where like half the cards are questions/knowledge cards, but the other half are actions, and seeing Gula try to lift up Aced’s legs for a wheelbarrow race or seeing Ira crawling under the chair is just hilarious)
They played the MAD magazine game exactly once; pure chaos, absolutely hilarious, but while Luxu loved it, it was too hard to convince the others for another round
After the MoM and Luxu left, the rest of them did try to have another game night once, for old times sake
It... did not end all that well
(You know those memes of “Monopoly destroys friendships!”, about people literally getting so mad they flip the board? ... Yeah.)
Which game they pick didn’t even really matter; they tried out a few
Collectible card game? They start fighting about why who attacked whom instead of one of the other players
Codenames? Gula is so tense as he listens to what kind of hints are given, it rubs off on the others, and they don’t even finish
Anything luck based? One of them tries to jokingly accuse another of cheating, as you do when someone’s ridiculously lucky, but the whole situation isn’t relaxed enough for jokes like that. The accused actually gets angry, causing the accuser to wonder if make they did cheat, etc.
They don’t even dare try Monopoly

Sokai The Space Between Us AU
1) The Fox, the Flower Girl, and Another 2) Don’t Think Twice
3) Thinking of You
Chirithy stood beneath the shuddering, creaking light shield, unable to comprehend everything they were seeing and feeling. As fissures ruptured into being across the ancient barrier which ensured this worlds eternal peace, soul-crushing, mind-numbing anguish filled their small body to the brim.
Except it wasn't their own despair which overwhelmed them. No, Chirithy had felt this overwhelming volume of grief only once before--during their first few days of life.
Chirithy's earliest memories were of death and destruction. The Great Disaster which split the world apart, leaving each land splintered and broken. The beautiful and peaceful Daybreak Town--which Chirithy had never had the pleasure of seeing in person--was reduced to rubble. Many lives were lost. Bodies were stacked on ships, over a hundred of them, and sent far out into the ocean to burn in hasty funerals. There wasn't enough land left for proper graves. Family members who were away visiting in other lands were stuck there, unable to reunite with their families. Even as order was restored and Scala ad Caelum built over Daybreak Town's ruins, more lost ones were unearthed in the cleanup, and shadows walked the streets.
The despair of people who lived without hope... Was something Chirithy could never forget.
Queen Kisala, the first queen of Scala ad Caelum, used her own power as a Pure Heart to rechristen one destroyed island into the sanctuary known as the Hikari Archipelago. Her selfless actions shaved fifty years off her life and she died when she was no older than Ava was now, leaving behind a newborn daughter and a distraught King Jaster.
Chirithy could still feel her warm, soft hands clasped around their paw, eyes lightless and glistening with tears as her strength faded and her body turned cold.
Please protect my child, She choked out with her last breath, Keep the darkness at bay.
And because Chirithy had loved Kisala, loved and treasured her before any other, they had promised they would do just that.
Kisala's daughter grew, as humans do, burning bright like a candle in the wind. Snuffed out in her sleep from old age. The same occurred with her son and his heir, and so on, all the way to King Braska. Kisala's sacrifice and the endeavors of the keys who inherited their will bought centuries of peace.
Now, someone was threatening it.
Chirithy blinked and looked at Ava, who leaned her forehead against Gula's as she ran a hand over his cheek. Her eyes were like liquid sunlight--warm and loving and direct.
Chirithy had watched Ava grow, and although the child was rare to complain, and never once cried in the company of anyone but her family members... It was clear to Chirithy now she had never truly been happy. Not with this life that had been decided for her, or with these roles that were thrust upon her, or in that humongous castle which was too quiet and too empty.
"Chirithy?" Ava called softly, and they stiffened as Ava's sincere, questioning violet eyes fell on them. "Is something wrong?"
Chirithy hesitated... they had never once been selfish in their lifetime.
But when Gula put his arm around Ava's shoulders, it was hard not to remember the time before Ava summoned her keyblade and was given her foreteller robes. Before her short seven years of childhood came to an end.
Ava wasn't just a princess, or Kisala's descendent, or her parent's only child. She was a powerful soldier--a keyblade master, and foreteller, and leader.
Whatever was happening, the dandelions would need her.
But... Maybe it was something that could be handled without her?

So a quick question I have for you. (May not have a short answer) But what do you think Gula's personality to be like? What kind of strengths and weaknesses does he have? Beyond the obvious he's logical and reserved and clever, more in-depth traits that make his character fuller and more like a real person. I'd like to hear some of your deep analysation if you don't mind.
This has take long enough and I want to post it now. [Will edit this maybe later bur now I finish the visuals lets get down to this]
Oh boy
You call it
Everybody prepare bc this may have take me awhile but be ready for my analysis at some level of him.
Warning: this is kind of my personal view of all and may sound weird at some level but I am trying to make sense to all of them (Foretellers in general). I elaborate this in my way to plan some fanfics and to do so i kind of take my time on try to analyse what I had.
You may want to go straight to Conclusions but I point out too circular thoughts at the beginning just for the sake of think of this a bit more
Analysis of Gula:
Cold headed and one of the most clever and quick to catch up stuff that may be happening. He is between the Master of Masters apprentices one of the youngest and has a special friendship develop with Ava, the youngest between all as it seems.
Tumblr media
This is the basic we know and I want to put as a base for what I will dive at some point and ramificate to them all in a light way just to reference a bit.
Observations:
Out of my obserbations between one of the strongest things the Master’s apprentices share is their faith that the Master is right.
Back on the scene where Ira confronts them and they acknowledge a nightmare roaming the scene cuts to a flashback which different from the present it has a warm and familiar vive. The Master hold them together, they would laugh and be somehow unite, but the present just will reveal how little they may actually know each other, most of them.
The fact that Ira doubts who to point as most of the other and the rest of the movie with the exception of the bond between Gula and Ava.
Why I point this? This is something special, Gula doesn’t seem to be close to anyone except Ava. He trusts her almost to a degree as his faith for the Master but on a friend to friend way, enough to reveal her and talk about his role completely and openly on his weakest moment .
+ He can care under his masks
Gula didn’t really like his role tha much I think. He didn’t even want the Master to disappear the way he did. But let me add my point on how he came to the conclusion he just wanted things to be the way they were before by summoning KH.
He seems to be usually quick to find a solution or reasoning with whatever he has in front of him but as time passes and he hasn’t been able to succeed as any other task he may have been previously assigned. Even with his best he may have feel the stress of all falling down as I guess, every passing day and thing going worse is clear sing that he hasn’t fuli hir role as his own expectatives. He only show his weak side on the moment he feels can’t deal with it alone after months.
Tumblr media
+ Stress if you allow me to say.
It may be me but his minimum expressions show that he didn’t like the whole “Trust no one but yourself”. He may have let it pass about Invi, Ira and Aced but the fact it include Ava may throw him off been one of the closes person he had aside the Master. He wanted to trust her and he did, even if he constantly try to remind himself his Master words.
When he got lost and no more choices left for him to take on his mind there was the last plan: Summon Kingdom Hearts may lure the Master back, right? He would not let them fall intro such foolish actions, right? or so I think may be what pass through his mind or some nature of that. To everything fall since he in no able to fulfill his role.
Tumblr media
+ Pressure which equals at rushed actions.
He may be one of the most precise and calculative between the 6 but, he at the end even if he is the genius one he does make mistakes. Like maybe talk a bit too much into the detail sometimes, he is young so understandable he rushes a bit too much sometimes, some few times really. When he slip the fact that Invi talk him into leaving Aced’s alliance he cover any mistake fluently and so naturally that I think he may know how to handle when he wants to clear stuff is he kind of messes up at this point but he could also play the facts though if you pay attention you can tell when he say something he didn’t need to on the moment. He sure knows how to keep an act if is need.
Tumblr media
+ Effectiveness though minor struggles on the way
Gula is a boy who keep closed to others if people don’t try much to reach to him as I guess. Ava and the master seem the type to like to know the others but I think Ira, Invi, and Aced been young adults dealing with whatever is their duty they may have let pass the young one if he wanted to approach them or not, they would not mind. My faint guess is that he doesn’t show much of his true self to other and keep the cold headed manner since is what he may feel is expect to him and may be easier than show vulnerability of his own thinking and feeling at personal level, he may show it sometimes to the Master but I guess not that much since he may want to be probe at the others level been one of the youngest.
While I feel Ava been the most reachable one may have reach to him and with time build this friendship bond they have. The only scene I saw Gula drop his ‘mask’ was when He sincere to Ava and how he feel, how pointless his role seem or how much of almost a failure he got to be in a subtle way, he could no more and share with her what has been burdening him. But she could not help him because it go against her moral, he respect that and tae his mask up and wish for her the only thing the others didn’t say to him.
+ A mask over other mask
A/N: personally at this point I am sobbing a bit inside ; ;
But even after all, even if she turn him down, she is still his friend.
So i will touch the mobile game since I doubt their last conversation was that but his will be a bit more lighter so we can reach my conclusion. I can just assume a bit here and arrange facts but maybe is me trying to understand him.
After that on Back Cover I believe that wasn’t their final talk and may had another talk before the war but at this point I assume a pre-stress state creeping on them.
Gula may have go off with his plan but I don’t think he remember he badly even after that. He keep his believes strong towards his plans which I personally feel may be his attempt of ‘desperate try’ to get the Master to come back to all of them.
He may feel he can’t do anything about the end at this point.
In this moment on the timeline I assume pretty much each foreteller has fall in osme hole of pre-stress with the Keyblade War already on their heads. Which I assume took the drastic change I perceive on the story previously and at the war. Al is ending and I am not an expert but is the only thing I could think. Kids weren’t acting as kids too at this point in some cases because they were as well exposed to this opriment part of their story, fights between wielder became frequently and so all fall apart till it reach its end.
And the reborn.
He did try to wear his mask till the end and he did.
But it wasn’t over there as you know from the Epilogue on the Dark Seeker Saga. So let me one last time before reach the conclusions, there is so few left from me repeating stuff like crazy and to the best resume I can give and is more simple but I want to point this out before dive into it.
He got back to life, but even so you all hear him ask Luxu a reason why would he not include Ava. The bond of this two is a special thing I think the Master didn’t mind but will always be something to the matter, because they care about each other and if Ava’s out I have high expectation for him to want to know what become of her.
Hear me right here, the Master may still be important to them but Gula was expecting the Master to appear, maybe a childish thing that he would save them all because he was always hold in high regard by all of them but I think his faith may be starting to shake on a slightly not solid ground. Ava didn’t help him bug did give her an answer and even so is still his friend as so he to her.
Friendship has proved to be a factor that can get you to change views or who you choose to ally so I suppose he may play along but may not let this down, still this is a faint though with all going and and I first write most of the important remarks for this before this semi rambling part, sorry about that.
Conclusions:
Tumblr media
Gula is a teenager that has got big responsibilities, may wear a mask ver the real one with his cool headed demeanor. tuns down companionship but if you get to actually know him you may notice this is just one side of his personality.
Weighted with the responsibility to stop an inevitable betrayal, and torn between his master’s orders and the believe one of the few he trusted till he could not longer wanted to do it all alone. shows weakness and vulnerability only with the ones he trusts and can keep appreciating said trusted people even if they are not up to help him on the moment. Loyal to some degrees.
Slips and messes up but tries to keep the control of the situation even so, flexible as the situation calls. but will always to be reasonable unless he is really into do a thing on his way, so kind of stubborn I will say.
Sassy when it calls and also probably honest s needed, a mechanism to comebacks or protection maybe but mostly used to handle situations.
May have his reasons to be so close and reserved. Life is not always fair you may guess.
At the end he is just a kid would may have been happy with the few he had before all this mess start to fall down and deserve a better guidance on social skills. He means no bad but truly would be more understood if there could have been time to work with his reserved ways and mistrust to the world in general out of his closed circle of people he trusted.
He is clever but still just a kid handed down a responsibility of something bigger than him.
He as the other may have get this to work if they have know at some good portion each other and had a light weight of trust. But that wasn’t the case this time.
He is a piece on this game after all where he still may remain for a while while, or who knows?.
Okey so I finally end this mess, I did some doodles but most of all I wanted to go around this thing I may overthinking and so. i truly love gula for the many ways you can read though him slowly and maybe I can help but wish happiness for him or so I hope, because he as the others deserve a chance to learn many thing out of dutty and be more than just a piece of something that was set to be.
I don’t think he means bad but I wish he could have learn more, maybe if he were to connect with others he would have archive some progress with his way to be, I believe it may had to do with past experience but out of all, I wish i could know more on what he think out of all of been back. If he goes full change of banc I am going to cheer for him and even the other as sobbing, is just maybe that I see him and the other as humans as possible gets me soft but I wish each of them could work on their own issues with the time flow on them and encounters in the future
Geez I suck at this and just may go in circles but I think it maybe was good to remak.
Thanks for getting this far if you read all!

Who Killed Strelitzia?
Ava, Ven, Skuld, and Darkness. The four mostly likely to have killed Strelitzia based on the information we have now. The fandom seems to lean more towards the former two, while I believe it was one of the later two
First, to go over what we know
It’s recommended to use x2 speed for videos
Strelitzia's Chirithy spotted Player and Skuld walking into the house to meet with Gula (x)(x) and immediately ran to get their wielder (x), to the confusion of Elrena's Chirithy (x). While Player and Skuld were in the house, Ava's and Luxu's keyblades clashed (x) and the clock tower tolled, starting the war. This prompted Gula to tell them to head back as their "Union Leaders will probably call for an assembly", at which point Player and Skuld split up, the latter saying she was "going to go join the other Dandelions" (x)
Not long after, Strelitzia arrived at what at first seemed like an empty house (x). As the two are getting ready to leave, Strelitzia is stabbed. Her Chirithy asks "Why...?" and on the zoom out the killer has disappeared. Then you get Strelitzia's last wish as she walks to the doorway and then she dies.
I'll go down the list, giving for and against arguments for each character
Ava
For:
Knew that Strelitzia was chosen as a Union Leader. And--as far as we know--her, MoM, and Luxu were the only ones who knew. MoM and Luxu taking out a chosen wielder and inserting someone different, going against what was supposed to happen doesn't seem likely. Not unless Strelitzia wasn't supposed to be a Union Leader, which also doesn't seem likely
Has the ability to create illusions (x). Would give an explanation as to why the killer was shrouded in darkness, and possibly even giving her the ability to appear in two places at once. There is also a theory that Ava became Darkness, being able to do so because of this ability
Her wording when she gave Brain his role and the BoP seems odd and rather suspicious (x)(x). General consensus as of now is that she either gave Brain the BoP when she wasn't supposed to or straight up inserted him into the Union Leaders when he wasn't picked by MoM. This is supported by Luxu saying in Secret Report 11 "One of the Five is an impostor, someone the Master did not choose. They represent a virus in the program he so carefully wrote. The virus has begun a strange undertaking: a reckless plot to allow the Five to escape into another worldline" (x). In addition, Brain calls himself a virus (x) and is possibly named after the first computer virus (x)
Chirithy's "Why...?" possibly implies that they knew the killer. And as far as we know, the only suspects Chirithy had previously met or seen was Ava and Skuld. Chirithy has also probably met Lauriam before, but based on Lauriam's inner thoughts on his search to find Strelitzia as denoted by the parentheses (x)(x) he didn't know what had happened to her, much less that she'd been killed
She didn't notice Strelitzia wasn't with the Dandelions. While we don't know just how many Dandelions escaped the war, you'd think Ava would keep an eye out to make sure all the future Union Leaders were accounted for before taking them to the new world. However, Lauriam didn't notice Strelitzia wasn't there either so maybe there were too many to keep track of who all showed up (added 11 Dec 2019)
Against:
Brain was given his role as a Union Leader and the BoP 4 years ago (x). How long they've been in the simulation is unknown, but based on Ephemer's conversation with the player (x) it's been a while. However, with everyone being able to recall events that happened before the war with relative ease, I'd say it hasn't been years since the war. I'd venture a guess to say it's been months, maybe a year at most. In addition, given that Ava didn't say that the war would be happening soon unlike all the other times we've seen her tell the other chosen, he was probably one of, if not the first to be given his new role
She was fighting Luxu shortly before Strelitzia was killed (x)(x)(x)(x)(x). We don't know how long the fight lasted, but unless she was able to create an illusion or the fight ended extremely quickly, she wouldn't have been able to find Strelitzia and kill her in that time
The Dandelions were to meet up after the bells. Skuld said she was going to meet up with the other Dandelions (x), at which point Ava would send them to the outside world (x). So Ava would have had to given the role of Union Leader to a Dandelion that she had either pulled aside from where they were meeting or found them before they had met up with everyone. We don't know how quickly the Dandelions were sent off, but it had to have been in the span of the few days (x) between the bells and the war. However, Elrena's Chirithy says the new Union Leaders were introduced shortly after (x) Strelitzia's Chirithy ran off to find her
She gave Strelitzia her role what was probably only a day before she was killed. Ava says that the it wouldn't be long before the world ends (x) which immediately cuts away to Strelitzia in her room thinking about her being a Union Leader and what's going to happen. Upon her realizing that Player isn't a Dandelion she debates going out to find them (x) before saying she'll wait in Fountain Square for them early tomorrow (x) which is where Chirithy finds her and tells her that she spotted Player (x). This leads to her going to the house in which she dies. So unless during the cut away days pass or she waited at Fountain Square for multiple days, Strelitzia was killed the day after she received the book
Brain was given his book first, then Ephemer, then Strelitzia. As stated above, Brain was given his role 4 years ago. Ephemer was sent not long before the war to prepare everything as Ava would be sending the dandelions "soon" (x) and that there wasn't "much time left" (x), and Strelitzia what was mostly likely only a day before. Meaning Strelitzia could have very well been the last of them to receive the book, so why would she kill her when she only just informed her of her role? Unless what Luxu said really shook her to her core and she quickly tried to make a last minute change
Only one (1) member of the Union Leaders was someone MoM didn't choose, as stated in Secret Report 11. This means that if it is to be believe that Brain wasn't a chosen Union Leader, then whoever killed Strelitzia was meant to have been a Union Leader in the first place. So if Ava was trying to change things, why would she pick the person chosen by MoM that she had previously skipped over for the role of Union Leader?
Ven
For:
He was very young. Ven was ~16 (x) during BBS, and had been living with Master Eraqus, Terra, and Aqua for 4 years, making him ~12 when he trained under Xehanort. Which means that he was 12 or younger during his time as a Union Leader and selected my MoM when he was 8 or younger due to at least 4 years passing (x). Which means at the time MoM chose what was essentially a 2nd or 3rd grader to lead the others in 4 years time. So either MoM was being extra chaotic, or he never actually chose Ven
Xehanort was able to create Vanitas from his Darkness. We've never seen this tempted again, so it's unknown if it's possible to do this with everyone that has darkness in their hearts, or if Ventus had more darkness than what could be considered normal which was then used to give birth to Vanitas
He said he'd barely spoken to Ava (x). And based on previous interactions Ava's had when telling the new Union Leaders their roles (x)(x), she tends to talk a lot
His Keyblade. Claims he's not particularly good at anything and never at the top of the rankings (x), yet has a fully leveled Missing Ache (x). Not only is this Keyblade the fourth to last one you get when playing (x), it's also a Dark Speed Keyblade (x)
Against:
Only one of the new Union Leaders was an impostor. So unless Brain was chosen by MoM, Ventus was meant to be a leader in the first place which takes out the first and last points of For
As far as we know, he didn't know Strelitzia had the book
Skuld
For:
The new Union Leaders weren't supposed to come in contact with one another (x). While we don't know if that meant meeting each other knowing they were to be Union Leaders or meeting each other in general, we don't know. But Skuld had a feeling Ephemer would be there (x) which seems to go against what Ava wanted. In addition, this isn't outright confirmed by Ava, rather Brain speculating and Ava saying he's "always been a bright one"
Ephemer talked to her about the end of the world (x). Ephemer showed up in her dream (x), and even though she said he told her nothing except to meet up with Player and go with them, her story quickly changes. We don't actually know how much Ephemer told her either
Ava told her that she had chosen Ephemer to replace her and lead the Dandelions (x). This means that Skuld knew about Ephemer, which again contradicts the first point. In addition, while Ava talked about a war with the Dandelions, she never talked about others replacing her (x), possibly allowing Skuld and only Skuld to infer that there would be someone to replace each of the Union Leaders who had to take part in the war
She split up with Player right before Strelitzia was killed (x). We don't see her again after that until she and Ephemer go to get Player, so it's unknown if she went straight to where the other Dandelions were gathered or not
She's been compared to Ava quite a few times (x)(x)(x). So if you believe Ava might have killed Strelitzia then Skuld, who is quite similar, could have gone through with it as well
Her eyes. Yes, I'm using the fact that Skuld has golden brown eyes as a point because the only characters we've seen with eyes that aren't blue, purple, green, teal, or silver is Skuld and those possessed by Darkness. Even the reoccurring Dandelions seem to have one of the above eye colors. The only exception may be Brain and that's 'cause I can't tell what colors his eyes are since it's so dark
Again, Chirithy's "Why...?" possibly implies that they knew the killer. And they had previously seen Skuld going into that building with Player
Against:
To the first point of For, Lauriam and Strelitzia obviously knew each other being siblings. Lauriam claimed to have not seen her much after he convinced her to join the Dandelions (x) sometimes within the two years before her death (x), but that doesn't change the fact that they met beforehand. So unless Ava didn't know (which seems unlikely), the new Union Leaders were allowed to meet and know each other as long as they didn't know about the other being chosen.
Again, only one of the new Union Leaders was an impostor. Either Ava messed up big time when telling Skuld about Ephemer, Brain was chosen by MoM, or Ava decided after meeting her that Skuld wouldn't be included in the Union Leaders
As far as we know, she didn't know Strelitzia had the book
Darkness
For:
It's Darkness. Taking on the name of what they're fighting and helping Maleficient is all kinds of shady
The book could have been given to another. Just because Strelitzia was killed by someone, doesn't mean that person was the one to become the new Union Leader in her place. The killer could have easily passed the role onto another
We don't know anything about them. As with the Ava is Darkness Theory, Darkness could actually be anybody. We don't know their abilities, we don't know if that black blob is their true form or not, we don't know their motives. All we know is that they have knowledge of the future, know MoM's plans, and know how to travel forward in time (x)(x). Because of this they could even be someone already on this list
Against:
As far as we know, they didn't know Strelitzia had the book. This is excluding the Ava is Darkness Theory
And now for some honorable mentions I've seen
Lauriam - almost completely cleared of suspicion
Brain - almost completely cleared of suspicion
Strelitzia's Chirithy - doubted Strelitzia and would've been able to inform other's about her role
Gula - in the house where Strelitzia was killed
Luxu - could've known she was to be a Union Leader
MoM - would've known she was to be a Union Leader
Luxord's Somebody - there are claims that he's Darkness, plus we haven't seen him yet
Demyx's Somebody - there are claims that he's MoM, plus we haven't seen him yet
While going over this I did notice that some of the new Union Leaders are similar to the old ones and maybe MoM just picked those that could take over in both role and personality. Ava = Skuld (obviously) and Strelitzia = Invi with the whole watching thing. Kinda falls apart after that though with Aced, as grumpy as he can be
Obviously I'm biased but really I don't care too much on who it was; I just want this game of Clue to be over and to find out who killed my precious baby angel. Just think of all the possibilities for art and fics and photoshoots
Let me know if there are any tags I should add, if I missed anything, if any of the links or information are incorrect, if there are any typos, and feel free to comment any ideas or theories.

Well maybe just one more post
I’ve actually wanted to post my ideas on who might Darkness and Strelitzia’s killer might be. Now almost everyone who’s playing Khux thinks it Ven, okay but why though? We don’t know much of his past except for the fact he wasn’t a social butterfly, a timid kid backhanding heartless with Missing Ache, pretty much going along with the others thoughts as a union leader. Yet in BBS Xehanort rips out a crap ton of darkness from our wind boy bringing Vani to existence, that was a red flag. Yet we still don’t know if that was because of Xehanort’s training or because of unknown events still yet to come in Ux.
Skuld on the other hand? We don’t know much about her as well, except for the fact that she and Ephemera were once apart of the same party in Vulpes, or which ever Union your opposite to, until our scarf boy went off and did his own thing eventually meeting us in the process, while she was eventually left alone until Ephemera showed up in a dream and asked her to find our avatar and give them the message about the Keyblade War.
She follows up on that with encountering Dark Chirithy, the Darklings, even going so far as to join in on the Dandelions after we get our asses handed to us by Ava. Then the whole thing with Keyblade War happens, she’s shown as taking her leave before we fight that damn nightmare cat. Honestly I don’t think thats the case.
Here me out, Strelitzia’s chirithy notices us going inside the warehouse where Gula was hiding after he was trying to recover from his fight with Aced as well as hide from Ira since he was looking for Gula. The time span of our fight against that nightmare cat and then would’ve taken hours, since by the time Strelitzia goes to look in warehouse we’re probably resting at our house.
What about Skuld? She probably heard the fight and she stayed behind after we left giving her the chance to strike down the flower girl and steal her book. These next lines are jumping gun thoughts but it makes some sense.
I truly believe it’s Skuld who took Strelitzia’s book, as a possible motive she may have became a dandelion to be with Ephemera and our avatar but she must’ve noticed Ava walking around looking for someone and tailed her from a good distance, hearing the conversation that she had with Strelitzia, Skuld didn’t take the news that every dandelion would lose their memories. And from Elrena it’s possible the wipe was from Ava’s speech until the bell, that would be everything she knew and our avatar’s choice, so she couldn’t risk losing or having the memory repressed. It’s one huge long shot but “Darkness” themselves are in Data Daybreak with Maleficent so maybe their identity will get revealed in the next update so this whole thing can get put to rest.

What is the reincarnation theory?
The reincarnation theory is that a handful of the KH protagonists are reincarnations of the foretellers:
Ira -> Riku
Aced -> Terra
Invi -> Aqua
Ava -> Kairi
Gula -> Ventus (lol guess what reveal officially busted this theory?)
And because the MoM is so goofy, many theorized he was the preincarnation (is that a word? It is now) of Sora. And who knows, if Gula isn’t ven, maybe he’s Sora since there was a hint of Romance between him and Ava in the Back Cover.
But really the only thing to go on this theory is that the foretellers color schemes and body types matches those people (except Riku and Ira, but Riku is younger so who knows).
But even if there’s little supporting evidence and a lot of contradictory evidence, I still like to entertain the idea personally haha!
